Regulation of Parents' Emotions of Child Victims of Sexual Violence
Get PDFCases of sexual violence in Indonesia have increased every year. The cases of sexual violence occurred from various ages, ranging from teenagers, children, and toddlers. According to data from the KPAI itself, throughout 2022 there were 4,683 complaints of sexual violence. Apart from having an impact on victims, cases of sexual violence also have an impact on parents. Support and assistance from parents play a very important role for victims. Therefore, parental skills in regulating emotions related to cases of sexual violence are very important. According to Gross and John (in Paula & Miftakhul, 2021) emotion regulation is the ability of individuals to regulate their thoughts and behaviour consciously or unconsciously during different emotions, including positive and negative emotions. This study aims to look further at the dynamics of parental emotional regulation in accompanying and directing children who are victims of sexual violence. The method used in this research is qualitative with an instrumental case study approach with 2 parents of child victims of sexual violence as research subjects. Collecting data using interviews and observation. This research resulted in the finding that both parents of children who were victims of sexual violence were able to regulate emotions better, in which there was a helping role in the family. This research can be used as a reference for dealing with the problem of emotional regulation of parents of child victims of sexual violence, and in the future, they are better prepared to accompany or direct them, so they don't experience trauma in the future.Kasus kekerasan seksual di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan di setiap tahunnya. Adapun kasus kekerasan seksual terjadi dari berbagai usia, mulai dari remaja, anak dan juga balita. Menurut data dari KPAI sendiri, di sepanjang tahun 2022 ada aduan sebanyak 4.683 kasus kekerasan seksual. Selain memberikan dampak terhadap korban, kasus kekerasan seksual juga berdampak terhadap orang tua. Support dan pendampingan dari orang tua sangat berperan bagi korban. Oleh karena itu ketrampilan orang tua dalam meregulasi emosi terkait kasus kekerasan seksual ini sangat penting. Menurut Gross dan John (dalam Paula & Miftakhul, 2021) regulasi emosi merupakan kemampuan individu untuk secara sadar atau tidak sadar mengatur pikiran dan perilaku mereka selama emosi yang berbeda, termasuk emosi positif dan negatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat lebih jauh bagaimana dinamika regulasi emosi orang tua dalam mendampingi dan mengarahkan anak yang menjadi korban kekerasan seksual. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pedekatan studi kasus instrumental dengan 2 orang tua dari anak korban kekerasan seksual sebagai subjek penelitian. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa kedua orang tua dari anak korban kekerasan seksual mampu meregulasi emosi menjadi lebih baik, dimana didalamnya terdapat peran keluarga yang membantu. Adapun penelitian ini dapat dijadikan salah satu acuan untuk menangani permasalahan regulasi emosi orang tua dari anak korban kekerasan seksual, serta kedepannya lebih siap dalam mendampingi atau mengarahkannya sehingga tidak mengalami trauma dikemudian hari
Tourism Governance in the Embodiment of Resilient and Sustainable Tourism Villages
Get PDFSupporting government programs regarding the development of the tourism sector starting from the smallest areas, namely rural areas, requires assistance from various sectors. Claket Tourism Village, Pacet Sub-District, Mojokerto Regency has great tourism potential that cannot be ignored. The most important thing in tourism development is empowering local communities for sustainable tourism management. Community-Based Tourism (CBT) is community empowerment and participation to achieve strong, resilient, and sustainable tourism destinations. One way to realize this goal is to aid in the form of training related to tourism governance. Before providing material related to tourism governance, a process of observation and evaluation was carried out in the form of pretest and posttest in the form of questionnaires and direct interviews. The results obtained from the questionnaire answers stated that people who were initially unfamiliar with the material, after being given training materials, experienced a significant increase in their knowledge and insights about tourism governance, namely 74.4%.Mendukung program pemerintah tentang pengembangan sektor pariwisata dimulai dari daerah terkecil yaitu pedesaan, dibutuhkan langkah-langkah pendampingan dari berbagai sektor. Desa Wisata Claket Kecamatan Pacet Kabupaten Mojokerto memiliki potensi wisata yang mumpuni yang tidak dapat diabaikan. Hal paling penting dalam pengembangan pariwisata adalah pemberdayaan masyarakat setempat untuk pengelolaan pariwisata yang berkelanjutan. Wisata Berbasis Masyarakat (Community-Based Tourism/CBT) merupakan pemberdayaan dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam upaya mencapai tujuan daerah wisata yang kuat, tangguh, dan berkelanjutan. Salah satu cara untuk mewujudkan tujuan ini adalah dengan memberikan pendampingan berupa pelatihan terkait dengan tata kelola pariwisata. Sebelum memberikan materi yang terkait dengan tata kelola pariwisata, dilakukan sebuah proses observasi dan evaluasi berupa pretest dan postest dalam bentuk angket dan wawancara secara langsung. Hasil yang diperoleh dari jawaban angket menyatakan bahwa masyarakat yang awalnya awam terhadap materi, setelah diberikan materi pelatihan, mengalami kenaikan yang signifikan terhadap pengetahuan dan wawasannya tentang tata kelola pariwisata yaitu sebesar 74,4%.
An Analysis of Stuttering Character in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood Film
Get PDFABSTRACTThis research aimed to find the types of stuttering and the types of associated behaviors in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood film. The chosen character to be analyzed is Rick Dalton. This research used Hedge and Davis’ theory of the types of stuttering and Zebrowski’s theory of the types of associated behaviors concluded in psycholinguistics field. This research applied a descriptive qualitative method. The data sources of this research are Once Upon a Time in Hollywood film and its script. The data were taken from the words and sentences uttered by Dalton in the film which showed the stuttering phenomenon, as well as certain gestures that accompanied Dalton’s stuttering. Through the findings of the analysis, the researcher found two out of four types of stuttering, namely repetition (part-word repetition, whole-word repetition, and phrase repetition) and block (sound prolongation). Also, all types of associated behaviors were found, they are: (1) head, torso, and limb movement, (2) audible inhalations and exhalations, (3) visible muscle tension in orofacial tension, and (4) eye behaviors. Through this research, the readers can have more understanding and raise their awareness of stuttering phenomenon that also happen in real life which can affect someone’s life who suffered from stuttering.Keywords: Psycholinguistics, Speech Disorders, Stuttering, Associated Behaviors, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood Film ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan jenis gagap dan jenis perilaku terkait dalam film Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. Karakter yang dipilih untuk dianalisis adalah Rick Dalton. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori jenis gagap milik Hedge dan Davis dan teori jenis perilaku terkait milik Zebrowski yang tercakup dalam lingkup psikolinguistik. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data dari penelitian ini adalah film Once Upon a Time in Hollywood dan naskahnya. Data diambil dari kata-kata dan kalimat yang diucapkan oleh Dalton dalam film yang menunjukkan kegagapan, juga gestur tertentu yang menyertai kegagapan Dalton. Melalui temuan dari analisis, peneliti menemukan dua dari empat jenis gagap, yaitu pengulangan (pengulangan sebagian kata, pengulangan seluruh kata, dan pengulangan frasa) dan blok (jeda sesaat). Pun, semua jenis perilaku terkait ditemukan, yaitu: (1) pergerakan kepala, badan, dan lengan, (2) penghirupan dan penghembusan napas yang terdengar, (3) ketegangan otot pada otot orofasial, dan (4) pergerakan mata. Dari penelitian ini, pembaca bisa lebih memahami dan meningkatkan kesadaran mereka terhadap fenomena gagap yang juga terjadi di kehidupan nyata, yang dapat mempengaruhi kehidupan seseorang yang menderita kegagapan.Kata Kunci: Psikolinguistik, Gangguan Berbicara, Gagap, Perilaku Terkait, Film Once Upon a Time in Hollywoo
Defense Mechanism of the Main Character of The Invisible Man Film
Get PDFThis study aimed to find out the types of anxiety and defense mechanisms experienced by the main character, Cecilia, in the film (The Invisible Man). The theory used is the theory of Sigmund Freud such as neurotic anxiety, moral anxiety and realistic anxiety, and defense mechanisms such as repression, sublimation, displacement, rationalization projection, reaction formation, denial, and fantasy. The data in this study were taken from the film The Invisible Man (2020) directed by Leigh Whennel. The results of this study found that the anxiety experienced by Cecilia, namely neurotic anxiety (fear unknown danger) and realistic anxiety (fear in face to face in real condition). Thus, the defense mechanism used in reducing anxiety by Cecilia is repression (represses mind to subconscious) and is followed by several other defense mechanisms, namely rationalization (more acceptable), fantasy (imagination), denial (denied accusations), and reaction formation (over protective). What can be underlined in this study is that in the invisible man film, Cecilia as the main character uses a defense mechanism, to reduce the anxiety she experiences.
The Portrayal of Liberal Feminism through the Main Character of Charlotte Bronte's Jane Eyre Novel

In conducting this research, the researcher used the theory of liberal feminism and the theory of characterization by Reaske. The researcher used qualitative research as the method and mimetic as the approach of this research. The findings of this research showed that there are two aspects of liberal feminism that are portrayed in the novel; namely equal education and equal liberty. Those aspects are portrayed through Jane Eyre’s character when she struggled to get her freedom by being intelligent and progressive to get well education, and being independent and courageous to get her freedom
The Portrayals of Amistad Case in Amistad (1997) Film: A New Historicism Study
Get PDFHollywood cinema during the late 20th century started to re-create the historical events of African-American’s past, make it a historical films genre, and deliver the history of Amistad case about Mende’s mutiny in Amistad film. The film becomes receptive to addressing another side of Africans slavery history in the western country. To understand the historical event, the researcher sees it through the New Historicism’s lens as an approach of this research. This research uses a qualitative method through collecting the data from audio-visual materials and document analysis to answer the research questions. The research questions of this research are; first, how is the comparison of the Amistad case event in the Amistad film and historical records. Secondly, why does the Amistad film portray a different angle of the Amistad case. Seeking the answers, the researcher compares the representations of the past event and found the contradictory the Amistad film and the historical. The results of this research indicate that Amistad film presents events about the Amistad case differently to opposed the historical records and get positive results through adding moral values from historical events.Sinema Hollywood pada akhir abad ke-20 mulai mengkreasi ulang peristiwa sejarah masa lalu orang Afrika-Amerika dengan menjadikannya genre film sejarah, dan menyampaikan sejarah kasus Amistad tentang pemberontakan Mende dalam film Amistad. Film ini menjadi reseptif untuk membahas sisi lain dari sejarah perbudakan Afrika di negara barat. Untuk memahami peristiwa sejarah, penulis melihatnya melalui kacamata New Historicism sebagai pendekatan penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui pengumpulan data dari bahan audio visual dan analisis dokumen untuk menjawab permasalahan penelitian. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah; pertama, bagaimana perbandingan kasus Amistad dalam film Amistad dan catatan sejarah. Kedua, mengapa sutradara, produser, dan penulis naskah menampilkan sudut pandang cerita film Amistad yang berbeda dari catatan sejarah. Untuk menjawabnya, penulis membandingkan representasi peristiwa masa lalu dan menemukan kontradiksi antara film Amistad dan catatan sejarah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa film Amistad menyajikan peristiwa tentang kasus Amistad secara berbeda untuk menentang catatan sejarah dan mendapatkan hasil positif melalui penambahan nilai moral dari peristiwa sejarah
Strategi pengembangan objek wisata alam air terjun Kalela di Desa Beru Kecamatan Jereweh Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat
Get PDFNusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) merupakan provinsi yang memiliki potensi wisata yang melimpah. Air Terjun Kalela merupakan salah satu dari potensi wisata alam yang dimiliki oleh NTB yang terletak di Desa Beru Kecamatan Jereweh Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat yang dikelola oleh Kelompok Sadar Wisata (POKDARWIS) Ko'Ta Jantop. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi kawasan dan menyusun strategi pengembangan wisata Air Terjun Kalela di Desa Beru Kecamatan Jereweh. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan responden penelitian adalah anggota pokdarwis, pengunjung dan masyarakat sekitar kawasan. Analisis data menggunakan Pedoman Analisis Daerah Operasi Objek dan Daya Tarik Wisata Alam (ADO-ODTWA). Komponen yang dinilai yaitu Daya tarik objek wisata, Aksesibilitas, Kondisi Sekitar kawasan, akomodasi dan sarana prasarana penunjang. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu Air Terjun Kalela memperoleh nilai tingkat kelayakan rata-rata sebesar 82,66 % (layak), dengan nilai tertinggi pada aspek daya tarik 100% (layak), ulasan 100% (layak). Aspek kondisi sekitar kawasan dan sarana prasarana masih dalam kategori layak dengan nilai sebesar 75% (layak) dan yang paling rendah berada pada aspek aksesibilitas yaitu 63,33% (belum layak). Strategi pengembangan objek wisata Air Terjun Kalela dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan strategi S – O yaitu Pengembangan objek wisata dengan cara mengoptimalkan potensi-potensi wisata yang dimiliki. Aspek kondisi sekitar kawasan dan sarana prasarana masih dalam kategori layak dengan nilai sebesar 75% (layak) dan yang paling rendah berada pada aspek aksesibilitas yaitu 63,33% (belum layak). Get PDFThis study aims to describe the profile of the Mak Ambik coffee powder business in Gunuang Omeh District and to analyze the business conditions from the operational, marketing and financial aspects as well as knowing the business profits. This research uses a descriptive method with the type of case study research and financial calculations using the variable costing method. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection was carried out by means of direct interviews with the head of the Mak Ambik coffee powder processing business, as well as literature related to research. This research was conducted on August 1, 2022 to August 31, 2022. The results showed that Mak Ambik's coffee powder business, seen from the human resource aspect, Mak Ambik's coffee powder business has 5 workers, seen from the marketing aspect of the Mak Ambik coffee powder business, price by calculating the capital that has been issued, promotion is done by way of personal selling and sales promotion. On the financial aspect, the initial capital of this business is Rp. 15,000,000 taken from personal funds, this business still keeps financial records manually and simply. During the study period, the business earned a profit of Rp. 9,466,410 with a percentage of 14.8%. This shows that this business has achieved profits from its business

Get PDFCassava (Manihot utilissima) is the dominant commodity in Rebaq Rinding Village.The land in the village tends to be dry with dry weather and erratic rain , but farmers will continue to carry out cassava farming. The aim of this research is to determine the factors that determine farmers' interest in cassava farming. This research was carried out from March to September 2020 in Rebaq Rinding Village, Muara Muntai District. The location determination method was carried out purposively, the data measurement method used a Likert scale, with a total of 32 respondents. The results of this research show that the factors age (68.25%), education (87.50%), and the role of extension workers (100%) do not determine farmers' interest. Meanwhile, land area (81.25%), experience (93.75%) , number of dependents (87.50%), income (100%), and marketing (100) greatly determine the interest of farmers in Rebaq Rinding Village in cultivating cassava
Social Support with Multiple Role Conflicts of Women Teachers During the Pandemic
Get PDFOnline learning during a pandemi is a recommended alternative This condition requires them to work at home not only teaching students but also carrying out the role of wife and babysitter at home. This is what creates conditions that lead to multiple role conflict. Women who experience multiple role conflicts really need social support from their surroundings, be it support from their husbands or those closest to them. This study aims to determine the relationship between social support and the dual role conflict of female teachers during a pandemi. This quantitative research was conducted on 131 female teachers through a purposive sampling technique. The measuring instrument used is the multiple role conflict scale and social support. The results of this study found that the higher the social support, the lower the dual role conflict experienced by female teachers. The implications of the results of this study indicate that dual role conflicts for female teachers who teach Online at home and are faced with other responsibilities can be overcome by providing support to women in carrying out their roles.Pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi menjadi alternatif yang direkomendasikan Kondisi ini mengharuskan mereka bekerja di rumah tidak hanya mengajar siswa tetapi juga menjalankan peran sebagai istri dan babysitter di rumah. Inilah yang menciptakan kondisi yang menyebabkan konflik peran ganda. Perempuan yang mengalami konflik peran ganda sangat membutuhkan dukungan sosial dari sekitarnya, baik itu dukungan dari suami maupun orang-orang terdekatnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan sosial dan konflik peran ganda guru perempuan di masa pandemi. Penelitian kuantitatif ini dilakukan terhadap 131 guru perempuan melalui teknik purposive sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala konflik peran ganda dan dukungan sosial. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa semakin tinggi dukungan sosial, semakin rendah konflik peran ganda yang dialami guru perempuan. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konflik peran ganda bagi guru perempuan yang mengajar secara daring di rumah dan dihadapkan pada tanggung jawab lain dapat diatasi dengan memberikan dukungan kepada perempuan dalam menjalankan perannya
