Speech Education : Providing Self-presentation Skills and Self-confidence
Get PDFNeedless to say that successful people tend to rank high in their self-esteem, because they have had positive comments from others for their successes. Reflecting this example often found in daily bases, the author would like to find that if receiving a decent amount of positive comments and attitudes from others to their self-presentations affects trainees’ level of self-esteem.
In this study, the author examines the correlations in the level of trainees’ self-esteem and the ability to modify self-presentation after their giving 3 presentations in English or taking 24 hours of conversational English classes using two kinds of psychometric tests.
The result showed that in the life-long education setting, there is a strong correlation between the 2 abilities if the trainees are starters. In addition, doing easy tasks and not knowing stagnation periods that they might have in their later learning, the changes they showed in the both scales are great. Conversely, the students with some backgrounds in studying English ranked their self-esteem high in the first place, but lower in the last place still with a higher score in their self-presentation skills. In the university classes, the students with the lower TOEIC scores scored their self-esteem low in the first place and only a little improvement later, but they see some improvements in their ability to present themselves in just 3 months, so even though there was almost no correlations in the 2 scales in April, there showed a weak correlation in July. On the other hand, the students with the higher TOEIC score already had high scores in both the scales in the beginning and improved them again in July, especially greater in the self-presentation scale, so there were already a little correlation in the two scales in April, but it became greater in July.
Based on the findings, the author concluded that correlations in the two abilities depend on trainees’ language proficiency and the settings they are in. It is not a clear conclusion, but this study at least gives some insights to both the educators and learners in various situations respectively.24研究ノー

Get PDF小学校学習指導要領の「音楽科」と「図画工作科」と幼稚園教育要領の領域「表現」の変遷を参照し、幼稚園教育要領と小学校学習指導要領の音楽科は一貫して教師主導型指導による基礎的な感覚・技能の育成が中心課題であったこと、図画工作科は子どもの内側から沸き上がる衝動や能動性が継承されてきたことを示した。2008（平成20）年の幼稚園教育要領の音楽において「感性」が重視され、「基礎的感覚及び技能など音楽的能力の育成」が除かれた。保育者には子どもが感じ取るものとしての環境を意識することが求められ、保育者自身が豊かな感性をもち、日々の生活のなかにある美しさなどを感じとり、子どもに伝えていくことも重要である。8論
A Study on Environmental Setting to Expression Activity （1） : The Case of Two Soap Bubble Arts
Get PDF保育現場の表現活動の際に行われる環境設定型の表現活動とレクチャー型の表現活動を取り上げ、幼児の表現を広げる製作の環境設定について考察する。本研究ではシャボン玉お絵描きを題材に環境設定型、レクチャー型の2回の表現活動を立案、実践した。同じテーマである2つの実践を考察することで ① 子どもの主体的な取り組み、気づきの機会、② 集中（表現に取り組む姿勢、素材に関わる姿勢）についての違い、③ 表現方法、表現の幅の違い、という3点の違いが見られた。本稿では、保育における表現とは保育者が設定した着地点に子どもたちを導くことが主目的ではなく、子どもたちの自由な表出をねらいとして保育者は表出を促す環境設定をすることが望ましいという視点で比較を行った。子どもの想いを引き受け、子どもが主体となって表出していく表現活動をねらいとする保育、子どもの気づきを促す保育をねらいとする場合、環境設定型の表現活動が有効であると結論づけた。9論
Development of Language In Course of Study for Kindergarten : The Range on “Reading” and “Listening” in Fields of “Language”
Get PDF本稿の目的は、幼稚園教育要領・保育所保育指針改訂の背景にあるもの、特に「新規の」内容に関して過去二、三十年とは異なる様相を呈してきた事項について整理し、その特質を明らかにすることである。また、この度の幼稚園教育要領改訂に伴う「領域 言葉」の内容から、新規に強調されているもの ― 特に主体的・対話的で深い学び、他者との協働（伝え合い）に纏わる内容 ― を、「よみ」・「きく」との関連性において整理した。改訂幼稚園教育要領の目指すところ、即ち2030年以降の次代を想定した人間形成の根幹に、人間独自の機能である言語―よみ・きく（伝える）といった、幼児教育における領域「言葉」に示された内容―がどのように関わるのか、この国が目指す「人間形成の方向性」とそこに対して領域「言葉」が今後どのようにかかわって行くのか、AIと人間の関係性から試論としてまとめてみた。12研究ノー
社会福祉の理念と子ども家庭福祉
Get PDF本稿においては，子ども家庭福祉を念頭に置きつつ，その上位概念と位置付けられる社会福祉の理念について検討を進めることとする．まず，福祉的行為を成り立たせるための基本原理について，西洋，東洋の両側面から考察した．続いて，社会福祉が対象とする人間存在をとらえる原理について，主として西洋の視点から整理を行った．そして，第三に，社会福祉における社会づくりの観点から，福祉社会の原理について，共生やソーシャル・インクルージョンなどの原理について考察を進めた．そして，最後に，それらを踏まえた子ども家庭福祉原理の検討が必要と述べた．3論
