Full text linkIts role determines the succession of the process of administering education. Ignoring human resources is the same as making a death hole for educational institutions. It is on the basis of the urgency of human Resources that the concept and model of human Resources management emerge in educational institutions. In general, the concept can be categorized into two models. [1] human Resources as a person who has motivation, commitment and morality. Thus, the management efforts carried out must be in order to improve the overall personality above; [2] human Resources as a unified system in educational institutions. The efforts made by the manager are to build a system and a model that becomes a reference and performance guide for all human Resources. human Resources motivation is related to psychological drives that are influenced by two factors, namely internal and external, or intrinsic and extrinsic. Internal factors can be influenced by basic human needs as Maslow's theory. human Resources commitment is related to identification of feelings, participation and loyalty to the organization. So if you want to know someone's commitment then you can see their loyalty to the organization
Ihdad Bagi Suami dalam Kompilasi Hukum Islam Perspektif Maqasid Al-Shariah
No full textThe books of fiqh discussed the concept of ih}da>d applies only to the wife who was left to die by her husband with the same period `iddah death, i.e. four (4) months in ten (10) days. It is inversely proportional to the concept of ih}da>d that apply in Article 170 paragraph (2) the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) which establishes the obligation of mourning for her husband who was left to die by his wife with time according to propriety. Following the truth of the theory in coherence (the truth on the basis of the consistency argument), then in Article 170 paragraph (2) is provision to the same as subsection (1), i.e. ih}da>d both make law had to be done, even though  by the wife and husband. The differences concept ,the researchers eventually focused on two aspects of the problem, namely: (1) What is the reason of shar`iy used in the determination of the ih}da>d for husband in Article 170 paragraph (2) the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI)?, (2) How perspective maqa>s}id al-shari>’ah to the ih}da>d for husband in the Article 170 paragraph (2) the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI)?.
The researcher of this articel belongs to the normative research. While the views from the data collection which has been examined, the research belongs to library research (study library). Primary and Secondary data were analyzed by using descriptive analytic method, that describes the whole theory about maqa>s}id al-shari>`ah which used to analyze the datas of the husband who has ih}da>d. While the approach in analyzing the data by using a statutory approach (statute approach).
There are two research results. The first, shar`iy used to determine of the ih}da>d for husband in Article 170 paragraph (2) the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) are the norms of Islamic law, both rule in us}uliyah or the rule of fiqhiyah. The second, ih}da>d for the husband in Article 170 paragraph (2) the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) in the perspective of maqa>s}id al-shari>`ah has been in accordance with universal values of shara` is jalb al-mas}a>lih wa dar’ al-mafa>sid (brought good and resist damage). The category of maqa>s}id, the provisions of this article are included in the categories of al-d{aru>riyya>t, especially h{ifz} al-‘ird i.e. the imposition of religious law in order to guarantee and maintain the honor.

Konsep Pendidikan Islam dalam Perspektif Ibnu Khaldun
Full text linkDifferent ways of looking at the nature, purpose, methods and sources of Islamic education produce studies that are also different from one character to another, because each has a different flow, among others, religious-conservative schools, rational-religious flows and religious-instrumental religious flows. Ibn Kholdun, an instrumentalist-instrumentalist, has presented his views in the form of a general orientation in Islamic education, so he said that educational activities are not merely thoughts and reflections, but are social phenomena that are characteristic of human types, and must therefore enjoyed by every social being named human. In terms of educational curriculum, educational methods, and evaluations that are offered in their entirety, they deserve to be studied and examined, and if we look at each one of his views on the education curriculum, educational methods, and evaluations, which have been conceptualized by Ibn Khaldun almost from each sub-system in the Indonesian education system many are internalized.

Full text linkThe quality of educational institutions is supported by several system elements including supervision of education carried out by principals as supervisors as mandated by Minister of National Education Regulation (Permendiknas) Number 13 of 2007 concerning Standard Principals who must supervise education in the form of supervision and assessment of teacher performance and employees who aim to assist teachers and employees in achieving educational goals starting from planning, implementation and evaluation to be optimal in carrying out institutional tasks in an organizational frame that leads to the quality of the institution. Educational supervision serves to coordinate all school efforts including all role holders in the school organization and broaden the experience through giving constructive criticism from the principal to teachers and employees. References to educational supervision include curriculum components, curriculum content and curriculum development strategies, improvement of teaching references in terms of making learning planning, optimizing the educational functions and educational goals embodied in the school's vision and mission. Full text linkABSTRACT Good communication can attract new customer so companies can earn profits that have an impact on financial performance.The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of interpersonal communication on crporate image and the financial performance study of PT. BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng Jombang. The population in this research is the entire clientele of PT. BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng Jombang is 980 customer and sample as much as 98 client using random sampling techniques. It also uses financial report publication company from 2011 to 2016. These studies use quantitative methods using simple regression analysis of data with 5% significance.The results of the analysis show that variable interpersonal communication significantly influential taking action against corporate image with t value calculate of 8.06 and have 0,00 significance. Full text linkABSTRACT This Peper will describe how family violence (the smallest institution in society) disturbs and impedes daily activities in family life. This conflict can have an impact ranging from small scales such as separation of beds to even minor violence to the greatest impact of divorce and hostility between families of both sides. Departing from that, minimizing up to shifting the potential for conflict in a positive way seems to be necessary. One of the worthy re-glances of local wisdom (local wisdom), local wisdom is the values that live in society and followed by its members, and local wisdom is actually a development of the teachings of revelation or old values that have experienced Islamization. The practice of local wisdom and the teachings of Islam as the basis of conflict resolution have been practiced in the history of Islamic civilization. By minimizing the conflict from the family, it is expected to suppress the potential for greater conflict let alone threaten the security of nation and state. Islamic education in Indonesia has been going on since the inclusion of Islam in Indonesia. In the early stages of Islamic Education begins, educational institutions have not been formed and available, seeing the beginning of the process of Islamic education that has not been systematic and emphasizes the process of da'wah carried out by preachers to their students, both personal and collective contacts. After the Muslim community was formed in an area, they began to build mosques. The mosque is functioned as a place of worship and education. The mosque is an Islamic educational institution that first appeared beside the house where the ulama or muballigh lived. After that other Islamic education institutions emerged, such as pesantren, surau, dayah. The name of the institution is different because it is influenced by differences in place, tradition and culture. But, even though the names are different, they have the same goal, namely as a process place in studying Islamic education. Ciri utama pola pembelajaran ini adalah target penyelesaian pada buku ajar/ paket yang utama. Kenyataan ini membuat guru kurang memberdayakan kompetensi siswa, salah satunya adalah keterampilan sosial sebagai motor internal siswa dalam belajar. Keterampilan sosial teruji secara empiris mampu mendorong siswa berprestasi secara akademik dan sosial, oleh karena itu perlu kajian dalam pemilihan strategi pembelajaran yang mampu menumbuhkan keterampilan sosial.
