Factores generadores de estrés percibidos por estudiantes de enfermería en sus primera práctica clínica.
Get PDFBackground. Starting for the first time the university clinical practice may affect the well-being of nursing students in different situations. Hence the importance of knowing the factors causing stress at the beginning of their formative practices. Objective. To describe the factors generating stress in nursing students during their first clinical practice and its relation with sociodemographic variables. Cartagena 2017. Methods. The sample supported 108 students of nursing programs from three institutions of higher education (IES N°1, N°2 y N°3), the KEZKAK questionnaire was used to measure nursing students\u27 stressors in clinical practice (semesters 3 to 5). Results.Students under 22 years old (80,5%) and female gender (88,9%) principally constituted the sample. The (22.2%) of students are from IES N°1, (30,6%) from IES N°2 and (47,2%) belong to IES N°3. The factors that generated the most stress were: academic overload (88%), and emotional involvement with the patient (81,3%). The principal association of variables was: "relationship with teachers" linked both to university items (p-value = 0,002) and to semester (p-value = 0,006). Conclusions.The major factors generating stress influences the treatment with the patient. This gives an insight to the reality faced by the student in his first clinical practice: the preoccupation for their performing in activities during the training, and not being able to offer the proper care with objectivity.Introducción: el inicio de las prácticas clínicas universitarias genera en los estudiantes de enfermería diversas situaciones que pueden afectar su bienestar. De aquí la importancia de conocer los factores que causan estrés al inicio de las prácticas formativas.Objetivo: describir los factores generadores de estrés en estudiantes de Enfermería en primeras prácticas clínicas y su relación con las variables sociodemográficas. Cartagena. 2017. Materiales y métodos: estudio cuantitativo, descriptivo, de corte transversal y correlacional. La muestra correspondió a 108 estudiantes de los programas de enfermería de tres instituciones de educación superior (IES N°1, N°2 y N°3), se empleó el cuestionario KEZKAK de valoración de estresores en estudiantes de enfermería que se encuentran en prácticas clínicas (semestres 3° a 5°).Resultados: los estudiantes se distinguieron por ser en general, menores de 22 años (80,5%), género femenino (88,9%). El 22,2% pertenecen a la IES N°1, el 30,6% a IES N°2 y 47,2% a IES N°3. Los factores que generaron mayor estrés fueron: la sobrecarga académica (88%) y la implicación emocional con el paciente (81,3%). La asociación de variables relevante fue: “relación con docentes” vinculado tanto con ítem IES (valor-p = 0,002) y semestre (valor-p = 0,006). Conclusión: los factores generadores de estrés sobresalientes influyen en el trato con el paciente. Esto permite relacionar la representación esquemática de la realidad que genera en el estudiante enfrentarse a su primera práctica clínica: preocupación por tener un bajo rendimiento en actividades realizadas durante la práctica y no ofrecer cuidados específicos con la objetividad requerida

Get PDFThe objective of this article was to describe the conditions currently presented by the corregimiento of the Mouthpiece so that children and adolescents do not fully enjoy their rights. To reach this porosity applied a diagnostic study corresponds to a qualitative research of exploratory and descriptive scope with a socio-legal approach. The results was in the first instance, it was observed that children, girls and adolescents of this district are violated several of their rights as they are; the right to decent housing, since the infrastructure of these do not have the minimum conditions of hygiene, health and safety. On the other hand, they are violated, the right to education, taking into account that schools are in very bad conditions, students are exposed to at any time they fall apart, and may suffer injuries. Following this order, the right to the free development of personality is added because many of them even have to withdraw from school to get to work and take a livelihood to their home, or as is the case of girls and adolescents. staying at home taking care of their younger siblings and doing housework, or in other cases, they have to leave school to go to work and get their daily sustenance.El presente artículo tiene como objetivo describir las condiciones que presenta actualmente el corregimiento de la Boquilla para que los niños, niñas y adolescentes no gocen plenamente de sus derechos. Para alcanzar este propósito se acudió a una metodología de corte cualitativo, de alcance exploratorio y descriptivo con enfoque socio jurídico. Como resultados,, en primera instancia, se observó que los niños, niñas y adolescentes de este corregimiento se les vulneran varios de sus derechos como lo son; el derecho a una vivienda digna, ya que la infraestructura de estas no cuentan con las condiciones mínimas de higiene, salubridad y seguridad. Por otro lado, se les vulnera, el derecho a la educación, teniendo en cuenta que las escuelas se encuentran en muy malas condiciones, los estudiantes se exponen a que en cualquier momento se desmoronen, y puedan sufrir lesiones. Siguiendo este orden, se suma el derecho al libre desarrollo de la personalidad porque muchos de ellos les toca incluso retirarse de la escuela para ponerse a trabajar y llevar a un sustento a su hogar, o como es el caso de las niñas y adolescentes les toca quedarse en casa cuidando a sus hermanos menores y realizando las labores de la casa, o en otros casos, les toca retirarse de la escuela para ir a trabajar y conseguir el sustento diari

Construcción y aplicación de un árbol de problemas transdisciplinar en práctica asistencial.
Get PDFBackground: identification of the problems that affect the healthcare practice, investigating the causes and consequences, using the notion of a tree as a metaphor and trans-discipline as the guiding principle. Objective: Build and apply a transdisciplinary problem tree to operationalize transdisciplinary attitudes, in the improvement of the relationships that are established between health professionals and patients in healthcare practice. Methods: a qualitative study, research method action transdisciplinary approach, the instrument with a tree of problems and transdisciplinary solutions, four constituent elements of the tree are established, the root is problematic multicausal, the trunk is the logical unfolding, the branches are the interdependent causes the leaves represent the alternatives of the relational solution. Sample Totality of officials, students who work in the Manizales First Level Clinic, during the year 2017 and Patients belonging to the user association. Results: improvement of a care practice that is precarious, instrumentalized, rigid and dehumanized, because of a health policy framed in the fiscal adjustment and the rationalization of resources.Conclusions: with the presence of transdisciplinary and their attitudes in professional practice, it is achieved that the care practice is a scenario in which pain is not missed, without losing sight of the fact that the health system is the reflection in a chaotic state of economic concerns that prevent optimizing its quality and management indicators.Introducción:identificación de los problemas que afectan la práctica asistencial indagando por las causas y consecuencias empleando como metáfora la noción de árbol y como hilo conductor la transdisciplina.Objetivo: construir y aplicar un árbol de problemas transdisciplinar para operacionalizar las actitudes transdisciplinarias, en el mejoramiento de las relaciones que se establecen entre los profesionales de salud y los pacientes en práctica asistencial. Materiales y métodos: estudio cualitativo, método investigación acción enfoque transdisciplinario, instrumento Árbol de problemas y soluciones transdisciplinar, se establecen cuatro elementos constitutivos del árbol, la raíz es problemática multicausal, el tronco es el despliegue lógico, las ramas son las causas interdependientes las hojas representan las alternativas de solución relacionales. Muestra Totalidad de funcionarios, que laboran en la clínica de Primer nivel Manizales, durante el año 2017 y Pacientes pertenecientes a la asociación de usuarios.Resultados:mejoramiento de una práctica asistencial que es precaria, instrumentalizada, rígida y deshumanizada, como consecuencia de una política de salud enmarcada en el ajuste fiscal y la racionalización de los recursos. Conclusión: Con presencia de la transdisciplina y de sus actitudes en el ejercicio profesional, se logra que la práctica asistencial sea un escenario en el que el dolor no se extrañe, la enfermedad se disminuya con la terapia del cariño, la calidez y el amor, sin perder de vista que el sistema de salud es el reflejo en un estado caótico de preocupaciones económicas que impiden optimizar al máximo sus indicadores de calidad y de gestión
Ecoturismo, marketing ecológico y postconflicto, una mirada en contexto para el departamento de Córdoba
Get PDFIn this article the authors make a general description about the current context of ecotourism, ecological marketing and post-conflict in the department of Córdoba. As a support strategy for these activities, some of the most important sections described in the "Development Plan 2016 -2019 United by Córdoba" are taken into account for this purpose; also studies carried out as the "Tourism Development Plan for the Department of Córdoba 2012" still in force.
In the first instance, definitions of some expert authors are remembered in the variables that are the object of study; however, before, the current situation of tourism in Colombia is described, and for this, the statistical data thrown by the MCIT is taken into account. Then, in its current context for the region, ecotourism is analyzed as an emerging activity and development opportunity; the ecological marketing, as a fundamental tool to carry out the first thing; and finally the post-conflict, as that independent variable that will serve as the scenario in which the plans and actions of green marketing will be established, to promote tourism and its variants in the region.En este artículo los autores hacen una descripción general acerca del contexto actual del ecoturismo, el marketing ecológico y el postconflicto en el departamento de Córdoba. Como estrategia de soporte a dichas actividades, se tienen en cuenta para tal efecto, algunos de los apartes más importantes descritos en el “Plan de desarrollo 2016 -2019 Unidos por Córdoba”; también estudios realizados como el “Plan de desarrollo Turístico para el Departamento de Córdoba 2012” aún vigente.
En primera instancia, se recuerdan definiciones de algunos autores expertos en las variables que son objeto de estudio; no obstante, antes, se describe la situación actual del turismo en Colombia, y para ello, se tiene en cuenta los datos estadísticos arrojados por el MCIT. Seguidamente se analizan en su contexto actual para la región, el ecoturismo, como actividad emergente y oportunidad de desarrollo; el marketing ecológico, como herramienta fundamental para llevar a cabo lo primero; y finalmente el postconflicto, como aquella variable independiente que servirá de escenario en el cual se establecerán los planes y acciones de marketing verde, para impulsar el turismo y sus variantes en la región

Get PDFAs follow, the results of a research done at University of Envigado are shown, whose main objective was to relate the Business Science School´s students´ literacy levels with their academic performance. This objective changed in the process, because of the high levels of dropping out. Therefore, the investigation team decided including the dropping-out problem among the research purposes and compare them with the students´ written culture problems at starting and during their stay in the university. Also, dropping-out problem and career and university election are revised. Finally, some proposals in order to decrease the dropping-out by means of increasing the literacy levels, due to the fact that their importance in academic and professional life.A continuación se presentan los resultados de una investigación realizada en la Institución Universitaria de Envigado, cuyo objetivo fundamental era relacionar los niveles de literacidad de los estudiantes de la Facultad de Ciencias Empresariales con su desempeño académico. Este objetivo se desvirtuó en el proceso mismo, por los altos niveles de deserción. Por tanto, el equipo investigador decidió incluir el problema de deserción entre los propósitos investigativos y cotejarlos con los problemas de cultura escrita de los estudiantes al ingreso y durante su permanencia en la universidad. También se revisa el problema de la deserción con la elección de carrera y de universidad. Al final, se enuncian unas propuestas para disminuir la deserción a partir de potenciar los niveles de literacidad, debido a su importancia en la vida académica y profesional
Emprendimiento e instituciones formales: Un análisis de datos panel para 99 países
Get PDFThe present article shows the relationship between some representative variables of the formal institutions and the total early stage entrepreneurial activity (TEA), as an approximate variable of the entrepreneurship for 99 countries between 2004 and 2015. The methodology used was an unbalanced data panel of random effects. We found that some variables such as the transfer of R&D had negative effects, while others such as government aid had a positive impact on entrepreneurship.El presente artículo muestra la relación existente entre algunas variables representativas de las instituciones formales y la tasa de actividad emprendedora (TEA), como variable aproximada del emprendimiento para 99 países entre el 2004 y 2015. La metodología utilizada fue un panel de datos desbalanceado de efectos aleatorios.
