¿El delito también migra? la migración ilegal de venezolanos a Colombia y su relación con la tasa delincuencial.

The general objective is to analyze whether Venezuelan illegal migration is related to the increase in the crime rate. Through this document, it is intended to establish what is the impact generated by the current migratory crisis on the national security of Colombia, in order to understand which are the security variables affected. For the present work, the research paradigm implemented is the hermeneutic, due to its social and community nature, with a view to analyzing and studying the problematic field. Based on all the studies carried out on the subject, journalistic writings, surveys, interviews and other databases referenced in this research article, it is indisputable and undeniable that illegal Venezuelan migration is not a proportional cause of the rate. of criminality in the Colombian Country.Bien sea, por propaganda política o por rumores sociales, pero se ha establecido que la tasa delincuencial aumenta con la migración, es decir, se les clasifica como factores proporcionales, bajo esta lógica habría que indagarse ¿si la migración disminuye entonces también debería disminuir la criminalidad? Como objetivo general se tiene analizar si la migración ilegal venezolana tiene relación con el aumento de la tasa delincuencial. A través del escrito se pretende establecer cuál es el impacto que genera la actual crisis migratoria en la seguridad nacional de Colombia, con el fin de comprender cuales son las variables de seguridad afectadas. Para el presente trabajo, el paradigma de investigación implementado es el hermenéutico, por su naturaleza social y comunitaria, con miras de analizar y estudiar el campo problemático. En base, a todos los estudios realizados sobre el tema, los escritos periodísticos, las encuestas, entrevistas y demás bases de datos referenciados en el presente artículo de investigación, que es indiscutible e innegable que la migración ilegal venezolana no es causal proporcional de la tasa de criminalidad en el País Colombiano.

On the theoretical basis of the same conceive authors like Michael White and review how Narrative Therapy for therapeutic purposes outlines ideas that allow us to approach the multiple interpretations that we must do in the conjugation of ideas that arrive with each attention in a space mediated by the virtuality, and where the process of attention is not given in the "face to face", but in what the philosopher Alfred Korzybsky (1897-1950) called the relationship between the territory and the map, which in our case translates into what I think and what I say (or write), and is interpreted by whoever acts as a receiver of my message.El Consultorio Virtual de Trabajo Social (CVTS) se forja como un espacio de interactuación desde el uso de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC´s) que responde a necesidades de atención psicosocial a estudiantes y egresados del programa de Trabajo Social de la Corporación Universitaria Rafael Núñez. Sobre las bases teóricas del mismo se conciben autores como Michael White y se revisa como la Terapia Narrativa con fines terapéuticos esboza ideas que permiten la aproximación a las múltiples interpretaciones que deben hacerse en la conjugación de ideas que llegan con cada atención en un espacio mediado por la virtualidad, y donde el proceso de atención no se da en el “face to face”, sino en lo que el filósofo Alfred Korzybsky (1897-1950) denomino la relación entre el territorio y el mapa, que para el proceso llevado desde el caso del Consultorio Virtual se traduce en lo que pienso y lo que digo (o escribo), y es interpretado por quien actúa como receptor del mensaje.

Get PDFThe management of intangibles in organizations is an asset that is being lost by small and medium organizations, which is why the purpose of this research was to describe the experiences of the main actors of the University of the Armed Forces in the western region that covers three states. of Venezuela, and to be able to know their realities in terms of the management they have been carrying out and what is currently happening with intangible management in the directions of the civil engineering program, this through research under the interpretive paradigm with the support of descriptive research and in the field, the work was carried out through in-depth interviews and categorized by the Atlas Ti program. Among the most important results were the loss of this valuable asset and the foundations of traditional administration in all its efforts, and being a house of studies that must generate and promote knowledge, they have weaknesses in this type of management that provides competitive competencies to the organization.La gestión de intangibles en las organizaciones es un activo que está siendo perdido por organizaciones pequeñas y medianas, es por ello que el propósito de esta investigación fue describir las experiencias de los actores principales de la universidad de la Fuerza Armada región occidente que abarca tres estados de Venezuela, y poder conocer sus realidades en cuanto a la gestión que vienen llevando y que está pasando actualmente con la gestión intangible en las direcciones de programa de ingeniería civil, esto por medio de una investigación bajo el paradigma interpretativo con apoyo de la investigación descriptiva y de campo, el trabajo se realizó por medio de entrevistas a profundidad y categorizadas por el programa Atlas Ti. Entre los resultados más importantes se develaron la perdida de este valioso activo y fundamentos de la administración tradicional en todas sus gestiones, y siendo una casa de estudios que se debe generar y promocionar el conocimiento tienen debilidades sobre este tipo de gestión que brinda competencias competitivas a la organización.
 
Service quality as a strategic factor: case study in a higher education institution in the city of Cartagena
No full textThe objective of this study is to identify the variables with the highest incidence in the perception of service quality at a University of the City of Cartagena, responding to the “case study” research technique. The research methodology is qualitative with an interpretive paradigm. As a result, it was obtained that the variables best valued by the students are those related to the curriculum, from its programmatic content and teaching methodology dimensions, in addition to the administrative processes developed by the institution. It can be concluded that, although there is a perception that the University imparts quality education, it is also correct to indicate that there are factors susceptible to improvements in relation to institutional communication processes and infrastructure.El objetivo del presente estudio es identificar las variables con mayor incidencia en la percepción de calidad de servicio de una Universidad de la Ciudad de Cartagena, respondiendo de esta manera a la técnica de investigación “estudio de casos”. La metodología de la investigación es cualitativa con paradigma interpretativo. Como resultado se obtuvo que, las variables mejor valoradas por los estudiantes son las relacionadas con el currículo, desde sus dimensiones contenido programático y metodología de enseñanzas, además de los procesos administrativos desarrollados por la institución. Se puede concluir que, aunque existe la percepción que la Universidad imparte educación de calidad, también es correcto indicar que existen factores susceptibles a mejoras en lo relacionado con los procesos de comunicación institucional y la infraestructura

Acoso laboral: una revisión bibliográfica de literatura
No full textThe aim of this article is to provide a bibliographic review of literature, which relates the historical development of research on workplace bullying during the period 2000 to August 2021, obtaining 19599 publications from which 54 documents published in the Scopus database on the topic studied were selected and analyzed. The methodology used incorporated the qualitative approach of bibliographic review type. The results provide a statistical analysis that reflects the scientific production of the period studied, in addition the main countries, authors, institutions, journals and thematic areas where these studies are developed were identified, in the analysis of the selected documents it was determined that workplace harassment generates psychological and health problems in workers, it was also identified that women suffer more from this scourge, and it occurs more frequently in the academic field, health, and in public organizations, in addition studies on the ethical and regulatory environment are related, and the role of leadership in the mitigation and prevention of workplace harassment. Finally, it is concluded that the study of workplace harassment has increased in recent years, and that it occurs more frequently in female employees.El presente artículo tiene como objetivo proporcionar una revisión bibliográfica de literatura, donde se relaciona el desarrollo histórico de la investigación sobre acoso laboral durante el periodo 2000 a agosto de 2021 obteniendo 19599 publicaciones de las cuales se seleccionaron y analizaron 54 documentos publicados en la base de datos Scopus sobre la temática estudiada. La metodología utilizada incorporó el enfoque cualitativo de tipo revisión bibliográfica. Los resultados proporcionan un análisis estadístico que refleja la producción científica del periodo estudiado, además se identificaron los principales países, autores, instituciones, revistas y áreas temáticas donde se desarrollan dichos estudios, en el análisis de los documentos seleccionados se determinó que el acoso laboral genera problemas psicológicos y de salud en los trabajadores, también se identificó que las mujeres padecen más este flagelo, y se da con mayor frecuencia en el ámbito académico, salud, y en organizaciones públicas, además se relacionan estudios sobre el ámbito ético y normativo, y el rol que cumple el liderazgo en la mitigación y prevención del acoso laboral. Finalmente se concluye que el estudio de acoso laboral se ha incrementado en los últimos años, y que se da con mayor frecuencia en los empleados de género femenino
Las dos caras del emprendimiento: formal e informal
No full textThe reflection article resulting from research, proposed to know the two faces of formal and informal entrepreneurship in Latin America and in Colombia, in particular, in the city of Popayán-Cauca. The impact generated by informal entrepreneurship on formal entrepreneurship is a challenge for the city because it has high unemployment rates that lead people to seek a livelihood. The research was carried out with qualitative methodology and ethnographic type, applying a semi-structured interview to entrepreneurs and businessmen in the city. In the first instance, the position of the International Labor Organization regarding formal and informal entrepreneurship, the formalization proposals for companies and their benefits was identified. In Latin America, the importance of productivity was highlighted, and adequate contexts for the emergence of innovative enterprises, offering new jobs that reduce informality. In Colombia, it was observed that informality causes non-compliance with labor contracting regulations and payment of taxes. Subsequently, the formality and informality of entrepreneurship in Popayán was studied, determined by factors such as unemployment and social problems, as well as inconveniences of formal trade generated by informal trade. El impacto generado por el emprendimiento informal en el emprendimiento formal es un desafío para la ciudad por demostrar altos índices de desempleo que lleva a las personas a buscar sustento. La investigación se realizó con metodología cualitativa, tipo etnográfico, con entrevista semiestructurada a emprendedores y empresarios de la ciudad. En primera instancia, se identificó la posición de la Organización Internacional del Trabajo frente al emprendimiento formal e informal, las propuestas de formalización para empresas y sus beneficios. En América Latina, se resaltó la importancia de la productividad, y un contexto adecuado para el surgimiento de emprendimientos innovadores, ofreciendo nuevos empleos que disminuyen la informalidad. En Colombia, se observó que la informalidad, ocasiona, incumplimiento en normas de contratación laboral y pago de impuestos. Posteriormente, se estudió la formalidad e informalidad del emprendimiento en Popayán, determinado por factores como desempleo y problemas sociales, además, inconvenientes del comercio formal generados por el comercio informal. Por último, se realizaron propuestas de mejoramiento de emprendimientos formales e informales en la ciudad de Popayán.
 
Mercadeo, para potencializar el turismo en el corregimiento de El Encano
No full textThis paper is the results of the research: "Marketing plan for tourism in the village of El Encano, in the municipality of Pasto", has the objective of establishing marketing strategies that allow to boost the tourism sector, favoring the community as a fundamental actor in this process. For this purpose, the quantitative method was used, through the information collected through surveys conducted with potential clients and the tourism service provider community, who provided relevant information for the investigation; likewise, secondary sources such as articles and research related to the study topic were used. It was established that in the district there is a great variety of tourist attractions that must be promoted and strengthened to improve the standard of living of the population that is dedicated to offering different tourist products. It is concluded that there are sensitive aspects to improve, in the tourist services, to strengthen the economic, social and environmental situation of the village of Encano.Este artículo, presenta resultados de la investigación: “Plan de mercadeo para el turismo en el corregimiento de El Encano, del municipio de Pasto”, tiene como objetivo, establecer estrategias de mercadeo que permita dinamizar el sector turismo, favoreciendo a la comunidad actor fundamental en este proceso. Para tal fin se hizo uso del método cuantitativo, a través de la información recolectada por medio de encuestas realizadas a los clientes potenciales y a la comunidad prestadora del servicio de turismo, quienes suministraron información relevante para la investigación; igualmente se utilizaron fuentes secundarias como artículos, fuentes secundarias, relacionadas con el tema de estudio. Se logro establecer que en el corregimiento hay una gran variedad de atractivos turísticos que se deben promocionar y potencializar para mejorar el nivel de vida de la población que se dedica a ofrecer los diferentes productos turísticos. Se concluye que hay aspectos sensibles a mejorar, en los servicios turísticos, para fortalecer la situación económica, social y ambiental del corregimiento del Encano
La educación médica y el quehacer profesional: análisis al sistema de atención en salud, mirado desde la educación médica
No full textHealth care is one of the most important issues in our society today, because it is the mediation between people suffering from an illness and the health system. Nowadays it is very common to hear that medical care is becoming more and more dehumanized and violent against patients, and that this situation has dismissed the respect that has historically been shown to the health professional. It has been observed how the world\u27s gaze is focused on education to analyze the problems in medical care, a situation that could well be explained by the training that is currently given to medical students and that results in an insensitive professional. This difficulty is being analyzed especially in underdeveloped countries, such as Latin America, where the problem is becoming more acute with each passing day. This reality is a situation that deserves special attention because it has become an important problem, and a detailed reflection was made on the most relevant aspects in the process of medical training, the university factors that affect it, and that promote the current training of health professionals, aiming to visualize a possible origin of this problem and discern possible alternatives to overcome it.La atención en salud es unos de los temas más importantes en nuestra sociedad actual, debido a que es la mediación entre las personas que padecen de una enfermedad, y el sistema de salud, hoy día es muy común escuchar que la atención médica cada vez se vuelve más deshumanizada y violenta contra los pacientes, y que esa situación ha desestimado el respeto que históricamente se tiene frente al profesional de salud. Se ha observado cómo la mirada del mundo se centra sobre la educación para analizar los problemas en la atención médica, situación que bien podría explicarse por la formación que en la actualidad se imparte al estudiante de medicina y que desemboca en un profesional poco sensible. Dificultad que se viene analizando sobre todo en los países subdesarrollados, como Latinoamérica, donde el problema se acentúa con los días. Es esta realidad una situación que merece especial atención pues se ha convertido en un problema importante, y del cual se realizó una reflexión detallada sobre los aspectos más relevantes en el proceso de la formación médica, los factores universitarios que inciden en esta, y que promueven la formación actual de los profesionales de salud, pretendiendo visibilizar un posible origen de este problema y discernir sobre las posibles alternativas para superarlo
Currículos para la vida, el cambio y el futuro, en programas académicos de la educación terciaria
No full textThis paper presents, fundamentally, a synthesis of the dense range of definitions and existing concepts on curriculum, although it emphasizes in a special way in the explanation of what the “curricula for life, change and the future” are (would be), aspect this, in which little is thought at the time of designing the curricula of the institutions. It is not known exactly, if "that little thinking" is something intentional, or if it obeys in good faith, the need to train, above all, technicians and technologists, competent in their trades, neglecting the integral training of the human being, which is so lacking it is doing to the bulk of humanity. It is for this reason that the concept of curriculum for life, change and the future is broken down, although very synthetically, aimed at framing the training of tertiary education students. Although this denomination is not well known in our environment, it is a fact that, in Colombia, there is that level of education. Also reflected in this writing, the methodological strategy as this type of curriculum could be contemplated, for the achievement of the objectives of tertiary education, and is giving room to the analysis and reflection on certain themes and problems, as transversal or integrating axes of the different curricular components.Este artículo presenta, fundamentalmente, una síntesis de la densa gama de definiciones y conceptos existentes sobre currículo, aunque enfatiza de manera especial en la explicación de lo que son (serían) los “currículos para la vida, el cambio y el futuro”, aspecto este, en el que poco se piensa al momento de diseñar los currículos de las instituciones. No se sabe exactamente, si, “ese poco pensar” sea algo intencionado, o si obedezca de buena fe, a la necesidad de formar ante todo técnicos y tecnólogos, competentes en sus oficios, descuidando la formación integral del ser humano, que tanta falta le está haciendo al grueso de la humanidad. Es por ello, que, se desglosa, aunque muy sintéticamente, el concepto de currículo para la vida, el cambio y el futuro, orientado a enmarcar la formación del estudiante de educación terciaria. Aunque esta denominación no es muy conocida en nuestro medio, es un hecho que, en Colombia, existe ese nivel de educación. También se plasma en este escrito, la estrategia metodológica como podría contemplarse este tipo de currículo, para el logro de los objetivos de la educación terciaria, y es dando cabida al análisis y reflexión sobre ciertas temáticas y problemáticas, a manera de ejes transversales o integradores de los distintos componentes curriculares
