Get PDFPerkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat membuat perkembangan dalam sector keuangan juga semakin meningkat. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari munculnya Financial Technology (Fintech). Banyak manfaat yang didapatkan masyarakat akan adanya Fintech Syariah. Dimana masyarakat menjadi lebih terbantu dalam pembiayaan khususnya dalam hal modal usaha ataupun demi kelangsungan usaha yang mereka jalani. Fintech Syariah lebih mengkhususkan dalam memberikan pembiayaan untuk para pelaku usaha yang halal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa minat masyarakat terhadap adanya Fintech Syariah dengan di tinjau dari Perspektif Hukum Ekonomi Syariah. Masyarakat notabene memilih Fintech Syariah dibanding Konvensional karena tidak adanya unsur riba, dan jelas dari mana uang yang diberikan untuk pembiayaan. Perkembangan yang cukup baik di sector ekonomi syariah akan kemajuan Fintech Syariah sebagai layanan jasa keuangan dengan menawarkan pembiayaan online tanpa harus datang ke lokasi dan cukup dengan ponsel di genggaman tangan. Kemudahan inilah yang menjadikan Fintech semakin diminati dan berkembang di masyarakat, apalagi untuk kawula muda yang tidak menyukai hal-hal yang ribet dan memilih serba instan, cepat, dan mudah

Get PDFTolerance Education Based on Local Wisdom Contextual Learning. This research uses the ethnographic method. Interview technique, interviewed informants came from several groups. Researchers also interviewed 6 community leaders. The social relations in the Sukamaju community show a harmonious multiethnic social relationship. The role of local Luwu culture cannot be separated from multiethnic harmony. As a newcomer, the Sukamaju transmigration community always prioritizes peace. Local wisdom in Tana Luwu for example; Sipakatau means humanizing each other, Sipakalebbi means mutual respect, Sipakaingge 'which means reminding each other of Sipakatou (an expression of mutual love). Cultural values are the glue for the creation and maintenance of religious harmony in Tana Luwu. The value of local wisdom in Tana Luwu is in line with the values of pluralism that grow and develop in Indonesi

No full textStudiini mengkaji tentang Implementasi Pembelajaran Daring Menggunakan WhatsApp Group Pada Mata Pelajaran PAI di SMK Negeri 1 Modayag Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, data-data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan untuk memperoleh data primer dan data sekunder di lapangan. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1). Pembelajaran daring terbilang tidak efektif dikarenakan siswa sulit memahami pelajaran PAI apalagi tidak ada tatap muka langsung guru dan siswa. 2). Faktor Penghambat dalam pembelajaran daring menggunakan WhatsApp Group ini sedikit ada kendala dikarenakan siswa yang tidak mempunyai hp, kemudian kendalanya bisa di penyetoran tugas karena tidak bertatap muka langsung jadi siswa agak kesulitan untuk belajar. Sedangkan faktor pendukung yaitu siswa yang memiliki hp jadi siswa bisa melihat tugas yang diberikan guru melalui WhatsApp Group dan Evaluasi yang dilakukan guru pada saat daring yaitu dengan dilihat dari siswa sering mengerjakan tugas dan kehadiran jadi itu bisa menjadi bahan evaluasi guru kepada siswa.Kata Kunci:Implementasi, Pembelajaran Daring,WhatsApp Group, Mata Pelajaran PA

No full textModel pembelajaran seperti Role Playing melalui permainan mengandung sejumlah prinsip yang perlu dikuasai oleh setiap guru dan siswa. Seorang siswa yang dilatih atau dibiasakan melakukan role playing akan membuatnya lebih terampil dalam berpikir dan menyampaikan pikirannya. Seorang siswa yang dapat berpikir dengan baik akan menjadi lebih efektif dan mudah dalam melakukan kegiatan sekolah atau kelas. Deskripsi ini mengambil tema tentang bagaimana menerapkan role playing model dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SDN 87 Manado.Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data kuantitatif diperoleh dengan tes sedangkan data kualitatif diperoleh dari lembar observasi siswa terhadap kinerja mengajar guru.Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa bermain peran melibatkan siswa untuk aktif, meningkatkan motivasi siswa, menciptakan kegiatan belajar yang menyenangkan dan juga berperan penting dalam pembelajaran. Namun, setiap model pembelajaran memiliki kelemahan dan kelebihannya masing-masing. Sejalan dengan model pembelajaran ini, seorang guru atau pendidik perlu memadukan model role playing ini dengan model pembelajaran lain yang sesuai dengan materi untuk mengejar standar kompetensi siswa. Diharapkan guru memadukan model pembelajaran seperti ini untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan kegiatan belajar mengajar yang sesuai. Selain itu, model pembelajaran ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model yang membantu untuk memperoleh hasil belajar yang lebih baik

No full textThe road closures were carried out by residents of Kei Abepura Village, Yobe Village, and Abepura District when there was grief, as well as during worship for mourning activities of residents living around Grilyawan Street of Abepura Kei Village, so that the road for vehicles from the direction of Keerom, Abe Pantai and Koya was diverted turn to the direction to the Mental Hospital or through the small alleys in the upper complex of the Kei Abepura village to get to the Abepura circle area, for the opposite direction, namely from the Abepura circle, they have to pass Youtefa to get out to Tanah Hitam, Abe Pantai, Koya, and Keroom. This research purposes to find out the road closure model, the general public’s response, and the occurrence of the road closures carried out by the residents of Kei Village when there is grief in the residents of Kei Village, Abepura District, Jayapura City. This study uses a qualitative research method with the paradigm of social phenomenology. The results show that road closures for mourning activities are an alternative that is taken due to the absence of residents' yards which leads to various perceptions from the general public about the closure of provincial roads for personal activities. It takes clear rules issued by the local government regarding the use of public facilities for personal or group interests. It also requires public awareness about prioritizing the public interest over personal or group interests
E-COMMERCE ON THE STUDY OF MASLAHAH MURSALAH (A REVIEW FROM AN ISLAMIC ECONOMIC PERSPECTIVE)
Get PDFCurrently, technological developments have provided significant changes in world economic activities and transactions. As a Muslim community that follows Islamic Shari'a, they must have adequate comprehension of the latest forms of transactions so that the economic activities carried out do not conflict with Islamic economic principles. The purpose of this paper is to describe maslahah mursalah, electronic commerce (e-commerce), and how the function of e-commerce is related to maslahah mursalah. Through qualitative research methods with descriptive analysis, this paper describes e-commerce in the study of maslahah mursalah. The results of this paper's discussion reveal that The mechanism of e-commerce has similarities with the as-salam contract in the perspective of Islamic economics. Thus, an E-commerce transaction is a form of Maslahah (providing benefits/convenience) whose level is at Maslahah Hajiyyat in terms of muamalah activities that include the sale and purchase of bai’ as-salam. Thus, the conclusion is that e-commerce has incorporated the requirements of use maslahah al-mursalah
The Influence of Motivation, Lifestyle, and Trust on Purchase Decisions at Marketplace Shopee
Get PDFThe challenges faced in making sales transactions are the main trigger for this research, which is faced by the current rampant online buying and selling system, especially among students of the Islamic Economics and Business Faculty IAIN Pekalongan. The shopee marketplace is one of the trends where the products available are varied and the convenience provided when buying and selling at shopee. This study uses quantitative research methods with sampling technique using the slovin formula. Validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, T test and F test, and the coefficient of determination test were all used in the data collection stage. This study aimed atexploring the assessment model of teachers used in the teaching and learningprocess in the classroom. The model of assessment measured through students?perception was collected from questionnaire. The survey questionnaire formconsisted of five main components to study students? perception on teachers? stepsin building assessment model. Those are planning of assessment model, presentationof assessment model, various of assessment model in classroom, traditionalassessment model, e-assessment model and disclosure of evaluation results. Basedon the findings of this study, the test model based on students' perceptions eliciteda positive response from English teachers using the model in the classroom.However, it should be noted that the planning for the use of the test model must besubmitted prior to the implementation of the test and comprehensive so thatstudents can prepare themselves adequately for the exam. Furthermore, so thatlearning objectives can be achieved ideally, the use of the test model must also payattention to the level of difficulty and ease of each question item.Keywords: Students? Internalization in Islamic Law Progressive in Criminal Law Changes in Indonesia
Get PDFIndonesia is a state of law related to the disparity in the decisions of different judges in deciding a case, especially in criminal decisions. A more in-depth study is needed, especially in the case of rape, where in rape cases in Indonesia, several judges have sentenced them to death. This study aims to uncover and explore the Internalization of Progressive Islamic Law (Mashlahat) in Amending Criminal Law in the Death Penalty by Judges Against Defendants in Rape Cases in Indonesia. Progressive Islamic Law promoting peace (Mashlahat) can realize legal protection and peace for the people of Indonesia. The approach in this study uses an empirical juridical approach. This research is also normative-legal, qualitative, and uses descriptive methods through literature studies. This research is sourced from various books, international journals, and national journals. The results of the study concluded that 1) Progressive Islamic Law Internalization in Indonesia in changing criminal law can be carried out by changing the law, which can be done through peace (maslahat) by prioritizing Islamic values rahmatan lil 'alamin in developing and incorporating Islamic legal values into the national legal system in Indonesia; 2) the occurrence of changes to criminal law in Indonesia which was decided by this Judge (Criminal Disparity), among others: a) the judge sentenced to life imprisonment; b) the death penalty; c) 12 years in prison; d) Castration punishment; e) 4 years imprisonment; 3) Internalization of Progressive Islamic Law towards changes in criminal law in Indonesia, when a court judge wants to decide his case, for example in a rape case, a decision can be made through the Mashlahat (peace) concept without having to decide the case with a life sentence or up to the death penalty, especially for perpetrators of rape
Pemberitaan Muktamar NU Ke-34 di Lampung: Analisis Wacana di Media Online Jawa Post (The Announcement of the 34th NU Conference in Lampung: A Discourse Analysis on the Jawa Pos Online Media)
Get PDFMuktamar NU ke-34 yang di selenggarakan pada bulan Desember tahun 2021 lalu menjadi perhatian orang banyak, tidak sekedar dari kalangan NU semata, melainkan warga Negara Indonesia. Proses muktamar selama berlangsung terdapat dinamika yang terjadi di antara kubu pengusung Gus Yahya dan Kiai Said cukup panas. Satu sama lain saling melempar statement mengunggulkan pilihannya dan mengkritik lawannya. Untuk itu, penulis tertarik untuk melakukan kajian pada pemberitaan yang dimuat oleh Harian Jawa Pos mengenai Muktamar NU ke 34. Bagaimana berita tersebut disajikan menjadi sebuah teks media. Wacana yang dikembangkan oleh media Jawa Pos dalam memberitakan muktamar NU ke-34. Artikel ini bertujuan mengungkap wacana yang dikembangkan media Jawa Post dalam pemberitaan muktamar NU ke 34 di Lampung di dalam praktik berdemokrasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif diskriptif analitik. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah analisis wacana, dengan menghimpun berita yang terkait dengan Muktamar NU ke-34 kemudian melakukan seleksi sesuai dengan tema yang penulis anggap relevan dengan artikel ini. Dalam kajian ini menemukan bahwa dalam pemberitaan yang dilakukan oleh Jawa Pos terdapat relasi yang kuat. Porsi pemberitaan muktamar NU ke-34 Jawa Pos memiliki kecenderungan mendukung setiap ide, kebijakan, dan langkah yang diambil oleh pemerintah sehingga tema-tema pemberitaannya juga cenderung nasionalis. Bahwa Jawa Pos yang dalam hal ini diwakili oleh wartawan telah mengidentifikasi dirinya sebagai bagian dari NU. Dalam melakukan pemberitaan mengenai Muktamar NU, wartawan cenderung memunculkan tema-tema baik dan dengan menggunakan kata-kata berkonotasi positif. Proses mukta ar dalam pemilihan ketua umum dalam berdemokrasi menjadi panutan generasi selanjutnya
