Konsep Pendidikan Merdeka Belajar Perspektif Filsafat Progresivisme (The Emancipated Learning Concept of Education in Progressivism Philosophy Perspective)
This article aims to examine the concept of freedom of learning from the point of view of the progressivism philosophy of education. The method used is literature study with a hermeneutic approach to explaining the reality that occurs with elements of interpretation and description. The concept of freedom of learning education is under the modern progressivism educational philosophy and wants a fundamental change in the implementation of education to be better, better quality, and provide real benefits to students. Progressivism has emphasized the importance of the fundamentals of independence and freedom to students, by giving them the freedom to develop the competencies, interests, and talents they already have, without the obstacles of formal regulations which sometimes shackle their creativity and thinking power to be better. The concept of freedom of learning education in Indonesia which has become a new policy is considered to be able to change the existing education system. The harmony of independent learning with the philosophy of progressivism provides a new perspective on the orientation of education in Indonesia, in practice, it presents a natural learning space and allows children to grow and develop according to their interests and talents so that the goal of forming individuals with character can be realized
THE INFLUENCE OF INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL FACTORS AS AN EXPLANATION OF CHANGES IN NON-PERFORMING FINANCING AT BANK BNI SYARIAH
The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of internal variables including Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Operational Costs to Operating Income (BOPO), and external variables, including Inflation and value of the exchange rate on Non-Performing Financing (NPF). The data used is secondary data obtained from financial statements from Bank BNI Syariah and Central Statistics Agency. The type of data analyzed is time series quarter period last ten years, from 2011 to 2020. The data analysis method is carried out using multiple regression with SPSS version 26. The results of this study found together the Financing to Deposit Ratio variables (FDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Operating Costs to Operating Income (BOPO), Inflation, and Exchange Rates have a significant effect on Non-Performing Financing (NPF). Meanwhile, the partial Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) variable has a negative and insignificant effect on Non-Performing Financing (NPF). Likewise, Operational Costs on Operating Income (BOPO) have a positive and insignificant effect on Non-Performing Financing (NPF). Meanwhile, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Inflation have a positive and significant effect on Non-Performing Financing (NPF). However, the exchange rate has a negative and significant effect on Non-Performing Financing (NPF). The conclusions were tested together with variables Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Operating Costs to Operating Income (BOPO), Inflation, and Exchange rates have a significant effect on Non-Performing Financing (NPF) at Bank BNI Syariah
PRAKTEK TRADISI SESAJEN MENJELANG PANEN ANTARA WARGA PETANI NAHDLATUL ULAMA DAN MUHAMMADIYAH DESA KRAI LUMAJANG
Abstract; Offerings are part of the existing tradition and are often practiced by the Indonesianpeople. One of them is the practice of ritual offerings before harvest in Krai Village, Kec. Yosowilangun Kab. Lumajang East Java. Organizationally, some are associated with NU and some are Muhammadiyah. In religious beliefs, there is an intersection between offerings and religious teachings. However, people who are affiliated with NU and Muhammadiyah have different responses to this religious belief. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate the perception and impact of practicing and leaving this offering practice. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The way it works is to find and collect data by means of interviews, observations and documentation. This type of research is categorized as phenomenological research. This is because the object of this research is an event that occurs in the community. The research findings show that there are differences in perceptions between NU and Muhammadiyah farmers. NU farmers practice offerings before harvest and are perceived as respect, while Muhammadiyah farmers reject the tradition of offerings. However, both of them can carry out social harmony without being disturbed by differences in perceptions about offerings.?Keywords: offerings, harvest, NU and Muhammadiyah, Lumajang.?Abstrak;Sesajen merupakan bagian tradisi yang ada dan sering dipraktekkan oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Salah satunya praktek ritual sesajen menjelang panen di Desa Krai Kec. Yosowilangun Kab. Lumajang Jawa Timur. Masyarakat di Desa ini, mayoritas beragama Islam. Secara keorganisasisan, sebagian berasosiasi NU dan sebagian lainnya Muhammadiyah. Dalam keyakinan keberagamaan terdapat persinggungan antara sesajen dan ajaran agama. Namun, terhadap akidah keagamaan tersebut disikapi berbeda oleh masyarakat yang berafiliasi dengan NU dan Muhammadiyah. Oleh karena itu perlu penelusuran tentang persepsi dan dampak atas mengamalkan dan meninggalkan praktek sesajen ini. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Cara kerjanya adalah mencari dan mengumpulkan data dengan cara wawancara, pengamatan dan dokumentasi. Jenis penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai penelitian fenomenologi. Sebab, objek penelitian ini merupakan kejadian yang terjadi di tengah masyarakat. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan persepsi antara petani warga NU dan Muhammadiyah. Petani warga NU mengamalkan sesajen menjelang panen dan dipersepsikan sebagai penghormatan, sedangkah petani warga Muhammadiyah menolak tradisi sesajen. Namun, keduanya bisa menjalankan kerukunan sosial kemasyarakatan tanpa diganggu oleh perbedaan persepsi tentang sesajen.?Kata Kunci: sesajen, panen, NU dan Muhammadiyah, Lumajang
Pemanfaatan Pembelajaran Aktif Learning Start With A Question dalam Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Aqidah Akhlak pada Siswa Kelas XI di MAN Model Manado
Penelitian ini diangkat atas dasar pemikiran yang menyatakan bahwa pemanfaatan pembelajaran aktif Learning Start With A Question dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar aqidah akhlak pada siswa kelas XI di MAN Model Manado. Pembelajaran aktif sangat penting diterapkan pada mata pelajaran aqidah akhlak karena mata pelajaran aqidah akhlak merupakan salah satu bidang studi yang membahas tentang ahlak atau sikap setiap individu. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan pembelajaran aktif Learning Start With A Question dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar akidah akhlak pada siswa kelas XI MAN Model Manado, dan hambatan serta solusi apa saja yang dapat dirumuskan dalam pemanfaatan pembelajaran aktif Learning Start With A Question. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, yaitu metode penelitian yang bersifat menggambarkan kenyataan atau fakta sesuai dengan data yang diperoleh dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui respon siswa terhadap kegiatan pembelajaran serta aktivitas guru dan siswa selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menyimpulkan bahwa Proses pemanfaatan pembelajaran aktif dengan Strategi Learning Start With A Questions dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya perubahan tingkat hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran aqidah akhlak berdasarkan data yang diperoleh di lapangan
CIRCLE SHARING SEBAGAI UPAYA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEBERSYUKURAN PADA BINAAN UPTD PPA KOTA MAKASSAR
ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to find out the gratitude of the fostered in living their life, especially while in the Safe House of UPTD PPA Makassar. From the results of the needs analysis, the authors agreed to make Circle Sharing activities as an effort to increase gratitude and build positive feelings for the fostered at the Safe House of UPTD PPA Makassar. The activity was carried out by giving Gratitude Journal and Circle Sharing methods. This type of research is quantitative with data collection methods using pre-test and post-test questionnaires. Based on the results of data analysis using the T-paired sample T-test with SPSS version 21, it was found that the significance value was 0.000. The significance obtained is 0.000 < 0.005. Because the significance value is less than 0.005, it can be concluded that there is an effect of Circle Sharing that has been carried out in increasing gratitude and building positive feelings in the fostered.Keywords: Gratitude, Circle Sharing, Positive Feelings ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kebersyukuran binaan dalam menjalani kehidupannya saat berada di Rumah Aman UPTD PPA kota Makassar. Dari hasil analisis kebutuhan, peneliti sepakat untuk membuat kegiatan Circle Sharing sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kebersyukuran dan membangun perasaan positif pada binaan di Rumah Aman UPTD PPA kota Makassar. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan metode pemberian Gratitude Journal dan Circle Sharing. Jenis Penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner pretest dan posttest. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menggunakan T-paired sample T-test dengan SPSS versi 21 didapatkan bahwa nilai signifikansi yaitu 0.000. Signifikansi yang didapatkan yaitu 0.000 < 0.005. Karena nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0.005, maka dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh Circle Sharing yang telah dilakukan dalam meningkatkan kebersyukuran dan membangun perasaan positif pada binaan.Kata kunci: Kebersyukuran, Circle Sharing, Perasaan Positi
STRATEGI COPING PADA PASIEN POSITIF COVID-19 PASCA DINYATAKAN SEMBUH
ABSTRACTWhen individuals suffer from COVID-19, they have to be isolated in order to contain the disease from spreading widely. Facing days as COVID-19 patients is not an easy thing for them. There are numerous stress sources they experience during isolation time. To face this stress, patients could use a coping strategy that is suitable for the problems they experience. The study aims to find out what are the coping strategies of these patients until they recover. The method of this study is a descriptive qualitative approach to describe the coping strategies of COVID-19 patients during their isolation. The data collection techniques were observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study was data reduction, display, and drawing conclusions. The result of this study indicated that each individual had different coping strategies. However, the most used coping strategy by COVID-19 patients is escape avoidance in which the patients shift their minds to the activities they like.?ABSTRAKSaat individu terpapar COVID-19, mereka harus menjalani isolasi untuk mencegah penyebaran lebih luas. Menghadapi hari-hari sebagai pasien COVID-19 tidaklah mudah bagi mereka. Ada banyak sumber stres yang dirasakan oleh pasien positif COVID-19 saat mereka menjalani isolasi. Untuk menghadapi stres tersebut, pasien dapat menggunakan strategi coping yang sesuai dengan permasalahan yang sedang dialami tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi coping pasien positif COVID-19 hingga mereka mencapai kesembuhan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif untuk menggambarkan bagaimana strategi coping pasien COVID-19 saat menjalani isolasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan cara mereduksi data, menyajikan data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Metode pengumpulan data penelitian adalah dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setiap individu memiliki strategi coping yang berbeda-beda. Namun, strategi coping yang paling banyak dilakukan oleh pasien COVID-19 adalah escape avoidance yaitu dengan mencoba mengalihkan pikiran mereka dengan aktivitas-aktivitas yang mereka gemari
Teaching English Strategy for Young Learners
AbstractTeaching English Strategy for young learners. In teaching and learning, teacher must have strategies in every subject including English lessons, the teacher must have strategies in teaching to support the learning process and achieve learning goals especially for young learners because they have different characteristics from adults, she must have strategies suitable for young learners. This research aimed to find out the strategies of teaching English to young learners at MIN 2 Kutai Kartanegara. The research design was descriptive qualitative. The subject of this research is an English teacher at MIN 2 Kutai Kartanegara. The data were obtained from interviews and documentation. Then, the data were analyzed using an interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana condensation. The technique of data validity uses triangulation data. Based on the data results, this research can be concluded that the teacher’s strategies for teaching English to young learners at MIN 2 Kutai Kartanegara were teaching planning, implementation of strategy, and teaching Evaluation. The teacher prepares the lesson plan, materials, media, and methods in teaching planning. Moreover, she implemented teaching English strategies by using demonstration, choral drill, look-and-say, pictorial illustration, verbal illustration, association, question and answer, narration, and read-and-say. She also evaluated teaching English through formative and summative evaluation.Keywords: Teaching English, Strategy, Young Learners
Kedudukan Hukum Pengelolaan Tanah Wakaf oleh Nazhir di Kecamatan Dungingi Kota Gorontalo
The aim of this study is to know and to analyze the role of Nazhir in managing the waqf land according to it purpose in the district of Dungingi, Gorontalo City. The result of the study shows that the role of Nazhir in managing the waqf land in the district of Dungingi, Gorontalo City is not maximal yet. This can be seen from the existence of some waqf lands that don’t have a certificate of ownership. Additionally, it only becomes as a place of worship not as a productive waqf.
Quran in Everyday Life: Resepsi Al-Quran Masyarakat Congaban Bangkakalan Madura
Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memotret bagaimana resepsi komunitas muslim di pondok pesantren Congaban terhadap kehadiran al-Quran. Congaban termasuk salah satu pondok pesantren yang kental dengan nuansa dan citarasa al-Quran. Di sana, al-Quran hidup dan menyatu dalam kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakatnya. Kajian ini termasuk penelitian living Quran, menggunakan metode kualitatif dan pendekatan fenomenologi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, tipologi resepsi masyarakat pesantren Congaban terhadap al-Quran dapat dipetakan menjadi tiga; 1) pecinta yang membuktikan cintanya dengan cara terus menerus membaca dan menghafal al-Quran; 2) pecinta yang menyatakan cintanya secara estetis, baik melalui seni membaca al-Quran (irama) dan seni menulis al-Quran (kaligrafi); 3) pecinta yang mengekspresikan cintanya dengan mengungkap keistimewaan (fadhilah) dan pesan moral al-Quran. Ketiga tipologi tersebut pada gilirannya membentuk atau menciptakan praktik dan tradisi tertentu, di antaranya adalah tradisi tahfidz al-Quran, pengajian tafsir al-Quran (Jalalain), kaligrafi al-Quran dan Khatmil Quran. Makna dan ekspektasi masyarakat pondok pesantren Congaban dalam meresepsi kehadiran al-Quran cukup beragam, yang dapat diamati dari perspektif kultural, teologis, prikologis, dan filosofis. Makna dan ekspektasi yang muncul dari sekian bentuk resepsi terhadap al-Quran tersebut adalah sebagai sebuah kewajiban menjaga dan memuliakan al-Quran, dalam rangka beribadah, ekspresi cinta, bentuk ketaatan, mendatangkan rezeki, ngalap berkah dan lain-lain
Fulfillment Matter of Education Rights of Children in Conflict With the Criminal Law
This study aims to determine the forms of the fulfillment of education rights for children in conflict with the criminal law in Indonesia through the "Independent School" program and the factors hindering its practice. It was field research in the form of a case study with data collection techniques: observation and interviews. The research findings reveal that the fulfillment of the right to education for children conflicts with the criminal law (ABH) already carried out but not optimally as regulated in Permen PPPA No. 15 of 2010. This can be seen from the efforts of the staff at LPKA to open non-formal classes even though they do not have adequate classrooms and facilities and the unavailability of professional teaching staff. The inhibiting factor is the absence of human resources in the form of professional teaching staff and limited facilities and infrastructure. As a result, the implementation of education did not work well because the teaching staff did not have an official educational background, and teaching activities were only performed as additional duties as staff at LPKA. The study results show that the LPKA staff's role is vast in providing education to ABH regularly to fulfill education rights. The implications are expected to become input for the LPKA Class II Maros policy to provide management and learning techniques to staff and input for the central government to recruit teaching staff and social workers as well as the provision of facilities and infrastructure
