Evaluasi Program Tahfizhul Quran di Pondok Pesantren Assalaam Manado dengan Menggunakan Model CIPP
Evaluation of the Tahfizul Quran Program at the Assalam Manado Islamic Boarding School using the CIPP Model. This research evaluates the success of the Tahfizhul Qur’an at The Assalaam Islamic Boarding School in Manado by using the CIPP Model. The qualitative method is used to collect data through observation, interview, and document analysis. The result shows that the Tahfidzul Qur’an program has been successful with the government’s support and a supportive environment. The input evaluation shows a good assessment of human resources and facilities, although it needs some improvements. The evaluation process shows the effectiveness of the learning method and approaches in memorizing and reciting Qur’an. Product evaluation shows that this program achieves the expected goals. In conclusion, the Tahfidzul Qur’an program at the Assalaam Islamic Boarding School in Manado was successfully implemented with in-depth about success and weaknesses. Recommendations for improvement are given to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of this program, which is expected to contribute to improving knowledge and reciting Qur’an competency properl

Analysis of Ijon Transactions in Ulumul Hadith Learning. Transaction problems that occur in society are increasingly widespread, one of which is the practice of ijon transactions (transactions of plants, fruit or seeds that are not ready for harvest). This practice is not only happening at this time, but has existed since the time of the Prophet. Ijon transactions are transactions of fruits or seeds whose maturity or maturity has not been shown, so they are still vulnerable to pests or damage. One of them is that there are transactions that are prohibited in Islam which are grouped into four, namely forbidden because of expert (contract expert), forbidden because of sighat (consent and qabul), forbidden because of ma'qud alaih (sales goods), and forbidden because of syara' (provisions).The law of transactions in Islam is originally mubah (permissible) but if there are things in it that conflict with the Shari'a, then the transaction may become unlawful. For example selling goods that are not owned or goods whose quality and size are unknown. This debt bondage transaction is still very common in the community. Students’ Misconception in Animalia Kingdom
Students’ Misconception in Animalia Kingdom. This study aimed to identify the misconception of Grade X students on the concept of animalia kingdom dan to find out the percentage of the students who had misconceptions. This study is quantitative descriptive research. The research instruments used written tests in the form of open-ended multiple-choice tests using the CRI technique. The sample of this research was the students of Grade X IA1 and X IA5 SMA Abulyatama Aceh. The sample was 62 students. Based on the result, it was found that more students “Understand the Concept” than those who experience “Misconceptions,” the percentage of students who experience misconceptions about the concept of animal diversity is 27% and that is in the “moderate” category. The students experienced partial misconception which caused them unable to justify and express inappropriate arguments. This is reflected in several students’ answers who did not provide the reason for their answer choice and some students misinterpreted the reason. Filtering Patriarchal Culture: The Path to Equality and Change
The study illustrates women's struggles in achieving political participation in Yogyakarta, a region still deeply rooted in a strong patriarchal culture. It is clear that society's assumption that politics is exclusive to men, coupled with women's lack of political knowledge, poses a significant obstacle to women's involvement in politics. Although the government mandate emphasizes the need for women's representation in politics, the level of women's participation in Yogyakarta's political institutions remains low, especially regarding the decision-making process. The focus of this research is on the role played by Kinasih Women's Solidarity (SP) in helping women in DIY to overcome patriarchal barriers and increase their involvement in politics. Through various empowerment programs and political education initiatives, SP Kinasih supports women in understanding the intricacies of politics and strengthening their ability in political decision-making. However, these efforts often met resistance from local religious and community leaders. A case study of a woman named Ulil, despite not successfully securing a legislative position, managed to influence women's political perspectives by advocating for women's viewpoints in candidate selection. This study concludes the importance of increasing women's capacity through empowerment programs to represent women's interests in political decision-making and overcome the patriarchal culture that still exists in Yogyakarta's political structure
Fundraising Strategy in Escalating the Receipt of Zakat Funds at the Zakat Institution in Metro City
This study aims to determine the application of fundraising (methods, objectives, principles, and constraints) in zakat institutions in Metro City consisting of LazisNU, LazisMU, and Daarut Tauhiid Peduli in collecting zakat funds. This research is qualitative research, with interviews as a technique for finding data. The object of research is zakat institutions in Metro City consisting of LazisNU, LazisMU, and Daarut Tauhiid Peduli. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of fundraising strategies at zakat institutions in Metro namely Daarut Tauhiid Peduli, LazisMU, and LazisNU, has been following fundraising strategies. This can be seen from the use of direct fundraising methods and indirect fundraising methods. The objectives of fundraising also focus on five objectives, namely: raising funds; raising muzakki; improving the image of zakat institutions; gathering sympathizers and relationships; and increasing muzakki satisfaction. Meanwhile, the principles of fundraising are following the principle of asking; the principle of dealing with others; the principle of selling; the principle of trust and public relations; and the principle of saying thank you. The obstacles faced by zakat institutions in Metro City are divided into two, namely internal and external. The internal obstacle is the limited human resources who serve as fundraisers, so the solution is to add human resources both alumni of Sharia Economics who have not worked and the general public who have competence, to assist in reducing unemployment and trigger an increase in the receipt of zakat funds. While the external obstacle is the lack of public understanding of the obligation of zakat, the solution is socialization and literacy of the obligation of zakat as a whole
The Role of Islamic Banks in Strengthening the Halal Value Chain in South Kalimantan
The increase in Islami-based businesses in Indonesia, especially in South Kalimantan, encourages new economic growth. With a focus on the halal value chain, such as Islamic fashion, halal food, and halal tourism. South Kalimantan as a total 97% of the Muslim population is considered to be the main node for future Islamic economic development. The development of the Islamic economy and halal industry involves the local ecosystem by local wisdom. This research aims to determine the potential of halal value chains and the role of Islamic Banks in halal value chains in South Kalimantan. The method used in this research has a constructivist paradigm with a qualitative descriptive approach, where researchers collect data by observing the subjects of managers of Sharia Bank, academics, and MSME actors to find out the role of Islamic Banks. Research data sources were gathered from diverse references, encompassing journals, books, and other pertinent sources. The analysis in this research uses descriptive analysis, namely describing the potential and role of Islamic Banks. The results of this research show that the role of Islamic Banks in strengthening the halal value chain in South Kalimantan is very significant. Apart from being financial institutions, Islamic Banks also act as facilitators in education about halal certification, and collaboration with halal certification institutions and business actors. Islamic Banks also provide social funding assistance for activities related to halal certification requirements. Islamic Banks not only support the financial sector but also contribute to strengthening the halal value chain in South Kalimantan
Analisis Strukturalisme Terhadap Peran Katalisator Instrumen Keuangan Syariah dalam Mendorong Pembangunan Berkelanjutan dan Tanggung Jawab Sosial
Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran katalisator instrumen keuangan syariah dalam mendorong pembangunan berkelanjutan dan pelaksanaan tanggung jawab sosial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan dengan sumber data primer melibatkan buku, jurnal, website, dan karya ilmiah. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif analitik dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif dan menggunakan teori strukturalisme. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi prinsip keberlanjutan dalam keuangan syariah menciptakan tantangan dan peluang. Prinsip-prinsip keberlanjutan, termasuk ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan, tercermin dalam perancangan instrumen keuangan syariah. Dukungan finansial terhadap proyek-proyek berkelanjutan, tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan, dan inovasi dalam produk keuangan syariah menjadi langkah positif. Instrumen keuangan syariah memainkan peran vital dalam pembangunan berkelanjutan dan tanggung jawab sosial. Prinsip-prinsip syariah membimbing perilaku instrumen ini, menjadikannya alat yang tidak hanya mencari keuntungan finansial, tetapi juga memberikan dampak positif pada kesejahteraan masyarakat dan lingkungan. Zakat dan infaq, sebagai bagian dari instrumen keuangan syariah, memberikan kontribusi langsung pada tanggung jawab sosial dengan mengalokasikan sebagian kekayaan untuk membantu fakir miskin dan mendukung kepentingan umum. Analisis strukturalisme menekankan bahwa instrumen keuangan syariah adalah unsur integral dalam struktur ekonomi yang mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan. Prinsip-prinsip syariah menciptakan struktur formal yang mencegah praktik bisnis yang tidak etis dan mendorong kontribusi positif pada kesejahteraan masyarakat dan lingkungan. Instrumen keuangan syariah memiliki potensi besar untuk membentuk pola investasi yang mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan, tanpa mengorbankan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan lingkungan. Peran Guru Akidah Akhlak Dalam Penguatan Moderasi Beragama Siswa di MTs Swasta Nurul Yaqin Tondano
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dari pengamatan penulis di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta Nurul Yaqin Tondano terkait dengan peran guru Akidah Ahklah dalam penguatan moderasi beragama di MTs Nurul Yaqin Tondano. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran guru Akidah Ahklah dalam penguatan moderasi beragama di MTs Nurul Yaqin Tondano.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan dikumpulkan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan untuk memperoleh primer dan sekunder di lapangan. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan: (1) Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut: Peran Guru Akidah Akhlak Dalam Penguatan Moderasi Beragama Siswa Di MTsS Nurul Yaqin Tondano yaitu melalui pembelajaran dalam kelas. Adapun peran yang dilakukan yaitu: Guru sebagai Conservator, Guru sebagai Innovator, Guru sebagai Transmiter, Guru sebagai Organizer. Nilai-nilai Moderasi Beragama Yang di Kuatkan Guru Akidah Akhlak Di MTsS Nurul Yaqin Tondano antara lain: Nilai Tasamuh atau (Toleransi), Nilai Tawazun (Keseimbangan Nilai I’tidal (Adil). ETIKA DAN PRINSIP PENGELOLAAN LINGKUNGAN DALAM PERSPEKTIF HUKUM ISLAM: KAJIAN FILOSOFIS, FENOMENOLOGIS, DAN NORMATIF
Abstrak: Islam mengatur adaptasi agama sesuai dengan prinsip dan pedoman yang dirancang untuk menyesuaikan dengan alasan praktis untuk menemukan keinginan Ilahi secara terus menerus. Kerangka hukum Islam secara gamblang digambarkan dalam kaidah maqashid al-syariah dalam bentuk peraturan perundang-undangan untuk mengakomodir situasi dan kondisi. Studi lebih lanjut dalam al-Qur'an dan hadits menemukan bahwa Islam memiliki prinsip dan aturan khusus yang menuntut pemeliharaan lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap arah dan aturan pengelolaan lingkungan hidup secara komprehensif menurut hukum Islam dengan menggunakan pendekatan filosofis, fenomenologi, dan normatif. Beberapa prinsip penting etika lingkungan dalam Islam tergambar dalam contoh-contoh yang muncul untuk mengembangkan pemikiran Islam baru dalam etika lingkungan. Karena kesamaan masa depan dan kemungkinan serta ancaman dengan hasil buruk yang sama, semua proses koreksi diri membutuhkan umpan balik dari perspektif Islam tentang pemeliharaan lingkungan. Karena dampak global dari krisis lingkungan, kerja sama dari semua pihak diperlukan untuk mencegah timbulnya bahaya lingkungan yang tidak perlu, dan bahaya lingkungan yang ada harus dihindari sebaik mungkin. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bagaimana prinsip-prinsip Islam tentang etika lingkungan bekerja sebagai mekanisme untuk membawa perubahan normatif dan meninjau kapasitas diagnostik manusia untuk mengevaluasi penggunaan sumber daya alam yang berbeda, termasuk etika pemeliharaan lingkungan. Abstract: Ethics and Principles of Environmental Management According to Islamic Law: Philosophical, Phenomenological, and Normative Studies. The Islamic governs the religious adaptation according to the principles and guidelines designed to conform with practical reasons to discover the wish of the divine continuously. The framework of Islamic law is clearly described in the rule of maqasid al-syariah in the form of legislation to accommodate the situation and conditions. Further study in the Quran and hadith discovered that Islam has specific principals and rules that demand environmental maintenance. This research aims to reveal the direction and regulations of environmental management comprehensively according to Islamic law using the philosophical, phenomenology, and normative approaches. Some important principles of environmental ethics in Islam are portrayed in the examples that appear to develop new Islamic thinking in environmental ethics. Due to the common future and possibilities as well as the threats with the same bad results, all self-correction process requires feedback from an Islamic perspective on environmental maintenance. Due to the global impact of the environmental crisis, cooperation from all parties is required to prevent the unnecessary pose of environmental hazards, and existing environmental hazards must be best avoided. This research shows how the Islamic principles on environmental ethics work as a mechanism to bring normative change and review the human diagnostic capacity to evaluate different use of natural resources, including the ethics of environmental maintenance.Kata Kunci: Etika Lingkungan; Maqashid al-Syariah; Hukum Isla
The Transformation of the Dilemma of Role Exchange in the Household: Analyzed Gender in Family Resilience Discourse in National Law and Islamic Law
This article analyzes the dilemma of changing roles in a household that is often unequal. Inequality occurs due to the wife's dominant role in meeting the family's needs; the wife bears a double burden compared to the husband. This study uses qualitative research with a literature research system through a formal juridical approach and gender analysis. The subject of this research refers to the articles in the Marriage Act and Compilation of Islamic Law. Researchers chose purposive sampling based on specific criteria and categories that can be described and analyzed. The findings of this study indicate the dilemma of relationships and roles in the household, where the ideal relationship within the family must be a provision for family resilience to realize national resilience. In addition, working women must be able to carry out their rights and obligations in a balanced way, even though information technology and the media are challenges to family life today. The optimization of the marriage guidance program and the reconstruction of Islamic Family Law and the Marriage Law must serve as an affirmation basis for the dynamics of marital relationship patterns. However, society must also understand that the social role of a partner is not absolute. His position can be exchanged as needed for the continuation of the marriage.
