Halal Awareness Behavior of Producers and Consumers from Maqashid Sharia Perspective
Full text linkThe growth of the global Muslim population, especially in Indonesia, which has the largest Muslim population, must be balanced with the Muslim community's awareness of halal products. This research aims to analyze the influence of Islamic principles on the awareness of producers and consumers in the production and consumption of Halalan Thayyiban products in Indonesia after the implementation of Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantees. Using qualitative methods with a psychological approach, data was collected from documentary sources such as the Internet, journals, books, laws, and articles. The research findings demonstrated that Islamic principles significantly influenced consumer and producer awareness and behavior within the context of halal products. Specifically, the safeguarding of religion, life, lineage, property, and intellect had notably heightened manufacturers' adherence to halal standards while simultaneously enhancing consumer consciousness regarding the importance of products that are safe, hygienic, and of superior quality. These conclusions emphasized that the integration of Islamic principles not only facilitated compliance with Sharia law but also elevated the quality and safety experienced by consumers, ultimately aligning with the attainment of the Halalan Thayyiban concept
Facts and Features of Human Language in Social Media: Interaction and Culture of Alpha Generation
No full textThis study investigates the role of speech and language in shaping the communication of ideas and emotions on social media, with a particular focus on TikTok. Social media platforms, while enabling widespread and instantaneous interaction, often have both positive and negative consequences for individual users and targeted groups. By employing a qualitative methodology, this research explores how language choices on TikTok influence personal expression, identity construction, and collective social dynamics. Analyzing the linguistic behaviors of 10 TikTok users, the study identifies how multimodal elements such as emojis, memes, and audio-visual integrations enhance digital communication. The findings reveal that the informal, rapid nature of social media communication reflects broader societal trends toward dynamic and hybrid linguistic forms. Furthermore, social media serves as a space for fostering cultural diversity, promoting social movements, and enabling users to create and refine their online personas. However, the study also highlights the challenges posed by such digital communication, including the potential for misunderstandings and the reinforcement of social inequalities. By situating these findings within the context of evolving digital communication, this research offers valuable insights into the interplay between language, identity, and culture in the digital age. Edward Prendick’s Harrowing Journey on Doctor Moreau’s Island: A Tale of Trauma in H.G. Wells’ Novel
No full textThis study explores the representation of traumatic experiences in H.G. Wells' novel The Island of Doctor Moreau. Traumatic experiences are unpredictable, unpreventable situations that overwhelm victims and disrupt their ability to cope. Literature can provide insights into the range of responses to such overwhelming experiences as a reflection of human existence. The objective of this research is to increase awareness and understanding of trauma and mental illness through the analysis of literary depictions. Using a qualitative research approach, the study examines the traumatic experiences encountered by the protagonist, Edward Prendick, in the novel. The analysis categorizes Prendick's traumatic experiences into three main themes: a) being stranded, drifting away, and lost; b) witnessing death and seeing dead bodies; and c) meeting scary creatures, being attacked, and being terrorized. The findings reveal how the novel portrays the psychological and emotional impact of trauma on the protagonist, highlighting the challenges faced by victims of overwhelming and life-threatening situations. By analyzing the literary representation of trauma, this study aims to foster greater empathy and understanding for those affected by traumatic experiences and mental health issues. The in-depth qualitative analysis of the narrative techniques and thematic elements in the novel contributes to the literature on the literary depiction of trauma and its implications for raising awareness and promoting mental health.Keywords: Traumatic experiences, psychology, nove

No full textPenelitian ini membahas Impelementasi Nilai-nilai Pendidikan Agama Islam Dalam Kegiatan Pramuka di MTs Negeri 1 Minahasa. Pokok permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana Implementasi Nilai-Nilai Pendidikan Agama Islam Dalam Kegiatan Pramuka di MTs Negeri 1 Minahasa dan apa saja nilai-nilai Nilai- Nilai Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam kegiatan pramuka, peneliti menemukan beberapa bentuk Implementasi yang dilakukan oleh pihak sekolah dan pembina pramuka serta tujuan dari pelaskanaan kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana impelementasi nilai-nilai Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam kegiatan pramuka di MTs Negeri 1 Minahasa dan apa saja Nilai-Nilai Keagamaan dalam kegiatan pramuka tersebut.Dengan lokasi penelitian yang dilaksanakan di MTs Negeri 1 Minahasa dan jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menuliskan kesimpulan. Serta pengujian keabsahan data pada penelitian ini adalah triangulasi yaitu triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik, dan triangulasi data.Kesimpulan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, nilai-nilai Pendidikan agama islam pada kegiatan pramuka yang ada di MTs Negeri 1 Minahasa yaitu Nilai Aqidah yaitu percaya dan yakin akan kuasa dan pertolongan Allah pada saat pelakasanaan kegiatan, Nilai Ibadah berdoa sebelum dan sesudah pelaksanaan kegiatan, memperbiaskaan sholat tepat waktu dan lima waktu, dan membaca Alqur’an sebelum mulainya kegiatan pramuka. Nilai Ahlaq yaitu menghormati sesama, saling membantu dan tolong menolong. Cara pengimplementasian nilai-nilai pendidikan agama islam pada kegiatan pramuka dengan berlandaskan dasa darma pramuka point pertama Takwa Kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa.Kata Kunci: Nilai-Nilai Pendidikan Agama Islam, Praamuk
Dinamika Transaksi Jual Beli Tanah dan Implikasi Hukum Ekonomi Syariah: Studi Kasus Perkara di Pengadilan Agama Kotamobagu
No full textTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis praktik transaksi jual beli tanah dan menilai kesesuaiannya dengan prinsip hukum ekonomi syariah, menggunakan kasus sengketa tanah Nomor. 6/PDT.G/2023/PN KTG sebagai studi kasus. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dengan data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan, dan studi dokumen yang berkaitan dengan kasus tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transaksi jual beli tanah yang dilakukan belum sepenuhnya memenuhi syarat dan rukun jual beli syariah, terutama karena mengandung unsur gharar (ketidakpastian) akibat tidak adanya ketetapan jangka waktu pembayaran. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa ketidakjelasan dalam transaksi dapat menimbulkan sengketa dan merugikan salah satu pihak, yang mana dalam konteks ini adalah pembeli tanah. Artinya, transaksi yang dilakukan dalam kasus ini tidak sepenuhnya sah menurut hukum ekonomi syariah dan memerlukan peninjauan serta penyesuaian lebih lanjut untuk memastikan keadilan dan kepatuhan syariah. Kontribusi penelitian ini terletak pada penerapan hukum ekonomi syariah dalam kasus nyata transaksi tanah, memberikan wawasan baru tentang praktik jual beli tanah di Indonesia, serta rekomendasi bagi para pihak yang terlibat untuk menghindari sengketa di masa depan. Penelitian ini juga memberikan masukan pada pembentukan kebijakan yang lebih baik dalam regulasi jual beli tanah di bawah hukum ekonomi syariah
The Evolution of Islamic Philanthropy in Kampar Regency, Indonesia: A Historical Analysis from Traditional to Modern Practices
Full text linkThis study examines the transformation of Islamic philanthropy in Kampar Regency, Indonesia, from traditional practices to modern approaches. Using a qualitative method with a historical case study design, the research explores the evolution of zakat, infaq, and sedekah practices from the Riau-Lingga Sultanate era through the Dutch colonial period, post-independence, and into the contemporary era. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with community leaders, philanthropic institution managers, and document analysis. The findings reveal that the transformation has been influenced by factors including globalization, increasing religious literacy, and technological advancements. The study highlights the shift from personal, community-based philanthropic practices to more institutionalized, professional approaches utilizing digital platforms. While this transformation has increased efficiency and social impact, challenges remain in maintaining Islamic values and local wisdom. The research also identifies disparities in the distribution of philanthropic benefits between Muslim majority and non-Muslim minority groups. This study contributes to the understanding of Islamic philanthropy's evolution in changing socio-cultural contexts and provides insights for developing more inclusive and sustainable philanthropic practices in diverse communities
PERBEDAAN KESEHATAN MENTAL IBU PASCA MELAHIRKAN DITINJAU DARI TINGKAT PENDIDIKAN, JUMLAH ANAK, DAN JENIS PEKERJAAN
Full text linkABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the differences in mental health of postpartum mothers in terms of education level, number of children, and type of employment. This study used quantitative methods with research data collected through Google Forms filled in by mothers who gave birth in the last 6 months. Data analysis in this study used 3-way Anova. Mental health variable was measured using the adapted MHI-18 scale. The results of the three-way ANOVA test showed that the number of children had a significant effect on the mental health of postpartum mothers (p < 0.05), while the level of education and types of employment did not show a significant effect. In addition, there was no interaction between the independent variables simultaneously in influencing the mental health of postpartum mothers. The results of this study also highlight the importance of providing support to mothers who have more children. The social support from family and society is key in helping mothers cope with postpartum psychological distress.Keywords : Mental Health, Education Level, Number Of Children, Types of Employment ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kesehatan mental ibu pasca melahirkan ditinjau dari tingkat pendidikan, jumlah anak, dan jenis pekerjaan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data penelitian yang dikumpulkan melalui Google Form yang diisi oleh ibu yang melahirkan dalam 6 bulan terakhir. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Anova 3 jalur. Variabel kesehatan mental diukur menggunakan skala MHI-18 yang telah diadaptasi. Hasil uji Anova tiga jalur menunjukkan bahwa jumlah anak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kesehatan mental ibu pasca melahirkan (p < 0,05), sementara tingkat pendidikan dan bentuk pekerjaan tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Selain itu tidak ditemukan interaksi antara variabel bebas secara simultan dalam memengaruhi kesehatan mental ibu pasca melahirkan. Hasil penelitian ini juga menyoroti pentingnya memberikan dukungan atau support pada ibu yang memiliki jumlah anak yang lebih banyak. Dukungan sosial dari keluarga dan lingkungan menjadi kunci dalam membantu para ibu mengatasi tekanan psikologis pasca melahirkan.Kata Kunci: Kesehatan Mental, Tingkat Pendidikan, Jumlah anak, Jenis Pekerjaa
Penal Mediation in Juvenile Delinquency Cases in Manado: An Islamic Legal Perspective
Full text linkThis study analyzes the implementation of penal mediation in cases involving children in conflict with the law in Manado. It examines the obstacles encountered during the penal mediation process in these cases from an Islamic legal perspective. The handling of children in legal matters cannot be equated with the treatment of adults who commit crimes. Penal mediation is an appropriate dispute resolution method for cases involving children, using a restorative justice approach by Islamic law. The research method employed is a normative-empirical approach involving direct interviews with investigators in cases of children in conflict with the law and a literature review examining Islamic law related to the application of juvenile justice. The study reveals that the implementation of penal mediation through diversion has not been fully optimized, as not all juvenile cases are mediated during the processes at the police, prosecutor's office, and court levels. Furthermore, the application of penal mediation in Islamic law aligns with the principles of Islah and Suhl, emphasizing the principle of reconciliation (Islah)
Navigating Custody: The Impact of Religious Court Judges on Interfaith Family Dynamics
Full text linkThis study examines the critical role of Religious Court judges in deciding child custody in families with parents of different religions in Indonesia. Religious Court judges face unique challenges in balancing Islamic legal principles with children's best interests in a complex and diverse social context. This study aims to identify factors that affect judges' decisions, including legal foundations, moral considerations, and social impacts. Using a qualitative approach, data were obtained through in-depth interviews with judges, case analysis, and literature reviews. The study results show that judges consider not only formal law but also social values and the interests of children. Factors such as the child's psychological condition, emotional stability, and a healthy growth and development environment are the primary considerations in decision-making. In addition, the study found that the diversity of interpretations of Islamic law among judges influenced their final decisions. This study found that Religious Court judges consider not only formal law but also social values and the best interests of children in making decisions on child custody in families of different religions. In addition, the diversity of interpretations of Islamic law among judges also influences the final decision, with factors such as the child's psychological condition and emotional stability being the primary considerations
How Listening YouTube Song Habit Influences Students’ Vocabulary Mastery: A Correlational Study
Full text linkVocabulary mastery is essential for students to be able to communicate well in English. However, some students still struggle memorizing new words and identifying vocabulary meanings. This study aims to determine the correlation between students' habits of listening to English YouTube songs and their vocabulary mastery. The research used a quantitative correlational approach involving 24 tenth-grade students at SMA N 1 SUWAWA. The data collection was done using a questionnaire about listening habits to English songs and a vocabulary test. The data analysis was performed using the Pearson Product Moment formula. The result showed that there is a moderate positive correlation between the habit of listening to English YouTube songs and the mastery of vocabulary of SMA N 1 Suwawa tenth-grade students (r = 0.529). This indicates that the more intense the students' habit of listening to English YouTube songs, the better their vocabulary mastery. Listening habit contributes 27.98% to the mastery of vocabulary. Based on these results, it can be concluded that there is a moderate correlation between listening habit to English YouTube songs and vocabulary mastery of tenth grade students at SMA N 1 Suwawa. The more students listen to English songs, the better they master vocabulary.Keywords: listening Habit, YouTube song, vocabulary master
