Financial Digitalization and Stock Management at Kubaro Dimsum
This article discusses the application of financial digitalization and stock management in micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the food and beverage sector, focusing on Kubaro Dimsum. In the context of an increasingly competitive market, digitalization is key to improving operational efficiency and competitiveness of MSMEs. Research shows that the adoption of digital technology can increase efficiency by up to 25%, which is critical for business continuity. However, many MSMEs still face challenges in the transition from traditional to digital methods, including limited resources and knowledge. This article explores strategies that can be implemented to overcome these challenges, including training, the use of cloud-based management systems, and the use of social media to increase interaction with customers.

The Influence of Financial Literacy, Financial Self-Efficacy, and Hedonism Lifestyle Towards Financial Management Behavior
This study discusses the Influence of Financial Literacy, Financial Self-Efficacy, and Hedonism Lifestyle on Financial Management Behavior, which focuses on female employees at the Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM) of the Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration (KDPDTT). This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, self-confidence in financial management (financial self-efficacy), and hedonism lifestyle on employee financial management behaviour. The background of this study is the importance of sound financial management, especially for women who have work, family, and social responsibilities, as well as the influence of a consumptive lifestyle that can harm personal finances. This study uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire method, and the data is analyzed using the PLS-SEM model to see the relationship between variables. The results of this study are expected to show that financial literacy and self-efficacy positively affect financial management behaviour. Conversely, a hedonism lifestyle has a negative impact. This study contributes to developing financial literacy theory and provides practical impacts on improving personal financial management among female employees, especially in the government environment. Based on the results of research and data analysis using PLS-SEM, shows that financial literacy and financial self-fiction have a positive effect on financial management behaviour, while a hedonistic lifestyle does not affect financial management behaviour.

Lean Six Sigma Approach in Determining Priorities for Service Improvement at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Based on Customer Perceptions, Expectations, and Interests
This study explores the application of the Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodology to determine service improvement priorities at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) based on customer perceptions, expectations, and interests. Using a mixed-methods approach with a sequential explanatory design, data were collected from 94 respondents through the Banking Service Quality (BSQ) framework and complemented with indepth interviews. The study reveals significant gaps in several service quality dimensions, notably in effectiveness and accessibility. By employing the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) framework, the research identifies critical issues and suggests strategic improvements, such as faster service delivery and reduced bureaucratic hurdles. These findings underscore the effectiveness of LSS in addressing operational inefficiencies while enhancing customer satisfaction in the banking sector.

Development of E-Modules in Higher Education: Challenges and Opportunities for Enhancing Career Adaptability
The development of e-modules in higher education has emerged as an innovative strategy to enhance learning in the digital era. Beyond providing flexible access to educational materials, e-modules play a crucial role in fostering career adaptability—an essential skill for students navigating an increasingly dynamic global workforce. This study examines the challenges and opportunities in developing e-modules to support students’ career adaptability. Key challenges include limited technological infrastructure, disparities in digital competencies among lecturers and students, and resistance to transitioning from conventional learning methods to digital platforms. Conversely, the opportunities presented by e-modules include personalized and self-directed learning, enhanced accessibility to resources, and increased student engagement through interactive and multimedia-based instruction. Effective integration of e-modules into higher education curricula requires not only technological readiness but also pedagogical strategies that align with students’ needs. With well-designed implementation, e-modules can serve as a powerful tool to equip students with the adaptability skills required to meet future career demands.

Increasing Agricultural Land Productivity through the Introduction of Protani Gogo Rice Technology and Solar Water Pumps
The aim of this PKM is to increase the income of farmers in Pruwatan Village, Bumiayu District, Brebes Regency. The problems faced by the Mukti Farmers Group in Pruwatan Village are problems in the Production Sector, Technical Sector of Production Equipment, Human Resources (HR) and Business Networks. To overcome this problem, we introduced Protani Gogo Rice technology. Solar Power Technology for Rice Field Irrigation Pumps, business management and group management as well as functioning of BUMDes institutions. The method to overcome this problem is through socialization and consolidation of program implementation to partners of the Mukti Farmers Group in Pruwatan Village, technology transfer for the application of Solar Panel Pump technology innovation and Transfer of Gogo Rice Technology or National Superior Variety of Inpago Unsoed Protani Rice, improving business management capabilities, group management and group administration as well as improving the institutional function of BUMDes. The results of this activity will produce 8 tons of grain per 1 ha of land, so that there is an increase in production capacity from 17.5 tons to 40 tons per 5 ha of land or sales from IDR 85.5 million to IDR 200 million per 5 ha of land, increased business management capabilities, group management and increased institutional functions of BUMDes and networks between Bumdes and the Mukti Farmers Group in Pruwatan Village.

Implementing Kaizen and 5S in Retail XYZ: An Analysis of Operational Efficiency and Workforce Engagement
This study explores the implementation of Kaizen and 5S methods at Retail XYZ, aiming to analyze their impact on operational efficiency and employee satisfaction. Utilizing a qualitative approach through indepth interviews with 10-15 respondents, the research identifies significant operational issues, such as waste in inventory management and slow check-out processes. The findings indicate that the application of Kaizen effectively reduces waste and improves inter-departmental coordination, while the implementation of 5S creates a more organized work environment that supports productivity. This study provides recommendations for ongoing training and regular evaluations to enhance the effectiveness of Kaizen and 5S implementation, which are expected to serve as a guide for other retail companies.

The Influence of Consumer Perceptions of Thrift Clothing on Purchase Intentions with Product Quality, Price, and Environmental Consciousness Variables
This research examines how consumers\u27 perceptions of thrift clothing influence their purchase intentions, focusing on three key variables: product quality, price, and environmental awareness. The trend of thrifting, or purchasing second-hand clothing, has gained popularity, especially among younger generations, due to economic reasons and heightened awareness of the environmental impact caused by fast fashion. The study employs a quantitative approach, utilizing a survey of 140 respondents who have either purchased or shown interest in buying thrift clothing. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to assess the relationship between perceptions of product quality, price, environmental awareness, and purchase intentions. The findings reveal that all three variables—product quality, price, and environmental consciousness—significantly impact consumers\u27 purchase intentions for thrift clothing. Positive views of product quality and lower prices boost purchase intentions, while environmental consciousness enhances consumer preference for second-hand clothing as a sustainable choice. This study enhances understanding of consumer behavior towards thrift products and offers insights for industry players to create more effective, eco-friendly marketing strategies.

The Influence of Internal and External Factors on the Entrepreneurial Intent of Students at Manbaul Husna Islamic Boarding School in Purwokerto
The role of entrepreneurship is crucial in the economic growth of a country. The Prophet Muhammad SAW was an adept and prosperous trader. In Indonesia, the spirit of entrepreneurship is increasingly encouraged, even among the younger generation, such as students in Islamic boarding schools (pondok pesantren). In the Manbaul Husna boarding school in Purwokerto, the combination of religious values and general knowledge makes entrepreneurship education highly promising. This study uses survey data from Pondok Pesantren Manbaul Husna, which consists of 30 students who have previously participated in Pondok\u27s work activities. To collect data, this study used a questionnaire that was created using a Google Form. Data collection is done using the Likert 5 point scale during a period of time that is approximately one full day. The equation showed that if the variables of Entrepreneurial Awareness, Environment, Experience, and Spiritual Leadership remained unchanged, the influence of Islamic boarding school students\u27 interest in entrepreneurship would increase by 6,710 units. The t-test was used to determine the extent to which the dependent variable can be explained by the influence of a single independent variable. The results showed no significant relationship between entrepreneurial interest and the leadership or entrepeunership awareness variables.

Investigating The Interplay Of Technological Stance, Operational Flexibility, And Resource Acquisition In Fostering Msme Longevity
This study aims to evaluate the influence of process adaptation, technology posture, and experimentation (PAE), and technology sourcing on proactive collaborative technology strategy and its impact on sustainable performance of MSMEs. Through comprehensive data analysis, it was found that technology posture has a significant influence on proactive collaborative technology strategy. MSMEs that have technological readiness, commitment to innovation, and management support for the use of technology tend to develop more collaborative and proactive technology strategies. Process adaptation and experimentation were also found to have a significant influence on proactive collaborative technology strategy. This shows the importance of flexibility and innovation in business processes as the key to successful technology adoption. In addition, effective technology sourcing, whether through purchasing, partnerships, or internal innovation, plays an important role in driving proactive collaborative technology strategy.The results of this study also show that proactive collaborative technology strategy has a significant impact on sustainable performance of MSMEs. A collaborative approach in technology strategy not only helps in effective technology adoption but also contributes to sustainable business performance in the long term. These findings provide important insights for MSMEs, stakeholders, and researchers in the field of technology management and innovation regarding the factors that influence the success of technology adoption in MSMEs

The Influence of Storytelling Content Marketing on Customer Engagement on the TikTok Social Media Platform, Mediated by Emotional Response
TikTok has become a highly popular social media platform in Indonesia, with 127.5 million users in 2024. Despite its extensive user base, TikTok exhibits a low engagement rate in the travel, hospitality, and recreation sectors, at 0.64% as of January 2024. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of storytelling-based marketing strategies in enhancing customer engagement on TikTok. The study employs a quantitative survey approach with a sample of 102 TikTok users from across Indonesia, and data is analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 software. This study confirms that emotional response can serve as a mediator between storytelling content and customer engagement. The research has academic implications regarding the importance of customers\u27 emotional responses when viewing storytelling content in digital marketing.
