Cash Waqf Linked Qurban: Initiating a Social Financing Instrument for Poverty Alleviation through the Production and Distribution of Qurban Livestock in Central Java Province
Poverty in Indonesia remains a serious issue, including in Central Java Province. One indicator is the annual decline in meat consumption by 0.14%. Additionally, there is a significant disparity in meat consumption between the wealthy, who consume 4.5 kg per year, and the poor, who consume only 0.03 kg per year. According to the Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) in 2024, the practice of qurban has excellent potential to improve the community\u27s economy, including in Central Java. The potential for waqf in Indonesia also continues to grow, including livestock waqf, which can address the inequality in meat consumption. This study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative and qualitative research using 35-panel data sets from cities and regencies within Central Java Province from 2019–2023. The analytical model used is a dynamic linear regression model, where poverty levels are modeled as a function of the logarithm of urban production, previous poverty levels, the logarithm of regional GDP (GRDP), the Human Development Index (HDI), and income inequality measured by the Gini Index. The results of this study show that urban production, regional GDP, HDI, and the Gini Index significantly affect poverty levels, with urban production and GDP hurting poverty. At the same time, HDI and the Gini Index have a positive effect. The qualitative approach focuses on a literature review to develop an initiation model for the Cash Waqf Linked Qurban (CWLQ) as an integrated strategy with the halal supply chain to combat poverty by producing and distributing qurban livestock in Central Java. Therefore, CWLQ emerges as an effective strategy to address poverty in Central Java Province. The policy recommendations from this study emphasize the importance of government and Islamic financial institutions\u27 support in expanding the implementation of CWLQ across Indonesia.

Enchancing Consumer Attitudes Toward Green Products: The Role of Environmental Concerns and Eco Literacy
The purpose of this study is to look into how eco-literacy and environmental concerns influence consumer attitudes toward environmentally friendly items, namely electric bicycles. As global awareness of environmental preservation grows, consumers prefer products with a low negative influence on the ecosystem. Electric bicycles have arisen as a transportation option that supports this movement because they use renewable energy and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. This study employs a survey method, delivering questionnaires to 60 respondents in Purwokerto, which were analyzed using multiple regression. Determinant of Islamic Bank Performance and Bank Risk (study in central java periode 2019-2024)
This purposes of study is to analyze the effect of specific factors of Islamic banking on the performance of Islamic Rural Credit Banks (BPRS) in Central Java Province in the period 2019-2023. The factors studied include Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Operating Costs to Operating Income (BOPO), and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR). This study uses secondary data obtained from the annual financial reports of BPRS published by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The population in this study was BPRS throughout Central Java, totaling 27 BPRS. However, there were 4 BPRS whose financial reports were incomplete, so the final sample in this study was 23 BPRS with a period of 5 years. Thus, the number of observations in this study was 115 observations. The analysis method used was multiple linear regression for hypothesis testing, and a classical assumption test was carried out to ensure that the model formed was not biased. The results of the study indicate that CAR and FDR do not have a significant effect on the profitability of BPRS in Central Java, while NPF and BOPO are proven to have a negative effect on the profitability of BPRS in Central Java. This means that carrying out cost efficiency and carrying out strict control over the level of bad debts is very important for BPRS management in order to record a profit. This study contributes to BPRS management to improve performance by paying attention to these ratios, especially in facing post-Covid-19 pandemic conditions.

Reducing Production Defects in Box Products: A Six Sigma DMAIC Approach to Achieving Higher Process Capability
The Six Sigma methodology has been adopted by industries as a business management tool to enhance operational capabilities and reduce defects in any process. This study aims to present a case study on the application of the Six Sigma DMAIC methodology with the objective of reducing the defect rate produced by PT. XYZ. This factory is a company engaged in handcraft-oriented manufacturing, with several machining processes involved. One of the products manufactured is the Gift Box, which has a higher defect rate compared to other products. The analysis identified five main types of defects: length discrepancy, dents, asymmetrical panels, height misalignment, and color inconsistency. The current process shows an average DPMO of 38,925 and a sigma capability of 3.25 out of 6, indicating a significant number of defects and that the goal of Zero Defects has not yet been achieved. The recommended improvements include worker training, time management, and SOP implementation that should align with the production process. Machine maintenance, calibration, and material monitoring are crucial to preventing product defects. These steps are expected to reduce defects, improve efficiency, and enhance process capability.
