Efforts to Increase the Income of Winduaji Village Community, Paguyangan District, Brebes Regency Through the Introduction of White Oyster Mushroom Cultivation as Functional Food
The purpose of this community service (PKM) is to increase the income of the Agro Tani Mandiri farmer group and to alleviate poverty in poor families in Winduaji Village, Paguyangan District, Brebes Regency. The problems faced by the Agro Tani Mandiri farmer group in Winduaji Village are problems in the production/processing sector and the Human Resources (HR) sector. To overcome these problems, it is done by introducing white oyster mushroom cultivation technology, business management and group management. The way to overcome these problems is through socialization and strengthening the implementation of the program to Agro Tani Mandiri partners and poor families in Winduaji Village, transfer of white oyster mushroom cultivation technology, technology for processing sawdust waste into mushroom planting media (baglog), and improving business management and group administration. The results of this activity are increased knowledge and implementation of partners in mushroom cultivation, increased knowledge and implementation of mushroom management and planting media maintenance to increase harvest yields and product continuity, increased business management capabilities, and group management.Keywords: White Oyster Mushroom Cultivation, Poverty Alleviation, Winduaji Villag
The Factors Influencing Investment Decisions Among Investors in Purwokerto City
Investment in the capital market has emerged as a key option for individuals to manage their finance and grow their assets. In Indonesia, individual participation in capital market investments has seen significant growth in recent years, driven by factors such as increased financial literacy, technological advancements that facilitates access to market information and transactions, and initiatives by the government and financial institutions to promote public involvement. The city of Purwokerto, located in Central Java, has experienced similar trend, with a rising number of individual investors and diversification in investment instruments. However, making investment decisions is complex and influenced by various interrelated factors, including psychological, demographics, social, and economic aspects. Prior research indicates that investors behavior is often not fully rational and can be subject to various psychological biases. Demographics Factors such as age, gender, education level, and income also play a critical role in shaping investment decisions. This study aiming to analyze the factors influence individual investment decisions in the capital market, focusing on a case study of investors in the city of Purwokerto. The research adopts a qualitative approach, employing in-depth interviews and thematic analysis to explore the psychological, demographic, social, and economic factors that affect investment decisions. Additionally, the study investigate the role of financial literacy in moderating these influences. The findings of this research are expected to contribute to the academic literature in financial management and offer practical insights for individual investors, financial institutions, and policymakers. These insights aim to enhance investment participation and performance in the capital market, particularly in the context of Purwokerto, Thereby supporting local economic growth and improving community well- being.

The Relationship Between Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) Quality and the Perceptions of Justice and Job Satisfaction (A Study at the Religious Courts in the Ex-Banyumas Residency)
This research examines how the quality of Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) influences employees\u27 perceptions of justice and Job Satisfaction in Religious Courts within the Ex-Banyumas Residency. Frequent leadership transfers and rotations, typically occurring every two years, pose significant adaptation challenges for both employees and newly appointed leaders. These disruptions can destabilize organizations and hinder the attainment of performance goals. The quality of LMX is crucial for establishing positive working relationships between leaders and employees, which, in turn, enhances perceptions of justice and increases Job Satisfaction, particularly in environments with frequent leadership changes. This study employs a survey distributed to 100 employees across the Religious Courts in this area. Detailed findings and their implications are further elaborated in this paper.

The Influence of the Leadership of the Village Head and the Work Motivation on the Performance of Village Officials (Case Study on Village Officials in Sirampog Sub-district)
This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and work motivation of village heads on the performance of village officials in Sirampog Subdistrict. Effective leadership and appropriate motivation are expected to improve the performance of village officials in carrying out their duties. This study used quantitative methods with a descriptive approach involving 40 respondents from village officials. Data were collected through questionnaires, then analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that leadership has a significant positive influence on the performance of village officials, while work motivation has a positive but insignificant influence. This study provides insight into the important role of leadership in driving optimal performance of village officials, although work motivation is also an important factor that requires further attention.

How Does Information Overload Impact Social Media Fatigue and Consumer Choices in Indonesia and Malaysia?
This study aims to examine the effects of information overload on consumer confusion and decisionmaking challenges, with a focus on the mediating role of social media exhaustion. Using a quantitative approach, data were gathered through questionnaires, with purposive sampling applied to select 426 student respondents from Indonesia and Malaysia. The findings show that information overload significantly contributes to social media exhaustion, especially in Indonesia. This exhaustion, in turn, leads to increased consumer confusion, decision difficulties, and delays in decision-making. Information overload in Indonesia has a greater impact on social media exhaustion than in Malaysia, resulting in higher levels of confusion and decision postponement. Additionally, mediating factors like consumer confusion and decision-making challenges further intensify these outcomes. This research provides key insights into how improved information management can enhance decision-making processes and support psychological well-being in today’s digital landscape.

The Influence of Talent Management on Employee Performance : The Role Employee Engagement as Mediating Variable
This study aims to analyze the effect of talent management on employee performance: the role of employee engagement as a mediating variable. In this study, the sample used was 42 respondents who were permanent employees of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury of Central Java Province. This research is a type of survey research with a quantitative approach and uses sensus method in sampling. This data collection technique uses a Likert scale of 1-5. Data analysis methods in using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). The results of the study prove that there is a positive effect of Talent Management on Employee Performance, a positive effect of Talent Management on Employee Engagement, a positive effect of Employee Engagement on Performance, and a mediating effect of Employee Engagement on the relationship between Talent Management and Employee Performance at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury of Central Java Province.

The Effect of Environmental Attitude Through Perceived Environmental Responsibility on Pro-Environmental Consumer Behavior in Organic Food Consumer
The Covid-19 pandemic has hurt the Indonesian economy. To achieve sustainable economic recovery, the government has begun to transform the economy towards a greener direction or a circular economy for long-term economic growth. Contributions to the circular economy in Indonesia can be made through reuse, recycling, raw materials, design, production, and consumption. In terms of consumption, people are currently encouraged to choose organic products to meet their needs. According to data from the Indonesian Organic Agriculture Statistics (SPOI), Central Java province is in the top four for the highest use of organic food products after other provinces. The purpose of this study was to test the effect of environmental attitudes on pro-environmental consumer behavior. It will also test the mediation of perceived environmental responsibility between environmental attitudes and pro-environmental consumer behavior in Central Java. Furthermore, the urgency of this research is important to provide information about the potential for organic food businesses with the phenomena that occur, there by increasing the number of organic food entrepreneurs/consumers and being able to contribute to the circular economy in Central Java, Indonesia.

Conscientiousness as a Moderator: Examining the Effects of Challenge Stressors on Decision-Making Styles
This study investigates the relationship between challenge stressors and decision-making styles, with conscientiousness acting as a moderating variable. It aims to elucidate how individuals in cooperative organizations can leverage their personality traits to enhance their decision-making processes under stress. A hierarchical multiple regression analysis was conducted using data collected from 110 respondents across various cooperatives in Wonosobo, employing a snowball sampling technique. The results indicated that both challenge stressors and conscientiousness significantly influence decision-making styles. Specifically, an increase in challenge stressors positively impacted decision-making styles, leading to more strategic and focused approaches. Furthermore, conscientiousness moderated this relationship, suggesting that individuals with higher levels of conscientiousness are better equipped to manage challenge stressors effectively, thereby improving their decision-making outcomes.

The Influence of Relational Behavior and Relational Communication on Supplier Performance with Collaborative Communication Quality as a Mediating Variable on Brown Sugar Farmers in the Supply Chain
In Indonesia, the brown sugar industry plays a significant role in the rural economy, with thousands of farmers involved in its production and supply chain. However, challenges in communication and relationships between suppliers and buyers often hinder optimal performance of farmers. This is evident in Cipaku Village, Purbalingga Regency, where the decline in the quality of brown sugar products has become a significant problem, mainly due to the lack of effective communication regarding standards and expectations between suppliers and buyers. This study aims to analyze the effect of relational behavior and relational communication on supplier performance, with the quality of collaborative communication as a mediating variable on brown sugar farmers in the supply chain. This study uses a quantitative method with a Simple Random Sampling (SRS) approach, involving 36 brown sugar farmer respondents in Cipaku Village, Purbalingga Regency. Data were collected through a questionnaire designed to measure the research variables. This study not only aims to answer the problems that occur in the field, especially in Cipaku Village, but also to contribute to the literature and new insights in agricultural supply chain management. The findings and implications of this study will be discussed in more depth in this article.

The Effect of Person-Job Fit on Performance Moderated by Workforce Agility
This study aims to explore the relationship between person-job fit and employee performance, with workforce agility serving as a moderating variable. In the increasingly dynamic and uncertain work environment (VUCA), it is crucial for organizations to understand how the alignment between individuals and their jobs can influence performance. This research adopts a quantitative design using a survey method, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to members of the Banyumas Raya Online Business Community. The results of the moderation regression analysis indicate that workforce agility plays a significant role in strengthening the relationship between person-job fit and performance. These findings suggest that employees with a high fit to their jobs can maximize their performance potential when supported by the ability to adapt quickly to changes. The practical implications of this study recommend that organizations should not only focus on proper recruitment but also develop training programs to enhance employee agility, enabling them to face complex and evolving challenges.
