Analysis The Effect of Memorable Tourism Experience on Revisit Intention: The Mediating Role of Destination Satisfaction and Destination Advocacy (Study on Baturraden Tourist)
This study investigates the impact of Memorable Tourism Experience (MTE) on revisit intention, with destination satisfaction and destination advocacy as mediating variables, focusing on the Baturaden tourism area. MTE, comprising dimensions like hedonism, novelty, and local culture, is critical for enhancing tourist satisfaction and fostering advocacy. Employing a survey method, data were collected from tourists who visited Baturaden, with a total sample of 210 respondents. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was applied for data analysis. The findings reveal that MTE significantly influences revisit intention both directly and indirectly through destination satisfaction and advocacy. Satisfaction plays a vital role in reinforcing positive emotional connections, while advocacy enhances word-of-mouth promotion. These results underscore the importance of creating memorable experiences to improve tourist loyalty. Practical implications suggest destination managers should prioritize enriching tourists\u27 experiences, ensuring quality service, and leveraging local cultural assets to foster satisfaction and advocacy. The study contributes to tourism literature by elucidating the interconnected roles of MTE, satisfaction, and advocacy in promoting sustainable destination growth.

The Impact of Training Program and Transformational Leadership on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as Mediating Variable
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of training program and transformational leadership on employee performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research employed a quantitative approach. The study population consisted of employees at PT Juragan Gemilang Indonesia (Purwokerto and Kuningan), with the saturated sampling method used for data collection. A total of 76 employees participated as respondents, with data gathered through questionnaires distributed via Google Forms. The questionnaire utilized a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 29 for Windows. The results of the study revealed that Training program negatively affect employee performance, Transformational leadership positively affects employee performance, Training program negatively affect job satisfaction, Transformational leadership positively affects job satisfaction, Job satisfaction negatively affects employee performance, Training program negatively affect employee performance through job satisfaction, Transformational leadership positively affects employee performance through job satisfaction.

The Influence of Occupational Self-Efficacy on Job Hopping in Generation Z: Mediated by Job Insecurity and Moderated by Perceived Alternative Job Opportunities
This study aims to examine the indirect effect of occupational self-efficacy on job hopping in Generation Z employees, the mediating role of job insecurity (cognitive and affective model) and moderation role of perceived job alternative opportunities in this relationship. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 90 Generation Z employees who work in BPO. Data were analyzed using linear regression test, VAF test for mediation effect and MRA test for moderation effect. The results showed that occupational self-efficacy affects job hopping in Generation Z employees through job insecurity partially. In addition, perceived job alternative opportunities were shown to strengthen the relationship between affective job insecurity and job hopping, but not moderated the relationship between cognitive job insecurity and job hopping. It is important for organizations to provide a sense of security to Generation Z employees to reduce job hopping behavior, as well as pay attention to the moderating role of perceived alternative job opportunities.

Empowering export competitiveness: The role of coaching clinics in Banyumas MSMEs
This study investigates the effect of an Export Coaching Clinic program on empowering Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Banyumas Regency, Central Java, Indonesia, to enter international markets, particularly Japan. MSMEs play a critical role in the region\u27s economy, yet many struggle to compete globally due to limited knowledge of export procedures, regulatory requirements, and market entry strategies. Japan, with its high demand for quality products, presents significant opportunities, but also challenges due to strict regulations and cultural nuances. The research employs an exploratory approach, gathering qualitative data through semi-structured interviews and quantitative data via pre- and post-test assessments. The coaching clinic program included two interactive workshops led by experts, focusing on export documentation, Free Trade Agreement (FTA) policies, customs duty determination, product quality management, and Japanese market specifics. Additionally, one-on-one consultations provided tailored advice to the participating entrepreneurs. The results reveal substantial improvements in participants\u27 knowledge. Moreover, the participants demonstrated a stronger grasp of export procedures, product quality standards, and compliance with Japanese regulations. Overall, the study concludes that coaching clinic is a valuable intervention for addressing knowledge gaps, improving export readiness, and enhancing the long-term competitiveness of MSMEs in international markets.

The Effect of Sustainability Report Disclosure on Company Performance and Value (Case Study on Manufacturing Companies Listed on the IDX 2019-2023)
The development of the SDGs has made companies more responsible for sustainability goals. One form of this responsibility must be reported in the form of a sustainability report. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the disclosure of economic performance, environmental performance, and social performance in sustainability reports on company performance (ROA), and on company value (PBV) in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data from secondary sources. The data analysis methods used were descriptive statistical analysis and panel data regression analysis. This research shows that the disclosure of the sustainability report, both partially and simultaneously, does not affect the company\u27s performance. Meanwhile, in terms of firm value, the partial disclosure of the sustainability report has no effect, but the simultaneous disclosure has an effect. Manufacturing companies can continuously improve their sustainability report disclosures to gain higher positive response and appreciation from stakeholders.

Preliminary Study of Factors Influencing Home Purchase Intentions Among Generation Z in Banyumas and Surrounding Areas
This preliminary study aims to analyze the factors influencing the home purchase intentions of Generation Z in Banyumas and surrounding areas. Generation Z, who grew up in a digital and rapidly changing economic environment, faces unique challenges in homeownership. Key factors such as economic pressures, social status, lifestyle preferences, and financial literacy play a pivotal role in shaping their decisions. Rising property prices and limited access to affordable financing are significant barriers, while cultural values and the desire for long-term stability influence their preference on home ownership. Through qualitative research methods, including in-depth interviews, this study seeks to discover the influencing variables of Generation Z home purchasing intentions in Banyumas and its surrounding areas.

The Influence of Job Insecurity on Turnover Intention with Perceived Organizational Support (POS) as a Moderating Variable in a Garment Company in Pemalang
This study aims to analyze the effect of job insecurity on turnover intention, with Perceived Organizational Support (POS) as a moderating variable in garment companies in Pemalang. The method used is a survey, with questionnaires distributed to 60 employees from 3 garment companies in Pemalang. Of these, 47 valid questionnaires were used for analysis. The results show that job insecurity has a significant negative impact on turnover intention, while POS acts as a moderator that can mitigate this negative effect. This research provides insights for company management to formulate strategies to improve employee retention and create a more stable work environment.

Analysis ratio finance covering various ratio , such as liquidity , profitability , and leverage, applied to the reporting data finance House Sick The Altman Z-Score method is used For give description about level health financial matters of PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital, Purbalingga , what is it? is at in condition safe , gray area , or at risk experience difficulty finance.From results research , the company experienced fluctuation big in condition his finances between 2019 and 2023. 2021 is the only one the period that shows condition real finance healthy and in a safe zone . The years 2019, 2022, and especially 2020 and 2023 show that company be in a condition that is not stable or even dangerous in a way financial.fluctuation This show existence problem in stability financial and management necessary finances overcome.

Qualitative Study on the Leadership of Umar ibn al-Khattab: Lessons for Contemporary Leaders
Umar bin Khattab, in addition to being the head of government, also played a role as a faqih. His role in legal views made him very influential in his time until now. During the time of the Khulafaur Rasyidin, Islamic law could also not be applied in its entirety, because at that time the companions were faced with various realities of life and social conditions that were different from what happened during the time of the apostle, so they were required to carry out ijtihad and deliberation. The aim of this research is to find out qualitatively what Umar ibn al-Khattab\u27s leadership system and patterns are. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Umar\u27s leadership was able to bring Islam into a golden age. Many efforts have been achieved under his leadership which should serve as an example and guide for the lives of Muslims. Simplicity, prioritizing the interests of the people, full attention to what people who live in poverty face and experience. His example has become an inspiration that has become an example to be emulated by future leaders. Umar\u27s government has inherited the development of Islam to this day, in the fields of law, politics, government, and sociology.

The Influence of Perceived Price, Perceived Quality, Brand Awareness, and Product Availability on Purchase Intention with Brand Image as a Mediating Variable (A study on Kopi Lumpang in Kemawi Village, Somagede Sub- District)
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of Perceived Price, Perceived Quality, Brand Awareness, and Product Availability on Purchase Intention with Brand Image as a Mediating Variable. This research employed a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all people in Kemawi Village, Somagede District, with the non probability sampling method used for data collection. A total of 210 people’s participated as respondents, with data gathered through questionnaires distributed via Google Forms and Survey. The questionnaire utilized a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5. Data analysis was conducted using SEM PLS for Windows. The results of the study revealed that Perceived price positively affect brang image, Perceived quality negatively affect brand image, Brand awareness positively affect brand image, Perceived price negatively affect purchase intention, Perceived quality negatively affect purchase intention, Brand awareness negatively affect purchase intention, Product availability negatively affect purchase intention, Brand image positively affect purchase intention, Perceived price negatively affect purchase intention through brand image, Perceived quality negatively affect purchase intention through brand image, Brand awareness positively affect purchase intention through brand image.
