    Economic development is often associated with industrialization. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the industrial sector, especially micro and small industries. Micro and small industry is an important industry because of its role in absorbing labor in an effort to overcome unemployment in Indonesia. This research aims to determine the influence of the number of business units, GRDP, Inflation, Regency/City Minimum Wage (UMK), and the COVID-19 Pandemic as dummy variables on Micro and Small Industries in Central Java Province. The type of research carried out in this research is quantitative research using secondary data. Data was obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) from 2018 – 2022 in 35 districts/cities in Central Java Province. The research method used is panel data regression analysis. The panel data processing technique in this research uses Eviews 12 software. The results show that the variables number of business units have a positive and significant influence on labor absorption. Inflation have a significant but negative effect on labor absorption. Meanwhile GRDP, minimum wage, and COVID-19 variables do not affect labor absorption.Keywords: Labor Absorption, Micro and Small Industries, Business Units, Inflation, GRDP, Minimum Wage, Covid-19, Central Java

    The rapidly growing creative economy MSME sector provides challenges in the form of how to maintain and improve business performance for MSME entrepreneurs in the sector. This study aims to determine the role of entrepreneurial creativity, digital innovation orientation on creative business performance with product innovation, process innovation and marketing innovation as mediating variables. The focus is on analyzing the impact of developing creative ideas integrated with the use of digital technology and implementing them into innovations on business performance.  This study examines the perceptions of MSME entrepreneurs in the creative economy sector using 92 MSME units in Banyumas Regency as respondents by distributing questionnaires. This study applies quantitative methods and uses the PLS-SEM data analysis method. This research found that digital innovation orientation influences product innovation, process innovation and marketing innovation. However, there was no influence of entrepreneurial creativity on these three innovations. Apart from that, product innovation, process innovation, and marketing innovation also have no effect on creative business performance and fail to mediate the influence of the relationship between entrepreneurial creativity and digital innovation orientation on creative business performance.Keywords: Performance of SMEs, Creativity, Digital Innovation Orientation, Innovatio

    Digital literacy is the ability to utilize digital media such as online shopping, this ability is one of the factors in achieving customer satisfaction which can create repeat purchase intentions at a time.marketplace. This research aims to determine the influence PartialAndsimultaneousdigital literacy and customer satisfaction towards repurchase intentions at a timemarketplace. This research uses a quantitative method with a sample size of 84 respondents. Data collection was through observation and questionnaires using sampling techniquesnon-probability samplingwith methodpurposive sampling. Data analysis techniques use instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination (R2). Based on testing the results of the t test, it was concluded that there was an influencePartialshows that digital literacy and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intentions in a companymarketplaceand the results of the F test concluded that there was an influence simultaneousshows that digital literacy and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intentions in a company marketplace. Keywords: Digital Literacy, Customer Satisfaction, Repurchase Intention

    Contribution Of Physical Infrastructure Development To Income Inequality In South Sulawesi

    This study analyses the contribution of physical infrastructure development to income inequality in South Sulawesi during the period 2015-2023. Infrastructure development is one of the important strategies implemented by the Indonesian government to boost economic growth and achieve equitable welfare. Using secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of South Sulawesi, this study examines the relationship between physical infrastructure conditions such as roads, sanitation services, and income inequality measured using the Gini Index. The panel regression analysis method was employed to ascertain the impact of these variables on income distribution. The findings indicate that enhancements in road conditions and sanitation services have a pronounced effect in reducing income inequality. In particular, sanitation services have the most significant impact in reducing inequality. This study concludes that improvements in physical infrastructure can play a pivotal role in achieving more equitable income distribution and enhancing people\u27s welfare in South Sulawesi.Keywords: Physical Infrastructure, Income Inequality, Gini Index, Panel Regression, South Sulawes

    This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing, price and environmentally friendly Green Location on purchasing decisions in the Property Industry.  The sampling technique used nonprobability sampling which amounted to 100 respondents who bought a house in Griya Cakra Housing located in Depok, West Java. The research respondents were spread across the Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi areas. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression.     Organizational sustainability refers to an organization\u27s capacity to endure and thrive over the long term. This includes not only financial sustainability but also environmental, social, and operational aspects, while OCB is activities of organization member that extent to which their behavior makes a positive overall contribution to the organization.The aim of this research is to find out the factors that play an important role in the emergence of OCB among employees. This study involves OCB, trust, and interpersonal communication. This study was conducted on account officer at the national financial institution in West Java area, totaling 121 employees using a survey method and quantitative approach, using a questionnaire as the main instrument. In this research, it was found that quality of work life and job involvement are factors that significantly influence Innovative Behavior and employee OCB. Strengthening QWL and job involvement will increase innovative behavior and OCB.     Nowadays, digitalization has become one of the product marketing processes commonly called digital marketing. Content marketing has become one of the strategies of digital marketing. This study aims to analyze the influence of content marketing toward customer purchase intention on Instagram @kuliner_purwokerto with customer engagement and brand identity as mediating variables. @kuliner_purwokerto is an Instagram account that promotes culinary MSMEs in Purwokerto through its content. The sample in this study consisted of 243 respondents who followed @kuliner_purwokerto on Instagram. Analysis of research results using SEM PLS. The analysis results show that content marketing has a significant effect on customer engagement and brand identity, customer engagement and brand identity have a significant effect on customer purchase intention, customer engagement and brand identity mediate the effect of content marketing on customer purchase intention. Furthermore, it can be concluded that content marketing affects customer purchase intention directly or indirectly. Later, the results of this study are expected to increase customer purchase intention for culinary in Purwokerto by intensifying content marketing so that it will be able to increase customer engagement and brand identity of culinary MSMEs in Purwokerto.Keywords: Content Marketing, Customer Engagement, Brand Identity, Customer Purchase Intentio

    SDGS, CSR, And GCG On Low Carbon Companies Profitability

    This study aims to provide empirical evidence on the effect of implementing sustainable development goals, implementing corporate social responsibility, and good corporate governance on the profitability of low-carbon companies. This research is an associative research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study are companies listed on the IDX Low Carbon Leaders index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2023. The sample selection used purposive sampling method which resulted in a sample of 14 (fourteen) low carbon companies during 2020-2023. This study uses panel data regression analysis using the EViews 10 application. The results of this study indicate that: (1) SDGs implementation has no effect on company profitability, (2) CSR implementation has no effect on company profitability, (3) Board of directors has no effect on company profitability, (4) Board of commissioners has no effect on company profitability, (5) Independent board of commissioners has a positive effect on company profitability, (6) Managerial ownership has no effect on company profitability, (7) Institutional ownership has no effect on company profitability, (8) Audit committee has no effect on company profitability. Based on these results, low-carbon companies are expected to increase the proportion of independent commissioners because it is proven to increase profitability.Keywords: Profitability, ROA, SDGS, CSR, GCG, Low Carbon

    Impact Of Just-In-Time And Supply Chain Management On Storage Efficiency In Cosmetic Retail

    This research examines the impact of Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Just in Time (JIT) strategies on storage efficiency in GKP Store, a cosmetic retailer in Banyumas Regency, Indonesia. Adopting a constructivist paradigm and qualitative approach, the study explores how SCM and JIT enhance operational performance, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. SCM is key for strategic inventory planning and resource allocation, minimizing waste and optimizing warehouse space. JIT focuses on demand-driven production or ordering, ensuring storage aligns with quality and freshness standards. The study uses purposive sampling, with primary data from Mr. Muhammad Hasan Ansori (Jaka) as the store supervisor, and two warehouse employees. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis employs descriptive methods and JIT formula to assess storage efficiency.     How Content Marketing Influence Purchase Decision Through Customer Engagement As A Mediating Variable: Study On Local Coffee Shops In Purwokerto Area

    This study aims to analyze the mediating role of Customer Engagement in the influence of Content Marketing on Purchase Decisions. In this study, the sample used was 118 respondents who were customers of local coffee shops in Purwokerto. This research is a type of survey research with a quantitative approach and the sampling method uses non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of research conducted using Simple Linear Regression techniques processed with IBM SPSS 24 software, the results showed that: (1) Content marketing has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions; (2) Content marketing has a significant positive effect on customer engagement; (3) Customer engagement has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions; (4) Customer engagement mediates the relationship between content marketing and purchasing decisions. Based on these results, coffee shops in Purwokerto need to pay attention to efficient and inclusive content marketing through social media. Content marketing carried out must be done through social media that is relevant and popularly used by the public such as Instagram and Tik-Tok so that coffee shops can optimally increase customer engagement which will have an impact on increasing purchasing decisions so that coffee shops\u27 turnover can increase properly.Keywords: Costumer Engagement, Content Marketing, Purchase Decisions, Coffee Shops.
