Representasi Kecantikan Orang Jepang pada Geisha
Dalam pandangan masyarakat umum, khususnya orang Barat, geisha sering diartikan sebagai sosok wanita Jepang yang memiliki kecantikan dan keanggunan dengan ciri khas tersendiri, seperti berwajah putih dengan lipstik merah dan dihiasi rambut wig yang besar dan menjadi simbol kecantikan wanita asia. Berdasarkan konsep tersebut penulis tertarik untuk meneliti makna yang tersirat dalam riasan makeup geisha dan keterkaitan symbol-simbol dalam riasan tersebut dengan kontens kecantikan wanita Jepang. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif pada pola make up geisha sebagai representasi kecantikan orang Jepang yang dipelajari dengan jelas dan sistematis. Studi deskripsi secara analisis symbol digunakan karena studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kecantikan orang Jepang. Hasil studi menunjukkan adanya keselarasan antara pola makeup Geisha dengan kecantikan orang Jepang yang berupa 3 warna yang dimiliki geisha yaitu putih, merah, dan hitam yang merepresentasikan kecantikan pada geisha, seperti kulit putih pucat, bibir mungil seperti kuncup bunga, dan hitam tegas. Hal tersebut direpresentasikan dalam bentuk riasan yang menciptakan kecantikan terhadap geisha itu sendiri.

Clipping and Blending Words in Japanese Internet Slang: Philosophical Perspective
Philosophy is a system of thought or rather a way of thinking that can be challenged. Philosophy is also a process, a way of searching for truth indefinitely. The philosophy of science, on the other hand, is a philosophical study that seeks to answer questions about the nature of science in terms of ontology, epistemology, and axiology. More than two decades ago, the world was stunned by a new technology known as the internet. As the internet matures into a technology that connects the world, the number of internet-related languages grows. Similarly, in Japanese, there are many words that were created and are related to the internet. There are special internet terms in Japanese that arose as a result of borrowing from English terms. There are also those that arise as a result of the word process. Some internet-specific terms, such as web or bug, are derived from English vocabulary that predates the internet. However, in Japanese, the term has been adapted into a new vocabulary related to the internet. This paper is designed to highlight the particular forming new words through the process of blending and clipping. This paper also intends to highlight philosophical aspects. It investigates the use of blend words and clipping in Japanese internet slang. In terms of internet in Japanese, the blending process consists of a combination of Japanese (wago) and English (gairaigo) words from different or the same word classes. Blends created from word which belong to the different words classes, the interpretation of their meaning generally involved straightforward process.

Hatsukoi Dalam Puisi Hatsukoi Karya Toson Shimazaki
Puisi adalah kesatuan kata yang digunakan untuk mengekspresikan perasaan, pemikiran, atau ide dengan cara yang lebih kuat dan mendalam daripada bahasa prosa. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penulis tertarik dalam melakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk ekspresi cinta pengarang dalam puisi Hatsukoi melalui pendekatan ekspresif dengan memanfaatkan dukungan data yang didapat dari pemaknaan puisi secara semiotika, serta latar belakang pengarang. Data dari puisi ini sendiri bersifat kualitatif, yang penjelasannya dikaji dalam bentuk deskriptif. Temuan dalam penelitian ini berupa makna puisi melalui pendekatan semiotika riffaterre serta data biografi pengarang yang mengindikasikan bahwa kedua faktor tersebut dapat dikorelasikan untuk mencari bentuk ekspresi pengarang dalam puisinya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dari pembahasan puisi Hatsukoi karya Toson Shimazaki melalui pendekatan ekspresif, dapat disimpulkan bahwa bentuk ekspresi pengarang pada puisi Hatsukoi adalah ekspresi cinta terhadap seorang wanita yang menjadi cinta pertamanya.

Analisis Persepsi Kepuasan Konsumen Terhadap Pemasaran Produk Coklat di Kabupaten Garut
ABSTRACT
The main objective is to find out the impression of buyers towards consumer satisfaction towards chocolate products in Garut Regency. using sampling techniques and using a quantitative approach in its research methodology to collect data by distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents. Using SPSS software analysis tool version 26.0, several multiple linear regression analyses were conducted for this study. Based on the findings, product knowledge and marketing orientation positively affect consumer satisfaction by 63%. This study shows the results that the variables of marketing and product knowledge, when tested using multiple regression analysis, affect consumer satisfaction positively and significantly. This is because chocolate products are well received in terms of product quality and customer service satisfaction. For subsequent researchers who want to conduct research, they can use the findings of this study as a starting point and contribute to the development of stronger and more comprehensive research. In conclusion, this study aims to improve the progress of Garut MSMEs in Indonesia.

An Analysis of Requirement Engineering and Techniques: A Literature Review
This research explores the essentiality of software requirements engineering in cycles software development. The focus lies on three main techniques, namely Functional Requirement, Non-Functional Requirement, Viewpoint Orientation Requirement Definition (VORD), and analysis through USECASE (Use Case Diagram and Use Case Scenario). Through a review systematic literature, ten relevant articles have been comprehensively reviewed in order to understand these techniques. The research results show that functional and non-functional needs have a role central to software development. Functional requirements describe what is should be carried out by the system, while non-functional requirements include aspects such as performance and security aspects. The VORD approach is proven to be efficient in understanding various angles views involved in system requirements, through the steps of identification, structure, documentation, and system point of view mapping. Besides that, the USECASE method helps describe user interactions with the internal system real-world situations, providing deep insight into user needs. Identifikasi Kesehatan Daun Tanaman Padi Menggunakan Klasifikasi Biner Sehat dan Tidak Sehat dengan Algoritma Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) Di Kabupaten Klaten
Rice is a vital food crop in Indonesia, where Klaten has become one of the main rice suppliers with a production achievement of 101 thousand tons in 2020. However, the challenge faced is the attack of diseases such as blast, leaf blight, and bacterial wilt which can result in huge losses in yield if not handled effectively. To address this issue, research was conducted using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), an algorithm commonly used for image processing. In this study, the process involved two main stages namely Feature Extraction and Fully Connected Layer, utilizing a dataset of 2400 images categorized into healthy and unhealthy classes. The results show a very high level of accuracy, with the highest accuracy reaching 0.9653 and validation accuracy reaching 0.8125, as well as low loss with a total of 20 epochs. Through CNN technology, this research makes an important contribution to monitoring the health of rice plants in Klaten Regency, Indonesia, which is expected to help increase productivity and reduce crop losses.Tanaman padi merupakan tanaman pangan yang vital di Indonesia, di mana Klaten telah menjadi salah satu pemasok beras utama dengan capaian produksi sebesar 101 ribu ton pada tahun 2020. Namun, tantangan yang dihadapi adalah serangan penyakit seperti blast, hawar daun, dan layu bakteri yang dapat mengakibatkan kerugian besar dalam hasil panen jika tidak ditangani dengan efektif. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), sebuah algoritma yang umumnya digunakan untuk pemrosesan gambar. Dalam penelitian ini, proses melibatkan dua tahap utama yaitu Fitur Ekstraksi dan Fully Connected Layer, dengan memanfaatkan dataset berupa 2400 gambar yang dikategorikan ke dalam kelas sehat dan tidak sehat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat akurasi yang sangat tinggi, dengan akurasi tertinggi mencapai 0.9653 dan akurasi validasi mencapai 0.8125, serta loss yang rendah dengan jumlah epochs sebanyak 20. Melalui teknologi CNN, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pemantauan kesehatan tanaman padi di Kabupaten Klaten, Indonesia, yang diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan produktivitas dan mengurangi kerugian hasil pane
Penerapan Algoritma K-Means Clustering pada Sistem Prediksi Kelulusan Tepat Waktu
Currently, Dikti sets a good on-time graduation percentage for study program accreditation at around 50% for each class. Therefore, the Head of Study Program requires information on the number of students predicted to graduate on time in the eighth semester later, so that policies can be taken as early as possible if the number is not as expected. The method used in this study is the K-Means Clustering algorithm, where this algorithm will divide student data into two groups (clusters), namely the number of students predicted to graduate on time and those who do not graduate on time. The data set used is student academic data from semester one to semester six with five criteria, namely GPA up to semester six, number of credits graduated up to semester six, number of semesters taken up to semester six, number of leaves up to semester six and type of school origin. The results of this study indicate that the number of students predicted to graduate on time is around 92.84% (311 students) based on the sixth semester student data set totaling 335 students with six iterations on the K-Means Clustering algorithmSaat ini, Dikti menetapkan presentase kelulusan tepat waktu yang baik untuk akreditasi program studi ada dikisaran 50% untuk setiap angkatan. Oleh karena itu Kepala Program Studi memerlukan informasi mengenai jumlah mahasiswa yang diprediksi akan lulus tepat waktu di semester delapan nantinya, agar dapat diambil kebijakan sedini mungkin jika jumlahnya tidak sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah algoritma K-Means Clustering, dimana algoritma ini akan membagi data mahasiswa menjadi dua kelompok (klaster), yaitu jumlah mahasiswa yang diprediksi lulus tepat waktu dan yang tidak lulus tepat waktu. Data set yang digunakan adalah data akademik mahasiswa dari semester satu sampai semester enam dengan lima kriteria yaitu IPK sampai semester enam, jumlah sks yang lulus sampai semester enam, jumlah semester yang telah diambil sampai semester enam, jumlah cuti hingga semester enam dan jenis asal sekolah. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jumlah mahasiswa yang diprediksikan akan lulus tepat waktu adalah sekitar 92,84% (311 mahasiswa) berdasarkan data set mahasiswa semester enam yang berjumlah 335 mahasiswa dengan enam kali iterasi pada algoritma K-Means Clustering
Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penilaian Kinerja Guru Menggunakan Metode Profile Matching Berbasis Website
Penilaian kinerja guru di SDIT Alam Biruni dilakukan setiap tahun. Pengolahan tersebut dilakukan dengan mengolah data nilai mentah menggunakan perangkat lunak Microsoft Excel oleh staf Tata Usaha. Namun, metode ini masih kurang efisien dan transparan karena guru tidak dapat langsung mengakses hasil penilaian dan data hanya disimpan di perangkat staf, yang mengurangi aspek keamanan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis website yang dikembangkan menggunakan framework CodeIgniter dengan metode pengembangan prototyping. Sistem ini mengadopsi metode profile matching untuk memproses data nilai mentah penilaian kinerja guru, menghasilkan nilai akhir, perankingan, dan grafik batang. Data hasil pengolahan disimpan dalam database untuk meningkatkan keamanan dan aksesibilitas. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan metode User Acceptance Test (UAT) yang menunjukkan hasil penerimaan tinggi sebesar 86% dari admin, 90% dari kepala sekolah, dan 84,74% dari guru. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem sangat baik dan layak digunakan untuk pengolahan data nilai mentah penilaian kinerja guru pada SDIT Alam Biruni
