    Studi Komparasi Pengaruh Lebar Pita Axial ratio Menggunakan Variasi Radiator Pada Antena Mikrostrip

    Polarization is a significant parameter in microstrip antennas that can be shaped based on the radiating element (radiator) with specific characteristics. This research focuses on designing antennas using radiator variations to obtain polarization parameters such as axial ratio. The axial ratio bandwidth (ARBW) values produced by each antenna model are analyzed. The antenna radiator has a rectangular base shape using an FR4 substrate with a dielectric constant of 4.6 and a thickness of 1.6 mm, operating at a frequency of 2450 MHz. The radiating element has a stub as a structural variable to achieve impedance matching, and this variable does not affect the axial ratio value. From the basic rectangular shape, the antenna radiator is modified using the truncated corner method, which involves cutting the corners of the radiating element. The truncated corner models consist of triangular, circular, and square shapes. Simulation results show that the square truncated corner model has the largest ARBW value of 150.3 MHz, while the triangular and circular shapes have ARBW values of 103.1 MHz and 118.8 MHz, respectively. The best axial ratio value at the resonant frequency is achieved by the triangular truncated corner shape. These results indicate that the difference in radiator shape affects the axial ratio value and ARBW.Polarisasi merupakan parameter penting pada suatu antena. Pada antena mikrostrip, polarisasi dapat dibentuk berdasarkan bentuk elemen peradiasi (radiator) dengan karakteristik tertentu. Penelitian ini fokus pada perancangan antena menggunakan variasi radiator untuk mendapatkan parameter polarisasi seperti axial ratio. Masing-masing dari pemodelan antena dianalisis nilai lebar pita axial ratio (LPAR) yang dihasilkan. Radiator antena mempunyai bentuk dasar persegi panjang dengan menggunakan substrat berjenis FR4 dengan konstanta dielektrik 4,6 dan ketebalan 1,6 mm yang beroperasi pada frekuensi 2450 MHz. Elemen peradiasi memiliki Stub sebagai variabel struktur untuk mencapai matching impedansi dimana variabel ini tidak mempengaruhi nilai axial ratio. Dari bentuk dasar persegi panjang, radiator antena dimodifikasi dengan metode truncated corner atau yang disebut pemotongan sudut elemen peradiasi. Model truncated corner yang dibuat diantaranya berbentuk segitiga, lingkaran dan persegi. Hasil simulasi menunjukan model truncated corner persegi mempunyai nilai LPAR paling besar dengan nilai 150,3 MHz, sedangkan bentuk segitiga dan lingkaran mempunyai nilai LPAR 103,1 MHz dan 118,8 MHz secara berurutan. Nilai axial ratio terbaik pada frekuensi resonan dimiliki oleh bentuk truncated corner segitiga. Hasil ini menunjukan bahwa perbedaan bentuk radiator berpengaruh terhadap nilai axial ratio dan lebar LPAR

    THE INFLUENCE OF LEADERSHIP, MOTIVATION, WORK CULTURE AND SPIRITUAL QUOTIENT ON JOB SATISFACTION AND ITS IMPACT ON THE PERFORMANCE OF THE NATIONAL AMIL ZAKAT AGENCY

    This study aims to determine the influence of leadership, motivation, work culture, and spiritual intelligence on job satisfaction and its impact on the performance of the National Zakat Agency of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. Quantitative methods with questionnaire instruments were used in this study. All members of the National Zakat Agency of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province became the population and sample. The questionnaire was tested with a measurement model and a structural model, then data analysis was carried out by hypothesis testing. The study finds that most of the independent variables did not affect job satisfaction or amil (zakat collectors) performance. the exception for job satisfaction, which affected the amil performance, and work culture, which was affected through job satisfaction. The benefits of this study are to provide insight for leaders and managers of the National Zakat Agency in improving amil performance through more effective strategies, such as strengthening work culture and increasing job satisfaction. For the community, the results of this study can be a reference in understanding the factors that influence the effectiveness of zakat management.     Taxpayer Experience as a Mediator Between Its Antecedents and Taxpayer Satisfaction

    This study aims to determine the direct influence of servicescape and service quality on taxpayer experience. It also seeks to ascertain the direct impact of servicescape and service quality on taxpayer satisfaction. Additionally, the study aims to explore the indirect effect of taxpayer experience as a mediator in the relationship between servicescape and service quality on taxpayer satisfaction. The study sample consisted of 100 respondents of local taxpayers in Banjarmasin City. Path analysis was chosen as the method to assist in analyzing the data. The results of the study successfully demonstrated that servicescape and service quality have a direct influence on the taxpayer experience. From the perspective of taxpayer satisfaction, the research also confirmed the direct effect of servicescape and service quality on taxpayer satisfaction. Apart from direct effects, the study examined the indirect effects of servicescape and service quality on taxpayer satisfaction, with taxpayer experience acting as a mediating variable. The study was able to prove that servicescape indirectly affects taxpayer satisfaction through taxpayer experience as a mediator. Lastly, it also established that service quality has an indirect influence on taxpayer satisfaction through taxpayer experience.     Penelitian ini berfokus pada model perencanaan strategis untuk sistem informasi dan teknologi (SI/TI) dan mengukur keselarasan antara strategi bisnis dan TI di PT. TWL, menggunakan kerangka kerja Ward Peppard dan Model Kematangan Keselarasan Strategis (SAMM). Seiring perkembangan era digital, penyelarasan strategi TI dengan tujuan bisnis menjadi semakin penting bagi organisasi yang mencari efisiensi dan keunggulan kompetitif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif, dengan metode pengumpulan data seperti wawancara, survei, dan analisis dokumen untuk mengumpulkan wawasan dari pemangku kepentingan utama di PT. TWL. Studi ini mengidentifikasi beberapa area utama di mana PT. TWL dapat meningkatkan keselarasan strategisnya. Penerapan kerangka kerja Ward Peppard menyediakan pendekatan terstruktur untuk mengevaluasi kapabilitas SI/TI saat ini dan mengidentifikasi kesenjangan relatif terhadap tujuan bisnis. Selain itu, penilaian kematangan menggunakan SAMM menyoroti pentingnya mengembangkan praktik penyelarasan untuk mempertahankan pertumbuhan dan adaptabilitas dalam lanskap digital. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT. TWL berada pada level 3 Established Focused Process dapat meraih level berikutnya, yaitu Improved/Managed Process, dengan melakukan peningkatan pada area-area yang memerlukan perbaikan. Tesis ini menyimpulkan dengan rekomendasi praktis bagi PT. TWL untuk menyempurnakan proses perencanaan strategisnya, memastikan bahwa inisiatif TI secara efektif mendukung tujuan bisnis dan mendorong kesuksesan jangka panjang. Dengan memanfaatkan wawasan dari penelitian ini, PT.     Pasar Induk Sayur Mayur Baturiti merupakan pusat perdagangan hasil pertanian lokal yang memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung perekonomian masyarakat Desa Baturiti. Namun, pasar ini masih menghadapi beberapa permasalahan, seperti kurangnya daya tarik pasar, kebutuhan ruang yang luas, kurangnya fasilitas pendukung, serta sistem pengelolaan limbah yang belum optimal. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, maka perlu dilakukan perancangan ulang Pasar Induk Sayur Mayur Baturiti menggunakan pendekatan desain neo-vernakular yang mengintegrasikan elemen-elemen budaya lokal dengan prinsip ramah lingkungan guna mendukung potensi agrowisata. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan analisis tematik di dalam mengidentifikasi dan menginterpretasikan data-data empiris untuk kemudian digunakan di dalam proses perancangan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur terkait desain berkelanjutan dan sistem pengelolaan limbah organik. Perancangan ulang ruang Pasar Induk Sayur Mayur Baturiti mempertimbangkan aspek zonasi ruang yang lebih efisien, penerapan sistem pengelolaan limbah melalui fasilitas pengomposan terpadu, penggunaan material lokal yang ramah lingkungan, serta penyediaan fasilitas pendukung seperti rest area, kios pedagang suvenir, kios kuliner, dan pojok edukasi agrowisata. Melalui perancangan ulang ruang ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi dalam pengembangan desain ruang pasar tradisional yang tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai pusat perdagangan, tetapi juga sebagai destinasi agrowisata yang dapat mendukung perekonomian lokal dan pelestarian budaya setempat dengan konsep modern, efisien, dan berkelanjutan.   Kata Kunci: pasar tradisional, desain neo-vernakular, agrowisata.Pasar Induk Sayur Mayur Baturiti merupakan pusat perdagangan hasil pertanian lokal yang memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung perekonomian masyarakat Desa Baturiti.     Image Denoising Method Based on 3D Block Matching with Harmonic Filtering in Transform Domain

    Today, I will explain an image denoising method based on 3D block matching with harmonic filtering in the transform domain. This topic is important because digital images are susceptible to noise during acquisition, storage, and transmission. Image denoising is crucial in pre-processing and is a key research area in digital image processing and computer vision. Traditional denoising techniques face limitations such as high computational complexity, so combining multiple methods is more effective. The integration of wave-domain harmonic filtering and 3D block matching (BM3D) introduces a new and efficient denoising algorithm. The Euclidean distance approach is used to group similar 2D image blocks into a 3D array. The inverse transformation reconstructs the image, followed by wavelet decomposition to filter high-frequency noise. To prevent edge blurring, the Laplacian-Gaussian algorithm is applied to refine the diffusion model. Finally, wavelet reconstruction is performed to approximate the original image. Experimental results demonstrate that this approach improves information protection and processing speed, making it highly effective in practice

    Business Professionalism When Communicating with Foreign Clients in Indonesia

    This research focusing on how is business professionalism conducted according to the type of business communication, which is verbal (oral or spoken and written) and also nonverbal communication, where the parties involved have different cultural backgrounds, more specifically, between Indonesian employees and foreign clients. Through qualitative descriptive method, research findings showed that the definition of business professionalism has changed and vary significantly across different cultures. Indonesian employees may find it difficult to communicate professionally with foreign clients and the challenge increases when they have to use English as a more universal language instead of Bahasa Indonesia. Indonesian employees are advised to learn and adapt both verbal and nonverbal communication according to the culture of their clients. This research is expected to provide a contribution to create stronger business relationships and more effective communication strategies by understanding the roles and characteristics of their foreign clients in an increasingly cutthroat global marketplace

    Symbolism and Allegory in English Romantic Poetry Songs of Innocence and of Experience by William Blake

    William Blake\u27s Songs of Innocence and of Experience is an important work in English Romantic poetry, known for its use of symbolism and allegory. This study looks at how Blake uses symbols and allegories to show the differences between innocence and experience and how these themes criticize the society and religion of 18th-century England. The goal of this research is to identify important symbols and allegories in Blake\u27s poems and explain their meanings. Using close reading of selected poems like The Lamb, The Tyger, and London, the study examines how these symbols work. The analysis also includes insights from other studies, such as Juanda\u27s work on understanding hidden meanings in modern media (Putri & Juanda, 2021). The findings show that Blake’s symbols, such as the contrast between innocence and experience or nature and industrialization, reflect Romantic ideals and criticize power structures in society. For example, the contrast between The Lamb and The Tyger shows the mix of gentleness and violence in the world. The study concludes that Blake’s use of symbols and allegory adds depth to his poetry, allowing readers to find multiple meanings in his work.     Enhanced Informed Probabilistic Road Map Algorithm with Parameter Optimization

    This paper presents the design and performance testing of the Enhanced Informed Probabilistic Roadmap (EI-PRM) algorithm in path planning in various environments, such as simple environments, dense environments and narrow paths. This research evaluates the effectiveness of the algorithm in terms of solution cost and computation time by testing different parameter configurations, including number of sample points (nsample) and cost scaling factor (). The results show that the EI-PRM algorithm can adjust the sampling strategy based on the available information, resulting in an optimal solution with high efficiency. During the test, in a simple environment with the parameter value of nsample between 200 and 400 and  parameter value between 1.2 and 1.4, the best solution cost is 344.93 and the computation time is 1.9 seconds. However, in a denser environment, the optimal solution cost reaches 141,586 with a computation time of 1.16 seconds, a parameter value of nsample 200, and a parameter value of  1.5. Furthermore, the algorithm shows good performance on narrow paths with an optimal solution cost of about 293.39 and the best computation time of 0.38 seconds at a parameter value of nsample 400  parameter 1.3. This research focuses on the importance of parameter optimization and efficient sampling strategies to improve path quality and speed up computation time. In general, the results indicate that the EI-PRM algorithm is effective for path planning under various environmental conditions. The process of the EI-PRM algorithm consists of several steps. First, sample points are created at random. In the second step, the computer will link the example locations to produce a roadmap. In the last step, the shortest path inside an ellipsoid-bounded search area will be determined. The size of the ellipsoid will increase gradually until the best path solution is found. This research is expected to contribute significantly to the development of path planning algorithms that are more efficient, faster and capable of producing high-quality paths in complex environments. This research has the potential to improve applications in transportation and logistics that require optimal path planning in order to reduce operational costs and improve safety

    Pengembangan Aplikasi Sido Chatbot sebagai Aplikasi Pengenalan Objek Wisata Kediri Menggunakan Rule-Based Pattern Matching

    Pariwisata merupakan salah satu pendorong utama pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia, dengan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap lapangan kerja dan ekonomi kreatif. Provinsi Jawa Timur, khususnya Kabupaten Kediri, memiliki potensi besar sebagai destinasi wisata yang berdaya saing. Upaya transformasi digital dalam sektor pariwisata, termasuk pengembangan infrastruktur teknologi dan analisis data, menjadi langkah penting untuk meningkatkan daya tarik wisata. Salah satu solusi efektif dalam memberikan informasi wisata adalah melalui penerapan chatbot. Metodologi kuantitatif deskriptif diterapkan dengan menggunakan pendekatan rule-based pattern matching untuk pengembangan chatbot, serta pengujian keberhasilan mencapai persentase 83,33%, yang mengindikasikan sebagian besar fungsionalitas aplikasi berjalan dengan baik. Namun, masih terdapat area yang memerlukan perbaikan. Untuk meningkatkan performa, perlu diperluas cakupan data latih yang mencakup berbagai jenis percakapan, serta pengintegrasian kecerdasan buatan (AI) guna memperkaya pengetahuan chatbot. Evaluasi dan penyesuaian model chatbot secara berkala juga penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan responsivitasnya dalam memberikan informasi yang akurat kepada pengunjung wisata di Kediri
