Analysis of Internal Factors influencing Mudharabah Financing at Bank Mega Syariah for the Period 2016-2023
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the internal factors that affect Mudharabah financing for the period 2016-2023, both partially and simultaneously. This factor consists of FDR, CAR, NPF, and ROA. The research method of this research is quantitative descriptive. The type of sample used is purposive sampling, where the quarterly financial statements of the balance sheet and profit and loss at Bank Mega Syariah are sampled during the period 2016-2023. The study used secondary data in the form of financial reports of Bank Mega Syariah for the period 2016-2023, the internet, and journals. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques with tools in the form of SPSS. The stages in this study consist of several tests, namely the classical assumption test, t-test, and F-test. the next stage is the Correlation Coefficient and Determination test. This research concludes that, partially, there is a negative influence of FDR and CAR on Mudharabah financing, and there is no influence of NPF and ROA on Mudharabah financing. Simultaneously, there is an influence of FDR, CAR, NPF, and ROA on Mudharabah financing.

Dramatisasi Abnormalitas Melalui Komposisi Visual Pada Video Musik “Birds of A Feather”
No full textVisual composition is one of cinematography elements that functions as an impression through an image. "Birds of A Feather" is a music video that has the application of visual composition in building the impression of abnormality in all its scenes, thus helping to convey the message of the song. This study focuses on the discussion of the application of visual composition in building the impression of abnormality in the scenes in the music video "Birds of A Feather". This study uses a qualitative method with a purposive sampling approach. The theory used is cinematographic composition theory proposed by Gustavo Mercado, namely the rule of thirds with narrow looking room and visual imbalance. It is concluded that there is an application of visual composition in the form of the rule of thirds with narrow looking room and visual imbalance that dominates the frame, thus showing the impression of abnormality in the scene. The impression of abnormality is shown in the incident when Billie sings with a smile and calmness in the midst of an unfavorable situation. Billie is attracted by the force that makes her fall and be pushed.Komposisi visual merupakan salah satu unsur sinematografi yang memiliki fungsi sebagai pembangun kesan pada gambar. "Birds of A Feather" merupakan video musik yang memiliki penerapan komposisi visual dalam membangun kesan abnormalitas pada keseluruhan adegannya, sehingga membantu penyampaian pesan pada lagu. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pembahasan penerapan komposisi visual dalam membangun kesan abnormalitas pada adegan - adegan dalam video musik "Birds of A Feather". Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan pusposive sampling. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori komposisi visual yang dikemukakan oleh Gustavo Mercado, yaitu rule of thirds dengan ruang sempit dan ketidakseimbangan visual. Dari analisis yang telah dilakukan, disimpulkan bahwa terdapat penerapan komposisi visual berupa rule of thirds dengan ruang sempit dan ketidakseimbangan visual yang mendominasi frame, sehingga menunjukkan kesan abnormalitas pada adegan. Kesan abnormalitas tersebut ditunjukkan pada kejadian ketika Billie bernyanyi dengan senyuman dan ketenangan di tengah situasi yang tidak mendukung. Rancang Bangun Sistem Social Campaign \u27Relawanku\u27 dengan Penerapan Agile Development untuk Optimalisasi Pengelolaan Kampanye Sosial
Get PDFDigitalization has enhanced the effectiveness of social campaign management, including volunteer coordination and donation processing. This study develops Relawanku, a web-based system designed to optimize social campaign management. The system was built using the Agile Development method with the Scrum framework, enabling flexible and user-responsive development. Relawanku features campaign management, volunteer registration, and a digital donation system integrated with Midtrans. It utilizes React.js for the user interface and Golang for the backend, with JSON Web Token (JWT) authentication to enhance security. Evaluation results show improved efficiency in campaign management and increased transparency in donation transactions. This system allows social organizations to manage campaigns more effectively, boost volunteer engagement, and expand donation reach.
Digitalisasi telah meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan kampanye sosial, termasuk koordinasi relawan dan pengelolaan donasi. Penelitian ini mengembangkan Relawanku, sebuah sistem berbasis web yang dirancang untuk mengoptimalkan manajemen kampanye sosial. Sistem ini dibangun dengan metode Agile Development menggunakan kerangka kerja Scrum, memungkinkan pengembangan yang fleksibel dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan pengguna. Sistem Relawanku mencakup fitur manajemen kampanye, pendaftaran relawan, serta sistem donasi digital yang terintegrasi dengan Midtrans. Teknologi React.js digunakan untuk antarmuka pengguna, sementara Golang diterapkan di backend dengan autentikasi JSON Web Token (JWT) guna meningkatkan keamanan. Analysis of Japanese Antonym Vocabulary Proficiency in a Private University in Bandung
Get PDFAcquiring a strong understanding of antonym vocabulary in Japanese is an essential component of language acquisition, especially for those pursuing a degree in Japanese Studies. This study seeks to explore the proficiency level of Japanese antonym vocabulary among fourth-semester students in the Japanese Literature Program at Universitas Komputer Indonesia during the 2024–2025 academic year. A descriptive quantitative approach was utilized, employing an online survey designed with Google Forms to collect data. Thirty individuals took part in vocabulary tests focused on antonyms, specifically at the N5 to N3 proficiency levels. The findings reveal that although some students faced challenges with antonym vocabulary, especially with word pairs that possess similar nuances yet do not qualify as true antonyms, a considerable majority exhibited a robust understanding in this domain. Further analysis indicated that students demonstrate a more profound comprehension of antonyms within the keiyoushi (adjective) category when contrasted with doushi (verb) and meishi (noun). The results underscore the importance of developing more effective teaching strategies that are specifically designed to meet the unique challenges students encounter when learning antonym vocabulary. This research highlights the significance of improving teaching methods to boost vocabulary learning, which in turn plays a vital role in enhancing students\u27 language skills
Perancangan Identitas Visual Serta Media Promosi Dapur Yura
Get PDFDapur Yura is a Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) engaged in the Indonesian culinary sector. This MSME serves various typical Indonesian menus, such as yellow rice, geprek chicken, fresh vegetables, and tumpeng rice, which are made with quality ingredients and authentic flavors. Founded by Pipin Swandewi in 2023, Dapur Yura is located at Jalan Raya Baturiti No. 99, Batunya, Baturiti District, Tabanan Regency, Bali. Currently, Dapur Yura does not have a strong visual identity to reflect the characteristics of its products. In addition, the available promotional media is still limited, so it has not been able to reach a wider market. This design aims to create a visual identity, such as a logo and Graphic Standard Manual (GSM), which can increase brand awareness. In addition, a marketing strategy is also designed through offline promotional media, such as signboards, banners, and business cards, as well as online media in the form of Instagram content. This study uses observation methods and direct interviews with MSME owners, as well as a SWOT analysis to identify business strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. With this design, Dapur Yura is expected to increase sales, expand market segmentation, and become better known to the public.Dapur Yura adalah sebuah Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) yang bergerak di bidang kuliner Nusantara. UMKM ini menyajikan berbagai menu khas Indonesia, seperti nasi kuning, ayam geprek, lalapan, serta nasi tumpeng, yang dibuat dengan bahan-bahan berkualitas dan cita rasa autentik. The Feminism Melancholia for the Main Characters of the Novel “Kim Ji-Yeong”
Get PDFTrauma is inseparable from a strong memory matter. The bond between trauma and memory is inseparable so memory will always remember the trauma of an individual. Conflicts in a literature work cause various impacts and are influenced by social, cultural, and psychological factors. One of the factors is an internal family conflict. The conflict may lead to psychological factor impacts due to mental problems, depression, such as melancholia. Melancholia refers to the mental problem expressing the problems about life perception due to depression and a tendency to anxiety, fatigue, desperation, and excessive anxiety. This research aimed to describe the reflection of melancholia of the main characters in the novel titled Kim Jie-Yeong by Cho Nam Joo. The applied theory to analyze the melancholia of the main characters is - Cathy Caruth\u27s theory. This qualitative research applies the literature psychology. The research data consisted of some text units in the novel Kim Ji-Yeong based on the research objective. The data source from the novel of Kim Ji-Yeong. The applied data collection techniques were reading and noting while the data analysis was descriptive. The results found that the situations of the primary characters indicated the suffering of trauma and melancholia in the past events.

ANALISIS HUKUM TERHADAP TINDAK PIDANA KORUPSI DALAM PROYEK JALAN TOL MBZ: Legal Analysis of Corruption in the MBZ Toll Road Project

This study analyzes the corruption business crime in the MBZ Expressway project by using legal principles as the framework of analysis. Corruption in this project has a negative impact on two important aspects: the efficiency of the use of public budget and transparency in project management. Research shows that the application of the principles of legality, transparency, fairness, proof, and prevention is essential to prevent corrupt practices. The principle of legality ensures that all legal actions follow clear regulations, while transparency provides access to the information necessary for accountability. Justice guarantees fair treatment of all parties in the procurement and law enforcement process. Building awareness of ethics and integrity among government officials and business people is essential, supported by training that emphasizes ethical decision-making and the establishment of effective oversight systems, including independent audits and public scrutiny. The consistent implementation of these legal principles is expected to reduce corrupt practices and increase public confidence in the management of infrastructure projects. Success in eradicating corruption requires strong law enforcement and cultural change that supports integrity and accountability

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kedudukan anak perusahaan yang dimiliki BUMN Persero dan tanggung jawab BUMN Persero sebagai induk perusahaan terhadap anak perusahaan. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dan jenis penelitian hukum normatif yang menggunakan data sekunder bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier. Metode pendekatan adalah pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konseptual. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi dokumen dan dianalisa secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian adalah kedudukan anak perusahaan milik BUMN Persero masih menimbulkan ketidakpastian. Apabila mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri BUMN Nomor PER-02/MBU/2012; Peraturan Menteri BUMN Nomor PER-03/MBU/2012; Peraturan Menteri BUMN Nomor PER-13/MBU/09/2014; dan Peraturan Menteri BUMN Nomor PER-5/MBU/09/2022, kedudukan anak perusahaan BUMN Persero merupakan entitas yang terpisah dari induk perusahaan. Hal ini dipertegas oleh Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 01/PHPU-PRES/XVII/2019 yang menyatakan, antara lain bahwa anak perusahaan BUMN merupakan badan usaha mandiri yang terpisah dengan BUMN. Namun, Putusan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 21P/HUM/2017 menyatakan, anak perusahaan BUMN tetap menjadi BUMN karena bersifat perpanjangan tangan bisnis perusahaan milik BUMN. Kekayaan BUMN adalah kekayaan negara, sehingga anak perusahaan BUMN Persero merupakan milik negara secara langsung. Tanggung jawab BUMN Persero sebagai induk perusahaan terhadap anak perusahaan bersifat terbatas sesuai prinsip tanggung jawab terbatas dalam UU PT. BUMN Persero sebagai induk perusahaan dan anak perusahaannya merupakan entitas yang berdiri sendiri sebagai subjek hukum yang mandiri. Implikasi dari kedudukan itu adalah berlaku prinsip hukum limited liability, yaitu BUMN Persero sebagai induk perusahaan hanya dapat diminta pertanggungjawaban secara terbatas sebesar saham yang dimiliki dalam anak perusahaannya
Analisis Framing dan Sentimen Media Daring terhadap Isu Dinasti Politik Keluarga Jokowi
Get PDFPenelitian ini menganalisis framing dan sentimen pemberitaan media daring mengenai isu dinasti politik yang mengaitkan Presiden Joko Widodo. Pengumpulan data diambil dari 10 platform media daring yang masuk dalam 30 besar peringkat berdasarkan situs pemeringkat Similarweb pada 2023. Media yang dipilih terdiri dari Cnnindonesia.com, Detik.com, Jawapos.com, Kompas.com, Kumparan.com, Liputan6.com, Merdeka.com, Suara.com, Tempo.co, dan Tribunnews.com. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan mengambil sampel 214 artikel dari 10 media dengan cara media monitoring menggunakan analisis artikel berjenjang terhadap data artikel yang ditemukan agar mendapatkan informasi sentimen dalam setiap pemberitaan. Analisis framing Zhongdang Pan dan Gerald M. Kosicki digunakan dalam melihat realitas sentimen di balik wacana media. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah melihat sebaran sentimen media daring dalam menginformasikan isu dinasti politik saat persidangan di Mahkamah Konstitusi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pemberitaan terbanyak berasal dari Kompas.com, diikuti oleh Jawapos.com, Tempo.co, CNNIndonesia.com, Liputan6.com, dan lainnya. Dari total 214 artikel yang dianalisis, terdapat 117 artikel dengan sentimen negatif, 44 artikel dengan sentimen netral, dan 53 artikel dengan sentimen positif. Sementara itu Kompas.com, Tribunnews.com, dan Tempo.co menjadi media paling vokal dan kritis dalam memberitakan isu dinasti politik Jokowi. Temuan ini memberikan gambaran yang komprehensif mengenai bagaimana media daring merepresentasikan keterkaitan isu dinasti politik dengan Presiden Jokowi, Gibran, dan Iriana Jokowi.

Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Pesisir Pada Program Gerbang Mapan di Desa Ketapang oleh Pemerintahan Kabupaten Tangerang
Get PDFThis article describes the realization of community empowerment policies in the Gerbang Mapan Program in Ketapang Village by the Tangerang Regency government. Ketapang Village is the focus of empowerment through a program, namely ”Gerbang Mapan” (Gerakan Pembangunan Masyarakat Pantai with various coaching and training activities for the community. Community empowerment is considered effective in advancing the community in Ketapang Village. We use the theory of community empowerment formulated by Sunyoto Usman as an analytical tool. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach by deepening community empowerment in the form of activities in the form of empowering MSMEs through training and coaching and developing mangrove ecotourism. The results of the study showed that the community empowerment program in Ketapang Village was partially successful in empowering the community to become an independent and empowered community. However, there are challenges in implementing this Gerbang Mapan program, namely the lack of Mangrove tourism visitors has an impact on the low sales results of MSMEs of community business actors
