    Pengaruh Investasi, Human Capital, Kesenjangan Sosial, dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi terhadap Kesempatan Kerja di Pulau Sumatera

    This research aims to examine the influence of investment, human capital, social inequality and economic development on job prospects on the island of Sumatra. Associative quantitative research is used as an investigative approach. Secondary statistical data originating from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) includes information regarding investment, human development index, Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), Gini index, and job opportunity levels from 2018 to 2022. The results of this research show that simultaneously and partial investment factors, human capital, socio-economic disparities have a positive influence on employment opportunities on the island of Sumatra. Investment, human capital, social inequality and economic growth contribute 86.9% to the variation in employment opportunities

    This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of customer value and quick service on customer satisfaction at Connection 88 Cafe Medan. The customer value provided by Connection 88 Cafe is considered to have not been fulfilled and customers also have not received good social recognition when they are at Connection 88 Cafe. The service provided by Connection 88 Cafe is also considered to be poor and customers feel uncomfortable with the quality of the food they receive. This research is associative research and the type of data used is quantitative data. The population in this study were Connection 88 Cafe customers in Medan City. The number of samples in this study was 140 people with a sampling technique using purposive sampling with the criteria of having made a purchase at Connection 88 Cafe Medan. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that simultaneously customer value and quick service have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Connection 88 Cafe Medan. Partially, customer value and quick service have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Connection 88 Cafe Medan

    Profitability of a company is the company's ability to obtain net profit from activities carried out during the accounting period. The purpose of this research is to examine and describe the effect of corporate social responsibility, good corporate governance, and investment decisions on profitability. The number of samples is 48 construction company data with purposive sampling criteria. The analysis technique used is the F-test, and multiple linear regression with the t hypothesis test. The results of the study show that corporate social responsibility has a significant negative effect on profitability, while good corporate governance and investment decisions have an insignificant negative effect on profitability

    This study aimed to assess how local wisdom integration and clustering strategies impact the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Jambi Province, using a mixed-method approach. It was found that both local wisdom and clustering significantly enhance MSME performance by adding value, differentiating products, and improving access to resources, innovation, and operational efficiency. The research underscores the critical role these strategies play in MSME development. Consequently, it suggests that MSME managers, investors, and policymakers should support initiatives promoting the integration of local wisdom and the development of clusters to boost MSME competitiveness and growth in Jambi Province. This approach demonstrates a viable pathway for MSMEs to enhance their performance and sustainability

    This research aims to determine the effect of inflation and economic growth on the unemployment rate with the human development index (HDI) as an intervention in Jambi Province.     This study aims to determine and test the effect of the Sharia Index Maqashid Index, Islamic Performance Index, and Debt Equity Ratio on the profitability of sharia commercial banks in Indonesia, using intellectual capital as a moderation variable. This study uses quantitative research methodology and takes secondary data from the annual financial statements of Indonesian Sharia Commercial Banks in 2018-2022. The sample of eight banks was selected through the use of purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques are called Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study are as follows: (1) Sharia Maqashid Index has no influence on profitability; (2) Islamic performance index has an influence on profitability; (3) Debt Equity Ratio has a negative influence on profitability; (4) Intellectual Capital can moderate the influence of the Sharia Maqashid Index on profitability; (5) Islamic performance index of profitability cannot be moderated by intellectual capital; and (6) Intellectual Capital can moderate the effect of debt equity ratio on profitability

    The majority of Indonesians depend on agriculture as an important sector. PSAK 69 regarding agriculture must be supported by companies engaged in this field because they must have rules for preparing Financial Statements. This study aims to determine the effect of Intellectual Capital and ESG on Financial Performance (Agriculture Sector 2019-2021 Period).  In the context of IC, the dependent variable discussed in this study is symbolized by VAIC in three ways: Value Added Capital Cefficient (VACA), Human Capital Cefficient (VAHU), and Structural Capital Cefficient (STVA). In addition, there is an additional dependent variable, ESG. Financial performance, represented by Return on Asset (ROA), is the independent variable of this study. This study is quantitative. The Indonesia Stock Exchange Annual Report is the source of secondary time series data used in this study. The study will take 36 samples, with 12 companies selected to be sampled for three years. This study uses the explanatory method. This study uses descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression to analyze the data. Only VAHU affects ROA, while the other variables do not. Together, VACA, VAHU, STVA, and ESG have an influence of 60.97% on ROA, and other variables not examined in this study have an influence of 39.03%

    The fashion industry in Indonesia has undergone major changes with the development of the athleisure trend, which combines elements of sports with everyday fashion. Puma, as one of the leading brands, faces challenges in expanding its market share amidst increasingly fierce competition. This study aims to examine the impact of Citra Merek, Kepercayaan Merek, and celebrity endorsement on Puma consumers' purchasing decisions, and to evaluate the role of purchase intention as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was used in this study, with data analysis through SEM-PLS 4.. The results showed that Citra Merek, which emphasizes modern and trendy aspects, has a significant positive effect on purchase intention and purchase decision. Kepercayaan Merek was also proven to have a positive effect on both variables. In addition, celebrities who become endorsers with high reputations also increase purchase intention and purchase decision. Purchase intention plays an important role as a mediator in the relationship between Citra Merek, Kepercayaan Merek, and celebrities with purchase decision. This study provides further insight into the interaction of marketing factors and highlights the importance of exploring further into other factors that influence purchase decisions

    This quantitative study uses religion as a moderating variable to investigate how customer decisions are impacted by factors related to promotion, product quality, and service quality. The purpose of this research is to determine whether factors have an affect on one another. Utilizing a questionnaire approach, the study was conducted in Jambi City at BMT Bina Insan Sejahtera. The Saturated Sampling Technique was utilized to gather samples from 88 respondents for this study. The research's hypotheses are that: (1) customer decisions are significantly influenced by the quality of the product; (2) customer decisions are significantly influenced by the quality of the service; (3) customer decisions are significantly influenced by promotion; and (4) customer decisions are significantly influenced by religion (The following are the ways in which religiosity influences customer decisions: (5) it strengthens or weakens the influence of product quality; (6) it strengthens or weakens the influence of service quality; and (7) it moderates the influence of promotion quality. The research yielded the following conclusions: (1) customer decisions are significantly influenced by product quality; (2) customer decisions are influenced by service quality; (3) customer decisions are influenced by promotion; (4) customer decisions are influenced by religiosity; (5) religiosity increases the influence of product quality on customer decisions; and (6) religiosity decreases the influence of service quality on customer decisions. (7) Religiosity reduces the impact of advertisements on purchasing decisions

    This research aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the impact of independent variables, namely tax aggressiveness and leverage on earnings management as the dependent variable with company size as the moderating variable. The population used in this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2019 to 2022. The results of this research reveal that there is no strong evidence regarding the influence of tax aggressiveness on earnings management actions. Leverage is proven to have a positive and significant influence on earnings management practices, and the company size variable is found to neither strengthen nor weaken the relationship between tax aggressiveness and earnings management practices. However, company size has the ability to weaken the relationship between leverage and earnings management practices
