Peran Servant Leadership dan Burnout terhadap Perilaku Kerja Inovatif
In this highly competitive era, whether Servant Leadership and burnout are sufficient to address challenges in the workplace, corporate leaders need to master complex leadership skills to survive in the intense competition. This research aims to determine the impact of servant leadership and burnout on the innovative work behavior of employees at PT Triconville - Demak Factory. The study is designed using a quantitative method; the sample used for this research is purposive sampling, with a total of 101 respondents. Data collection techniques involve the use of a questionnaire, and the stages of testing in this research include descriptive test, instrument test, model test, and hypothesis test using the SPSS program. The results of this research indicate that servant leadership has a positive and significant impact on innovative work behavior, while burnout has a negative and non-significant impact on innovative work behavior
Pengaruh Citra Merek, Kesadaran Merek, dan Loyalitas Merek Terhadap Proses Keputusan Pembelian Kopi Janji Jiwa di Kota Bandung
In the current era, drinking coffee is a trend that is carried out by almost all groups, especially among young people. Coffee is part of the lifestyle of modern society so that coffee is a very popular drink in the world, including in Indonesia. Kopi Janji Jiwa is the most popular coffee shop in Indonesia by being ranked first out of seven other coffee shops. Janji Jiwa until now has more than 800 outlets spread across cities in Indonesia including in Bandung. The main objective of this study was to determine the effect of brand image, brand awareness, and brand loyalty on the buying decision process of Kopi Janji Jiwa in Bandung City. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative method. The sampling technique uses nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling in which the number of respondents is 385 people. In this study using multiple linear regression data analysis techniques were processed using IBM SPSS Version 26. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis, it shows that each variable in this study as a whole is in the good category. All of the independent variables are brand image, brand awareness, and brand loyalty and have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable, namely the purchasing decision process
Analisis Employee Performance Pada Kantor Badan Pertahanan Nasional Kabupaten Muaro Jambi
The research of this study is to compare the performance of permanent and temporary workers. 113 workers at the National Land Agency Office in the Muaro Jambi Regency comprise the study's sample. There is a difference in the results between permanent employees (numbering 33) and non-permanent employees (numbering 80). The employee performance results show agreement with the employee's performance. For permanent personnel, the average performance rating is 3.72, while for non-permanent/contractual staff, it is 3.80. Based on the findings of an independent sample t-test, there is no significant difference in the performance of permanent and non-permanent personnel. The significance value (sig) of 0.937, which is less than 0.05, indicates this
Determinants of Firm Value: Can Corporate Social Responsibility Moderate?
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh struktur modal, kebijakan dividen, ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan corporate social responsibility sebagai variabel moderasi. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh perusahaan dalam sektor manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data didapat dari IDX.co.id dan website resmi masing-masing perusahaan. Multiple Regression Analysis dan Moderated Regression Analysis digunakan sebagai teknik analisis dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Selain itu juga melakukan uji asumsi klasik diantaranya uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji multikolinearitas dan uji auto korelasi. Hasil pengujian didapatkan hasil struktur modal berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, kebijakan dividen berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan dan CSR tidak mampu memoderasi antara ukuran perusahaan dengan nilai perusahaan
The Impact of Work Discipline and Work Ethos on Employee Performance in Coblong District Office Bandung City
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan etos kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di kantor kecamatan Coblong, kota Bandung. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan paket statistik ilmu sosial versi 25 dengan alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, analisis regresi berganda dan koefisien determinasi. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 59 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner menggunakan formulir google. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, etos kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan disiplin kerja serta etos kerja secara bersamaan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan
Pengaruh Entrepreneurial Marketing terhadap Kinerja Biro Penyelenggara Perjalanan Ibadah Umrah di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan
The phenomenon of Umrah worship is currently increasing, as evidenced by the large number of pilgrims who perform Umrah every year. The Umrah pilgrimage has also become a business phenomenon for many industries, including the travel and tourism industry. The Umrah pilgrimage travel agency has an important role in facilitating pilgrims in performing the Umrah pilgrimage by meeting their needs such as transportation, accommodation, and so on. Therefore, the increase in the phenomenon of the Umrah pilgrimage also affects the performance of bureaus organizing the Umrah pilgrimage. Based on data from the Ministry of Religion, there has been a significant increase in the number of bureaus organizing Umrah services in the province of South Sulawesi in 2020 by 46 bureaus. Entrepreneurial Marketing is the ability to develop innovative and effective marketing strategies. By using the right marketing strategy, the Umrah travel agency can increase the number of pilgrims registered with the company, while increasing business profits. This can be an opportunity for Umrah travel agents in South Sulawesi Province to improve their performance and develop their business by observing this trend. In this study a correlative descriptive research method was used and 100 questionnaires with a five-point Likert scale were distributed among someone who worked at the Umrah travel agency in South Sulawesi province using the simple random sampling method. To analyze the data, structural equation modeling based on partial least squares was used using SmartPLS. The purpose of this study is to investigate whether Entrepreneurial Marketing has a positive and significant influence on the performance aspects of bureaus organizing Umrah travel in the province of South Sulawesi
Pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Kepuasan Kerja pada PT. X
This study aims to determine the influence of workload and work environment on employee performance through employee job satisfaction at PT. X. This type of research is a quantitative study with primary data and uses a questionnaire technique with a Likert scale of 5 points for a sample of 64 respondents. The data obtained was then analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that overall employee performance was influenced by workload, work environment, job satisfaction, and the rest by other variables outside the research model. Workload has a non-significant negative effect on employee performance, work environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance, workload has a significant negative effect on job satisfaction, work environment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has mediated workload on employee performance with a significant negative relationship, job satisfaction mediates the work environment on employee performance with a significant positive relationship
Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Kepuasan Kerja dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior sebagai Variabel Mediasi
Correct and good management of human resources (HR) will get employees who have high skills and are reliable, so that the performance of the company's employees will be better and can achieve company goals optimally. This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior. The number of samples used was 237 respondents in BPD Bali Province. The data analysis technique was carried out using Path Analysis (SEM PLS). The results of the research prove that transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, job satisfaction does not have a significant positive influence on employee performance, job satisfaction does not have a significant positive influence on employee performance, job satisfaction does not have a significant positive influence on employee satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior has a significant positive influence on employee performance, transformational leadership has a significant positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior, the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance is not mediated by job satisfaction and transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance which is mediated by the organizational citizenship behavior variable

The purpose of this research is to find out how organizational commitment and culture influence organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). OCB behavior is the dependent variable (Y), while organizational culture and organizational commitment are the independent variables (X). the research process is quantitative descriptive. Data sources are based on secondary data based on observations made in the research environment and primary data based on questionnaires. The sample for this study consisted of 46 civil servant nurses. The research results found that commitment and organizational culture have a big impact on organizational citizenship behavior
The Effect of Tax Planning and Leverage on Firm Value with Firm Size as a Moderating Variable
This study aims to examine the influence of tax planning and leverage on firm value using firm size as a moderating variable. The model employed in this study is a descriptive quantitative research design using secondary data. The population in this study includes consumer goods sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018-2023. The sample selection process used a purposive sampling method, resulting in 156 observations from 26 companies selected as samples. Hypothesis testing is conducted using a moderation analysis model. The results of the study indicate that tax planning affects firm value and leverage affects firm value. Firm size as a moderating variable is capable of moderating the influence of tax planning and leverage on firm value
