No full textThe aim of this research is to determine the simultaneous influence of motivation and competence on performance at the Jambi City Samsat Office. The method used is descriptive research using survey techniques, with a quantitative analysis approach and using non-parametric statistics. The research sample consisted of 76 respondents. The research results show that motivation and competency factors have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Jambi City Samsat Office. The simultaneous influence of motivation and competence on performance is 35.7%. Motivational factors have the greatest contribution to employee performance at the Jambi City Samsat Office

Get PDFImproving employee performance is a continuous effort needed to achieve the organization's goals, vision and mission. This research aims to examine the influence of employee performance, workplace spirituality, transformational leadership, and organizational citizenship behavior as mediating variables. The population in this study were employees of the West Sumatra Province BPKP Representative. The sample collection technique was purposive sampling, namely 95 employees of the West Sumatra Province BPKP Representative. The data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Based on the tests carried out, it shows that workplace spirituality and transformational leadership have a positive and direct influence on employee performance. Meanwhile, organizational citizenship behavior as a mediating variable shows that it has no indirect influence

No full textThis research aims to analyze the influence of video marketing, price and product quality partially and simultaneously on the buying interest of Shopee marketplace users in Sidoarjo Regency. The sample used in this research was 100 respondents. This research uses an associative explanatory method, this sampling uses a non-probability sampling method, known as purposive sampling with the data analysis approach applied is multiple linear regression, and is calculated using the Slovin formula. The results obtained show that simultaneously the video marketing, price and product quality variables have a positive and significant effect on the buying interest of Shopee marketplace users, but partially only the video marketing variable has no significant effect on the buying interest of Shopee marketplace users

No full textThis research aims to analyze the influence of the number of restaurants, hotel room occupancy rates, number of foreign tourist visits, and population on the level of labor absorption on the East Coast of North Sumatra. Then to analyze the influence of the number of restaurants, hotel room occupancy rates, number of foreign tourist visits, population, labor absorption rate on tourism sector revenues on the East Coast of North Sumatra. As well as to analyze the influence of the number of restaurants, hotel room occupancy rates, number of foreign tourist visits, population on tourism sector revenues through the level of labor absorption on the East Coast of North Sumatra. The type of research used is associative research with a quantitative approach. The data used in this research are data on the number of restaurants, hotel room occupancy rates, number of foreign tourist visits, population, and regional income from the tourism sector on the East Coast of North Sumatra with a total of 12 regencies/cities for the 1-4 quarter period of 2012- 2021 taken from the North Sumatra Central Statistics Agency (BPS) with the analysis technique used is path analysis. The research results show that the number of restaurants, hotel room occupancy rates, number of foreign tourist visits, and population have a direct positive influence on the level of employment in the tourism sector on the East Coast of North Sumatra. The number of restaurants, hotel room occupancy rates, number of foreign tourist visits, population, and labor absorption rates have a direct positive influence on tourism sector revenues on the East Coast of North Sumatra. The number of restaurants, hotel room occupancy rates, number of foreign tourist visits, and population not have a direct influence on tourism sector revenues on the East Coast of North Sumatra through the level of labor absorption

Get PDFThis study aims to prove the effect of taxation, tax sanctions, and service quality on participation in the tax amnesty program with financial condition as a moderating variable. This research is quantitative and primary data. Research time: This research was conducted from April to May 2023 with 105 respondents, namely taxpayers. This study uses Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) where the results of the research show that knowledge of taxation does not affect participation in the tax amnesty program. Meanwhile, tax sanctions and service quality influence tax amnest participation. As well as financial conditions moderate the influence of tax knowledge on participation in tax amnesty while financial conditions do not moderate the effect of tax sanctions on participation in tax amnesty and financial conditions do not moderate the effect of service quality on participation in tax amnesty

The research method used was quantitative with 67 Glico Wings ice cream customers as respondents. The data collected is the result of a questionnaire. Prerequisite testing was carried out with SPSS 25 software. The results of this research partially show that store atmosphere has a negative and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions. Product availability and supporting facilities have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of bancassurance and capital adequacy ratio on the profitability of Regional Development Banks (BPD) which is proxied in the form of ROA and ROE. This research uses secondary data sourced from the annual financial statements of 26 BPD from all provinces in Indonesia during 2018-2022. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is canonical correlation analysis using the SPSS 25 application. The results of the study proved that when tested partially, bancassurance had an effect on ROA, but no effect on ROE, and the Capital Adequacy Ratio had an effect on ROA and ROE. When tested simultaneously, Bancassurance and Capital Adequacy Ratio have an effect on ROA and ROE
