The Influence of Regional Expenditure on The Regional Economy in Regencies and Cities in Indonesia
No full textThis study aims to see how the contribution of personnel, goods and services, and capital expenditures, the component of expenditure with the most significant portion of local government, influences the regional economy (GRDP). The data used in this study are data on the realization of personnel expenditure, goods and services expenditure, capital expenditure, and GRDP data to represent the regency and city regional economy from 2010 to 2019. The sample in this study is all regencies and cities in Indonesia that meet the criteria, namely 480 regencies and cities. Data is taken from the websites of the Central Agency of Statistics (BPS) and the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance (DJPK). The results showed that personnel, goods and services, and capital expenditures both partially and simultaneously positively and statistically significantly affected the regional economy (GRDP)

Full text linkThe purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of social media and motivation on the performance of private university lecturers in Jambi City. This study is a quantitative study with an observational analytical method with a design in this study in the form of a cross-sectional study approach. Respondents in this study were some of the lecturers at Jambi Private University, totaling 240 people. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously and partially there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of social media and motivation on the performance of private university lecturers in Jambi City

Full text linkThis study is a quantitative study that discusses the factors that influence the use of social commerce by students in Batam City. Through Google Form, 275 questionnaires have been collected from respondents. The results of the study indicate that the behavioral intention variable is able to mediate the influence of the performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating condition variables on the use behavior variable of students in Batam City. The behavioral intention variable is not able to mediate the influence of the price value variable on the use behavior variable, but the behavioral intention variable has a positive and significant effect on the use behavior of students in Batam City

Full text linkThis research aims to ensure that compliance audits align with audit objectives, with entities following up on social assistance management audits and improvements, targeting the assurance that social assistance policies and management comply with established regulations. The research results indicate that the implementation of the compliance audit has met the audit objectives. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of the audit from the follow-up aspect shows a lack of compliance by the Ministry of Social Affairs in following up. The comparison of recommendations with follow-up actions shows that in the 2019 social assistance audit, there were 20 recommendations and 10 were followed up, in 2020 there were 37 recommendations and 21 were followed up, in 2021 there were 38 recommendations and 27 were followed up, and in 2022 there were 32 recommendations and 21 were followed up. Furthermore, the effectiveness of the social assistance audit is marked by recurring audit findings from previous years, namely in 2020, out of 10 findings, 2 were from 2019; in 2021, out of 13 findings, 3 were from 2020; in 2022, out of 9 findings, 3 were from 2021; and in 2023, out of 11 findings, 7 were from 2022

Full text linkThis study aims to investigate the influence of organizational culture, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance both simultaneously and partially. This study involved 74 employees of PT. Akurasi Konstruksi Indonesia. The research sample was obtained by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed that simultaneously the variables of organizational culture, motivation, and work discipline had a significant influence on employee performance at PT. Akurasi Konstruksi Indonesia. Partially, only the organizational culture variable did not have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Akurasi Konstruksi Indonesia, while the variables of motivation and work discipline partially had a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Akurasi Konstruksi Indonesia

This research design uses a quantitative descriptive method. The results of the SWOT analysis of the strengths of the capital assistance program in the form of goods for micro businesses. In addition, there is an opportunity to develop programs online or digitally to reach more beneficiaries and accelerate the process of business development, increase production value and income and business profits so that businesses grow. While the main weaknesses in the business capital assistance program are the lack of introduction, promotion, information and lack of skill levels or knowledge of using capital assistance. as well as the threat of capital assistance programs in the form of rapidly developing technological risks that can make the capital assistance program provided obsolete or out of date, increasingly tight business competition in the market, thereby reducing the sustainability of business recipients of capital changes from government policies that can reduce capital assistance programs

No full textThis study aims to test and analyze the moderation of the operational system of UPT and HR development on employee welfare in increasing the competitiveness of Samudera Nizam Zachman Jakarta. The population in this study used a sample of 133 respondents who were employees and consumers of Samudera Nizam Zachman Jakarta. The data collection technique used simple random sampling. The data processing method in this study was using smartPLS with the aim of testing the hypothesis. The results of this study concluded that there was a positive and significant influence between the variables of competitiveness, operational UPT and HR development on employee welfare. The competitiveness variable was unable to moderate the influence of operational UPT and HR Development on employee welfare of Samudera Nizam Zachman Jakart

This financial performance is greatly influenced by economic aspect. One of then is green accounting and CSR. Companies must also be abale to survive in the face of all economic, social, and enviromental conditions. This research focuses on quatitative approach with secondary data from the compass 100 index from 2020-2023. The sample used was 96 companies tahe has been identified and classified according to predetermined criteria. Analisis Bibliometrik Pengembangan Ekonomi Pesantren di Indonesia
No full textThe purpose of this research is to identify and analyze scientific literature with bibliometric analysis to find the main topics, authors, sources, articles that are most widely cited in Indonesia that discuss economic development in Islamic boarding schools in relation to economic independence and entrepreneurship and empowerment. Another objective is to understand the conceptual, intellectual, and social structures of the literature on various forms of pesantren economic development. This study uses journal articles indexed on Google Schoolar which are published using the publish and perish search engine version 8 in 2016 to 2023. To obtain a map of research results regarding the economic development of Islamic boarding schools, data from Publish or perish are exported into RIS file form and then analyzed using Vosviewer (VV) application. The research results show that the publication of research results from 2016 to 2022 has experienced a fluctuating increase. Through Vosviewer's visualization, the development map of Islamic boarding school economic development research is divided into 5 clusters. Cluster 1 consists of 12 items, cluster 2 has 9 items, cluster 3 has 8 items, cluster 4 has 7 items, and cluster 5 has 5 items. Opportunities for further research according to Vosviewer's analysis are the independence of the students, economic welfare, and government attention
