Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to determine the role of other household members "extended family" on the work participation and business field of housewives as well as taking into account other factors that play a role in increasing work participation and business preferences of housewives, including: level of education of housewives, per capita expenditure, presence of children aged 0-6 years and 7-12 years, age group, husband's education, and husband's working status. The analytical method that will be used in this research is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The analysis used in this paper uses a multifactorial logit regression model to see the ratio of the tendencies of the independent variables in influencing the work participation of housewives. The results of this study indicate that the role of other household members is very helpful for housewives in work participation and business fields, both education, expenditure, and the presence of children aged 0-6 years and 7-12 years

No full textThe objective of the study is to test and analyze the effect of sales, current liabilities, working capital and inventory circulation on the net profit of industry consumption goods listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2014- 2018. The research used in a quantitative research approach and the nature of this research is a causal research. The research populations were all companies of industry consumption listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange totaling 23 companies. The research sample were 115 data, drawn by purposive sampling technique. The research data were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis using F test and the T test and the coefficient of determination was obtained by the value of adjusted R Square meaning that the variations in variables of sales, current liabilities, working capital and inventory circulation, while were explained by other independent variables, by testing the classic assumption using SPSS 23. The research finding showed that partially sales, current liabilities and working capital had a significant effect on net income while inventory circulation had no effect to net income in industry consumption goods listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014- 2018. Simultaneosly sales, current liabilities, working capital, inventory goods had a significant effect on net income in industry consumption goods listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2014-2018

This research is a quantitative study using 100 respondents who are consumers of Karita Muslim Square Purwokerto. This research uses multiple linear regression. The results show that price discount shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement have a positive and significant effect on impulse buying on consumers of Karita Muslim Square Purwokerto. Get PDFThis study aims to analyze and test the effect of profitability, leverage, and managerial ownership on firm value with the moderating variable, namely Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The population used in this study is all manufacturing companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the last three years, namely 2017-2019. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling technique. The results of this study explain that profitability and leverage do not have an effect on firm value, while managerial ownership has a negative effect on firm value. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is able to moderate the effect of profitability and managerial ownership on firm value, while Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is unable to moderate the effect of leverage on firm value

The population in this study is the number of Teachers of SMPN 8 Kota Jambi which is as many as 60 teachers. Sampling used is a census method that all populations are sampled as many as 60 teachers. The analysis tool used is simple linear regression. Based on the results of the study revealed that there is a positive influence between work facilities on performance in teachers of SMPN 8 Kota Jambi. Thus there is a significant influence between the variables of work facilities on the performance of teachers of SMPN 8 Kota Jambi

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of the variable Credit Risk, Interest Rates, Liquidity on Profitability simultaneously or partially to influence the banking subsector companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2019 period. The data source is secondary data. The method used in this research is the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 21 program. There are 42 populations of banking subsector companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2019 period. The sample was selected from a purposive sampling method of 13 companies from several criteria. The results of this study indicate that credit risk affects bank profitability. Meanwhile, interest rates and liquidity do not affect bank profitability
Corporate Social Responsibility, Financial Distress, Dan Siklus Hidup Perusahaan
Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to prove that corporate social responsibility has a negative effect on financial distress and test corporate social responsibility against financial distress in different life cycle stages. Corporate social responsibility in this study measured using Global Reporting Iniative (GRI)-G4. Financial distress in this study measured using Altman’s Z-score model. This study classifies the life cycle of companies using cash flow pattern that includes phase start-up, growth, mature, and decline. The population in this study were all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014 - 2018. The sample of this study was 269 companies. Data was analyzed using logistic regression methods. The results showed that corporate social responsibility disclosure has a negative effect on financial distress. There is no evidence to support that at the start-up stage, CSR has a positive effect on financial distress. In the life cycle of the growth and mature stages, CSR has a negative and significant effect on financial distress. There is no evidence to support that at the stage of decline, CSR has a negative effect on financial distress

Analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, with the result obtained that Return On Asset has a positive and significant effect on Stock Returns, Current Ratio doesn’t have an effect and insignificant on Stock Returns, Debt to Equity Ratio doesn’t have an effect and insignificant on Stock Returns, and Inventory Turnover doesn’t have an effect and insignificant on Stock Returns at Manufacturing Companies in The Consumer Goods Industry Sector Listed on IDXin 2017 until 2019
