    There are challenges in implementing village funds during this pandemic because the amount of absorption of village funds is used to address the conditions for handling Covid 19. The implemention of the distribution and absorption of this budget is influenced by inhibiting factors that become challenges in the implementation of village development. Internal factors in the village government are important to prevent fraud in the absorption of village funds. Therefore, one of the objectives of this study is to analyze the effect of internal control and competence on fraud prevention in Kumpeh Ulu sub-district, Muaro Jambi district. This research is causality research design. Causality research design is a type of research that is used for the purpose of testing the influence, relationship or impact of variables, the type of cross section data used and the primary data souces. This research took place from june to august 2021. The data analysis technique used SEM-PLS.     The research on systemic risk is important to carry out in view of the alleged repetition of the eight-year crisis cycle affecting the market. The data of average stock returns calculation in almost all sample countries was negative in 2011 and repeated again in 2019 that the average banking stock returns in Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka showed a negative value. Even since 2018, the Philippines, Pakistan and Sri Lanka have consistently been shown to experience negative average returns. Systemic risk measurement is done by two methods, namely ΔCoVaR and MES. Furthermore, this research is very supportive and has been in line with the research roadmap of Islamic University 45 which states that in 2018-2026 the academic research is more focused on the application of regional technology and social engineering models that instead the products in the form of policies to then develop international standard research. In this study, the sample of countries used covers the Asian region, the topic discussed is a very important issue in the financial sector considering that systemic risk cannot be eliminated. In general, there are three findings that are explained from the results of the ΔCoVaR calculation that: (a) most developing countries experienced a decrease in their contribution to systemic events after the 2008 global crisis period; (b) large banks make the biggest contribution to systemic events, except for banks in Malaysia both small and large banks make equal contributions to systemic events; (c) There is a potential for systemic event to increase after 2019 that the contribution to systemic events by individual banks in the Philippines, Indonesia, Sri Lanka show an upward trend in the past year so that risk mitigation measures need to be taken in the form of policies and analysis of banking financial performance and global economic conditions. Based on the overall MES calculation the bank contributes more than 50% of potential systemic events to the system

Lake Sipin is a lake located in the middle of the city of Jambi. Lake Sipin will definitely be very interesting, if it is packaged in such a way. The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of tourism product revitalization on preferences, identify the effect of tourism product revitalization and preferences on visiting decisions and identify preferences able to mediate the effect of tourism product revitalization on visiting decisions The population of this study is the Jambi city community while the sample is the Jambi city community which more than once visited the attractions of Lake Sipin Jambi as many as 150 people. The data method uses path analysis. The results of the study note that the revitalization of tourism products has a significant influence on the preferences of visitors to the Lake Sipin Jambi tourist attraction, the revitalization of tourism products and visitor preferences have a significant influence on the decision to visit the Lake Sipin Jambi tourist attraction and the visitor's preferences are able to mediate the effect of tourism product revitalization on the decision visited the attractions of Lake Sipin Jamb

    This study aims to determine the effect of grant expenditure, social assistance expenditure, financial aid expenditure and public facility expenditure on incumbent election in the General Election of Regional Head conducted in 2017. The type of this research is quantitative descriptive research. The objects examined are grant expenditure, social assistance expenditure, financial aid expenditure, and public facility expenditure in the 2015-2016 regional budget. The year 2015 represented shopping data prior to the General Election of Regional Head, while 2016 represented spending data at the time of the General Election of Regional Head. This study uses a logistic regression statistical test. The data analysis tool used for hypothesis testing is the Wald test. The results of this study state that there is no relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable, but almost all regions have an increase in grant expenditure, financial aid expenditure, and public facilities ahead of the implementation of the General Election, while the average social assistance expenditure has decreased

(2) To determine the effect of work discipline on employee motivation at the Jambi Province Human Resources Development Agency. This research is descriptive and verification. The population in this study are employees of the Jambi Province Human Resources Development Agency. The research sampling technique used Stratified Sampling technique. The total sample in this study was 50 respondents. Data were analyzed using 2 (two) ways, namely using descriptive analysis using a Likert scale. Descriptive research results indicate, the average level of respondents' answers to the variable work discipline (X) of 3,188. The average level of respondents' answers to the motivation variable (Y) was 3.113

    The roles of small enterprises in supporting economic growth, either covering locally or nationally, may not be taken for granted. It is proven by the fact that when Indonesia was stricken by an economic crisis the small enterprises relatively stable. In reality, however, they have been facing many problems, one of which is the source of found/capital. In addition, they also lack basic skills in financial and business management. Generally, most of them are secondary school graduates. In Jambi, the number of small and medium enterprises reaches 2730 with 35.950 employees employed. Such a number is already potentially sufficient to improve the economic growth of the region. Thus, a study regarding the existence of small enterprises in Jambi should be conducted. The study itself should mainly be focused on the problems found in running such kind of enterprises. A study was conducted in December 2015 to February 2016 in Jambi city, taking the cases from the Jelutong subdistrict. The objects of the study were small enterprises including grocery stores. Snacks shops, and furniture depots. The variables studied included the successes of small enterprises (enterprise volume), household income rates, entrepreneurial experiences, educational levels, domestic expenditures, and access to the bank. Based on the result of the study, it is acknowledged that capitals and educational levels strongly determine the success of small enterprises. Therefore, to boots, their involvement in Jambi city, especially at the Jelutung subdistrict, support from related institutions are essentially needed. Such support may include improving the small entrepreneurs’ knowledge and skills in business and financial management. Besides, the source of found/capital should also be taken into account

    Tax Avoidance is an effort to minimize the tax burden that is still in the realm of tax law. The purpose of the study was to analyze corporate governance and sales growth on tax avoidance. The research population is 70 basic and chemical industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique, 7 companies were selected. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study are Institutional Ownership, Majerial Ownership, the number of boards of Commissioners and Sales growth simultaneously influence Tax Avoidance. Partially Institutional Ownership and the number of the Board of Commissioners influences Tax Avoidance. While Sales growth has no effect on Tax Avoidance. the benefits of this research are being able to broaden insight and at the same time gain knowledge about the effect of corporate governance and sales growth on tax avoidance

    This research aims to determine whether the area called as a rice barn in Indonesia can alleviate the poverty problem in the region. East Java is Indonesia's rice barn with a total production of 16.1% of the total rice production in Indonesia. This research uses panel data and fixed-effect methods with quantitative analysis. The data used is secondary data obtained from the website of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia (KPRI) and the Indonesian Bureau of Central Statistics (BPS) with data on city districts in 2014 - 2017. This research uses the variable percentage of poverty in the Regency of East Java City as the dependent variable, the percentage level farmer productivity, percentage of agricultural land area, and the level of community consumption in East Java as independent variables. The results of the research using panel data and the fixed-effect method show that the production variable has a negative and significant impact on the percentage of community poverty in East Java Regency

    This research aimed to identify and to get empirical evidence of the effect of the structure of authority that is broken down into formal and informal authority structures, the characteristics of regional financial information systems and managers' behavior on cost consciousness. This study was 37 SKPD registered in Solok city with a total sample of 74 people consisting of leaders and treasurer office / agency / office at SKPD in Solok city. Dependent variable in this research is the cost consciousness and independent variable that is authority structure (structure of formal authority and structure of informal authority), Characteristics of regional financial information systems and manager behavior. The hypothesis is tested by using multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 14. This study shows the test results that manager behavior does not affect the cost consciousness, while formal, informal authority structures and Regional financial information systems have a significant effect on the cost consciousness.
