Pengaruh Kerja Sama Tim, Motivasi Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Mie Gacoan Cabang Sidoarjo
This study was conducted to determine and test the effect of teamwork, work motivation and work environment on employee performance at Mie Gacoan Sidoarjo branch. The research data were collected through questionnaires with simple random sampling with a minimum of 126 respondents. This study used a quantitative method of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that simultaneously and partially there was a positive and significant influence between the variables of teamwork, work motivation and work environment on employee performance at Mie Gacoan Sidoarjo Branch
Pengaruh Pengendalian Internal dan Transparansi terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Nirlaba Masjid di Kota Jambi
The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of internal control and transparency of mosque fund management on the accountability of effective and efficient non-profit organization financial performance. The object of this study is the treasurer of a large mosque that has financial reports located on the main roads of Jambi City. The results of this study indicate that internal control has an effect on non-profit accountability and financial performance. Mosque accountability has an effect on the financial performance of non-profit mosque organizations, while transparency only has an effect on accountability and not financial performance
Peran Niat Berperilaku dalam Memediasi Perilaku Pengelolaan Keuangan Keluarga
This study aims to analyze the influence of financial attitudes, self-control, spiritual intelligence, financial literacy with behavioral intentions as mediating variables. The population used is all people domiciled in Solo and Yogyakarta. The sample was selected using the purposive sampling method. The questionnaire was distributed online and offline. The results of the study indicate that financial attitudes, self-control, spiritual intelligence and financial literacy have a positive effect on family financial behavior. This study also found that behavioral intentions are able to mediate the influence of financial literacy with family financial management behavior
Peran Motivasi dan Komunikasi dalam Pengaruh Efektivitas Kepemimpinan terhadap Perubahan Organisasi
This study aims to analyze the relationship between leadership effectiveness and motivation and communication, and its influence on organizational change. Quantitative approach with PLS-SEM and questionnaires on 200 Batam manufacturing employees. The results showed that leadership effectiveness has a positive and significant effect on communication and motivation but not significant with organizational change. This study also proves that motivation and communication are able to mediate the influence between leadership effectiveness and organizational change
Perspektif Generasi Z terhadap Pemanfaatan E-Commerce, Sosial Media, Influencer dan Testimoni
This study aims to determine the influence of e-commerce, social media, influencers and testimonials in increasing the interest in buying Skincare products by Generation Z. The population of this study was all Generation Z who live in the Jakarta area, have purchased skincare products through online media at least 3 times. To obtain a representative sample, the study used a purposive sampling technique. Generation Z who met the requirements and participated as research respondents were 220 participants. The results of this study revealed that the role of e-commerce and influencers was proven to have a positive effect on increasing Generation Z's interest in buying skincare products online. Conversely, the role of social media and testimonials was not proven to have a positive effect on Generation Z's interest in buying skincare products online in the Jakarta area
Analisis Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Komitmen Organisasi sebagai Variabel Intervening di PT XYZ
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance, with organizational commitment as a mediator. This study uses the Structural Equation Model with the Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) methodology. The results of this study conclude that the organizational culture variable does not significantly affect organizational commitment at PT XYZ; however, the job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment at PT XYZ. The organizational culture variable does not significantly affect employee performance at PT XYZ; however, the job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT XYZ. The organizational commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT XYZ. However, the organizational commitment variable cannot strengthen or weaken the effect of organizational culture on employee performance at PT XYZ. The organizational commitment variable can strengthen or weaken the effect of the job satisfaction variable on employee performance at PT XYZ

This study analyzes the influence of monetary policy, especially the Inflation Targeting Framework (ITF), interest rates, and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) on inflation in Indonesia in the period 2005-2022. The aim is to understand how these three variables affect national economic stability, especially in maintaining inflation at a controlled level. This study uses secondary data from the World Bank and Bank Indonesia. The analysis method uses multiple regression analysis. Pengaruh Pengalaman Pelanggan dan Kepercayaan Pelanggan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan dengan Nilai yang Dirasakan (Perceived Value) sebagai Variabel Mediasi pada Usaha Kecil di Kabupaten Muaro Jambi
This research aims to examine the influence of customer experience and customer trust on customer loyalty with perceived value as a mediating variable in Small Businesses in Muaro Jambi Regency. This type of research is quantitative with an explanatory approach. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 190 respondents who were small business customers in Muaro Jambi Regency. Data analysis uses the partial least squares (PLS) method. The research results show that customer experience and customer trust have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. In addition, perceived value is proven to mediate the influence between customer experience and customer trust on customer loyalty. These findings confirm that sensory elements in customer experience as well as service reliability in building trust play an important role in increasing customer loyalty. By providing high perceived value, small businesses can strengthen relationships with customers, increase competitive advantage, and drive sustainable business growth
Pengaruh Love of Money, Persepsi Peluang Berwirausaha, dan Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa Universitas Udayana
This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of love of money, perception of entrepreneurial opportunities, and entrepreneurial knowledge on the entrepreneurial interest of students at Udayana University. The sample used in this study was students of the 2020 intake at Udayana University with a total of 100 respondents. The sampling method used was the probability sampling method with proportionate stratified random sampling and data were collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis was descriptive statistical analysis and structural equation model (SEM) based on partial least square (PLS). The results of this study revealed that simultaneously and partially there was a positive and significant influence between the variables of love of money, perception of entrepreneurial opportunities, and entrepreneurial knowledge on the variable of entrepreneurial interest of Udayana University students
Analisis Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WOM), Harga, dan Citra Merek terhadap Minat Beli pada Produk The Originote
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui variabel mana yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap peningkatan minat beli konsumen dalam membeli produk The Originote. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode analisis data statistik deskriptif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang menggunakan produk The Originote yang berdomisili di Kota Sidoarjo. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang. Pengujian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa variabel citra merek paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap minat beli pada produk The Originote di Kota Sidoarjo. Hal ini menujukkan semakin baik atau semakin tinggi citra merek membuat konsumen cenderung lebih percaya dan termotivasi untuk membeli produk yang ditawarkan sehingga, dapat meningkatkan minat beli pada produk The Originot
