    Financial Literacy, Financial Technology (FinTech), and Locus of Control on Financial Management Behavior

    This study aims to analyze how financial literacy, FinTech, and also locus of control influence the financial management behavior of Faculty of Economics (FE) at UIN Malang students. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods with primary data questionnaires. The population of this study was 1,520 students of FE UIN Malang. The sample used was 317 students calculated using the slovin formula. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression with SPSS 25. The results showed that financial literacy and locus of control significantly affected financial management behavior. While FinTech has no significant effect on financial management. In addition, financial literacy, FinTech, and locus of control simultaneously influence financial management behavior

    This study aims to examine and understand the effect of CAR, NPL, company size, and leverage on financial performance in the form of ROA of banks listed on the IDX for the 2018-2020 period. The population used in this study were 47 banks listed on the IDX. The type of data used in this research is secondary data. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 41 people. Collecting data in this study using the documentation method. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, different test. So the results of the study show that CAR, NPL, leverage have a negative and insignificant effect on financial performance, firm size has a positive and significant effect on financial performance, and CAR, NPL, firm size, and leverage have a simultaneous effect on financial performance. . Whereas before and during the company size CAR, ROA and NPL, and leverage there was no difference before or during Covid-19

    Coffe shop is a place that is not just a place to sell and enjoy coffee, besides coffee shop is also used for some specific needs, either relax, gather, discuss, do tasks, place photos and so forth. This study aims to determine the effect of word of mouth and store atmosphere on satisfaction and its impact on loyalty at Angkasa Kopi Semarang. Research conducted in Antariksa Kopi Semarang is a type of quantitative research. The data source used using a questionnaire via google form to 100 respondents with purposive sampling methodology. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression test using statistical data processing based on SPSS 26. The results showed that the variable word of mouth has no effect on satisfaction,store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, and satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on loyalty

    This study aims to determine the impact of service digitization reform on customer satisfaction in PT Pos Indonesiaa Bandung City Office. This digitization reform will affect PT Pos activities as a whole because technological developments are inevitable. Digital service operations will affect customer satisfaction, with such digitalization, customers can feel satisfied and vice versa. The number of respondents in this study was 100 using random sampling method. This study uses a quantitative method with data collection methods using a Likert scale questionnaire that tests the independent variables and the dependent variable using simple linear regression analysis to measure measurement accuracy using validity and reliability tests. The processing results showed that service digitalization reform and customer satisfaction are in the "good" category. The digitization reform of PT Pos has a good impact and makes customers feel satisfied. This research can be developed by studying other issues related to other reforms carried out in PT Pos Indonesia so that it becomes a new strength for PT Pos Indonesia

    This study aims to determine consumers' impulsive purchases at Tiktok Shop based on antecedents and consequences explained by the variables of impulsive behavior, online consumer reviews, purchase decisions and loyalty. This study uses a quantitative approach with data analysis methods, namely product moment correlation. The sample determined in the study used purposive sampling and obtained as many as 302 respondents who had made purchases at the Tiktok Shop. The results of the study show that Consumer Impulsivity has an influence on Impulsive Buying, meaning that consumers who have high impulsive reactions will usually buy products impulsively

    The possession of shares indicates a level of investment in or ownership of a corporation. The value of the company's stock is affected by a number of macro and micro variables. Given these conditions, the purpose of this research is to determine the impact of global gold and crude oil prices, interest and inflation rates, and currency rates on the South East Asia (Case study: Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand) composite stock price index from 2010 to 2020. Secondary information gleaned from the internet is analyzed quantitatively for this research. This study makes use of the classical assumption test, the hypothesis test, and the coefficient of determination to analyze the data. This research looked at data from Indonesia and Malaysia between 2010 and 2020. This study looks at the potential influences on Indonesia's and Malaysia's joint stock price index of global gold prices, crude oil prices, interest rates, inflation, and currency rates. T test results show a statistically significant relationship between the independent variables and the composite stock price index, while f test results show that the independent variables individually do not have a statistically significant relationship with the dependent variable. include the cost of gold and crude oil across the globe. The dependent variable as a whole does not have a statistically significant impact on the Kuala Lumpur composite index, according to the test findings in Malaysia, which are f = fcount f table (1.524 5.05). According to the t test, however, the Kuala Lumpur Composite Index is affected by a number of different factors in Malaysia. In contrast, for the Kuala Lumpur composite index, f = fcount f table (0,910 5.05) indicates that the dependent variable as a whole has no statistically significant impact. Based on the t-test's findings, the Stock Exchange of Thailand is not significantly impacted by any one independent variable in Malaysia. There is a positive correlation between the JCI and the global price of gold and crude oil in Indonesia, whereas there is a negative correlation between the JCI and interest rates, inflation, and the currency rate. In the meanwhile, the KLCI in Malaysia is negatively impacted by a number of global factors, including the price of gold, the price of crude oil, interest rates, inflation, and currency rates. Meanwhile, in Thailand, the SET is negatively impacted by a variety of external factors, including global gold prices, global crude oil prices, interest rates, inflation, and currency exchange rates

    Price is a determination of the value of goods or services in the form of money and must reflect the profits between the buyer and seller. Islamic economics teaches that market prices are in accordance with the sunnatullah will of Allah, namely determined by the law of supply and demand which cannot be intervened by any party. Then the influence on price setting on income becomes one of the benchmarks for improving people's welfare. The aim of setting prices is to balance prices in the market in order to maintain benefits so that no one feels wronged. This research uses a qualitative research approach using field research or Field Research. The results of this research indicate that rubber price determination in Gajah Mati Village is viewed in Islamic economics based on the theory put forward by Ibnu Taimiyah as a Muslim scientist figure which is not in accordance with the concept of Islamic economics, because there is intervention from various other parties besides that there are still acts of fraud being committed. . So there are parties who feel oppressed, namely farmers and middlemen who feel disadvantaged. The impact on farmers' income in the community in Gajah Mati Village is very influential. Where people's income is used to meet daily needs including primary, secondary and tertiary needs which are still inadequate. This is caused by farmers' income decreasing due to rubber prices which often experience price changes

    Good corporate governance is considered to be able to create good relations among the company's stakeholders, expected to foster company's long-term goal achievement of maximizing the value of the company. As such, this study aims to examine the effect of good corporate governance—represented by institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and audit committee—on firm value, and to examine the indirect effect through financial performance. The samples include 50 companies incorporated in the Jakarta Islamic Index 70 of the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. The results of the panel data regression analysis exhibit that institutional ownership and managerial ownership have a positive effect on firm value while the audit committee has no effect on firm value. In addition, financial performance cannot mediate the relationship between institutional ownership, managerial ownership, audit committee and firm value

Data collection is done with a qualitative approach that tries to get a better understanding of the complexity in human interaction. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) needs competent and qualified human resources, especially in this era of globalisation. Human resources are one of the most important assets owned by the company, because no matter how much the company produces capital but if it is not in motion by human labour, it will not be an added value for the company. Career development based on performance management refers to the provisions governing the career path of workers. Mutations are carried out based on the needs of the company, the length of service of workers in a particular work unit and the performance of the workers concerned. In performance management, Bank BRI assesses performance from 2 (two) sides, namely the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and the achievement of competencies with the aim that HR performance evaluation measures in a balanced manner what must be achieved and how to achieve it.     This study aims to examine the effect of investment, exports and imports on the economic growth of East Java Province in 2017-2022. This research uses a quantitative approach with an associative type. The data used for research are investment, export, import, and GDP data obtained from the publication of the official website of DPMPTSP and BPS of East Java Province. This study used a purposive sampling technique, in order to obtain a sample of 36 based on 6 districts/cities in East Java Province in the 2017-2022 period. The data analysis technique of this study used panel data regression. The results of the study simultaneously show that investment, exports and imports have a significant effect on economic growth. While partially it is found that investment has a negative effect on economic growth, exports have a significant positive effect on economic growth, and imports have a significant negative effect on economic growth
