Financial Technology in Moderating Influence Firm Size, Risk-Based Capital, Current Ratio, and Premium Growth Ratio to Financial Performance (Study on Sharia Insurance Companies in Indonesia in the period 2017-2021)
No full textTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh financial technology dalam memoderasi firm size, risk based capital, current ratio, dan premium growth ratio terhadap financial performance pada perusahaan asuransi syariah di Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitianini 39 perusahaan asuransi syariah yang terdaftar dalam AASI periode 2017-2021. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel. Hasil analisis yang tepat digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah random effect model (REM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa firm size, risk based capital dan premium growth ratio tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap ROA, sedangkankan current ratio berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap ROA. Financial technology mampu memoderasi pengaruh firm size dan current ratio terhadap ROA, sedangkan financial technology tidak mampu memoderasi risk based capital dan premium growth ratio

No full textIn today's era, every company has an important part in carrying out its vision and mission, namely Human Resources (HR). So that the goal is achieved, every company must move its employees so that employee performance will progress and the company will continue to grow. This study aims to examine how far the influencing factors are from Communication, Discipline, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT Graha Auto Plus Batam. The sample used was 106 respondents from employees of PT Graha Auto Plus Batam. The results showed that communication has a positive significant effect on employee performance, t count has a value of 4.033 and the significant value of the communication variable is 0.001. Work Discipline Has a positive significance on employee performance, the t count is 4.589 and the significant value of the discipline variable is 0.001. While Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the t count is 2.400 and a significant value of 0.018 so which means that communication has a positive and significant influence, Discipline has a positive and significant influence and Work Motivation has a positive and significant influence and simultaneously communication, discipline and work motivation significant on the performance of employees of PT Graha Auto Plus Batam

The population used in this study were all customers who had visited and bought at Omah Langit Semarang. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 100 respondents. The data collection method used is the questionnaire method, the data that has been collected is then analyzed using instrument testing, model testing, and hypothesis testing. There are three hypotheses tested in this study, the results of the study indicate that price, promotion and store atmosphere have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions

No full textThe aim of this research is to demonstrate how the Yogyakarta Special Region's DAU, DAK, and PAD will affect economic growth from 2013 to 2020. The quantitative technique of this study employed a multiple linear regression analysis to ascertain the association between the DAU, DAK, and PAD variables and economic growth in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The population of the research was the City/Regency in the Special Region of Yogyakarta in the years 2013 to 2020. The results of this analysis show that DAU will negatively affect Yogyakarta's Special Region's economic growth between 2013 to 2020. Between 2013 to 2020, Yogyakarta's Special Region's economy grew favorably as a result of DAK and PAD

No full textThis study was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of financial ratios namely Return on Assets, Current Ratio and Earning Per Share on stock prices in the pharmaceutical industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used by researchers is in the form of secondary data, namely using recorded financial reports and published on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2018 - 2021. There are 14 companies that are included in the research sample criteria. The tools for the analysis used are multiple regression with the F test, t test and the coefficient of determination with the classical assumption test and processed using the SPSS data processing program. The gains from this study show simultaneously that all variables have a positive and significant effect on stock prices. With the acquisition of adjusted R-square (R2) of 0.365, it shows that the variables from ROA, CR and EPS have an influence on stock prices of 36.5% with a residual value of 63.5% with the influence of variables outside the research

No full textThis study aims to understand the effect of working capital, company size, and sales growth on company performance by moderating debt policy. The data in the study is in the form of secondary data obtained from the financial statements of the food and beverage manufacturing industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018 to 2021. The study resulted in 168 data samples from 42 companies using the Purposive Sampling technique. The approach in this research uses quantitative methods and focuses on testing hypotheses through the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) method. Based on the studies that have been carried out, the results are that working capital affects company performance positively, company size has a negative influence on company performance and sales growth does not affect company performance, then leverage is able to moderate working capital negatively on company performance, leverage is able to moderate company size positive impact on company performance, and leverage cannot moderate the relationship between sales growth and company performance

The methodology used is based on the type of qualitative research, and the researcher can find an understanding or interpretation of a phenomenon that is happening. Descriptive qualitative research is using literature or literature study that focuses on explaining the research results obtained by the researchers by collecting in-depth interview data. The results of the study show that while business valuation is accomplished to determine the value of an object of appraisal objectively and professionally according to valuation standards and tax regulations on business continuity (going concern), including in business ownership interest, as well as transactions and everything that influences to corporate value

No full textThis paper aims to describe how the Balekambang kethoprak artists maintain their economic status and continue to work in a space that no longer exists. What kind of management strategy will be adopted so that the pot remains upright and the idealism of work is maintained. There must be a specific strategy for various sectors of human activity, especially in physical activity. This research is an empirical qualitative research, with the subjects being artists who are members of the Balekambang kethoprak artist group. Data collection techniques were observation and direct interviews with the subject on the spot. Data mining guides are management theory, as they are implemented to maintain self-life and art life. The results of the study found that the artists displayed a management approach to survive. Supporting oneself and living the arts is pursued by planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling management strategies. In the end, digital technology as a new media continues to be developed as a form of adaptation to society during a pandemic. One of the activities adapted to digital media is an art exhibition

No full textSocial restrictions during the MSMEs pandemic are being tested in their business continuity. The performance of SMEs has decreased significantly. Several government efforts have been made. However, more is needed. Internal factors, such as entrepreneurial characteristics and competencies, need to be improved to improve MSME performance. This study aims to examine the role of entrepreneurial competence as a mediator in the influence of entrepreneurial characteristics on the business performance of MSME traders. The research design is descriptive verification regarding the mediating role of entrepreneurial competence on entrepreneurial characteristics in influencing the performance of MSME traders. The population of this study was 120 MSME traders, and 92 respondents were sampled with the 5% slovin formulation by taking a random sample. Data analysis used is descriptive statistics and Sem Smart PLS analysis. The results of this study describe that the entrepreneurial characteristics of MSME traders are pretty strong, and the entrepreneurial competence and performance of MSME traders are quite good. On the other hand, entrepreneurial characteristics significantly influence entrepreneurial competence. Entrepreneurial competence influences MSME performance, while entrepreneurial characteristics can significantly affect the performance of SMEs either directly or mediated by entrepreneurial competence
