Pengaruh Knowledge Management, Entrepreneurial Orientation terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha Warung Makan Ramesan di Kota Salatiga
oai:ojs.127.0.0.1:article/1725In a business, business success is something that needs to be considered because it is important for business people and is directly related to the economy of society as a whole. The aim of this research is to examine the influence of knowledge management and entrepreneurial orientation on the success of the Ramesan food stall MSME business in the city of Salatiga. The research is quantitative and uses descriptive research. The population is 80 SME business people in Ramesan food stalls around the city of Salatiga. The number of samples used in this research is the same as the population sampled through purposive sampling, and has been selected based on criteria. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The research results reveal that the variables knowledge management and entrepreneurial orientations partially have a positive effect on the success of the Ramesan Food Stall business in Salatiga City. Strategi Pemasaran Syariah dalam Menghadapi Persaingan Bisnis pada Syarah Bakery Kota Bengkulu
In order to cope with business competitiveness at Syarah Bakery in Bengkulu city, this research set out to identify the best marketing approach. Qualitative and quantitative descriptive research methods are used. 20 respondents were given questionnaires to complete and observations, interviews, and secondary data sources were used as the data gathering methods. The data analysis technique used is SWOT analysis. The results of the study show that the company is in the growth quadrant I, where IFAS has a score of 3.69 and EFAS has a score of 3.2. Syarah Bakery has product advantages, namely processed durian specialists, has a complete variety of products, lots of toppings in the product, products are always fresh, uses social media in promotions, such as Instagram, Facebook, and Tik-tok, has friendly employees, fast and neat in serving customers. Thus the marketing strategy implemented at Syarah Bakery is an aggressive strategy by maintaining and improving product quality, following technological advances, increasing the completeness of various product variations by participating in every existing culinary event, improving the quality of service to consumers

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the proportion of types of expenditure, budget revision policy, and work unit location on the level of realization of budget absorption, as well as to determine the joint influence of the proportion of types of expenditure, budget revision policy, and location of work units on the level of realization of absorption. budget during the Covid-19 pandemic in Work Units within the Directorate General of State Assets. This research uses the linear regression method. The data used in this research is secondary data originating from the DJKN Financial Report for Fiscal Year 2020 which has been audited by the BPK with a sample of all work units under DJKN consisting of 1 Head Office, 17 Regional Offices and 72 Service Offices (90 units). The results of this research show that the proportion of types of expenditure and location of work units have a positive effect on the realization of budget absorption, while the budget revision policy has no effect on the level of realization of budget absorption during the Covid pandemic in Work Units within the DJKN scope. In this research, it is also known that the proportion of types of expenditure, budget revision policies, and the location of work units together influence the level of realization of budget absorption during the Covid-19 pandemic in Work Units within the Directorate General of State Assets
Pengaruh Sosial, Materialisme, dan Impulse Buying terhadap Niat Membeli
This research investigates how social influence, materialism, impulse buying, and purchase intentions relate to each other. This research data collection method uses the Google Forms platform. Herbalife customers in the Gianyar district receive questionnaires directly through QR codes and links. This study uses the semantic differential scale 1 (Very Disagree) – 10 (Absolutely agree). Besides, attitudes can also be measured on this scale; however, rather than double options or checklists, the shape is a continuum line. Furthermore, the structural equation model (SEM) is used with the SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) 4 version for data analysis. The results of the research hypothesis sample test showed that based on 105 responses social influence does not affect purchase intention. Materialism and impulsive buying affect purchase intention. Social influence and materialism affect impulsive buying
Determinants of Government Spending on Regional Development Inequality in the East Indonesia Area
This research aims to analyze the economic conditions specifically in Eastern Indonesia (KTI), which is a maritime-based economic area. The research uses government spending variables with three area, namely education, health and infrastructure on development inequality variables. The research method approach used is panel data regression analysis from 2015 to 2020. The results of this study indicating that there are four variables in this study that influence regional development inequality, these variables are local government spending on education, health and infrastructure, and the human development index. The regional government spending variable in the infrastructure sector has no effect on economic growth variables and the economic growth variable has no effect on development inequality. Analysis of the three variables that have an indirect effect on development inequality, namely local government spending on education and health through the human development index and economic growth, and the human development index variable has an indirect effect on regional development inequality through economic growth. Meanwhile, the variable local government spending on infrastructure does not have an indirect effect on regional development inequality through the human development index and economic growth in Eastern Indonesia
Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Mediasi Kepuasan Kerja pada Karyawan Generasi Milenial di Surabaya
This study aims to examine the influence of work environment and compensation on employee performance by mediating job satisfaction in millennial generation employees in Surabaya. The sample consisted of 116 millennial employees working in companies in surabaya, aged 24-40 years and had a minimum of one year of service. The sampling technique uses judgment sampling. Analysis using structural equating modeling (SEM) on partial least square (PLS) and data collection using a questionnaire in the form of google form. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has no effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. Effect of compensation on employee performance. Compensation has no effect on job satisfaction and employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction is not proven as a mediation of the influence of the work environment on employee performance and the effect of compensation on employee performance. Theoretical and practical implications are also discussed as a follow-up to the research result discussion
Analisis Harga Saham: Bukti Empiris pada Sub Sektor Kontruksi Bangunan di Bursa Efek Indonesia
The share price is the prevailing price on the stock exchange at a certain time. The findings from this study will help to ascertain whether Profitability, Liquidity, Solvency can contribute to the Stock Price of the Building Construction industry sub-sector on the Stock Exchange. There were 19 industries selected by applying purposive sampling technique. The findings of the study will be tested coming from secondary information, particularly the annual financial reports of the Indonesia Stock Exchange and panel information. Data analysis methods to validate hypothesis data include descriptive testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS v25 program. The study findings prove (1) Profitability using a net profit margin proxy or net profit margin does not contribute to the building construction industry stock price on the Indonesia Stock Exchange; (2) Liquidity by proxy current ratio or current ratio cannot contribute to the building construction industry stock price on the Indonesia Stock Exchange; (3) Solvability by proxy debt to equity ratio or debt to equity ratio contributes to the share price of the building construction industry on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

Economic growth is defined as an effort to increase production with the aim of increasing output, which is usually measured by Gross Domestic Product (GDP) or using Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). Absorption of labor is the number of jobs seen from the number of people working. This study aims to examine the causal relationship between economic growth and employment in West Sumatra Province in 2001-2020. The analytical tool used is the Granger causality test. The results of the Granger causality test for the variable Economic growth have a one-way causality relationship with employment. Whereas in West Sumatra Province, economic growth affects employment, but labor does not affect economic growth
Pengaruh Indikator Kesejahteraan Rakyat terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Provinsi Jambi
Economic growth is one indicator of successful development. An important indicator for knowing the economic conditions in a region in a certain period can be shown by the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP) data. An economy is said to experience a change in its development if the level of economic activity is higher than that achieved in the past. Thus, the higher the economic growth, the higher the social welfare. Jambi Province is one of the provinces on Sumatra Island whose economic growth is still below national economic growth, so it is necessary to develop a strategy to overcome this problem. This study uses multiple regression analysis to determine the variables of the people's welfare indicators that influence GRDP in Jambi Province by district/city. From the analysis results, two variables affect the GRDP value in Jambi Province: the percentage of houses with proper sanitation and IPM. It can be concluded, if the Provincial Government of Jambi wants to increase GRDP, then development can be directed at improving proper sanitation services in community housing environments and increasing the IPM of Jambi Province
Determinan Agresivitas Pajak pada Perusahaan Properti Dan Real Estate di Bursa Efek Indonesia
Tax aggressiveness is an act of manipulating taxable income by companies through tax planning, both legally, namely tax advoidance, and illegally, namely tax evasion. The company's goal of carrying out tax aggressiveness is to minimize the tax burden by making it legal, illegal or both. This study aims to examine the influence of fixed asset intensity, inventory intensity, leverage, liquidity and company size on tax aggressiveness in property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling method. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that preparation intensity had a positive and significant effect on tax aggressiveness, while leverage had a significant negative effect on tax aggressiveness. As long as the intensity of fixed assets, liquidity and company size have no effect on tax aggressiveness
