Pengaruh Intellectual Capital dan Enterprise Risk Management Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan Kinerja Keuangan sebagai Variabel Intervening (pada Perusahaan Farmasi yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2018-2021)
Price book value is an indicator of company value that is usually used as an assessment by investors when investing. This research aims to obtain the results of a study of the influence of intellectual capital with the value added intellectual capital (VAIC) indicator and enterprise risk management with the indicator (COSO ERM) on company value and financial performance as intervening variables in pharmaceutical sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018 period. -2021. The method used was purposive sampling so that a sample of 9 companies was obtained. Data analysis uses partial least squares (PLS). The research results show that intellectual capital, enterprise risk management and financial performance directly have a positive and significant effect on company value. The research results also state that intellectual capital and enterprise risk management which are mediated by financial performance variables have a positive influence on company value
Persepsi Nasabah terhadap Aplikasi M-Banking pada Bank Swasta dan Bank Pemerintah
Information and communication technology has revolutionized the banking sector and at its peak during the Covid 19 pandemic, most transactions can be carried out without the need to visit a bank and using mobile banking applications. In Indonesia, there are two banks that are most popular in using m-banking, m-BCA which is managed by a private bank and Livin by Mandiri which is managed by a state-owned company. The aim of this research is to analyze whether there are differences of trust, service quality and perceived risk on customer satisfaction in private and government managed m-Banking. The research method uses a quantitative approach based on data collected through online surveys. There are 180 active m-Banking customers with generation Z and Millennial demographics, students and productive workers. The results show that the factors that influence customer satisfaction in using m-Banking lie in the aspects of service quality and trust, while perceived risk has no effect. Furthermore, differences in the influence of m-banking application service quality determine customer satisfaction. Where, m-BCA customers are relatively more satisfied because the service is in accordance with the promises, transaction speed, security, attractive visual appearance, the application is more responsive and easier than the Livin by Mandiri. For generation Z and millennials, the use of digital banking applications is more influenced by the application's ability to meet transaction needs rather than threat factors such as the speed of computing personal data, cyber-crime and bank system errors

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment, work discipline, workload on employee productivity at PT Aneka Rupa. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. This research uses data collection techniques through questionnaires processed using PLS (Partial Least Square). In this research, total sampling technique was used. The research population was employees of PT Aneka Rupa with a total of 100 employees, with analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that the work environment and work discipline have an influence on productivity. Meanwhile, workload has no effect on the productivity of PT Aneka Rupa employees

Juanda Airport in Surabaya is an airport with a high level of activity. This study aims to analyze and assess the level of risk of workers' posture to health and work accidents in the work environment of PT Angkasa Pura 1 Juanda Airport Surabaya using the ROSA (Rapid Office Strain Assessment) method. The results of the study are assessment of work posture using the ROSA method that employees with a score of 4 are 1 person, score 5 are 4 people, score 6 are 6 people, score 7 are 7 people, score 8 are 4 people, score 9 as many as 3 people with a risk category. From this value, 1 employee is not at risk and 24 workers have a dangerous risk because it has a value of more than 5
Pengaruh Gaya Hidup, Media Sosial, dan Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WoM) Terhadap Keputusan Orang Tua dalam Memilih Lembaga Bimbingan Belajar Anak Hebat (Bimbel AHE) di Yogyakarta
This research aims to determine the influence of lifestyle, social media, and electronic word of mouth (E-WoM) on parents' decisions to choose the Tutoring Anak Hebat (Tutoring AHE) institution in Yogyakarta. The research method used is quantitative with data collection using surveys, data quality testing, classical assumption testing, multiple regression analysis testing, and hypothesis testing using SPSS. The population of this study were parents of children studying at Tutoring AHE Yogyakarta with a sample size of 100 respondents. The results of the research show that simultaneously there is a significant influence of lifestyle variables, social media and e-WOM on parents' decisions in choosing the Tutoring institution, but partially the social media variables do not influence parents' decisions in choosing the Tutoring institution in Yogyakarta
The Effect of Musyarakah Financing on Economic Development in Indonesia (Case Study on Islamic Commercial Banks for the 2018-2022 Period)
This research is motivated by the inequality of economic development in Indonesia through the achievement of the Human Development Index in each province in Indonesia. Then, Islamic Commercial Banks carry out the technical sharing of the results of the musyarakah financing business with net revenue sharing, so that Islamic Commercial Banks tend not to know the working capital rotated by customers experiencing losses or profits. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of musyarakah financing on economic development. This study uses an empirical juridical approach with quantitative research types and analytical descriptive research methods. The data used is panel data from Islamic Commercial Banks registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for the 2018-2022 period. The sampling method used in this research is a non-probability sampling technique, while the data processing method is regression analysis using EViews 12. The results of this study indicate that musyarakah financing has an insignificant positive effect on economic development with the Human Development Index as an indicator with a significance level of 0.2113 greater than 0.05. The coefficient of determination with an adjusted R square value of 0.017605 indicates that the influence of musyarakah on economic development is 1.7605%, while the remaining 98.2395% is influenced by other variables outside the study
Pengaruh Persistensi Laba dan Earning Growth Terhadap Kualitas Laba dengan Corporate Governance Sebagai Variabel Moderasi
Income fluctuations cause profit instability, so that the reliability of financial report information is questioned by stakeholders. The aim of this research is to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of earnings persistence and earnings growth on earnings quality with the corporate governance as a moderating variable in companies participating in the CGPI program and listed on the BEI for the 2017-2021 period. The research population consisted of 161 corporate entities and 17 sample companies were selected that met the research criteria for the purposive sampling method. Data processing using the panel data regression method with the Eviews-12 statistical tool. The research results indicate that earnings persistence has a negative effect on earnings quality, while earnings growth has a positive effect on earnings quality. In addition, it was found that corporate governance does not moderate the effect of earnings persistence on earnings quality, but the effect of earnings growth on earnings quality can be moderated by corporate governance
Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja melalui Motivasi Aparatur Sipil Negara pada Biro Organisasi Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Jambi
This research aims to further examine the influence of leadership style and compensation on performance through ASN motivation at the Jambi Province Regional Secretariat Organization Bureau. This research is descriptive research with a survey method. The sample used was 62 respondents consisting of all ASN at the Jambi Province Regional Secretariat Organization Bureau. Furthermore, the data collected through distributing questionnaires was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM). The results of the research show that the description of leadership style variables and compensation variables is in the quite good category, motivation variables and performance variables are in the quite high category. The results of data processing showed that the compensation variable had a positive and insignificant effect on performance, but compensation had a positive and significant effect on the motivation variable. The motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on performance, the leadership style variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through motivation and compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance through motivation at the Jambi Province Regional Secretariat Organization Burea
Analisis Pemilihan Supplier Bahan Baku Tas Gitar dengan Metode Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) di PT. True Indonesia
The use of high-quality raw materials will affect the quality of products produced by a company. Companies really need suppliers who can supply quality raw materials. This can be realized by selecting the most appropriate supplier so that the company can minimize problems that can occur regarding raw material suppliers. PT True Indonesia is a manufacturing company that produces music equipment bags. So far, the company has made decisions in choosing suppliers only with the intuition of the parts related to the procurement of these raw materials. The decision chosen by the company in determining this supplier is often not right. The problems experienced by the company are the quality of raw materials that do not meet the company's criteria and the supplier's delay in sending raw material orders. In this study, the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) method was used. There are 7 main criteria in choosing a polyester fabric supplier, namely quality, delivery, price, communication system, warranties and claim policies, performance history, and geographic location. From the calculations carried out, the best polyester fabric supplier ranking for PT True Indonesia in order, Tongxiang has a total value of 0,3395, Hantron has a total value of 0,3350, PT. Lambang Jaya has a total value of 0,3340, PT. Shinta Indah Jaya has a total value of 0,3174, and CV. Agung has a total value of 0.3116
