    Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Keputusan Konsumen dalam Memilih Perumahan Syariah Non-Bank

    This study aims to analyze the influence of Sharia PPR characteristics, knowledge, and religiosity factor on consumer decision in choosing non-bank sharia housing. This type of research is a quantitative research with descriptive method. The respondents of this study is consumers of Sharia Housing of Aster Village Ciwastra (AVC) with a total sample of 172 peoples who were selected proportionall and the data collection is using questionnaire. The verification of variables using multiple regression and the significance testing used t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). The results of the influence test, where partially the characteristics of sharia PPR, knowledge, and religiosity factor affect consumer decision in choosing non-bank sharia housing, with the contribution of each sharia PPR characteristic of 34.37%, knowledge factor of 16.58%, and the religiosity factor is 18.02%. Simultaneously, the characteristics of sharia PPR, knowledge and religiosity affect consumer decision in choosing non-bank sharia housing, with a contribution value of 83.70%. Based on the findings, if the characteristics of sharia PPR, knowledge factor and religiosity factor are increased simultaneously, it will be followed by an increase in consumer decision to choose non-bank sharia housing

    Research on the influence of the work environment on employee performance at CV. XY is an important step in understanding the factors that influence productivity and work quality in the company. In this research, a simple linear regression statistical analysis method is used to examine the relationship between the work environment and employee performance. The research results show that there is a positive (unidirectional) relationship between the work environment and employee performance at CV. XY. In other words, the better the work environment in the company, the higher the level of employee performance. These findings provide important insights for company management to improve and optimize the work environment to improve employee performance. Apart from that, this research also provides a basis for developing more effective human resource management policies and strategies at CV. XY

    This research aims to determine the influence of compensation factors, organizational culture and job satisfaction on ASN performance simultaneously and partially in Argomulyo District, Salatiga City. This research uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to all State Civil Apparatus in the Argomulyo Salatiga District, totaling 71 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research conclude that partial compensation factors have no effect on ASN performance. However, organizational culture and job satisfaction influence ASN performance. Meanwhile, simultaneously all of these variables influence the performance of ASN in the Argomulyo Salatiga District

Participants in this study are employees working in the banking industry in Indonesia, with a total of 278 respondents. The analysis in this study was conducted using Smart PLS 3.0 software.     Kepuasan Konsumen Memoderasi Pengaruh E-Service Quality dan Promosi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Aplikasi Zenius di Indonesia

    This study aims and has the intention to test and examine how much influence E-Service quality and promotion have on purchasing decisions as well as a moderating variable, namely consumer satisfaction. The research population used a sample of 304 respondents who are users of the Zenius application in Indonesia. The technique used for data collection in this study used a sampling method, namely non-probability sampling, purposive sampling, to be precise, by distributing research questionnaires. The data processing system is carried out using smartPLS with a view to testing hypotheses. The current results in this study prove that E-service quality has evidence of a significant positive influence on purchasing decisions, promotion has evidence of a significant positive influence on purchasing decisions, consumer satisfaction has a significant positive influence on purchasing decisions, consumer satisfaction is also proven significant and can moderate the effect of E-service quality on purchasing decisions, consumer satisfaction has significant evidence and can moderate the effect of promotions on purchasing decisions. Therefore, this study recommends that Zenius carry out promotions not only on social media but also through television by displaying several talents that are of interest so that consumers can make purchasing decisions to subscribe to various study packages in the Zenius application, because several respondents in This study states that some new users are not aware of the learning packages offered by Zenius. Zenius is also expected to maintain its quality of service in serving consumers or users of the Zenius application so that consumers are more comfortable when they have problems, when making transactions or when using the features in the Zenius application

    This research aims to analyze the influence of debt to equity ratio (DeR), current ratio (CR), firm size and cash flow on company performance and dividend policy as moderation. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The research sample was 18 manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that debt to equity ratio (DeR), company size (firm size) and cash flow have a positive and significant effect on company performance, but the current ratio (CR) has no effect on company performance in the manufacturing industry sub-sector of food and beverage companies which is listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Furthermore, this research also found that dividend policy was able to moderate the debt to equity ratio (DeR), company size (firm size) and cash flow variables on company performance, but the dividend policy variable was not able to moderate the current ratio (CR) on performance. companies in the food and beverage company sub-sector manufacturing industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period

    This research aims to determine the spatial market integration of broiler chicken meat commodities between various districts/cities in Jambi Province. The analysis method used is the VAR (Vector Autoregression) / VECM (Vector Error Correction Model) model. There is partial market integration in the long and short term for broiler chicken meat commodities between various regencies/cities in Jambi Province so that the price of broiler chicken meat in regencies/cities in Jambi Province influences each other not only in the current period but in relation to prices 1 to 2 days before. There is short and long-term spatial market integration for broiler chicken meat in districts/cities in Jambi Province. The price of broiler chicken meat in Jambi City causes changes in the price of broiler chicken meat in Batang Hari Regency, Kerinci Regency, Merangin Regency and West Tanjung Jabung Regency, and vice versa

    This research aims to examine the influence of religiosity, subjective norms, and price on the decision to purchase halal cosmetics among UMS Accounting Education students, as well as to test their influence indirectly through the purchase intention of UMS Accounting Education students. The research method used was quantitative or survey by distributing questionnaires, and sampling was carried out using a simple random sampling technique with a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis model using smart PLS 3.0. This research was conducted with a population of 360 using the Slovin method, so the sample results were 189 majoring students. UMS Accounting Education Class 2019-2022. The findings of this study indicate that there is a positive and statistically significant impact of the p-value coefficients on all directly connected variables. The findings of this study indicate that all variables exhibiting an indirect impact exert a noteworthy influence on purchasing decisions via purchase intention, with the exception of the religiosity variable. The religiosity variable does not demonstrate a significant effect on purchasing decisions through purchase intention, as evidenced by a coefficient p value below 0.0

    This research aims to test the fraud hexagon component for the possibility of fraudulent financial reports. The research population uses companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a sample of 32 banking issuers. The research results show that only the change in director variable has a positive influence on fraudulent financial reports. The financial stability variable, the external auditor quality variable, the change of auditor variable, the CEO's picture variable, the project variable with the government are not proven to have an effect on fraudulent financial reports
