    The production function in every company has a very important role in developing a business, especially in the industrial sector. This study aims to determine the aggregate production planning strategy that has the lowest cost at CV. Rainbow Rex's. This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Data collection methods used are interviews and observation. Data analysis techniques are performed by forecasting demand using the Moving Average and Exponential Smoothing Methods, and the aggregate planning methods used are the Chase Strategy, Level Strategy, and Mixed Strategy. Based on the research results, the selected forecasting calculation for Croissant products is the Moving Average and Fresh Bread products in the selected forecasting calculation, namely the Exponential Smoothing method. The aggregate production planning strategy that has the lowest total cost for Croissants and Fresh Bread is the Chase Strategy. The implication of this research is to add references for academics who conduct research on aggregate production planning and can be used as material for company considerations in carrying out production planning

    The franchise business model has recently been developing as an alternative business model that can be chosen to foster entrepreneurship. One business line that has great potential to grow based on a franchise system is the beauty salon industry. The exposure to global beauty trends through social media has undeniably increased the demand and opportunities for the development of salon service businesses. This research aims to analyze the implementation of strategic management by the franchise company PT. Sisir Emas Nusacipta (PT. SEN), the brand holder of Haircode, in developing and sustaining its business amidst increasingly competitive business conditions. The investigation into strategies to enhance the sustainability of franchise businesses, particularly in addressing economic, environmental, and social dimensions, is deemed important by the researcher for further study. The findings from this research can serve as a reference for entrepreneurs who wish to adopt the franchise system as their business model. A qualitative method will be used in this research, where the necessary data will be collected from interviews, literature reviews, and both written and digital documentation

    This research aims to examine the influence of capital structure, liquidity and company size on company value in manufacturing companies in the food and beverage industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. The sampling technique in this research uses a purposive sampling method then the data is processed using SPSS. This research method uses quantitative research. The results of this research show that simultaneously the variables liquidity, asset structure and company size have a significant influence on company value in the food and beverage manufacturing industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. However, partially all variables in this research model have no influence on company value

    The purpose of this research is to evaluate and determine the right strategy for the development of tourist villages in the Borobudur Temple area. The research emphasizes the aspect of customer satisfaction as the main study material and performs an analysis using the Importance-Performance Analysis method. The results show that there are indicators that become achievement priorities, top priorities, low priorities and excessive priorities in each tourist village. From the results of the evaluation, a strategy was set for the Karanganyar Tourism Village which leads to the improvement of human resources with the addition of management skills, the Tuksongo Tourism Village the need for renewal of accessibility which should also be supported by the local government, and the Wanurejo Tourism Village the need for the application of information systems on social media and the website to support the tourists in seeing the tours offered by the village

    This research aims to detect fraudulent financial reports using the fraud pentagon. The research uses elements in the form of financial targets, financial instability, number of independent commissioners, special party receivable transactions, special party debt transactions, special party sales transactions, special party purchase transactions, change of auditors, change of directors, and number of CEO photos. The sample in this research is 108 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2011-2020 period which were selected using a purposive sampling method. The sample companies in this study consisted of 54 fraud companies and 54 non-fraud companies. In testing the hypothesis using logistic regression analysis using the SPSS test tool. The results of this research show that financial targets and financial instability are not the driving factors for management to commit financial statement fraud, receivables transactions with privileged parties are a driving factor for fraud, but this is not the case for debt, sales and purchase transactions with privileged parties. Likewise, changing auditors in a particular financial year is also a driving factor for fraud, but not changing directors. Finally, the number of directors' photos in the annual report is not a driving factor in financial statement fraud

    This examination plans to determine whether the factors of Islamic work ethic, work discipline, work motivation and work environment have an impact on employee performance. The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Bengkulu Province was the subject of the research. The population of this study consisted of all employees of the Bengkulu Province Central Statistics Agency, totaling 61 respondents. The data analysis method is multiple linear regression. Based on the test results, the Islamic work ethic and work discipline variables have a partially significant influence on employee performance. For the time being, work motivation and work environment do not have much influence on employee performance. Then simultaneously or together the factors of Islamic work ethic, work discipline, work motivation and work environment essentially influence the implementation of employee performance at the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Bengkulu Province.

    The aim of this research is to determine the influence of GCG on company value and its indirect influence through Return on Assets (RoA). The research sample consisted of 15 Healthcare sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2019-2022 period, with data analysis techniques using path analysis. The research results show that the variable size of the board of commissioners, board of directors and institutional ownership on RoA has no influence on Tobin's Q, while RoA on Tobin's Q has a positive influence. In addition, RoA is unable to mediate the influence of the size of the board of commissioners, board of directors and institutional ownership on Tobin's Q

    Acts of dishonesty are often committed by students, especially in online lectures, in order to get a high grade point average (IP). The achievement index is an indicator of success during education and to provide wider job opportunities. Education is all learning experiences that take place and affect the joints of life and affect one's behaviour in life. Accounting students are future accountants, accountants must comply with the accountant's code of ethics and avoid cheating. Academic fraud committed by accounting students is a behaviour that, if often carried out, has an impact on cheating to commit dishonesty in the world of work. The study aims to analyse the direct and indirect effects of the dimensions of the fraud diamond consisting of opportunity, opportunity, rationalisation and ability on academic fraud where religiosity as a moderating variable on the indirect relationship between the dimensions of the fraud diamond and academic fraud. The research population was accounting students in the class of 2019 and 2020 and still active in 2023, totalling 317 at a State University in Jambi City. Sample selection using proposive sampling and obtained a sample of 287. Data analysis using PLS. The results found that the dimensions of the fraud diamond: directly affect academic fraud in online lectures, and indirectly religiosity is not able to provide a strong influence on the relationship between the dimensions of the fraud diamond and academic fraud in online lectures. The research novelty is religiosity as a moderating homologizer, seen from religiosity does not interact or is unable to influence the relationship between the dimensions of the fraud diamond variable and the academic fraud variable in online lectures

    The advancement of online streaming media and the growing interest of the Indonesian population in Video on Demand (VoD) applications have paralleled the development of the internet in Indonesia. The presence of various video streaming platforms with local, regional, and global reach operating in Indonesia has generated significant dynamics in the digital entertainment industry. This phenomenon has rapidly transformed the landscape, fostering the adoption of technology and altering consumer behavior patterns in accessing entertainment content. This research is aimed at uncovering the relationship between self-congruity and perceived price through various variables such as customer engagement and brand trust, which have implications on willingness to continue and subscribe. The study employs a quantitative research method or survey approach. Sample selection is conducted through non-probability sampling using purposive sampling techniques, with a total sample of 146 respondents who are customers of Disney+ Hotstar Indonesia. Data analysis is performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. The findings of the research reveal positive and significant influences, namely, self-congruity on brand trust, self-congruity on customer engagement, perceived price on customer engagement, brand trust on willingness to continue and subscribe, and customer engagement on willingness to continue and subscribe

    Social Support, Product Knowledge, Consumer Ethnocentrism, and Buying Decisions on Batik Products in Ponorogo East Java

    This study aims to determine the effect of social support, product knowledge, and consumer ethnocentrism on buying decisions for Ponorogo batik in East Java. This research is quantitative. The number of samples in this study was 250, the sampling method used purposive sampling. The data collection method uses questionnaires distributed to respondents online and offline, data measurement uses a Likert scale of 1 – 5, the method of analysis of this research is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with the help of tools IBM SPSS AMOS statistics 26. The results of this study found that social support and consumer ethnocentrism had a positive and significant effect on increasing buying decisions, while product knowledge in this study was found not to have a significant effect on buying decision of batik clothes in Ponorogo. These findings contribute to the development of a customer culture theory regarding ethnocentrism towards local products that can become a culture in people's behavior as a love for the local products they have. The novelty of this research is that product knowledge is not a guarantee for someone to want to make a purchase. This is because consumers do not have sufficient information about the product, which results in consumers having limited knowledge
