    Pengaruh Citra Merek, Harga, Kualitas Produk dan Promosi terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Survei Konsumen Uniqlo di Jabodetabek)

    The reason researchers chose the uniqlo brand as research in Jabodetabek is based on the very high mobility of the capital city community, requiring comfortable clothing for outdoor and indoor activities. This study was conducted to determine the effect of brand image, price, product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions of uniqlo consumers in the cities of Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi. The research methodology uses a descriptive quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis which includes classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the equation purchase decision (Y) = 2.752 + 0.273(brand image) + 0.279(price) + 0.230(product quality) + 0.022(promotion) with an r square value of 0.431. The independent variable in this study only has a contribution of 43.1% to influence the dependent variable. While the other 56.9% is influenced by other factors

    Company value is used to assess the importance of a company from the point of view of various parties, such as investors who are concerned with the valuation of a company through its share price. The high value of the company shows that the company is in a prosperous condition. The purpose of this research is to prove the overall effect of investment opportunity set, capital structure, and tax planning on company value with company size as a moderating variable in healthcare sector companies recorded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2019-2023. The sampling technique in this research uses a purposive sampling technique and uses the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) method. The test results show that investment opportunity sets and tax planning have a significant positive contribution to firm value, capital structure has no contribution to firm value. Company size cannot moderate investment opportunity set and capital structure on company value, company size can moderate tax planning to increase company value in healthcare sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2019-2023

    Current economic progress has made many companies increasingly compete to meet consumer needs. This has led to the emergence of the goods delivery service sector within the company. With the goods delivery service, people can easily shop even though the seller and buyer do not meet in person. This research uses a purposive technique, namely focusing on informants in the case unit to be studied. Respondents in this research numbered 30 people per expedition. The data collection techniques used were interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is SWOT and QSPM analysis with the help of Ms. software. Excel and SPSS. The results of the research are: (1) Based on the results of the IFAS and EFAS matrices, the total weight x IFAS rating is 3.94 and the total weight of the EFAS rating is 2.98. SWOT for strategies that can be carried out according to the results of the IE matrix, namely grow and build strategy in cell IV. (2) From the results of the QSPM matrix calculation, 3 alternative strategies were obtained that were the most attractive and prioritized for Shoope Express. First, increasing the reach of shops to have Shopee Express services by providing regulations that require all shops on Shopee e-commerce to have Shopee Express services. Second, collaborating with other e-commerce to increase users of Shopee Express services. When, adding branches to remote corners of the country. (3) Based on the results of the IFAS and EFAS matrices, the total weight x IFAS rating is 3.18 and the total weight of the EFAS rating is 3.15. SWOT for strategies that can be carried out according to the results of the IE matrix, namely grow and build strategy in cell I. (4) From the results of the QSPM matrix calculation, 3 alternative strategies are obtained which are the most interesting and prioritized to be carried out. First, one day delivery for outside the city because currently there is only one day delivery within the city. Second, there is a need to maintain JNT branding by providing training. Third, increase discount programs to maintain customer loyalty

    This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Green Marketing, Consumer Ethnocentrism and Halal Lifestyle on Purchasing Decisions with Islamic Consumption Ethics as a moderating variable (Study on Wardah Cosmetics Consumers). In this study using quantitative methods by processing primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to consumers of Wardah cosmetics. The samples taken were 462 respondents with purposive sampling technique. Then the results obtained were processed with IBM SPSS version 22. The analysis used included instrument tests, statistical tests, classical assumption tests and Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that green marketing does not significantly influence the increase in purchasing decision variables. Consumer ethnocentrism has a significant effect on increasing purchasing decision variables. The halal lifestyle has a significant effect on increasing the purchasing decision variable. Islamic consumption ethics significantly influence the increase in purchasing decision variables. Islamic consumption ethics is not able to moderate the relationship between green marketing variables, consumer ethnocentrism and halal lifestyle and purchasing decisions

    Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) are business sectors that offer a range of goods and services and play a significant role in developing new industries as a solution to the unemployment issue. MSMEs have a huge potential to boost local economic activity and provide the majority of people with a source of income, which would improve welfare. MSMEs are still growing, but it is not slow and stagnant growth because of issues including capital constraints, a lack of utilization of information and technology, and poor financial literacy in managing company finances.     This research analyzes the relationship between work discipline, self-efficacy, work motivation and employee performance. The research method used quantitative instruments and survey methodology. The population of this study consisted of 110 BPLHK Bogor employees. Descriptive inferential statistical research and path analysis are implemented in the sampling method. Data analysis consists of descriptive statistics and structural equation modeling (SEM). The results of this research prove that there is a direct influence between work discipline, self-efficacy and work motivation on employee performance. Furthermore, there is a direct influence between work discipline and self-efficacy on work motivation. This research also found that work motivation variables can intervene in work discipline and self-efficacy variables on the performance of BPLHK Bogor employees

    This research aims to understand the implementation of the syirkah al amlak concept in the al Musyarakah Al Muntahiyah Bi al Tamlik (MMBT) agreement on Sharia fintech purchase order (PO) financing products at PT Alami Fintek Sharia. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, based on a case study and interview approach, combining library research. The results of the research show that although the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI) constructs the use of syirkah al 'inan in MMBT contracts, PT Alami Fintek Sharia prefers to apply syirkah al amlak which is permissible in fiqh, a process that is simpler and can be is a solution to murabahah financing which cannot be carried out, because the prospective recipient of the financing (beneficiary) is deemed to already own the goods, because they have made a transaction with the supplier (supplier) before applying for financing

    This research analyzes the effect of the loan to deposit ratio (LDR) and non-performing loan (NPL) on return on assets (ROA). Stock price, loan to deposit ratio (LDR), and non-performing loan (NPL) to stock price with return on assets (ROA) as the intervening variable. They are using quantitative secondary data from the annual financial report of the regional development bank listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in 2016-2020, analysing with path analysis. The results indicate that LDR has no significant effect on stock prices, NPL has no considerable effect on stock prices, LDR has no significant impact on ROA, NPL has no significant impact on ROA, and ROA has a positive and significant impact on stock prices

    Student satisfaction in Open Distance Learning is an indicator of the success of educational delivery. The aim of this research is to identify significant factors influencing student satisfaction in distance learning at Open University. The modified SERVQUAL Service Quality model is used in this study. The independent variables in this research include Assurance, Empathy, Responsiveness, Reliability, and Website Content, while the dependent variable is Student Satisfaction. Data was collected through self-administered questionnaires from 244 management students at Open University. The analysis is based on descriptive and inferential statistics. The research results indicate that Assurance, Reliability, and Website Content are statistically significant factors associated with student satisfaction, and these findings can contribute to improving the quality of distance learning service processes
