Strategi Pengembangan Kompetensi Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Kepolisian Daerah Metro Jaya
Get PDFThe research was carried out with the aim of finding out the factors that cause the development of civil servant competencies to not be optimal and strategies that can optimize the competency development of civil servants. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection was obtained through data examination and interviews with sources related to competency and development. The locus of this research is Polda Metro Jaya. The research results show that the implementation of development has not been optimal. This can be seen from the fact that only a few personnel participate in competency development. Apart from that, personnel were found who did not have competence, but held positions. The lack of optimal competency development is divided into supporting factors and inhibiting factors. The suggestion from this research is to develop a strategy that can optimize competency development by maximizing supporting factors and overcoming inhibiting factors in competency development
Pengaruh Volume Penjualan Saham, Profitabilitas, Solvabilitas, Earning Volatility dan Tranding Volume terhadap Volatilitas Harga Saham dengan Kebijakan Deviden sebagai Variabel Mediasi
Get PDFThis research aims to determine the effect of share sales volume, profitability, solvency, earnings volatility and trading volume on share price volatility with dividend policy as a mediating variable in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The sample for this research consisted of 55 companies, using a purposive sampling method with the criteria stating dividend payments for 5 consecutive years. The research results show that debt ratio, return on assets, trading volume have an influence on stock price volatility. However, earnings volatility and share sales volume have no effect on share price volatility. Dividend policy is able to mediate share sales volume on stock price volatility, dividend policy is able to mediate profitability on stock price volatility, dividend policy is able to mediate solvency on stock price volatility, dividend policy is able to mediate earnings volatility on stock price volatility and dividend policy is able to mediate volume trending on stock price volatility in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period

The research results show that partially and simultaneously the variables inflation, economic growth and HDI have no significant effect on the unemployment rate variable in West Sumatra Province

No full textThis research aims to determine the influence of company size, profitability, public ownership, and leverage on Internet Financial Reporting (IFR) disclosures in food & beverage subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2020-2022. The independent variables in the research are company size, profitability, public ownership, and leverage, while the dependent variable is IFR. The research sample was taken using a purposive sampling method, and 30 companies were obtained that met the sample criteria, resulting in a total of 90 observation data. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis processed with the SPSS v.25 application. The results of this research show that simultaneously the variables company size, profitability, public ownership and leverage have a positive effect on IFR disclosure, and partially the variables company size and profitability have a positive effect on IFR disclosure. However, the variables of public ownership and leverage have no effect on IFR disclosure

No full textHigher education as one of the institutions engaged in education, must be able to provide maximum service in order to be able to increase student satisfaction in carrying out lectures properly. This research was conducted to determine the effect of academic division performance on student satisfaction through the mediation of service quality at Mahasaraswati University Denpasar. The data collection method used a questionnaire given to 100 student with purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data collection technique with Non-Probability Sampling uses the Accidental Sampling approach. Collecting data with a questionnaire that uses a Likert scale. This type of research uses quantitative research methods. Data analysis techniques used SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with the PLS (Partial Least Square) approach, and the VAF test to test mediation. The results showed that academic division performance had a positive effect on student satisfaction, academic division performance had a positive effect on service quality, service quality had a positive effect on student satisfaction, and service quality was able to mediate the effect of academic division performance on student satisfaction. The findings in this study have implications that in order to increase student satisfaction, academic division at institutions are expected to be able to perform according to the standards set by the institution, where this will be able to improve the quality of service so that it causes a high level of satisfaction from students when they need information related to the lecture process

No full textCompany performance is the overall appearance of the company's work as measured by predetermined standards. These standards can be achieved if the company is able to maintain the quality of the products produced. One way to maintain this quality is by implementing Total Quality Management (TQM). The purpose of implementing TQM is to improve service quality in the hope of meeting and satisfying the needs and expectations of target customers. Customer expectations can be created if there is job satisfaction from employees. Thus, this study aims to examine the effect of implementing TQM elements on Company Performance mediated by Job Satisfaction at PT Bali Daksina Wisata (BDW). This research was conducted at PT.BDW, the sample used was all company employees totalling 60 people with a saturated sampling method (cencus method). Data collection uses a survey approach, with the research instruments used are interviews, questionnaires and observations. The data that has been collected is then processed using path analysis techniques. The analysis results show that TQM is able to influence Company Performance mediated by Job Satisfaction positively and significantly. Based on the results of this study, the company should increase employee job satisfaction again because the resulting effect is quite low
Pengaruh Brand Ambassador Red Velvet pada Azarine Cosmetic terhadap Brand Image dan Minat Pembelian yang Memiliki Dampak pada Keputusan Pembelian Penggemar K-Pop (ReVeluv) di Indonesia
Get PDFDuring the Covid-19 pandemic, businesses had to close, but this differs from the beauty and cosmetics industry. This was shown by the increasing number of companies in the industry from 2021 to 2022. With the increasing number of local beauty and cosmetics companies, brands need the right marketing strategy, namely, using a brand ambassador strategy. Azarine implemented this strategy with Red Velvet. The selection of Red Velvet by Azarine was carried out, taking advantage of the increasing Korean Wave in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the influence of Red Velvet's brand ambassador on Azarine Cosmetics on brand image and purchase intention, which impacts purchasing decisions of K-Pop fans (ReVeluv) in Indonesia. The research process was carried out using a quantitative method through questionnaires to 385 female respondents, Red Velvet fans aged 18-40 years, and domiciled in DKI Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, East Java, and Banten. The analysis process of this study is to use SPSS and also AMOS. This study produces the results of the hypothesis that Red Velvet has a positive and significant influence on Azarine's brand image, Red Velvet has a positive and significant effect on Azarine's purchase intention, Azarine’s brand image has an effect on the purchasing decisions of Red Velvet fans, and Azarine's buying interest has an influence on the purchasing decisions of Red Velvet fans. Not only that, the results of the study show that Red Velvet as Azarine's brand ambassador has a more optimal influence on purchasing decisions for K-Pop fans (ReVeluv) by increasing Azarine's brand image, compared to through purchase intention that appears on K-Pop fans ( ReVeluv)
