No full textThis article would explain the testament of the testamentary gift Number: 69/Pdt.G/2009/PN.Pdg., in the Padang District Court. As for the background of this research is the settlement of the will between the people of Islam, but decided by the district court, so there are some irregularities, both in terms of formal law and Islamic law. This research is a normative legal research with data analysis method in the form of content analysis. Based on the results of the decision are considered appropriate by the panel of judges who completed the case. Although there are no legal remedies from the parties against the decision of the district court judge, from the perspective of Islamic law the decision is still contrary to what should apply to people of Islam.

No full textPernikahan Subarang Ayie is a marriage that is held across the river in Lareh Sago Halaban District in which the marriage is doing illegally or siri, without any binding administration. The marriage is not carried out in accordance with applicable legal and statutory procedures. The practice of this marriage has been going on for a very long time and has been assisted by the prelude actor who carries out his position as a prince in marriage but did his practice in silence. There are several negative impacts as a result of this marriage, including the loss of children's rights, lose the acknowledgment of man’s responsibilities, the susceptive of underage marriages, the susceptible to divorce, the occurrence of marital sanctification and so on. These conditions give bad impacts on society. This kind of marriage across the river should get attention and removal in the order it is no longer happen
Analisis Harga Dalam Perspektif Ibn Khaldun
Get PDF This study aims to determine the process of determining and pricing mechanisms in the thought of the figure of Ibn Khaldun. This research uses the Library Research method which is one type of qualitative research using the socio historical and historical factual approaches. The data source of this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. While the data analysis used in this study is descriptive analytic. The results showed that sociologically Ibn Khaldun had revealed the process of price formation clearly. According to him, naturally the formation of prices is determined by the role of market mechanisms through a balance between demand and supply in the market. The meeting between the demand and supply factors in the market will form the balance of natural market prices. The existence of government intervention on the market shows that there is a contraction between social economic conditions in determining prices. Besides hisbah is also authorized to maintain the moral and social life of the social community. With hisbah, it is expected that the market mechanism can run normally and the prices formed reflect aspects of justice for market participants. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses penentuan dan mekanisme harga dalam pamikiran tokoh Ibn Khaldun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Library Research yang merupakan salah satu jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan sosio historis dan factual historis. Sumber data penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Sedangkan analisis data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara sosiologis Ibn Khaldun telah mengungkapkan proses terbentuknya harga dengan jelas. Menurtnya, secara alamiah terbentuknya harga ditentukan oleh peran mekanisme pasar melalui keseimbangan antara permintaan dan penawaran di pasar. Pertemuan antara faktor permintaan dan faktor penawaran di pasar akan membentuk keseimbangan harga alamiah pasar. Adanya intervensi pemerintah terhadap pasar menunjukkan adanya intraksi antara kondisi sisial ekonomi dalam menentukan harga. Disamping itu hisbah juga berwenang menjaga moral spiritual kehidupan sosial kemasyarakatan. Dengan adanya hisbah diharapkan mekanisme pasar dapat berjalan normal dan harga yang terbentuk mencerminkan aspek keadilan bagi pelaku pasar
Need Analysis on Development of Teaching Writing Materials ‘Genre’ Based on Gayo Local Culture
No full textThe research aims to analyze the needs of development teaching writing material ‘genre’ based on students’ local culture in Central Aceh. Mix methodologies are conducted in collecting the data, interviewing the teacher and giving the questionnaires to the students. The participants of this research are two English teachers and thirty students of tenth grade from two different Islamic High Schools in Central Aceh. The samples are taken by conducting purposive sampling. The result of the study showed three things; first, writing is the most difficult skill for students to be mastered, second, teaching material based on local culture has not been available yet, the last, teaching writing material ‘genre’ based on local culture is needed in order to improve students’ writing ability

Notary can be called as a notary as a witness, suspect and accused in the event of an act against the law of the Outentic deed made in a notary public. The problem in this writing is 1) the role of notary as a witness against the deeds of the law committed by the parties in Notarial deed and 2) the judgment of judges in the verdict No. 269/Pid. B/2015/PN. PDG about the role of notary as a witness against the deeds of the law committed by the party in notarial deed. The research method used is a method of normative juridical approach empirical. The result of the study of notarial roles as witnesses of the Act against the law by the party in notarial deed came to fulfill the call as a witness in the interest of an investigation, a notary called for investigation Must be approved by the notary Honorary assembly and give information on what is provided by the Parties both oral and written in writing. No full textSince English was declared as lingua franca and also because more foreign companies established in Indonesia, so mastering English is becoming one of the most important preparations for the Indonesian nation to face AEC (ASEAN Economic Community). This article aimed to explore about the importance of English for Moslem students in AEC preparation, Moslem students’ English competency for struggling AEC, and to see curriculum concern on fulfilling the need of Moslem students relate to AEC. This research was developed qualitatively. It was found that learning English is very crucial for Moslem students since AEC has started. However, their English competency has not been balanced with the need because IAIN Bukittinggi has just implemented English in two semesters only. It is not sufficient to meet the need of Islamic Economic human resources challenges AEC Semenjak bahasa Inggris dideklarasikan menjadi bahasa pengantar atau bahasa Lingua Franca dalam perdagangan bebas ASEAN, juga karena semakin banyaknya perusahaan asing berdiri di Indonesia setelah diberlakukannya pasar bebas, menyebabkan menguasai bahasa Inggris menjadi salah satu persiapan penting bagi bangsa Indonesia untuk menghadapi MEA (Masyarakat Ekonomi Asean). Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengupas tentang pentingnya bahasa Inggris dalam persiapan menghadapi Masyarakat Ekonomi Asean. Tulisan ini juga bertujuan untuk melihat kemampuan bahasa Inggris mahasiswa Islam terkhusus di IAIN Bukittinggi serta ingin mengetahui apakah kurikulum yang diterapkan di IAIN Bukittinggi sudah memenuhi kebutuhan mahasiswa terkait persiapan mereka menyambut MEA. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahasa Inggris sangat penting bagi mahasiswa Muslim dalam menghadapi MEA. Namun kemampuan bahasa Inggris mereka belum untuk memenuhi tantangan MEA, hal ini disebabkan karena bahasa Inggris hanya dipelajari dalam dua semester selama perkuliahan Strata 1

Persatuan dalam kebersamaan, kekeluargaan, dan menghormati keberagaman bukan individualisme kelompok, intelektualisme, materialisme, atau menjadikan Islam sebagai ideologi negara meski rakyatnya mayoritas adalah muslim.Sebagai negara mayoritas Muslim terbesar di dunia, Indonesia tidak lepas dari ancaman radikalisme dan terorisme. Kehidupan sosial Indonesia yang multietnis dan agamalah yang memicu terjadinya prasangka antar kelompok beragama. Sikap intoleran dalam menyikapi perbedaan sering ditunjukan oleh kelompok-kelompok yang berbeda cenderung memicu terjadinya perilaku radikalisme yang berujung pada kekerasan dalam bentuk aksi teror yang mengatasnamakan agama (Islam). Sayangnya, dalam berbagai aksi radikalisme, perempuanlah yang menjadi korban. Permasalahnnya adalah apakah perempuan hanya menjadi korban pasif, padahal perempuan memiliki peran-peran strategis dalam mengikis dan meredam radikalisme. Berbagai penelitian telah membuktikan bagaimana kaum perempuan memeiliki peran yang besar di dalam proses membangun keragaman dan budaya perdamaian. FACTORS OF AFFECTING THESIS COMPLETION BY USING CHAID METHOD BASED ON GENDER
No full textThesis as one of the requirements to obtain a bachelor degree, ideally it can be completed in one semester, but many students finish the thesis more than the allocated time. This condition is caused by many factors including gender differences, male and female students have many differences especially in the allocation of time to finish a thesis. This research aimed to find out the factors that influence the time needed to finish a thesis and the classification of these factors based on their gender. The factors observed were GPA, gender and competence of the supervisor, types of research used, source of the data and technique of the data collection. The statistical analysis used was the CHAID method. The result of this study showed that out of 387 male students who have graduated in period I to VI, it was found that the factors which influence them to finish their thesis were GPA. While for female students, out of 1150 data, three factors that influence them were major, sources of data and expertise areas of the main supervisors. Moreover, three characteristics of students who finish thesis longer than 6 months were male students with a GPA less than 3,34, female students from Islamic Education/English Department/Math Department with the source primary/ secondary data or others, and female students from guidance and couceling department by the psychologist’s/ others as main supervisor.Keywords: thesis, allocated time to finish thesis, CHAID method
