Islam Law Review About Applications of Contraception Vasetomy and Tubectomy Methods to Muslim Community in West Sumatera
The population of Indonesia, the majority of whom are Muslims, automatically become participants in the Family Planning Program. The Family Planning Program has offered various contraceptives, some of which are allowed to be used by Muslims and those that are not. Contraceptive devices for Muslim women are IUD, Pills, Injectable Drugs, Implants, and other traditional methods, while those that are not allowed for Muslim women are Menstrual Regulation, Abortion, Ligasituba which binds the oviduct sac, and tubectomy, namely lifting the ovum place called the sterilization. Men can use condoms and vasectomy. Sterilization for both men (vasectomy) and women (Tubectomy) according to Islam is haram (forbidden) because it causes permanent infertility. Sterilization can be done if the family planning participant is at risk if using other contraceptive methods or other contraceptive methods fail to regulate birth. Based on the problems above, this study wants to reveal how the application of contraception devices for vasectomy and tubectomy by acceptors to the Muslim community of West Sumatra. Data was collected using documentation and interview techniques, while data analysis was carried out using qualitative descriptive techniques. The results of the study revealed that the use of vasectomy and tubectomy contraceptives was generally based on considerations of the wife's health and adjusted to the doctor's recommendations.Penduduk Indonesia mayoritas beragama Islam dengan sendirinya menjadi peserta program Keluarga Berencana Program Keluarga Berencana telah menawarkan bermacam-macam alat kontrasepsi, yang boleh dipakai oleh umat Islam ada pula yang tidak boleh. Alat kontrasepsi untuk wanita Islam adalah, IUD, Pil, Obat Suntik, Susuk dan cara-cara tradisional lainnya, sedangkan yang tidak boleh untuk wanita Islam adalah Menstrual Regulation, Abortus, Ligasituba yang mengikat saluran kantong ovum dan tubektomi yakni mengangkat tempat ovum yang disebut dengan sterilisasi. Laki-laki dapat memakai kontap kondom dan vasektomi. Sterilisasi baik untuk laki-laki (Vasektomi) maupun untuk wanita (Tubektomi) menurut Islam pada dasarnya haram (dilarang) karena mengakibatkan kemandulan yang tetap. Sterilisasi dapat dilakukan jika peserta KB beresiko jika memakai alat kontrasepsi lainnya atau alat kontrasepsi lain itu gagal mengatur kelahiran. Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas maka penelitian ini ingin mengungkap bagaimana penerapan alat kontrasepsi KB Vasektomi dan Tubektomi oleh aseptor pada komunitas Muslim Sumatera Barat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik dokumentasi dan wawancara, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pemakaian alat kontrasepsi vasektomi dan tubektomi secara umum didasarkan pada pertimbangan kesehatan istri dan disesuaikan dengan rekomendasi dokter
Quraish Shihab's Interpretation of Gender Equality In Tafsir Al-Misbah
This study explores Quraish Shihab's interpretation of gender equality issues, such as equality in creation, marriage, prophethood, the role of women in the public world, and others. This research uses the library research method, and the first and primary source is Tafsir al-Misbah. Operationally, the researchers readvarious literature written by scholars, both East and West, on the concept of gender from the perspective of feminism. Then, the researchers read the Tafsir al-Misbah on the same theme. Does feminist thought influence Quraish Shihab's interpretation or not? This research finds that according to Quraish Shihab, the issue of gender equality in the Qur'an must be understood proportionally, unlike gender practitioners who interpret the Qur'an excessively and seem to impose their will. Quraish Shihab argues that men and women are naturally different both physically and psychologically. Both also have equality in terms of humanity and rights. Women have advantages that men do not have and vice versa. Both need each other.Kajian ini mengeksplorasi interpretasi Quraish Shihab terhadap isu-isu kesetaraan gender, seperti kesetaraan dalam penciptaan, perkawinan, kenabian, peran perempuan di dunia publik, dan lain-lain. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan, dan sumber pertama dan utama adalah Tafsir al-Misbah. Secara operasional, peneliti membaca berbagai literatur yang ditulis oleh para sarjana, baik Timur maupun Barat, tentang konsep gender dari perspektif feminisme. Kemudian peneliti membacakan Tafsir al-Misbah dengan tema yang sama. Apakah pemikiran feminis mempengaruhi penafsiran Quraish Shihab atau tidak? Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa menurut Quraish Shihab, persoalan kesetaraan gender dalam Al-Qur'an harus dipahami secara proporsional, tidak seperti praktisi gender yang menafsirkan Al-Qur'an secara berlebihan dan terkesan memaksakan kehendaknya. Quraish Shihab berpendapat bahwa laki-laki dan perempuan secara alamiah berbeda baik secara fisik maupun psikis. Keduanya juga memiliki kesetaraan dalam hal kemanusiaan dan hak. Wanita memiliki kelebihan yang tidak dimiliki pria dan sebaliknya. Keduanya saling membutuhkan
The Influence of Financial Ratio and Corporate Governance on Financial Distress in Indonesian Islamic Banking Period 2013 – 2019
This study aimed to analyze the factors that affect the financial distress in the Islamic Bank in Indonesia. The scope of this research is focused on the financial ratio variables that is operational cost and operating income, capital adequacy ratio and current ratio, and also focused on the corporate governance variables such as the board of commissioners and the board of directors. The sample was selected by purposive sampling method as many as 14 Islamic bank companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange, which use the data collected within period 2013 – 2019. The data used is secondary data. The analyzing data using the fixed estimation model and classic assumption test. The results of this research showed that the financial ratio variables and corporate governance variables simultaneously affect financial distress conditions. The conclusion is the Board of Directors has no significant positive effect on financial distress conditions, but the Capital Adequacy Ratio and Current Ratio have a significant positive effect on financial distress conditions. While inversely proportional with the Operational Costs and Operational Income and the Board of Commissioners have a significant negative effect on financial distress. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh financial ratio variables yaitu biaya operasional pendapatan operasional, capital adequacy ratio dan current rasio serta difokuskan pada corporate governance yang terdiri dari dewan komisaris dan dewan direksi yang mempengaruhi financial distress pada perbankan syariah. Sampel dipilih dengan purposive sampling method sebanyak 14 perbankan syariah yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan jangka waktu data pengambilan data selama 2013 – 2019. Data yang digunakan adalah secondary data. Analysis data menggunakan fixed effect model estimation dan classic assumption test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa financial ratio variable dan corporate governance secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kondisi financial distress. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dewan direksi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan secara positif terhadap kondisi financial distress, tetapi capital adequacy ratio dan current ratio berpengaruh secara signifikan secara positif terhadap kondisi financial distress. Sedangkan biaya operasional pendapatan operasional dan dewan komisaris yang berpengaruh signifikan secara negatif terhadap kondisi financial distress
The Perspective of Al-Qur’an in Responding to Family Education in the Era of Industrial 4.0
The industrial revolution is a period in which technology is increasingly advanced accompanied by increasingly significant changes in the social, economic, and cultural fields. Communication technology is not only defined as a means of communication but can lead to the educational process. This brings great challenges for parents. Parents have to learn many things in order to direct their children to face the challenges in this era. So that children are able to take advantage of the development and progress of their time. The purpose of this study is to find out some verses of the Qur'an as a solution to the problems faced by families in the industrial era 4.0. This research was conducted by means of a literature study. The reference sources used are primary sources from a number of books and books as well as secondary sources from relevant journals. The result of this study is that the Qur'an explains the importance of cooperation between husband and wife to achieve family education, namely fostering the generation of qurratu a'yun, pious and pious generations. To face challenges in the industrial era 4.0, parents need to instill basic religious education to their children, namely Aqidah (faith), Knowledge of Halal and Haram, Moral Education, Worship Education, and skills education. This is an effort so that children can adapt to their times in accordance with applicable norms. The purpose of this study is to find out some verses of the Qur'an as a solution to the problems faced by families in the industrial era 4.0. This type of research is a literature study. The pattern of this education is carried out through family education in order to create a generation that is able to respond to the challenges of the industrial era 4.0 in accordance with the teachings of Qur'an and Hadith. Hence, parents need to instill the basics of religious education to their children, namely Aqidah (faith), Fiqh, Moral, Worship, and skills education. This is an effort so that children can adapt to their times in accordance with applicable norms.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui beberapa ayat Al-Qur’an sebagai solusi dari permasalahan-permasalahan yang dihadapi keluarga di era industri 4.0. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi literatur. Revolusi industri merupakan masa di mana teknologi semakin maju disertai dengan semakin signifikan perubahan pada bidang sosial, ekonomi, dan budaya. Hal ini membawa tantangan besar bagi orang tua. Orang tua harus mempelajari banyak hal agar dapat mengarahkan anaknya untuk menghadapi tantangan di era ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah keluarga merupakan basis utama dalam membentuk generasi bangsa dan agama. Orangtua perlu memberikan nilai-nilai yang bisa menjadi teladan bagi anak-anak. Pola pendidikan tersebut dilakukan melalui pendidikan keluarga agar terwujud generasi yang mampu merespon tantangan era industri 4.0 yang sesuai dengan ajaran Al-Qur’an dan Hadis. Maka orangtua perlu menanamkan dasar pendidikan agama kepada anak yaitu Aqidah (faith), Fiqh, Akhlak, Ibadah, dan pendidikan keterampilan. Hal ini merupakan upaya agar anak mampu beradaptasi dengan zamannya sesuai dengan norma yang berlaku
Analisis Kesalahan Siswa dalam Menyelesaikan Soal Cerita Siswa Kelas X IPS
This research is motivated by the many mistakes made by students in solving story problems. The purpose of this study was to find out the mistakes made by students in solving story problems on Trigonometry material and to find out the causes of errors made by students in working on story problems on Trigonometry material. This research method uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were students of class X IPS SMA PGRI 3 Padang in the 2020/2021 academic year who had been selected by total sampling. Instruments used for data collection in the form of tests, interviews, and documentation. The test results were analyzed based on the error according to Newman. The results showed that some students made mistakes in understanding, errors in transforming, errors in processing skills, errors in writing the final answer. The cause of this error is that students do not know what is actually being asked in the problem, and accidentally get information on the question, so they cannot complete the information for the next step, do not understand how it turns into a question. mathematical models, and not proficient in counting. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan banyaknya kesalahan yang dilakukan peserta didik dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kesalahan yang dilakukan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita pada materi Trigonometri dan mengetahui penyebab terjadinya kesalahan yang dilakukan oleh siswa dalam mengerjakan soal cerita pada materi Trigonometri. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini siswa kelas X IPS SMA PGRI 3 Padang Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021 yang telah dipilih secara total sampling. Instrument yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data berupa tes, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil tes dianalisis berdasarkan kesalahan menurut Newman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian siswa melakukan kesalahan dalam memahami, kesalahan dalam mentransformasi, kesalahan dalam keterampilan proses kesalahan penulisan jawaban akhir. Penyebab kesalahan ini adalah siswa tidak mengetahui apa yang sebenarnya ditanyakan dalam soal, dan tidak sengaja mendapatkan informasi pada soal tersebut, sehingga mereka tidak dapat melengkapi informasi untuk langkah selanjutnya, tidak mengerti bagaimana menjelma menjadi sebuah pertanyaan. model matematika, dan tidak mahir dalam menghitung
Taṭbīq Namūzaj at-Taʿlīm bi al-Takhmīn li Istīʿāb al-Mufradāt al-Lugah al-ʿArabiyyah laday Talamīż Rauḍah al-Aṭfāl “Nūrul Husnayain” bi Bukittinggi
This research is about applying the guessing teaching model to comprehend the vocabulary of the Kindergarten pupils "Nurul Husnayain, Bukittinggi. The problems in this research mean that some understand the lesson, and some do not. While studying, some are dumbfounded when they hear the teacher. When reading the lessons in singing style, the pronunciation is read long but short, and vice versa. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive research. The research tools are interviews and observation. The method of data analysis used in this research is the analysis of the Millis and Huberman model, which means summarizing and exposing the data. As for the research results, there is an application of a guessing teaching model to comprehend vocabulary among pupils of Kindergarten "Nurul Husnayaian" Bukitinggi. Teaching with this model is effective to be applied in Kindergarten "TAUD NUHA." From the research results, students can answer the guesswork from the characteristics conferred by the teacher.هذا البحث عن تطبيق نموذج تعليم التخمين لاستيعاب المفردات اللغة العربية لدى تلاميذ روضة الأطفال "نور الحسنيين" ببوكيت تنجي. المشكلات في هذا البحث يعني يفهم البعض الدرس، والبعض الآخر لا أثناء الدراسة، يصاب البعض بالذهول عند الاستماع إلى المعلمة. عند قراءة الدروس بطريقة الغناء، يقرأ النطق طويلاً ولكن مختصرًا والعكس صحيح. أما نوع البحث المستخدم هو بحث الوصفي الكيفي. وأدوات البحث هي مقابلة وملاحظة. وأسلوب تحليل البيانات الذي تستخدم الباحثة في هذا البحث هو تحليل نموذج ميليس وهوبيرمان يعني تلخيص البيانات وتعريضها. وأما نتائج البحث فهي توجد تطبيق نموذج تعليم التخمين لاستيعاب المفردات اللغة العربية لدى تلاميذ روضة الأطفال "نور الحسنيين" ببوكيت تنجي، تقوم الباحثة بتدريس نموذج تعليم التخمين باللغة العربية يتعلم التلاميذ فيه مفردات أعضاء الجسم. التعليم باستخدام هذا النموذج فعال ليتم تطبيقه في روضة الأطفال "تود نهى" ومن نتائج البحث، يمكن للطلاب الإجابة على التخمين من الخصائص التي ينقلها المعلم
Talaffuzh Niat in Prayer Worship : Sheikh Ahmad Khatib Al-Minangkabawi's Thought
One of the topics of debate between the old and the young at the beginning of the 20th century was the question of talaffuzh intention. The discourse on talaffuzh intention does not only involve the scholars who are in the country, but also involves the Minangkabau cleric who lives in Mecca al Mukarramah, namely Sheikh Ahmad Khatib al-Minangkabawi. The thoughts he put forward often lead to polemics with scholars in the archipelago. One of them is about talaffuzh intention. In this article the author examines how Ahmad Khatib thinks about talaffuzh intentions and how the legal istinbâth method he uses. The purpose of this study is to explain Ahmad Khatib's thoughts about talaffuzh intentions and the legal istinbâth method he uses. This type of research is library research. The collected data were analyzed using content analysis method. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded: according to Ahmad Khatib, the law of reciting intentions is sunnah. The legal istinbâth method he uses in this problem is the qiyâs method.Salah satu topik perdebatan antara kaum tua dan kaum muda pada awal abad ke-20 adalah persoalan talaffuzh niat. Diskursus tentang talaffuzh niat tidak hanya melibatkan para ulama yamg berada di tanah air, tapi juga melibatkan ulama Minangkabau yang bermukim di Mekah al Mukarramah yaitu Syekh Ahmad Khatib al-Minangkabawi. Pemikiran yang dikemukakannya tidak jarang menimbulkan polemik dengan ulama di Nusantara. Salah satunya adalah mengenai talaffuzh niat. Dalam artikel ini penulis meneliti bagaimana pemikiran Ahmad Khatib tentang talaffuzh niat dan bagaimana metode istinbâth hukum yang digunakannya. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pemikiran Ahmad Khatib tentang talaffuzh niat dan metode istinbâth hukum yang digunakannya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan. Data yang terkumpul dianalisa dengan menggunakan metode content analysis. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan: menurut Ahmad Khatib, hukum melafalkan niat adalah sunnah. Metode istinbâth hukum yang digunakannya dalam masalah ini adalan metode qiyâs.
Tanfidz An-Nazhariyah As-Sulukiyah fi Ta’lim Al-Mufradat lit-Thullab Al-Judud bi Ma’had Dar-As-Salam Gontor Al-Haram Al-Awal
Darussalam Gontor Islamic Institution Campus 1 is an educational institution which prefer on Arabic and English in its curriculum. Actually, Arabic for most of new students has become a new difficult language because only a few of them have learned. Due to solving this circumstance, Arabic teaching learning especially vocabularies must be conducted intensively in the beginning of their studies. Behaviourism theory as one of the psychological theories stated that every human receives types of responses from their environment and always communicate each other by their own languages. Therefore, this theory is a compatible in vocabulary teaching learning that requires stimulus, response, reinforcement and language environment. This study purposed to explore behaviourism in conducting vocabularies teaching learning for new students in Darussalam Gontor Islamic Institution. The study is a field researching as kind of descriptive qualitative study. For data collecting, it used observation, interview and written documents. For analysing data, it used interactive method. The study resulted that behaviourism in conducting vocabularies teaching learning for new students were represented in three aspects: 1) positive stimulus from teacher; 2) positive response from students and 3) positive reinforcement from both teacher-student.معهد دار السلام كونتور الحرم الأول هي مؤسسة تعليمية تفضل اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية في مناهجها. في الواقع ، أصبحت اللغة العربية بالنسبة لمعظم الطلاب الجدد لغة جديدة صعبة لأن القليل منهم فقط قد تعلمها. بسبب حل هذا الظرف ، يجب إجراء تعلم اللغة العربية خاصة المفردات بشكل مكثف في بداية دراستهم. ذكرت نظرية السلوكية كواحدة من النظريات النفسية أن كل إنسان يتلقى أنواعًا من الاستجابات من بيئته ويتواصل دائمًا مع بعضهم البعض بلغاتهم الخاصة. لذلك ، فإن هذه النظرية متوافقة في تعلم المفردات التي تتطلب التحفيز والاستجابة والتعزيز والبيئة اللغوية. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف السلوكيات في إجراء المفردات التي تدرس التعلم للطلاب الجدد في معهد دار السلام كونتور. الدراسة عبارة عن بحث ميداني كنوع من الدراسة الوصفية النوعية. لجمع البيانات ، استخدمت الملاحظة والمقابلة والوثائق المكتوبة. لتحليل البيانات ، استخدمت طريقة تفاعلية. نتج عن الدراسة أن السلوكية في إجراء المفردات التعليمية لتعليم الطلاب الجدد تمثلت في ثلاثة جوانب: 1) التحفيز الإيجابي من المعلم. 2) استجابة إيجابية من الطلاب و 3) التعزيز الإيجابي من كل من المعلم والطالب.
Pengembangan Hypothectial Learning Trajectory Topik Pola Bilangan Berbasis Realistic Mathematic Education
This study aims to produce a Hypothetical Learning Trajectory (HLT) in helping students understand the concept of number patterns. The research method used is design research. The research is focused on designing HLT which is validated, revised and tested one-to-one for students. Research data were collected through observation, interviews, and analysis of student answers. The instruments used are HLT and student worksheets using the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach through literature study. The collected data were collected and analyzed qualitatively. This research was conducted at the Non-Formal Education Program Package A level 2, involving 3 students with high, medium and low ability levels. The results of the analysis show that students with medium and high abilities can understand the material quite well, while students with low abilities have difficulty understanding the problems given. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Hypothetical Learning Trajectory (HLT) dalam membantu peserta didik dalam memahami konsep pola bilangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian desain. Penelitian difokuskan untuk merancang HLT yang divalidasi, direvisi dan diujicobakan secara one-to-one kepada peserta didik. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis jawaban peserta didik. Instrument yang digunakan berupa HLT dan lembar kerja peserta didik dengan menggunakan pendekatan Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) melalui studi literature. Data yang dikumpulkan dikumpulkan dianalisis secara kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Pendidikan Non Formal Program Paket A tingkat 2, dengan melibatkan 3 orang peserta didik dengan tingkat kemampuan tinggi, sedang dan rendah. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik dengan kemampuan sedang dan tinggi dapat memahami materi cukup baik, sedangkan peserta didik kemampuan rendah mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami masalah yang diberikan
Pengembangan Hypothetical Learning Trajectory Berbasis Realistics Mathematics Education Geometri Transformasi pada Topik Rotasi
The purpose of this research is to produce a Hypothetical Learning Trajectory for geometric transformation material on the topic of rotation using the context of batik motifs and the Ferris wheel game. The research method used is design research. The learning approach used is Realistic Mathematics Education Indonesia (RME). Hypothetical Learning Trajectory (HLT) was developed from learning activities using the context of batik motifs and the Ferris wheel game. The research subjects were three students of class IX SMPN 7 Bukittinggi. Theoretical development was carried out through designing learning activities with HLT design at the preliminary stage, carrying out one to one activities in teaching experiments and retrospective analysis. Data was collected by observation, interviews, and documentation. After the observations were made, the results of the LKPD work were collected which were given to students, interviewed students. The results obtained from the interview process, students can use the HLT design that was developed because it has a systematic guide sequence to teach the topic of geometric transformation about rotation in the one to one implementation. what is predicted and what is anticipated. So the results of the HLT design for geometric transformation materials on the topic of rotation using the context of batik motifs and the Ferris wheel game are obtained.Tujuan penelitian menghasilkan Hypothetical Learning Trajectory materi transformasi geometri pada topik rotasi menggunakan konteks motif batik dan permainan bianglala. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah design research Pendekatan pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah Realisticcs Mathematics Education Indonesia (RME). Hypothetical Learning Trajectory (HLT) dikembangkan dari aktivitas pembelajaran menggunakan konteks motif batik dan permainan bianglala. Subjek penelitian adalah tiga peserta didik kelas IX SMPN 7 Bukittinggi, Pengembangan secara teoritis dilaksanakan melalui perancangan aktivitas pembelajaran dengan desain HLT pada tahap preliminary, melaksanakan kegiatan one to one pada teaching experiment dan restrospective analysis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Setelah observasi dilakukan maka dikumpulkan hasil pengerjaan LKPD yang diberikan pada peserta didik, mewawancarai peserta didik. Hasil penelitian diperoleh proses wawancara, peserta didik dapat menggunakan desain HLT yang dikembangkan karena memiliki urutan panduan yang sistematis untuk mengajarkan topik transformasi geometri tentang Rotasi pada pelaksanaan one to one menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan konteks motif batik dan permainan bianglala pada desain HLT transformasi geometri tentang Rotasi sesuai antara apa yang diprediksi dan antipasi yang dilakukan. Jadi diperoleh hasil rancangan HLT materi transformasi geometri pada topik rotasi menggunakan konteks motif batik dan permainan bianglala
