Enhancing Marketing Performance: Leveraging Selling Orientation and Competitive Network Design for Optimizing Insurance Sales in the Halal Industry
This study investigates the impact of selling orientation, sales training effectiveness, and design-network competition capability on enhancing marketing performance. A quantitative approach was utilised, employing a purposive sampling method to collect data from 274 insurance salespeople via a questionnaire survey conducted in major cities throughout Indonesia. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) was utilised for data analysis to investigate causal relationships among the variables. This study enhances the existing literature on selling orientation and design-network competition capability by illustrating the significant mediating role of design-network competition capability within the framework of sales training and orientation. This research presents empirical evidence regarding the strategic significance of design-network competition capability in enhancing market adaptability and responsiveness. The findings indicate that managers ought to incorporate the development of design-network competition capability into their training and sales orientation strategies, especially in industries characterised by significant market dynamics.Penelitian ini menyelidiki pengaruh orientasi penjualan, efektivitas pelatihan penjualan, dan kemampuan kompetisi jaringan desain terhadap peningkatan kinerja pemasaran. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan metode purposive sampling untuk mengumpulkan data dari 274 tenaga penjual asuransi melalui survei kuesioner yang dilakukan di kota-kota besar di Indonesia. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) untuk menguji hubungan kausal antar variabel. Penelitian ini memperkaya literatur yang ada mengenai orientasi penjualan dan kemampuan kompetisi jaringan desain dengan menunjukkan peran mediasi yang signifikan dari kemampuan kompetisi jaringan desain dalam kerangka pelatihan dan orientasi penjualan. Penelitian ini memberikan bukti empiris tentang pentingnya kemampuan kompetisi jaringan desain sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan adaptabilitas dan responsivitas pasar. Temuan ini menyarankan bahwa manajer perlu mengintegrasikan pengembangan kemampuan kompetisi jaringan desain ke dalam strategi pelatihan dan orientasi penjualan mereka terutama pada industri yang ditandai dengan dinamika pasar yang tinggi
Corporate Criminal Liability in Cases of Investment Fraud Offenses
Information technology and electronic technology are increasingly becoming integral to everyday life worldwide. The advancements in these technologies are transforming how we communicate, access information, and even establish businesses. However, this progress also brings negative consequences, such as a rise in online crimes. Criminals can easily exploit the internet for investment fraud, fake cooperatives, and various scams. For example, in 2022, a case in Bandung involved an individual named DS who perpetrated investment fraud through a robot trading application called Quotext. Both individuals and companies can fall victim to these fraudulent activities. This study employs a normative legal research method, examining various legal regulations, such as the Criminal Code and the Electronic Information and Transactions Law. The findings indicate that those who commit investment fraud can be held accountable either as individuals or as corporations. Corporate entities can face criminal responsibility in cases of investment fraud, as the fraudulent actions of their representatives may implicate the entire organization. Investment fraud is subject to criminal sanctions for fraud under the Criminal Code. However, if the fraud occurs online, the provisions concerning fraud or embezzlement outlined in the Electronic Information and Transactions Law will apply, further emphasizing the need for corporate accountability in the digital age.
Teknologi informasi dan teknologi elektronik semakin menjadi bagian yang tak terpisahkan dari kehidupan sehari-hari di seluruh dunia. Kemajuan teknologi ini mengubah cara kita berkomunikasi, mengakses informasi, dan bahkan membangun bisnis. Namun, kemajuan ini juga membawa konsekuensi negatif, seperti meningkatnya kejahatan daring. Para pelaku kejahatan dapat dengan mudah memanfaatkan internet untuk penipuan investasi, koperasi palsu, dan berbagai penipuan lainnya. Misalnya, pada tahun 2022, sebuah kasus di Bandung melibatkan seorang individu bernama DS yang melakukan penipuan investasi melalui aplikasi perdagangan robot bernama Quotext. Baik individu maupun perusahaan dapat menjadi korban dari kegiatan penipuan ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif, dengan mengkaji berbagai peraturan perundang-undangan, seperti Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana dan Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mereka yang melakukan penipuan investasi dapat dimintai pertanggungjawaban baik sebagai individu maupun sebagai korporasi. Entitas korporasi dapat menghadapi tanggung jawab pidana dalam kasus penipuan investasi, karena tindakan penipuan yang dilakukan oleh perwakilan mereka dapat melibatkan seluruh organisasi. Penipuan investasi dikenakan sanksi pidana atas penipuan berdasarkan Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana. Namun, jika penipuan terjadi secara daring, ketentuan mengenai penipuan atau penggelapan sebagaimana diuraikan dalam Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik akan berlaku, yang semakin menegaskan perlunya akuntabilitas perusahaan di era digital.

ANGKOLA: Experience Learning Model for Elementary Schools
Indonesia is known as a country rich in culture. Therefore, in elementary school learning, it is very important to introduce their cultures, so that students can preserve them in the future. The objective of this research is to design a valid, practical, and effective ANGKOLA Model for teaching Pancasila and Civic Education to elementary school students in Padangsidimpuan City. This model is designed to integrate local Angkola cultural values in the learning process so that students can understand the material contextually and meaningfully. The research method used is development research with the Plomp model, which consists of several stages, namely initial investigation, design, realization, testing, evaluation, and revision. This research was carried out in three elementary schools located in Padangsidimpuan City, involving fourth-grade students as the research sample. Data collection was carried out through various techniques, including observation, tests, questionnaires, and interviews, to obtain comprehensive information regarding the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the learning model developed. The collected data were examined through both a quantitative and qualitative approach. Findings reveal that the model demonstrates strong validity as confirmed by expert evaluations, offers practical use due to its ease of implementation by both teachers and students, and proves effective in enhancing students’ comprehension of Pancasila and Civic Education content. The model also contributes to improving students' critical thinking skills through an experiential and local culture-based learning approach. The implications of this study indicate that the use of local culture-based learning models can improve the quality of learning in elementary schools
Enhancing Elementary Students’ Mathematical Problem-Solving Skills Through AI-Assisted Problem-Based Learning
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of the use of AI assisted PBL on enhancing elementary school students' mathematical problem-solving skills. Inspired by the persisting issues in developing skills of elementary school students in Indonesian, this study investigated whether AI-supported PBL might be more a promising method of instruction than traditional teaching method. Quasi-experimental with non-equivalent control group design was applied with 5th graders (N = 60). The experimental group was taught using AI-assisted PBL, and the control group was taught by traditional method. An established test based on Polya's heuristic devised was used to collect data. Descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test, and N-Gain analysis were used to analyze the data. The results showed a significant difference (p < 0.05) in the two groups with respect to all indicators (comprehending the problem, formulating a plan, executing the plan and evaluating the solution); for the experimental group (M = 78.40; SD = 7.20) exceeded the control groups (M = 68.10; SD = 8.50). In addition, the treatment group exhibited a high N-Gain score (M= 0.78). The findings suggest that using AI-assisted PBL is an effective way to promote elementary students’ mathematical problem-solving ability, which indicates the role of integrating modern technology with creative pedagogical pattern in math teaching
The Effectiveness of Problem-Based Learning in Enhancing Reflective-Critical Thinking Skills of Elementary School Students in Science Learning
The cultivation of reflective and critical thinking skills in elementary science education poses a difficulty, as traditional instructional techniques often restrict students' cognitive engagement and metacognitive awareness. This study seeks to examine the efficacy of problem-based learning (PBL) in improving the reflective and critical thinking abilities of fifth-grade elementary students in scientific education. This research utilized a quantitative methodology with a quasi-experimental design, namely the non-equivalent control group design. The sample comprised 90 students who were randomly allocated to experimental and control groups. The instrument employed was a test of 23 valid items, conducted as both a pre-test and a post-test. Data analysis was performed utilizing descriptive statistics, normality and homogeneity assessments, n-gain analysis, and t-tests. The study's results demonstrate that the experimental group achieved markedly superior post-test scores (M = 83.91; SD = 6.32) in contrast to the control group (M = 70.24; SD = 7.15), with a significance level of p = 0.000. The n-gain value for the experimental group (0.61) was into the moderate range, whereas the control group (0.29) was classified in the low category. These findings indicate that PBL is beneficial in enhancing students' skills in problem identification, hypothesis formulation, evidence analysis, and reflective thinking. This study's originality resides in the empirical validation of PBL implementation at the primary school level, a topic that has seldom been thoroughly examined. The results suggest the need for curriculum change, pedagogical innovation, and professional development for educators in inclusive and reflective fundamental scientific education
Preferensi Penggunaan Media Digital Oleh Pasangan Generasi Z Dalam Pendidikan Islam Bagi Anak: Perspektif Teori 7 Habits Of Highly Effective People
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis preferensi pasangan generasi Z dalam memanfaatkan media digital sebagai alat pendidikan anak di Desa Sangubanyu, Kecamatan Bawang, Kabupaten Batang, Jawa Tengah. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berdesain studi kasus, penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Januari-April 2025. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa platform seperti YouTube dan Instagram menjadi pilihan utama, digunakan selama 30-45 menit per sesi sebanyak tiga kali sehari. Konten edukatif seperti video dari channel "Nusa dan Rara," CoComelon Bahasa Indonesia, serta animasi pendek di Instagram banyak dipilih karena sifatnya yang interaktif, atraktif, dan mudah dipahami oleh anak-anak. Para orang tua mengakui bahwa penggunaan media ini dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara, mengenal huruf hijaiyah, serta memahami nilai-nilai moral melalui kisah para nabi. Namun, penggunaan media digital membawa tantangan, seperti risiko kecanduan gadget yang dapat mengganggu aktivitas fisik, kesehatan mata, dan interaksi sosial anak. Pengeluaran bulanan untuk paket data internet juga menjadi beban tambahan bagi keluarga pedesaan. Dengan mengacu pada teori 7 Habits of Highly Effective People , temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pasangan generasi Z mulai menerapkan habit seperti be proactive dalam memilih konten edukatif, begin with the end in mind dalam menentukan tujuan pendidikan anak, serta put first things first dalam mengatur waktu penggunaan gadget. Meskipun demikian, masih diperlukan pembinaan lebih lanjut agar kebiasaan efektif lainnya seperti think win-win dan synergize dapat terbentuk dalam pola asuh berbasis digital. Kontribusi penelitian ini terletak pada pemahaman mendalam tentang pola penggunaan media digital oleh generasi Z di pedesaan, serta rekomendasi praktis bagi pendidikan anak untuk merencanakan penggunaan konten digital secara bijak. Rekomendasi ini meliputi pembatasan waktu akses, pemilihan konten berkualitas, dan pencarian alternatif pendidikan yang tidak sepenuhnya bergantung pada teknologi sehingga manfaatnya dapat dioptimalkan tanpa mengorbankan kesejahteraan anak
Administration Management of Hajj Pilgrimage Organization in Increasing Service in the Ministry of Religion Regency of Fifty Cities
This study aims to identify the administrative management of the implementation of the Hajj pilgrimage in improving services, The main problem raised in this article is the lack of knowledge of prospective pilgrims in the process administration in the form of registration, cancellation and payment, administration that is hampered by the network and lack of Human Resources of Hajj officers who master the technical operation of computers in the Ministry of Religion of fifty cities. This study uses a qualitative method in which researchers will trying to find information or data in the field, which is the source of data for this research is Mr. Kasi PHU and PHU employees of the Ministry of Religion in lima puluh cities and districts, as well as 10 Hajj pilgrims. The results of this study shows that the administrative management activities for organizing the Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages Administrative services in office Ministry of Religion regency fifty cities Enough Good because Ministry of Religion lima puluh city try as much as possible Possible For make it easier for prospective pilgrims to respond quickly and understand the processes they go through before leaving until after returning to their homeland, there is no difference between prospective Hajj pilgrims, everything is done the same and as fair as possible, all prospective pilgrims are guided and accompanied starting from the registration process, payment, transfer portion, cancellation, until departure
Analysis of Visitor Satisfaction Based on the 4A Aspects at the Tomb of Sheikh Armia bin Kurdi Tegal
Visitor satisfaction is an important aspect of the successful development of a tourist spot. Tourist attractions will act wisely by measuring visitor satisfaction regularly, because that is one of the keys to retaining visitors. Therefore, to find out the level of visitor satisfaction, it must be seen from the aspects of the components of tourist destinations that are at the Tomb of Sheikh Armia Bin Kurdi Kurdi Tegal. This study aims to determine and explain visitor satisfaction based on the components of tourist destinations (4A) consisting of indicators of attraction, accessibility, amenity and ancillary religious tourism at the Tomb of Sheikh Armia Bin Kurdi Tegal. This research is located at the Tomb of Sheikh Armia Bin Kurdi, Cikura Village, Bojong District, Tegal Regency with a sample of 70 visitors who have visited the Tomb of Sheikh Armia Bin Kurdi Tegal. This study uses quantitative research, the sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling. This type of online questionnaire using Google Form is used for the data collection method. This study uses IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) analysis. The results showed that visitor satisfaction consisted of the very good/high tourist destination component (4A) from the Performance level (Reality) while the Expectation Performance (Urgency) was not good/moderate and visitor satisfaction was categorized as good/high indicating visitors to Religious Tourism at the Sheikh's Tomb Armia Bin Kurdi Tegal is feeling Satisfied
The Use of the Make a Match Learning Model to Improve Elementary School Students' Learning Outcomes in Asmaul Husna Materials
This research aims to improve the learning outcomes of grade II students at SD Negeri Weding 1 on Asmaul Husna's material through the application of the Make A Match learning model. The research was carried out with a Class Action Research (PTK) approach consisting of two cycles, each through the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were grade II students with a focus on learning activities and learning outcomes during the application of the method. The results of the study showed a significant increase in the average student score, namely from 71 in the first cycle with 59% learning completeness, to 80 in the second cycle with 92% completeness. This increase is influenced by the effectiveness of the Make A Match method in encouraging active student involvement, improving critical thinking skills, and facilitating collaboration and problem-solving processes. In addition, this method provides a more meaningful learning experience so as to strengthen students' understanding of Asmaul Husna material. The findings of this study contribute to the development of interactive and contextual learning strategies in elementary schools, especially in the subject of Islamic Religious Education (PAI), and are relevant to the principles of the Independent Curriculum which is oriented towards student-centered learning. Thus, the Make A Match method is recommended as an effective learning alternative to be applied at various levels of education with adjustments according to material needs
Application of Problem Based Learning Model in Improving the Learning Outcomes of Islamic Religious Education on the Theme of the Content of the Qur'an Surah Al-Maun
This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model in improving the learning outcomes of grade 5 students in the material Understanding the Basic Message of Q.S. Al-Ma'un at SDN Geneng 1. The background of this research is the low learning outcomes caused by the lack of innovative learning methods and the lack of active student involvement. The research was carried out through a qualitative approach with a Class Action Research (PTK) design consisting of three cycles, including the planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The research subjects are grade 5 students, with a focus on improving learning outcomes and learning activities during the learning process. The results showed a significant increase in the average score from the initial condition (51.4) to 64.3 (cycle I), 71.4 (cycle II), and 85.71 (cycle III). Learning completeness also increased from 28.5% to 57.14%, 71.42%, to 85.71%. Student learning activities increased from 70.59% (cycle I) to 85.71% (cycle III), showing that PBL has succeeded in increasing students' engagement, motivation, and critical thinking skills. Thus, the application of the PBL model has proven to be effective in improving the understanding of the material as well as students' attitudes and learning motivation in the subjects of Islamic Religious Education and Ethic
