Efektivitas Pembiayaan Kesehatan Insentif UKM bagi Tenaga Kesehatan di Puskesmas Kabupaten Jayapura
This study aimed to assess the effectiveness of health financing for Community Health Efforts (CHE) incentives for health workers in improving the Essential Community Health Efforts program in Jayapura Regency. The research used a qualitative design with a case study approach. The analysis revealed that the health financing for CHE incentives at Puskesmas in Jayapura Regency is insufficient. This is due to the underutilization of budget and local regulations that govern the operation of health centers in the region. The main issue lies in the suboptimal incentives provided to health workers in the Puskesmas CHE program. The study suggests that interventions should be made by maximizing CHE incentives for Puskesmas staff for various reasons. Firstly, Puskesmas employees, especially field staff who work outside the health centers, play a crucial role in the CHE program. Secondly, by maximizing incentives, Puskesmas can effectively address problems related to human resource management, thus improving the performance of health organizations at the local level
Optimalisasi Upaya Pemberantasan Korupsi di Kabupaten Nabire
This article discusses the issue of corruption as a social crime that negatively impacts the development of Nabire Regency in Papua. The article aims to identify the causes of widespread corruption in the region and proposes strategies to combat it. The research for this article is based on a literature review, using scientific sources such as journal articles, monographs, and reference books, as well as information from the media and secondary data from corruption cases in the region. The slot thailand analysis of the data reveals that corruption is driven by factors such as a luxurious lifestyle, lack of financial control, opportunities for corruption, weak supervision, and the high costs of regional head elections,. To optimize efforts to eradicate corruption, the article recommends increasing integrity, promoting an anti-corruption culture, strengthening law enforcement, implementing policy instruments, enhancing inter-agency cooperation, and encouraging public participation in reporting corruption
IMPLEMENTATION OF AN INTEGRATED DISCOVERY LEARNING MODEL FOR GENERIC SCIENCE SKILLS ON ACID - BASE MATERIAL
Abstract: This research aims to determine the effect of Prior Knowledge Evaluation (EPA) and the influence of Student Worksheets (LKPD) on Learning Outcomes Evaluation (EHB) and to determine the differences in learning outcomes between students who have high initial knowledge and students who have low initial knowledge by using Discovery Learning (DL) model integrated Generic Science Skills (KGS) in Acid Base material. This research was carried out using a dual paradigm design with two independent variables (X), namely the EPA value and LKPD value and one dependent variable (Y), namely the EHB value. The population in this study were all class XI MIPA 2 of SMA S IT PMDU Kisaran and the sample for this research was class Implementation of the learning model is carried out using learning tools in the form of teaching materials and LKPD. The instruments used in taking student grades consist of EPA questions, LKPD, EHB and student observation sheets during learning. Data analysis used multiple linear regression tests and independent sample t-tests. The test results show that there is a significant influence between the EPA and LKPD values on the EHB value. There are also differences in EHB scores between students with high initial abilities and students with low initial abilities.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Evaluasi Pengetahuan Awal (EPA) dan pengaruh Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) terhadap Evaluasi Hasil Belajar (EHB) dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar antara peserta didik yang memiliki pengetahuan awal tinggi dan peserta didik yang memiliki pengetahuan awal rendah dengan menggunakan model Discovery Learning (DL) terintegrasi Keterampilan Generik Sains (KGS) pada materi Asam Basa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan menggunakan desain paradigma ganda dengan dua variabel bebas (X) yaitu nilai EPA dan nilai LKPD dan satu variabel terikat (Y) yaitu nilai EHB. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas XI SMA S IT PMDU Kisaran dan sampel dalam penelitian ini kelas XI MIPA 2 sebanyak 32 orang peserta didik yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Implementasi model pembelajaran dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat pembelajaran berupa bahan ajar dan LKPD. Adapun instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengambilan nilai peserta didik yang terdiri dari soal EPA, LKPD, EHB dan lembar observasi peserta didik selama pembelajaran. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear ganda dan uji independent sample t-Test. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara nilai EPA dan LKPD terhadap nilai EHB. Terdapat pula perbedaan nilai EHB antara peserta didik dengan kemampuan awal tinggi dan peserta didik dengan kemampuan awal rendah.

HUBUNGAN KEANEKARAGAMAN BENTOS PADA KUALITAS PERAIRAN DI SUNGAI DOX IX KELURAHAN TANJUNG RIA KOTA JAYAPURA
This research was conducted in the waters of the Dok IX River from October to January 2018, to find out the relationship between benthic diversity and water quality in the Dox IX River, Tanjung Ria Village. Sampling was carried out at three stations. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out using the Shannon Winer diversity index.The research results found six families, namely Neritidae, Chitonidae, Cycloneritida, Thiaridae, Pachychilidae, and Gecarcinucidae. The results of the diversity analysis show a value of 1.6 which is categorized as lightly polluted. The results of chemical - physical parameter measurements were pH 5.24-9.66, temperature 23°C-28°, brightness 20-50 cm, salinity 0.1 ppm, DO 0.59-8.09 mg/L.

ANALISIS KREATIVITAS PESERTA DIDIK DALAM BUDI DAYA JAMUR TIRAM PUTIH (Pleurotus ostreatus L.) KELAS X SMAN 7 JAYAPURA
Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kreativitas peserta didik pada saat praktikum budi daya jamur tiram putih (Pleurotus ostreatus L.) kelas X SMAN 7 Jayapura. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu melalui penyebaran angket, dan observasi. Instrumen penelitian ini yaitu lembar angket dan lembar observasi. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu kelas XA yang diambil berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan diperoleh yaitu : 1). Hasil Angket kreativitas peserta didik terhadap praktikum budi daya jamur tiram putih yaitu sebanyak 16 responden berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan persentase sebesar 80% dan berada pada kategori baik sebanyak 4 responden dengan persentase sebesar 20%; selanjutnya 2). Hasil observasi kreativitas peserta didik saat praktikum budi daya jamur tiram putih masing-masing indikator berada dalam kategori sangat baik dengan persentase berpikir lancar (fluency) 87.5%, berpikir fleksibel (fleksibilitas) 90,6%, berpikir orisinal (originality) 84,3% dan berpikir elaborasi (elaboration) 90.6%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kreativitas peserta didik pada praktikum budi daya jamur tiram putih berada pada kategori sangat baik
IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM INFORMASI PEMERINTAHAN DAERAH DALAM PENYUSUNAN ANGGARAN PADA BKPSDM KABUPATEN JAYAPURA
The Local Government Information System (SIPD) integrates development, financial, and local government information to support budgeting. This study aims to analyze the implementation of budgeting through SIPD in BKPSDM Jayapura Regency, using the theory of George C. Edward III theory which includes four indicators: communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. This research is important because optimizing the use of SIPD can improve transparency, accountability, and efficiency of local budget management. Communication is realized through socialization by Bapeda to ensure employee understanding of budget preparation. Resources include the readiness of labor, funds, and adequate facilities. Disposition is shown by technical competence and employee understanding of implementation rules. Supportive bureaucratic structures, such as clear procedures and effective coordination, also determine the success of implementation. The results showed that the implementation ran optimally with the support of socialization, employee readiness, and the role of the government, despite facing obstacles such as delays in data input, budget limitations, and constraints on information validity. This implementation is in accordance with Permendagri No. 70/2019 on SIPD
IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN BUMD BANK PAPUA UNTUK PENINGKATAN PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH PROVINSI PAPUA
This research aims to examine and analyze the Implementation of Regional Owned Enterprise Policy in Increasing Original Regional Income in Papua Province. As well as reviewing and analyzing supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of Regional Owned Enterprise Policy in Increasing Original Regional Income in Papua Province. This research is important to optimize the role of BUMDs such as PT. Bank Papua in increasing Papua\u27s Original Revenue for sustainable development. This research uses a qualitative research approach with the research location at PT. Bank Papua Papua Province. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the implementation of the Regional Owned Enterprise Policy in Increasing Original Regional Income in Papua Province, researchers found that, Communication, implemented by the Papua regional government, can have a positive impact. Resources, adjust the amount of funds available or implement according to the amount of funds available. Disposition, source of income so that it can cause less than maximum results. Bureaucratic structure, agencies have obligations and responsibilities, and everything is carried out well by stakeholders as users. Pembuatan Serum Antioksidan Alami Dari Ekstrak Daun Kelor (Moringa Oleifera Lam)
Daun kelor (Moringa oleifera L.) adalah salah satu jenis tanaman yang tumbuh dan berkembang di daerah tropis seperti Indonesia serta banyak dijumpai di lingkungan masyarakat karena pembudidayaanya yang cukup mudah dan kaya akan gizi serta kandungan senyawa aktifnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kandungan senyawa kimia dalam daun kelor, cara membuat sediaan serum antioksidan ekstrak daun kelor, menguji stabilitas dari sediaan serum serta aktivitas antioksidan dari sediaan serum ekstrak daun kelor. Penelitian ini diawali dengan maserasi daun kelor selama 24 jam menggunakan pelarut etanol 96 %, pengujian KLT, skrining fitokimia, serta pembuatan sediaan serum. Pada sediaan serum dilakukan pengujian terhadap mutu fisik yang meliputi :uji organoleptik, uji homogenitas, uji pH, uji daya sebar dan uji hedonik serta uji aktivitas antioksidan menggunakan metode DPPH terhadap mutu kimianya. Hasil ekstraksi dari daun kelor adalah ekstrak kental dengan persen randemen sebesar 1,5 %, memiliki aroma khas daun kelor dan berwarna hijau kehitaman. Hasil KLT menggunakan eluen heksan : etil asetat dan heksan : aseton dengan perbandingan yang sama 8,5 : 1,5 menunjukan adanya senyawa alkaloid, flavonoid dan saponin. Pada skrining fitokimia menunjukan bahwa ekstrak daun kelor memiliki senyawa kimia yaitu flavonoid, saponin, tanin dan steroid. Sediaan serum yang dihasilkan homogen, pH 5-6, dan memiliki daya sebar yang baik, durasi waktu mengering 1 – 1,36 menit. Hasil dari pengujian hedoponik menunjukan bahwa formulasi terbaik didapatkan pada F1 dengan penambahan ekstrak 0,2 % yang memiliki aktivitas antioksidan sebesar 33,92 % dan nilai IC50 sebesar 200,63 ppm. Nilai IC50 ini menunjukan bahwa aktivitas antioksidan sediaan serum antioksidan ekstrak daun kelor termasuk dalam kategori lemah
Analisis Kesadahan Air Tanah Kelurahan Koya Tengah Distrik Muara Tami, Kota Jayapura Menggunakan Kajian Aspek Geokimia

Based on surveys and geochemical computational studies of the Koya Tengah sub-district, Muara Tami District, Jayapura City, it is formed in the Jayapura Formation rock layers (CaCO3 limestone layers) and alluvial soil resulting from the deposition of organic and inorganic materials, so through this research groundwater hardness testing was carried out using the titration method. complexiometry. The analysis results show that the hardness concentration of water sample 1 is 464 ppm and 414 ppm for sample 2. This concentration level shows that water samples 1 and 2 are included in the challenging category in general, according to some literature, namely more than 300 ppm. Campuran Gambut Sabut Kelapa (Cocopeat) dan Tanah Sebagai Media Tumbuh Yang Berdaya Tampung Air Tinggi Bagi Tanaman Tomat
A Mixture of Coconut Coir Peat (Cocopeat) and Soil As A Growing Media With High Water Capacity For Tomato Plants. Cocopeat is a material from the inside of coconut coir that can absorb and store water very high due to its very porous structure, but is not rich in nutrients for plants. Tests of the maximum water absorption capacity of cocopeat and the kinetics of evaporation of water by sunlight, as well as the maximum water absorption resistance of a mixture of cocopeat and black soil in supporting the growth activity of tomato plants compared to black soil as a control medium have been carried out in this study. The results showed that cocopeat and black soil had a maximum water absorption of 17,7 g water/g cocopeat and 1,74 g water/g black soil respectively. While the evaporation rate of maximum water absorption from cocopeat by sunlight follows the first-order kinetic model which explains that the bond between water and the cocopeat surface is a physical interaction involving weak dipole-dipole interactions and Van der Wall forces. The results also showed that the maximum water absorption capacity in the mixture (cocopeat: black soil = 1: 5) was able to support growth activity for more than 8 days, while the maximum water absorption capacity in the soil alone was only able to support tomato growth activity for 3.5 days. Until the study time of 8 days, the addition of new leaves of tomato plants in this mixed planting medium and black soil alone was 11 strands and 6 strands, respectively. Because the two growing media have relatively the same degree of acidity, namely pH 6, the higher number of new leaves produced by tomato plants in the mixed cocopeat growing media may be due to differences in the amount of water-soluble nutrients. Because the water content in the mixed media is 10 times more than in the black soil media alone, the nutrient content in the form of a solution in the mixed media is also 10 times more, so that tomato plants absorb these nutrients more easily for a longer time. So a mixture (cocopeat: black soil = 1: 5) is a better choice than black soil alone as a growing medium for tomato plants
