ANALISIS VEGETASI GULMA INVASIF PADA DUA LAHAN PERKEBUNAN JAGUNG DI KELURAHAN KOYA BARAT, DISTRIK MUARA TAMI, KOTA JAYAPURA
Analisis vegetasi dilakukan pada penelitian ini untuk mengetahui komposisi jenis dan struktur vegetasi gulma invasif pada dua lahan perkebunan jagung di Kelurahan Koya Barat, Distrik Muara Tami, Kota Jayapura. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuadrat, dengan 3 transek dengan panjang 100 m pada setiap lahan perkebunan jagung dengan jumlah plot sebanyak 20 plot berukuran 2 x 2 m pada setiap transek yang diletakkan secara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan komposisi gulma invasif pada kedua lahan perkebunan jagung terdiri dari 11 famili, 23 spesies, dan jumlah individu sebanyak 3429 individu. Jumlah individu pada perkebunan jagung 1 sebanyak 2098 individu, sedangkan pada perkebunan jagung 2 sebanyak 1331 individu. Euphorbia heterophylla mendominasi lahan perkebunan jagung 1 dengan total indeks nilai penting sebesar 38,53, sedangkan Synedrella nodiflora mendominasi lahan perkebunan jagung 2 dengan total indeks nilai penting sebesar 62,06. Indeks keanekaragaman pada kedua lahan perkebunan jagung tergolong sedang, sedangkan indeks kemerataan kedua lahan perkebunan jagung terindikasi semakin merata.

Analisis Kandungan Logam Berat pada Minyak Ikan Sardine (Sardinella sp.) Hasil Penepungan dari Bali
Sardines, or lemuru, are a group of pelagic fish that are often found in the waters of the Bali Strait because they have potential economic and strategic valuesuch as a source of income for fishermen, a provider of raw materials for theprocessing industry, and a source of local income. Sardine, or lemuru fish, is apelagic fish that has a high oil content and can be used in the processing industry.In processing industries such as the flour industry, waste will be produced, one ofwhich is liquid waste such as fish oil. Fish oil, which is a by-product, can be utilizedfurther, but the impurity components, one of which is the heavy metal content in theoil, must be removed first. The way to remove or reduce the concentration of heavymetals in fish oil is through a series of purification techniques. The aim of this studywas to determine the heavy metal content in sardine or lemuru fish oil from Bali,which has been purified first, and then compare the results of these heavy metaltests with the results of other studies. The purification carried out was divided into3 stages, namely degumming using water (without citric acid), neutralization usingNaOH, and bleaching using magnesol XL 5% (w/v). Crude fish oil (unrefined) andpure fish oil are then tested for heavy metals. The results show that purifying fishoil can reduce heavy metal content. These results are also in line with researchconducted by several previous researchers. So it can be concluded that the refiningstage can reduce the heavy metal content so that it meets the International Fish OilStandard (IFOS)
Pertumbuhan Karang Pocillopora verucossa dan Stylophora pistillata Menggunakan Substrat Semen: Analisis Morfologi dan Data Lingkungan
Arsitek kecil berupa terumbu karang yang memberikan warna-warni di bawah laut ternyata dapat mendukung 25% kehidupan di laut. Namun, para ilmuan memprediksi bahwa 60% terumbu karang dunia akan mati sepenuhnya pada tahun 2050 jika kerusakan terus berlanjut. Salah satu cara menanggulanginya adalah dengan transplantasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat dan laju pertumbuhan dari karang Pocillopora verrucosa dan Stylophora pistillata yang ditransplantasi menggunakan media semen. Pengambilan data dilakukan setiap minggu selama 3 bulan (Oktober 2016 – Januari 2017) di Pantai Serangan, Bali. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengukur lebar, tinggi, jumlah cabang, dan parameter lingkungan. Pertumbuhan diukur dengan jangka sorong (ketelitian 0,05 mm). Parameter lingkungan perairan yang diukur adalah suhu air, pH air, dan salinitas. Hasil peneltian menunjukkan pertumbuhan lebar, tinggi, cabang meningkat hingga mencapai masing-masing 5,89 mm; 10,28 mm; 8 cabang/fragmen (P.verucossa), dan 8,84 mm; 13,01 mm; 16 cabang/fragmen (S. pistillata). Pertumbuhan dan laju pertubuhan menunjukkan bahwa S. pistillata lebih cepat dari pada P.verucossa, dan pertumbuhan lebar lebih cepat dari pada tinggi untuk kedua jenis karang. Laju pertumbuhan lebar dan tinggi kedua jenis karang pada awal pengamatan mengalami penurunan yang signifikan, hal ini berbanding lurus dengan suhu (32,33°C) dan salinitas (35,33 ppt) sebagai nilai tertinggi yang didapatkan pada minggu awal penelitian. Estimasi Stok Biomassa Karbon Mangrove Menggunakan Citra Satelit Sentinel-2A di Teluk Maumere Bagian Barat
Ekosistem mangrove di wilayah pesisir memiliki kemampuan menyimpan karbon dalam jumlah besar pada biomassa tegakan. Teluk Maumere bagian barat di Kabupaten Sikka Provinsi NTT memiliki 2 lokasi sentra mangrove yaitu Magepanda dan Kampung Garam. Ekosistem mangrove perlu dijaga dan dipertahankan karena bernilai ekonomis dan ekologis. Namun cadangan karbon yang saat ini tersimpan pada mangrove tersebut belum diketahui jumlahnya karena tidak adanya data inventarisasi mengenai hal tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengestimasi cadangan karbon di atas permukaan pada hutan mangrove di Teluk Maumere bagian barat dengan menggunakan citra Sentinel-2A. Penelitian dimulai bulan Juni 2024 sampai September 2024. Nilai cadangan karbon diperoleh dari persamaan regresi berdasarkan data indeks vegetasi NDVI (Normalized Difference Vegetation Index) dan cadangan karbon aktual berdasarkan persamaan alometrik (above ground biomass). Penentuan titik sampel menggunakan teknik stratified sampling. Jumlah titik sampel sebanyak 16 titik, berupa plot berukuran 10x10 m2. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear, polinomial, eksponensial, dan uji akurasi. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa persamaan regresi polinomial menghasilkan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) yang paling tinggi yaitu sebesar 0,8574 sehingga dipilih sebagai model penduga atau estimasi stok karbon permukaan. Persamaan regresi polinomial y = -255,61x2 + 494,84x – 154,45 dimana y adalah karbon dan x adalah nilai NDVI. Indeks vegetasi NDVI mempunyai korelasi yang erat dengan cadangan karbon sebesar 85,74% (R² = 0,8574). Luas hamparan mangrove sebesar 100,82 ha. Total cadangan karbon di atas permukaan pada tegakan mangrove di Teluk Maumere bagian barat mencapai 5.860,59 ton C dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 58,13 ton C/ha
Pendugaan Fekunditas Induk Betina Ikan Nilem (Osteochilus vittatus) berdasarkan Karakter Morfometrik
Ikan nilem merupakan ikan air tawar asli Indonesia yang persebaranya hanya di daerah Jawa Barat. Induk betina ikan nilem memiliki jumlah telur yang bervariasi sehingga perlu dilakukan seleksi. Seleksi yang dapat dilakukan pada induk betina ikan nilem yaitu dengan cara melihat karakter morfometrik. Sampai saat ini penelitian tentang ikan nilem khususnya yang berkaitan dengan reproduksi juga masih sangat jarang dilakukan. Tujuan dilaksanakanya penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan dan mengetahui karakter morfometrik yang paling berhubungan terhadap fekunditas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian iniyaitu deskripstif komparatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Parameter yang diamati meliputi panjang standar, tinggi badan, lingkar tubuh, dan bobot tubuh. Kelompok sampel ikan uji diukur berdasarkan panjang standar yang telah ditentukan, yaitu 06,1-09 cm, 09,1-12 cm, 12,1-15 cm, 15,1- 18 cm, 18,1-21 cm. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa morfometrik berpengaruh terhadap fekunditas. Karakter morfometrik terhadap fekunditas diperoleh hasil tertinggi pada lingkar tubuh dengan fekunditas sebesar 99%terhadap fekunditas yang dihasilkan pada induk betina ikan nilem. Faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi jumlah fekunditas diantaranya yaitu umur ikan, lingkungan, makanan, dan diameter ikan. Diameter ikan sangat berpengaruh terhadap jumlah fekunditas yang di hasilkan, semakin besar diameter telur dalam suatu gonad maka akan semakin sedikit jumlah telur yang dihasilkan
PENERAPAN MODEL INKUIRI TERBIMBING BERBASIS METODE EKSPERIMEN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK KELAS VIII
Research has been carried out with the aim to determine the existence of an increase and the difference in learning outcomes of students with learning using the experimental method guided inquiry method. This type of research is quantitative research with quasi experimental research methods, with a non-equivalent control group design form. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Jayapura in the academic year 2018/2019. The population is 200 students of class VIII. The research sample used was class VIIID as the experimental class and class VIIIE as the control class with a sample of 60 students. The learning result analysis technique used is n-gain analysis and t-test while the questionnaire uses percentage. The results of the research and processing of test data obtained n-gain learning outcomes of 0.69 which are in the medium category. Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0,000 <0,05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means there is a difference in the increase in student learning outcomes that is significant. The results of the processed response data in the form of student questionnaires to the guided inquiry learning model are known that 60% of students respond adequately and 30% of students respond well. Then it can be concluded that the application of a guided inquiry learning model is sufficient and effective to improve student learning outcomes in vibration and wave material
PENGARUH MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING (PBL) DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR TERHADAP PENGUASAAN KONSEP MELALUI KEMAMPUAN PEMECAHAN MASALAH
Research has been conducted with the aims to know: the increase and comparison of direct influence and total influence between PBL model and learning motivation to master the concept of learners through problem solving ability. The method used is pre-experimental design and the descriptions used are one-group pretest-posttest design. The study was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Jayapura academic year 2017/2018. Population amounted to 245 students class VIII. The sample of the study was class VIII F with sample size of 39 students. The analysis technique used is n-gain analysis and path analysis with two-lane analysis. The results obtained from the data in this study are: 1) There is an increase in the mastery of the concept of physical science IPA in class VIII F SMP Negeri 2 Jayapura is equal to 0.80, 2) Direct influence PBL model on the mastery of the concept that is equal to 26,01% total through the problem solving ability that is 88,2% is the strongest influence, followed by the influence of extrinsic learning motivation on the concept of mastery that is equal to 26,22% and total influence through problem solving ability that is equal to 83,9%, and the influence of intrinsic learning motivation to mastery of concept that is equal to 28,41% and total influence through problem solving ability 79%
Kelompok Harapan Papua Baru: Meningkatkan Ekonomi Lokal melalui Inovasi Pengolahan Ikan
This article examines the contribution of the Harapan Papua Baru Group, a community based business group in Merauke Regency, South Papua, engaged in fishery product processing since 2018. The primary focus of this study is to explore the group’s role in enhancing community welfare through innovative fish based products such as ALBUGRAN albumin oil, fish floss, fish balls, fish nuggets, and breaded shrimp. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach, involving in-depth interviews with group administrators, members, business partners, and local government representatives. The findings reveal that the group has successfully utilized local knowledge to add value to fishery products, supported by training, mentorship, and strong social solidarity. Their flagship product innovations have become an effective strategy for navigating market dynamics and improving competitiveness. However, significant challenges remain, such as product legality and production capacity limitations. Government and business partner support play a crucial role in the group\u27s success. Moreover, the empowerment of women and the transformation of gender roles within the group contribute to improved family and community welfare. This article recommends strengthening collaboration between the government, community, and private sector to address existing challenges and sustain local resource-based economic empowerment programs. Pelatihan Pencatatan Akuntansi Berbasis Aplikasi Fintech Bagi Pelaku UMKM Penjual Pinang Mama Mama Papua di Kelurahan Entrop Kota Jayapura
Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the economic drivers that play an important role in the Indonesian economy. One of the common problems faced by MSME players is financial, such as a lack of understanding and awareness of the importance of financial planning and management (Raharjo et al., 2022). Often viewed as a complex concept, financial management is an important driver of growth for MSMEs. By engaging in financial planning and management, MSME owners can clearly understand the financial health of their business over a certain period. However, some MSME players still consider financial management to be scary and insignificant. The community service program (PKM) is a proactive initiative to empower MSMEs, especially those selling areca nut in Entrop Village, Jayapura City, to master finances and utilize financial technology. Program activities, which include knowledge sharing and hands-on training in financial management and the use of financial technology, are designed to equip MSMEs with the tools they need to thrive. The conclusion that can be drawn from the Fintech Application-Based Accounting Recording Training for Papuan Sirih Selling MSMEs in Entrop Village, Jayapura City, is to increase the knowledge and understanding of Papuan Sirih Selling MSMEs to grow and be able to record business finances and support the sustainability of their business well
Penentuan Harga Pokok Produksi Dan Pelaporan Keuangan Untuk Usaha Rintisan Menggunakan Google Spreadsheet
Small, Micro, and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia account for 60% of GDP and employ 116 million individuals. The extensive market share in Indonesia and the significant customer interest in MSME products present potential for diverse entities to develop highly competitive innovative items. The FIM community in Jayapura is an organization comprised of young Papuans dedicated to a social mission in education. In 2023, community members established a commercial venture by producing tote bags featuring Papua motifs and patterns, thereafter offered to friends and family. The sales results were positively accepted by consumers and created new prospects for the FIM community to manufacture other items. Recognizing the deficiencies among community members, including inadequate knowledge of production costs, profit and loss assessments, financial reporting, and the absence of market share awareness, this service initiative aims to improve the comprehension of FIM community members concerning the determination of production costs, recording of financial transactions, calculations of profit and loss, financial reporting, and market share analysis through the application of SWOT analysis and Business Model Canvas. This community service project aims to enable participants to independently compute production costs, document transactions and financial reports, assess business profits and losses, and evaluate market share
