Analisis Hasil Tangkapan Bubu Dasar Berdasarkan Lokasi Penangkapan Ikan di Perairan Seram Bagian Barat, Maluku
Several factors influence the number and type of fish caught in a trap, including the size of the trap, fish activity, mobility, design, bait, soaking time, provision of shelter, moon phase, visibility of the trap in the water material, andtype of funnel. It is important to identify problems related to trap placement so thatthe productivity of fish resources can be optimal. This research aims to analyze thecomposition of fish species caught, length at first capture, and differences in catchrate of bottom traps based on different fishing locations. The research was carriedout from April to October 2023 in Talaga Nipa Hamlet, Waisala District, and WestSeram Regency using experimental fishing methods. The results of the research showed that there were 20 species of fish caught in the waters of Sanahuni Hamlet (Location A), with the most dominant type of fish being Pterocaesio tile, namely31.40%. Meanwhile, in the waters of Haya Pulo Hamlet (Location B), 16 species offish were caught, with the most dominant species being Scarus rubroviolaceus at22.86%. On average, caught fish such as Caesio cunning, Scarus rubroviolaceus andCaesio caerulaurea are caught before they reach maturity. The bottom trap catchrate in the waters of Sanahuni Hamlet (Location A) is higher than in the waters ofHaya Pulo Hamlet (Location B). Differences in the number and types of fish caughtin traps can be influenced by various factors, such as fish migration, foodabundance, oceanographic conditions, trap design and construction, depth ofoperation of fishing gear, and damage to coral reefs due to destructive bomb fishing
Kualitas Air dan Indeks Pencemaran pada Sungai Arbes Desa Batu Merah Kota Ambon
Uncontrolled use of the Arbes river due to human activities causes pollution, thereby causing a decline in river water quality. This research aims to determine the quality of river water in terms of physical, chemical and biological factors in the Arbes River. This research was conducted from January to February 2019by taking Arbes River water samples using the quadratic linear transect method. The research sampling transect line measurements were carried out horizontally, namely from upstream to downstream of the river.Arbes River water quality analysis testing was carried out at the MIPA IAIN Ambon laboratory. The results of the analysis of the water quality of the Arbes River physically, chemically and biologically have decreased with the water quality criteria based on PP 82 of 2001 being classified as class II quality water which is not intended as a raw source of drinking water but is more suitable for washing and agriculture.Based on determining the Pollution Index (IP) value, the results of the pollution index for use (Pij) in Arbes river water are included in the lightly polluted category. The highest pollution index value for use (Pij) is found in the lower reaches of the river, namely 1.869. Meanwhile, the Pij value in the middle of the river is 1.784. And the lowest Pij value is found in the upper reaches of the river at 1.677
Pengaruh Pemberian Vitamin E Dengan Dosis Yang Berbeda Pada Pakan Terhadap Pemijahan Lobster Air Tawar (Cherax quadricarinatus)
Freshwater lobster (Cherax quadricarinatus) is a type of lobster that has the potential for developed as a cultured organism. The problem that often occurs is the low number of freshwater lobster production due to the relatively long reproductive time. Vitamin E is a nutrient that plays a role in improving the spawning process in animals. This research aims to determine the effect of vitamin E to artificial feed at different doses on spawning. The test animals used were 16 female freshwater lobsters measuring 4 inches, aged 6 months, with an average weight of 30-55 grams. The research was conducted over 60 days using an experimental method with a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 4 treatments with 4 replications each. Treatment A was without vitamin E, Treatment B had 250 mg/kg of feed, Treatment C had 450 mg/kg of feed, and Treatment D had 650 mg/kg of feed The results showed that the levels of gonad maturity, fecundity, degree of fertilization, egg hatchability, and survival rate were not significantly different among treatments. However, Treatment C yielded the best results, with a gonad maturity level of 10.60%, fecundity of 281.53 eggs, a fertilization rate of 8.59%, a hatchability rate of 62.50%, and a survival rate of 100%. Data analysis was conducted using analysis of variance (ANOVA) at a 95% confidence level. The results indicate that the addition of vitamin E to feed at different doses does not significantly affect the spawning of freshwater lobsters

The value of R Square = 0.126 means that there is an influence of X on Y of 12.6%. Sig value. 0.00 <0.05, H0 is rejected, meaning that there is an influence between variables X and Y. The regression equation is Y = 46,861 + 0.396 X
Resiliensi Mahasiswa dari Keluarga Petani Sengon dalam Menghadapi Gagal Panen Akibat Karhutla
This research examines the resilience of students from sengon farming families in Pulang Pisau Regency in facing crop failure due to forest and land fires (karhutla). Descriptive qualitative methods were used through interviews, observations and literature studies. The research results show that forest and land fires, which are often caused by burning land without permission, cause significant economic losses for sengon farmers and their families. Affected students adopted resilience strategies such as income diversification, utilization of scholarships, good financial management, and sustainable agricultural development. Social support from the government and local communities focuses on preventing forest and land fires, but direct economic support is still minimal. This research highlights the importance of strengthening capacity and education for sengon farming families and students to build resilience in facing forest and land fires. The resilience demonstrated by students and families of sengon farmers in Pulang Pisau District-through diversification of income sources, utilization of social networks, and small-scale agricultural innovations-indicates that strengthening social capital and adaptive capacity are key to maintaining welfare sustainability amid the ecological and economic crisis caused by forest and land fires

PENGARUH BUDAYA SUKU ARFAK (HATAM-MEYAH-MOILE-SOUGB) TERHADAP PERENCANAAN DAN PEMBANGUNAN INFRASTRUKTUR KOTA DI KABUPATEN MANOKWARI
The Papuan community strongly identifies with its culture and customs. What happens in Papua in general, and specifically in Manokwari Regency as the oldest city in Papua/the city where the Gospel entered the Land of Papua, a city rich in history and culture, has not fully actualized its culture into the governance framework established in the regulations of the regency government, the Regional People\u27s Representative Council (DPRD), the Papuan People\u27s Assembly (MRP), the Customary Council (DAP), NGOs, and the Customary Institutions (LMA). Law Number 21 of 2001 granted the Provinces of Papua and West Papua a special status. To this day, the uniqueness and distinctiveness of other regions in Indonesia do not guarantee that planning and development will follow and respect the culture and customs of the indigenous Papuan people, as stipulated in the Special Autonomy Law. Private sectors, state-owned enterprises, the government, and NGOs are rapidly developing their plans, but they do not incorporate the local wisdom of the community. The Papuan people are beginning to erode and neglect their culture, which serves as their symbol and identity. Therefore, the implementation of planning and development rules based on local wisdom, along with the modeling of forms, attributes, carvings, decorations, and ornaments, is a tangible manifestation of cultural preservation.Recognizing that the city of Manokwari\u27s infrastructure development cannot ignore the long-standing values and cultural aspects is crucial. This embodies the aspiration and desire of the Manokwari people to be active participants in their land and culture, not merely spectators. The Papuan community strongly identifies with its culture and customs. DAMPAK PEMBANGUNAN INFRASTRUKTUR TERHADAP PENINGKATAN AKTIVITAS PEREKONOMIAN PASAR SENTRAL KABUPATEN SUPIORI
The Central Market of the Supiori Regency is one of the economic centres in the Supiori Regency. However, in its development, it did not turn out as expected. The market was abandoned by the traders whopreferred to sell along the streets of Sorendiweri City, the capital of Supiori Regency. This has caused the mainroad in Sorendiweri City, which is used as a trading area, to be filled with scattered trash. Vehicle drivers passingthrough the location become uncomfortable and disturbed because the vendors occupy half the road to sell theirgoods. This research has two objectives, namely, first, to identify and analyze the factors causing traders to preferselling on the main road within the city of Sorendiweri rather than at the Central Market, and second, to identifyand analyze the local government\u27s policy strategies in building new infrastructure to improve accessibility to theCentral Market.
