PEMURNIAN MINYAK IKAN SARDIN (Sardinella sp.) HASIL SAMPING PENEPUNGAN DARI BALI
Estimasi biomassa digunakan metode tanpa pemanenan dengan mengukurdiameter at breast height (DBH, 1.3 m) mangrove. OPTIMALISASI PENGENDALIAN BANJIR DI KABUPATEN KEEROM PROPINSI PAPUA
The river as a system is an ecological system that is very vulnerable to environmental changes. With environmental changes in a river system, the morphology of the river will also change, following the dynamics of ecosystem changes that occur. Flooding often causes damage to residential areas and infrastructure surrounding river basins. Some of the problems that cause flooding in Keerom district include the silting of the bottom and the many river bends that result in high sedimentation, especially in the Mur River in East Arso and the Tami River in West Arso. Therefore, it is necessary to plan a flood control design in Keerom Regency, which will serve as a technical guideline for the implementation of physical work later. From the results of the analysis using topographic data analysis methods, hydrological analysis, and flood discharge analysis on the Mur and Tami rivers, it can be concluded that the optimization of flood management that occurs in the East Arso Mur River and the West Arso Tami River is to build earthen embankments and install gabions in several transes, which are the overflow points of the Mur River and Tami River. The river as a system is an ecological system that is very vulnerable to environmental changes. Dramatic Shifts: Interpreting Morocco’s Diplomatic Alteration towards Israel through the Eyes of Defensive Realism
Abraham Accord, which took place in December 2020, marks a dramatic shift in the Middle East and North Africa region. Several Arab states, such as Morocco, the UAE, Bahrain, and Sudan, got involved in the pacification process to establish diplomatic relations with Israel. America supported this accord as the ally of Israel in the region. This is because the Arab states that got involved in the accord persistently resisted Israel and supported Palestine to be free. One of the countries that is involved is Morocco. Located in the Northern-Western part of Africa, Morocco faces many external and internal challenges. This, in fact, puts Morocco\u27s position in constant danger. Not confined to problems related to water scarcity, climate change, and underdeveloped agricultural sectors, Morocco also faces the growing threat of Algeria. In addition, Morocco\u27s relations with France also deteriorate due to the scandals of using espionage software. This, in turn, left Morocco with the difficult decision which led to its eventual participation in the accord. In the paper, I analyze why Morocco normalized its diplomatic relations with Israel using the defensive-realist arguments provided by Mearsheimer. Mearsheimer argues that countries utilize power for the sake of their survival. Hence, I hold a view that Morocco\u27s participation in the accord is to neutralize the threats it is facing for the sake of its survival. This paper uses the qualitative method.

Analisis Akuntabilitas, Transparansi dan Pengawasan dalam Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa di Kampung Walal Distrik Salawati Kabupaten Sorong
Abstract
Based on Government Regulation Number 43 of 2014, the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) comes from the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN) and is channeled through the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) of the district or city to support the needs of the village. This fund is used to fund government administration, the implementation of development, community development, and community empowerment. The Village Fund Allocation is a tangible manifestation of village autonomy, which aims to encourage villages to grow and develop based on diversity, participation, democracy, and community empowerment. This fund also aims to assist village government programs by involving community participation in the implementation of government activities and community empowerment (Rachmawati, W. C., & Indudewi, 2024). This study aims to evaluate the level of accountability, transparency, and supervision of the Sorong Regency Inspectorate in the management of village funds in Kampung Walal, Salawati District. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with primary and secondary data. Data was collected through direct interviews using the purposive sampling method and analyzed through a triangulation approach. The study results show that the management of village funds in Kampung Walal has complied with the principles of accountability, transparency, and participation. Planning based on the Government Work Plan (RKP) involves the Village Activity Implementation Team (TPKD), the Village Consultative Body (BPD), and the community through deliberation. Transparency is realized through the open presentation of information, such as APBK billboards, budget realization reports, and social media. The Sorong Regency Inspectorate also conducts periodic supervision to ensure compliance with regulations. However, several obstacles, such as determining the priority scale and technical problems in planning and reporting, hindered the smooth disbursement of funds.
