Optimalisasi Keterampilan Proses Sains pada Analisis Titrimetri dan Gravimetri bagi Peserta Didik SMK Negeri 8 Kota Jayapura
Full text linkThe gap between theory and laboratory practice often presents a major obstacle in vocational education, particularly within the industrial chemistry competency. This community service initiative was established to bridge this disparity by strengthening the Science Process Skills (SPS) of students at SMK Negeri 8 Jayapura through technical training in Titrimetric and Gravimetric analysis. The implementation method adopted an experiential learning approach, encompassing conceptual presentations, interactive discussions, and direct experimentation. This intervention was designed to cultivate skills in observation, precision measurement, and data interpretation. Evaluation results demonstrated a significant surge in cognitive competence, marked by a 32.3% increase in average test scores. In the psychomotor domain, the majority of students were able to demonstrate analysis techniques with high precision (error <3%). These findings indicate that intensive supervision with an adequate instructor-to-student ratio is effective in building standardized laboratory competencies

Full text linkRegional government financial management plays a crucial role in achieving public welfare but is vulnerable to misuse that results in state losses. This study aims to analyze the steps taken by regional governments in following up on findings from the Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK) regarding state financial management. The research employs a normative method with statutory, case study, and conceptual approaches. Data were collected through literature review of laws, journals, and legal doctrines, then analyzed qualitatively and descriptively. The results show that follow-up actions on BPK findings positively impact the improvement of regional financial management performance, although challenges such as delays in implementation and limited human resources still exist. To optimize financial management, regional governments need to strengthen asset governance, enhance internal control systems, establish effective Follow-Up Teams on Audit Results, and improve human resource capacity through technical training. Additionally, intensive coordination with BPK and oversight by regional legislatures must be reinforced to ensure transparent and accountable implementation of recommendations. This study provides recommendations to improve governance and supervision of regional finances to support the state\u27s goal of enhancing public welfare.

Full text linkSaat ini kasus tindak pidana anak dibawah umur di kota jayapura masih terus terjadi, salah satunya adalah tindak pidana kekerasan seksual yang dilakukan oleh anak dibawah umur. Indonesia sebagai Negara Pihak dalam Konvensi Hak-Hak Anak (Convention on the Rights of the Child) yang mengatur prinsip pelindungan hukum terhadap anak mempunyai kewajiban untuk memberikan pelindungan khusus terhadap anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji kekerasan seksual terhadap anak dibawah umur dan penanganan hukum anak yang melakukan tindakan kekerasan seksual di Kepolisian Resor Kota Jayapura. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian hukum empiris yaitu penelitian hukum yang melihat iplementasi hukum secara langsung dalam masyarakat dan mengamati serta gejala sosial secara langsung dilapangan berdasarkan fakta-fakta empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Penegakan kasus kekesaran seksual terhadap anak dibawah umur di Polresta Jayapura dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan diversi dan keadilan restoratif bagi dalam penanganan Pelaku Kekerasan seksual terhadap anak dibawah umur yang dilakukan oleh pelaku yang berusia 14 tahun ke bawah, sedangkan pelaku yang telah berusia 15 ke atas di tindak sesuai dengan UU Peradilan anak dan UU perlindungan anak

Regional spending is a crucial part of the APBD structure because it will show the the ability of local governments to manage regional finances, whether they can be effective, efficient and accountable. This study uses the method of literature study with descriptive analysis. Secondary data as the main data source in this study. Secondary data in this research includes journals, national surveys and government agency data publications. The results of the study show that the realization of regional spending in the province of South Sulawesi cannot be categorized as quality regional spending because there has been a decrease in the realization of regional spending from 2.11 trillion in 2022 to 3.10 trillion in 2021
Tantangan Pengelola Keuangan Negara Di Era Digital
Full text linkThis article discusses the challenges faced by state financial managers in the digital era, especially in adopting digital technology to increase the efficiency, transparency, and accountability of public financial management. In this era, the use of technology such as big data, artificial intelligence (AI), and blockchain opens up great opportunities for the government to improve the quality of public services and budget and revenue management. However, on the other hand, state financial managers are faced with various challenges, including data security issues, privacy risks, limited human resources skilled in digital technology, and the complexity of regulations that have not fully accommodated technological developments. This article highlights the importance of policy adaptation, strengthening regulation, and increasing human resource capacity as the main strategy to face these challenges. The results of the study show that the success of state financial management in the digital era is highly dependent on the government\u27s ability to balance technological innovation with good governance and a strict monitoring system.

ANALYSIS OF RESEARCH SKILLS FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS ON BIOLOGY LEARNING
Full text linkAbstract: Research skills are important for students because they can help identify problems, collect sourcesof information, channel resources for the quality and relevance of research and produce effective solutionsto problem solving. This study was conducted in three different schools in the city and district of Cirebon.The three schools include SMA Negeri 1 Sumber, SMA Negeri 1 Ciwaringin and MAN 2 Kota Cirebon. Theresearch method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that students\u27 research skillsin Cirebon need to be improved. It is recommended for SMA/MA Cirebon teachers to apply active andcollaborative learning methods, such as project-based learning or laboratory experiments, with the aim ofimproving students\u27 research skills. THE EFFECT OF THE GUIDED INQUIRY LEARNING MODEL ON STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES ON PLANT STRUCTURE AND FUNCTION MATERIAL IN GRADE VIII SMP NEGERI 12 MEDAN
Full text linkAbstract: The guided inquiry learning model is one of the learning models that can improve student learningoutcomes and student learning activities which is a learning model where teachers and students determineand formulate problems together, and students actively seek and find answers and draw their ownconclusions. The purpose of the study was to determine the results of science learning on the material ofPlant Structure and Function of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 12 Medan. To determine the Effect ofthe Guided Inquiry Learning Model on Student Learning Outcomes on the Material of Plant Structure andFunction in Class VIII SMP Negeri 12 Medan. This research method uses a quantitative research method.The form of research is Quasi Experimental Design. The research design is a two group design. Datacollection techniques were carried out using pre-research observations, interviews with Class VIII scienceteachers, conducting written tests on students in the form of questions, non-tests or questionnaires, observingstudent activities, and documentation in the form of research images and photos and value documents relatedto the results. Data analysis using hypothesis testing (one-sided t-test) and N-Gain testing. Based on theresults of the t-test, the obtained t-value is 4.66> t-table 2.00. This means that the results of the hypothesistest t-count are greater than t-table. Next, based on the results of the N-gain test, the increase in learningoutcomes in the control class was higher, namely 69% compared to the increase in student learning outcomesof 52%. So that the Guided Inquiry Learning Model applied to the experimental class in this study has aneffect on student learning outcomes in the material on the Structure and Function of Plants in class VIII ofSMP Negeri 12 Medan.Keywords: Learnin
STUDY ON THE SUSTAINABILITY OF THE USE OF ANTIMICROBIAL (AMU) AND ANTIMICROBIAL RESISTANCE (AMR) IN MARINE FISH FARMING IN THE BAY
Full text linkAbstract: Use of antibiotics and chemicals substances were done to prevent bacterial attacks especially byVibrio sp, which if used excessively will cause bacterial resistance. Another problem that arises is the risk ofdamage to the surrounding environment of fish farming and human health, therefore the use of thesesubstances must be effective and efficient. The research aims to determine the antimicrobial inhibition duringthe handling of cage-cultured fish diseases and to determine the level of resistance to antimicrobialsubstances (Antimicrobial Resistance/AMR) to obtain recommendations for the sustainability ofantimicrobial use. Disk diffusion test method with antibiotics Oxytetracycline, Enrofloxacin, andTetracycline in paper disc form was used in the inhibition test. Bacterial identification used biochemical testswith bacterial culture media (TCBS) also biochemical tests using the API 20E kit. The results show that theinhibitory power of using the three types of antibiotics is able to provide sensitive and intermediate responsesto Vibrio sp bacteria. Sensitivity inhibition in white snapper, trevally, grouper, and humpback grouper withoxytetracycline antibiotics all at 60%, enrofloxacin antibiotics respectively 80%, 100%, 100%, and 80%;and tetracycline antibiotics respectively 60%, 100%, 60%, and 80%. Intermediate inhibition with the samegroup of fishes with oxytetracycline antibiotics all at 40%, enrofloxacin antibiotic in all fish 0%, except inhumpback grouper 20% and tetracycline antibiotics respectively 40%, 0%, 40%, and 20%. Thus, it can beconcluded that the use of oxytetracycline, enrofloxacin, and tetracycline antibiotics can still be recommendedfor the management of diseases in aquaculture. Manajemen Produksi Benih Udang Vaname (Penaeus vannamei) Di PT. Suri Tani Pemuka Unit Hatchery Carita Pandeglang Banten
Full text linkUdang vaname (Penaeus vannamei, Boone 1932) merupakan salah satu komoditas perikanan unggulan di Indonesia dengan produksi yang mencapai 650.000 ton pada tahun 2020. Permintaan akan benih berkualitas tinggi terus meningkat seiring dengan berkembangnya budidaya udang vaname, yang memerlukan unit pembenihan (hatchery) dengan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan melaksanakan produksi benih udang vaname dengan penerapan manajemen yang baik serta melakukan analisa finansial pada usaha pembenihan. Kegiatan penelitian dilaksanakan di PT. Suri Tani Pemuka Unit Hatchery Carita, Kabupaten Pandeglang, Banten, dari bulan Februari hingga Mei 2024, dengan menggunakan metode observasi aktif dan wawancara dalam pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan membandingkan hasil yang diperoleh selama penelitian dengan literatur yang relevan.
Selama penelitian, tahap pra-produksi mencakup perencanaan dan pengorganisasian, dilanjutkan dengan tahap produksi yang mencakup pelaksanaan dan pengendalian. Hasil performa budidaya selama siklus Maret 2024 menunjukkan fekunditas sebanyak 445.000 butir/induk, dengan nilai FR 76%, HR 77%, dan SR rata-rata 62% pada siklus Maret dan 55% pada siklus April. Analisis finansial menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus Maret 2024, perusahaan memperoleh laba penjualan sebesar Rp 1.843.740.184 dengan pendapatan bersih Rp 988.740.184 dan R/C Ratio 2,16, sementara pada siklus April 2024, laba penjualan mencapai Rp 1.962.203.776 dengan pendapatan bersih Rp 936.953.776 dan R/C Ratio 1,92. Dalam setahun, perusahaan memperoleh hasil penjualan Rp 22.835.663.760 dan laba bersih Rp 9.012.247.733 dengan R/C Ratio 2,03, BEP unit 43.492.660 ekor, dan BEP harga Rp 2.043.359.641. Analisis investasi menunjukkan NPV sebesar Rp 30.903.630.615, IRR 52,9%, dan ROI 79,8%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa usaha pembenihan udang vaname di PT. Suri Tani Pemuka Unit Hatchery Carita tidak hanya memenuhi aspek manajemen yang baik tetapi juga memberikan hasil finansial yang menguntungkan
Pola Penangkapan Ikan Pada Perikanan Skala Kecil di Pesisir Ohoi Hako, Kabupaten Maluku Tenggara
Full text linkOhoi Hako merupakan desa pesisir di Pulau Kei Besar yang ditempati oleh nelayan yang menjalankan aktivitas perikanan skala kecil, namun kondisi tersebut tidak didukung dengan informasi ilmiah terutama mengenai pola penangkapan ikan yang dilakukan nelayan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pola penangkapan ikan ditinjau dari aspek temporal dan aspek spasial. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan September 2023 di Ohoi Hako, Kecamatan Kei Besar Selatan Barat, Kabupaten Maluku Tenggara, Maluku. Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan teknik wawancara dan pemetaan partisipatif untuk memetakan waktu dan lokasi penangkapan melalui kalender musim dan peta daerah penangkapan. Tool yang digunakan untuk melakukan digitalisasi peta partisipatif adalah ArcGIS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aktivitas penangkapan ikan berlangsung sepanjang tahun, dengan konsentrasi tinggi pada bulan Maret – April dan September – Desember, dan rendah pada bulan Januari – Februari dan Mei – Agustus. Gillnet hanya dapat dioperasikan selama enam bulan, sementara hand line dan troll line dapat dioperasikan sepanjang tahun. Lokasi penangkapan ikan meliputi perairan pantai sepanjang pesisir Ohoi Nerong ke Selatan hingga pesisir Ohoi Weduar Fer, meluas ke Saaru Rumaat hingga ke perairan sekitar Tanimbar Kei. Komposisi jenis tangkapan nelayan terdiri dari berbagai jenis ikan, dimana kerapu menjadi target utama tangkapan harian dan tongkol merupakan target utama musiman (Agustus – September)
