PENINGKATAN PEMAHAMAN KONSEP FISIKA MELALUI E-MODUL BERBASIS KONTEKSTUAL
Full text linkPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kelayakan e-modul berbasis kontekstual berdasarkan penilaian dari ahli media dan ahli materi, serta mengetahui peningkatan pemahaman konsep fisika dasar mahasiswa, khususnya pada materi dinamika partikel. Dinamika partikel merupakan salah satu materi penting dalam fisika dasar yang membutuhkan pemahaman konsep yang kuat agar mahasiswa dapat mengaitkan antara teori dan fenomena nyata dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Untuk itu, dibutuhkan media pembelajaran yang interaktif, menarik, dan sesuai konteks agar proses belajar menjadi lebih bermakna. Penelitian ini mengaplikasikan model pengembangan 4-D yang mencakup empat tahapan: pendefinisian (Define), perancangan (Design), pengembangan (Develop), dan penyebaran (Disseminate). Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi lembar penilaian produk untuk menilai kelayakan e-modul oleh para ahli, serta soal tes pemahaman konsep untuk mengukur peningkatan hasil belajar mahasiswa. Teknik analisis data untuk kelayakan produk menggunakan skala penilaian standar (skala likert), sedangkan untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman konsep digunakan analisis n-gain. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa e-modul materi dinamika partikel yang dikembangkan dengan pendekatan kontekstual layak diimplementasikan dalam proses pembelajaran fisika. Penilaian dari ahli media menunjukkan rerata skor sebesar 3,45, sementara dari ahli materi sebesar 3,52, keduanya termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Selain itu, hasil uji pemahaman konsep menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan, dengan rata-rata skor n-gain sebesar 0,70 yang termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan e-modul berbasis kontekstual mampu meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran dan pemahaman konsep mahasiswa secara optimal

Financial statements are a form of government management\u27s accountability in presenting information related to financial positions to stakeholders. This study aims to determine the influence of regional financial supervision and human resource competence on the quality of local government financial statements in Simeulue Regency. This study involved 45 District Government Work Units (SKPK) with a total of 90 financial managers as respondents, who were selected using the purposive sampling method. The hypothesis test was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software version 23. The results of the analysis show that, partially, regional financial supervision and human resource competence significantly affect the quality of local government financial statements in Simeulue Regency. Simultaneously, the two variables were also found to have a significant effect on improving the quality of the financial statements of the local government of Simeulue district
Pathogenic Fungi Causing Disease on Merbau Plants (Intsia spp.) in Sawesuma Village Forest, Urunum Guay District, Jayapura Regency
Full text linkPlant diseases result from the interaction of virulent pathogens, susceptible host plants, and favorable environmental conditions, often indicated by the appearance of growth abnormalities, referred to as symptoms, across various plant parts.This study aims to identify the species of Intsia plants affected by diseases and to determine the types of fungi responsible for causing diseases in Intsia sp. This research involved field surveys, observations, and sampling of pathogenic fungi, followed by fungal isolation and identification at the Mycology Laboratory and the FMIPA Biology Laboratory, Cenderawasih University, Jayapura. The methods employed included site surveys, sampling, isolation of pathogenic fungi causing diseases in Intsia sp. , identification of disease-causing fungi, and pathogenicity testing. Based on observations, the Intsia species affected by diseases were Intsia bijuga and Intsia palembanica. Four fungal species were identified as disease-causing agents in Intsia plants, including Aspergillus sp., Penicillium sp., Fusarium sp., and Mucor sp., along with one unidentified fungal species
Enhancing Maize (Zea mays L.) Growth Through Inoculation with Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF)
Full text linkThis study aims to analyze the effects of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) inoculation on the growth and yield of maize (Zea mays L.) as a solution to fertilizer shortages in Indonesia. The continuous use of inorganic fertilizers can degrade soil quality, making environmentally friendly alternatives, such as biofertilizers, necessary. The study observed the growth optimization of several corn varieties inoculated with AMF. The eight-month study was conducted in the Biology Laboratory at Cenderawasih University\u27s Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences using a pot culture method with three varieties of maize: regular maize (RM), sweet corn (SC), and butter sweet corn (BSC). Parameters observed included plant height, leaf number, and relative growth rate based on dry weight. The results showed that AMF inoculation significantly increased corn plant height by 21.56%, leaf number by 18.14%, and the relative growth rate by 1,425% at six weeks after planting. Butter sweet corn and sweet corn responded better to AMF inoculation than regular corn. The best results occurred when butter sweet corn was given 15 g of AMF inoculum per polybag.

Full text linkOne of the computer programs that can be used as a medium for learning mathematics is the GeoGebra program. With various facilities, GeoGebra can be used as a medium for learning mathematics to demonstrate or visualize mathematical concepts and as a tool to construct mathematical concepts. This community service (PKM) aims to determine the effect of GeoGebra-assisted learning on students\u27 understanding of mathematical concepts in algebra material. The stages used in this service consist of 3 stages, namely: 1) Preparation stage, 2) implementation stage, 3) final stage. The method used to support the success of this program is in the form of training, demonstrations and exercises/practice or tutorials. This PKM activity went well and has made a positive contribution to students in using the GeoGebra application in learning mathematics and gaining additional knowledge and new skills

In the development of natural tourism, this charm becomes enchanting with the presence of trained tour guides. This community service activity is very useful, namely providing training for Rhepang Muaif birdwatching tour guides in the utilization of natural resources, especially fauna, which was introduced in an interesting way using a local knowledge approach by recognizing and understanding the behavior of several animals especially birds of paradise, and providing responsive information to visitors as an effort to develop the Tourism Village to support the existence of Rhepang Muaif birdwatching. The methods used in implementing this community service activity include preparation, delivery of materials, as well as practice and evaluation. The results of the training showed a significant increase in the knowledge and skills of the guides. Full text linkPenelitian eksperimen ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya mengajar komando terhadap penguasaan keterampilan gerak dasar menendang bola menggunakan kaki bagian dalam pada permainan sepak bola. Populasi sampel sekaligus penelitian berjumlah 20 siswa putra kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Tondano, yang dipilih secara keseluruhan (total sampling). Data dikumpulkan menggunakan tes rubrik penilaian dan dianalisis dengan uji statistik t-test. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai thitung (4,47) lebih besar dari ttabel (2,101) pada derajat kebebasan 18, sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Simpulan penelitian membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari penerapan gaya mengajar terhadap peningkatan kemampuan tendangan bola. Berdasarkan temuan ini, direkomendasikan bagi guru pendidikan jasmani untuk mempertimbangkan penggunaan gaya mengajar komando dalam melatih keterampilan gerak dasar sepak bola, khususnya pada tahap awal pembelajaran bagi siswa
Representation of Woman in the “Film Marlina: si Pembunuh dalam Empat Babak”
Full text linkIn the modern era, opportunities for women and men should be equal. However, this is still far from the reality faced by women in rural areas in certain regions. Women continue to encounter various forms of gender inequality, such as stereotypes, marginalization, subordination, and the double burden. The practice of upholding justice is often marked by the inner conflict of the main character in defending her rights or fighting against injustice. "Marlina: Si Pembunuh dalam Empat Babak" is a film released in 2017 that tells the story of a rural woman named Marlina, who struggles to confront the gender injustice she experiences. According to a gender perspective, women are often represented as weak and oppressed; however, Marlina\u27s character as a rural woman is not depicted in this way. The urgency of this research is to challenge the stereotypes about rural women as figures who are weak, oppressed, and powerless. This research employs a descriptive analysis method based on Stuart Hall\u27s theory of deconstructive representation. The way to identify the female figures depicted in this film is by reconstructing the image of women who are identified as weak. Nevertheless, Marlina\u27s character serves as an icon (role model) who can take action in resistance. The results of this study indicate that: First, Marlina is a female figure who attempts to break free from the conservative image often associated with rural women. Second, the message conveyed through the encoding and decoding process is that women can resist and defend their justice and self-esteem
Pembelajaran Berbasis Praktik Rekayasa Bioteknologi dalam Produksi Cuka Buah
Full text linkPractice-based learning is a pedagogical approach that emphasizes the active involvement of students through direct experience and real activities in the learning process. The objectives of this community service activity are (1) to train students\u27 skills in engineering the fruit vinegar production process in a simple, safe, and practical manner; (2) to raise students\u27 awareness of the use of local fruits as raw materials for value-added fermentation products. The training uses two methods, namely lecture, simulation, and practice. The community service activity was carried out on August 19, 2024, at SMA Negeri 7 Jayapura, with 40 students participating. The final result was that 75% had a good understanding of the fruit vinegar-making process, 7.5% had a very good understanding, 12.5% had a poor understanding, and 5% had a very poor understanding. This activity is able to train skills and raise awareness in the use of local fruits.

Full text linkTerminal land utilization is a crucial aspect in improving the effectiveness of transportation services, developing the local economy, and optimizing regional spatial planning. However, various issues such as inappropriate land use, lack of understanding among the public and business actors, and weak coordination between stakeholders remain challenges in terminal management. This community service activity aims to provide outreach regarding the importance of appropriate and sustainable terminal land utilization. The methods used included outreach, focus group discussions, and participant understanding assessments. The outreach activity lasted one day (Saturday, November 8, 2025), targeting the community around the Sangi-Sangi Type B Terminal in South Konawe Regency. The results showed a significant increase in understanding of terminal functions, land zoning regulations, legal business opportunities, and the positive impact of terminal development on the regional economy. This activity is expected to be the first step in strengthening terminal governance to be more efficient, orderly, and economically valuable for South Konawe Regency
