Analisis Konsentrasi dan Sebaran Klorofil-A di Perairan Laguna, Pekalongan
Pekalongan terletak di pesisir pantai Utara Provinsi Jawa Tengah, dengan aktivitas masyarakat berupa UMKM serta perikanan, yang menghasilkan limbah organik. Pembuangan limbah organik langsung ke sungai tanpa pengelolaan yang tepat, sehingga menghasilkan suplai nutrien, khususnya wilayah pantai dan laguna. Unsur nutrien tersebut akan memicu peningkatan kandungan klorofil-a sebagai indikator kesuburan perairan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsentrasi dan pola distribusi klorofil-a di perairan Laguna Pekalongan. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 30 Mei 2024, pada 10 titik pengamatan yang berada di laguna secara in situ dan sampel diolah di laboratorium. Data primer sebagai variable yang diukur secara in situ adalah klorofil-a, sedangkan data variable sekunder meliputi angin, arus dan pasang surut. Hasil analisis kandungan klorofil-a selanjutnya diolah secara deskriptif. Sedangkan persebarannya diolah dengan cara mengoverlay hasil kandungan klorofil-a pada peta arus dengan pendekatan model MIKE-21. Kandungan klorofil-a di perairan Laguna Pekalongan, Jawa Tengah berkisar antara 4,1816 – 30,7238 mg/L dengan rata-rata sebesar 13,7224 mg/L. Nilai konsentrasi klorofil-a tersebut terkait dengan suplai nutrien di muara sungai Sengkarang dan berlanjut ke laguna sampai dengan lepas pantai. Persebaran klorofil-a secara horizontal di Laguna Pekalongan, Jawa Tengah menunjukkan nilai yang tinggi di daerah laguna dan garis pantai serta menurun di laut lepas. Hal ini sebagai pengaruh arus dengan pola dari Barat daya menuju Tenggara. Kondisi tersebut juga dipengaruhi oleh arus pasang surut dan kondisi morfologi perairan laguna

Qassim University has established an integrated medical city that aims to provide health care services to students and employees within the university campus. The city’s facilities are designed to deal with the medical needs of students effectively and comfortably. This research highlights the key aspects and benefits of on-campus medical health care, including its role in maintaining physical and mental health, enhancing both students' academic performance, and a supportive campus environment. Qassim University offers wide-ranging free health services to all students, as these services are provided through the Medical City Center, which includes an integrated team of employees, doctors, nurses, technicians, and health care specialists, who can manage chronic disorders, provide preventive care, and diagnose and treat diseases. The paper also highlights the various medical services that the university provides to its employees, such as primary health care that takes place in specialized outpatient clinics, as well as urgent care that requires immediate attention, as well as surgical interventions to treat various medical conditions, in addition to immunization services and providing vaccinations against a wide range of diseases. the range. EFEKTIVITAS KRIM FORMULASI TEH HIJAU (Camellia sinensis) SEBAGAI AGEN ANTIBAKTERI TERHADAP PATOGEN KULIT
This research aims to determine the effect of green tea extract cream 6%, 8%, and 10% w/w against Staphylococcus epidermidis and Propionibacterium acne. The method begins with making green tea extract using the maceration method, and qualitative flavonoid, alkaloid, saponin, and tannin tests are carried out. Next, S. epidermidis and P. acnes were rejuvenated on NA media and cultured at 37°C for 24 hours. Both bacteria were then inoculated into different test tubes containing 0.9% NaCl. The suspension was then vortexed, and the turbidity level was equalized with McFarland's solution. Both bacteria were then cultured on NA media, and paper disks that had previously been soaked in clindamycin (control +) and 0%, 6%, 8%, and 10% green tea extract cream were placed on the agar media. The culture was then incubated for 24 hours at 37°C, and the inhibition zone was checked with a caliper. Results show that green tea extract has positive tests for flavonoids, alkaloids, saponins, and tannins. The optimum concentration of extract cream on antibacterial activity against S. epidermidis and P. acne is 10%. Inhibition zone comparison showed a significant difference between the diameter of the inhibition zone of S. epidermidis and P. acne, p = 0,00485 (p < 0,05), which means that green tea extract cream is better at fighting P. acne
Gerakan Pencegahan Stunting Melalui Perbaikan Sanitasi Lingkungan Di Dusun Dagen Kecamatan Polokarto Kabupaten Sukoharjo
Kurangnya asupan zat gizi yang cukup terkait balita stunting disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor seperti faktor pengetahuan terkait gizi, kurangnya pola asuh, lingkungan yang kurang bersih, dll. Saat ini stunting masih menjadi permasalahan gizi nasional. Prevalensi stunting di Indonesia (2023) adalah 21,6%, sementara target yang ingin dicapai di tahun 2024 yaitu 14%. Menurut UNICEF, penyebab stunting adalah anak kurang gizi dalam 2 tahun usianya, ibu kekurangan nutrisi saat kehamilan, dan sanitasi yang buruk. Keluarga menjadi kunci dalam mengatasi sebab stunting sehingga keluarga mesti memiliki kesadaran untuk memprioritaskan pemenuhan asupan gizi. Berdasarkan penimbangan serentak tahun 2023 di Dusun Dagen Kecamatan Sukoharjo terdapat 11 balita yang stunting. Luaran kegiatan pengabdian ini berupa artikel ilmiah terakreditasi sinta 5. Untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan responden melalui pretest dan posttest. Hasil dari pengabdian secara umum terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 51,3%. Kegiatan pengabdian mencapai target kehadiran sebesar 77% dari total peserta. Pelaksanaan pengabdian dirasakan banyak memberikan manfaat bagi ibu balita di posyandu balita dan diharapkan dapat dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan.
Health Misinformation on Social Media: A Review of Management and Innovation Perspectives
Health misinformation on social media has emerged as a significant challenge for global public health, especially during critical periods such as the COVID-19 pandemic. The rapid and wide dissemination of false health information can mislead the public, reduce adherence to medical guidelines, and erode trust in health institutions. This review explores the dynamics of health misinformation through management and innovation lenses, drawing on multidisciplinary literature published between 2018 and 2024. Key themes identified include the prevalence and emotional nature of misinformation, user susceptibility shaped by demographic and cognitive factors, and the psychological mechanisms behind belief formation and resistance to correction. The study also highlights healthcare professionals' role in countering misinformation, their motivational and institutional barriers, and the impact of platform-specific dynamics. Effective mitigation strategies involve a mix of interventions, such as theory-based communication, mobile health applications, digital literacy programs, and AI-driven monitoring systems. Furthermore, emotionally attuned, transparent messaging and community engagement are critical to building public trust. This paper concludes that an integrated, multi-sectoral approach—uniting health professionals, policymakers, tech platforms, and the public—is essential to combating misinformation and fostering health resilience in a digitally connected world
Pengaruh Komposisi Jenis Biji Kopi terhadap Keparahan Diskolorasi Gigi
Coffee can cause discoloration in the hard tissues of teeth due to the presence of chlorogenic acid, which acts as a staining agent. Different types of coffee bean compositions have varying levels of staining agents. This study aims to investigate the influence of coffee bean composition (100% Arabica, 70%-30% Arabica-Robusta blend, 50%-50% Arabica-Robusta blend, and 100% Robusta) on the severity of tooth discoloration. This research is a quasi-experimental study with a pre-test and post-test control group design to assess the effect of coffee immersion on tooth color change (ΔE). The study involved 24 human premolar tooth samples divided into four treatment groups. Before treatment, the color of the samples was measured (pre-test data), and then the samples were immersed in a coffee solution for 48 hours. After immersion, the color of the samples was measured again (post-test data). Paired t-tests were conducted to determine the significance of differences between pre-test and post-test treatment. Subsequently, Kruskal-Wallis tests were performed to assess the significance of differences among the four treatment groups. Paired t-tests for all groups showed significant results (p < 0.05). Kruskal-Wallis tests indicated a significant difference among the four treatment groups (p < 0.05), with the highest tooth color change (ΔE) observed in the 100% Robusta coffee treatment group and the lowest color change in the 100% Arabica coffee treatment group. The composition of coffee bean types has an impact on the severity of tooth discoloration.Kopi dapat menyebabkan diskolorasi pada jaringan keras gigi karena kandungan asam klorogenat yang berperan sebagai zat noda. Jenis-jenis komposisi biji kopi memiliki kandungan zat noda yang berbeda-beda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komposisi biji kopi (komposisi biji Arabika 100%, campuran Arabika-Robusta 70%-30%, campuran Arabika-Robusta 50%-50%, dan Robusta 100%) terhadap keparahan diskolorasi pada gigi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian quasi-experimental dengan rancangan pre-test dan post-test control group untuk mengetahui pengaruh perendaman kopi terhadap perubahan warna gigi (ΔE). Penelitian dilakukan pada 24 sampel gigi premolar manusia yang terbagi kedalam 4 kelompok perlakuan. Sebelum dilakukan perlakuan, sampel diukur warnanya (data pre-test), kemudian sampel direndam dalam larutan kopi selama 96 jam. Setelah dilakukan perendaman, sampel diukur warnanya kembali (data post-test). Uji statistik dilakukan menggunakan uji T berpasangan untuk mengetahui signifikansi perbedaan pre-test dan post-test perlakuan. Selanjutnya, uji Kruskal-Wallis dilakukan untuk mengetahui signifikansi perbedaan antara 4 kelompok perlakuan. Uji-T berpasangan pada semua kelompok menunjukan hasil signifikan (p< 0,05). Uji Kruskal-Wallis menunjukan perbedaan yang signifikan antara 4 kelompok perlakuan (p<0,05) dengan perubahan warna (ΔE) gigi tertinggi dijumpai pada kelompok perlakuan kopi Robusta 100% dan perubahan warna terendah dijumpai pada kelompok perlakuan kopi Arabika 100%.Terdapat pengaruh komposisi jenis biji kopi terhadap keparahan diskolorasi gigi
Usia Perkawinan dan Perlindungan Hak Perempuan dalam Perspektif Socio – Legal (Studi Pelaku Perkawinan di Bawah Umur di Kecamatan Tembalang Kota Semarang)
Objective: This study aims to analyze the regulation of the minimum age of marriage in Indonesia, its implications for the protection of women’s rights, and the strategies to prevent child marriage from a socio-legal perspective.Methodology/Approach/Design: This research employs a socio-legal approach with a descriptive-analytical specification. The study utilizes both primary and secondary data obtained through document analysis and field research. The data were analyzed qualitatively to assess the conformity between legal norms and their implementation within society.Results and Discussion: The findings indicate that the minimum age of marriage has been clearly regulated under Indonesian legislation; however, its implementation remains significantly influenced by social and cultural factors. Child marriage has serious implications for the protection of women’s and children’s rights, including the loss of access to education, health, and gender equality. In the Sendangmulyo community, public awareness regarding the minimum legal age of marriage has gradually improved, as reflected in the declining incidence of underage marriage. Nevertheless, persistent challenges include the limited availability of educational policies concerning women’s rights protection, insufficient inter-agency coordination among governmental institutions, and inadequate public understanding of the long-term consequences of early marriage.Practical Implications: This study underscores the necessity of strengthening preventive strategies through legal awareness campaigns, improved access to education, and stricter oversight in granting marriage dispensations, in order to ensure the effective and sustainable protection of women’s rights
Implikasi Kebijakan Normalisasi Kanal Banjir Timur Terhadap Kesejahteraan Masyarakat (Studi Relokasi di Kampung Nelayan Tambakrejo)
Objective: This study examines the public policy of the Normalization of the East Flood Canal (Kanal Banjir Timur) in Semarang, with particular attention to its implications for the welfare of the fishing community in Tambakrejo. The research addresses two principal questions: (1) how the normative framework of the East Flood Canal normalization policy is constructed; and (2) how the policy’s implementation generates socio-legal dynamics and challenges within the affected community.Methodology/Approach/Design: The study employs a socio-legal approach, integrating normative analysis of regulatory frameworks with empirical field research conducted in Kampung Nelayan Tambakrejo. The theoretical framework draws upon social theories of justice and the concept of law as a tool of social engineering to evaluate the relationship between policy design and its social impact.Results and Discussion: The findings indicate that the normative framework of the East Flood Canal normalization policy, from its formulation to its implementation, has not optimally accommodated public participation or community aspirations. Furthermore, the implementation process has insufficiently accounted for the socio-economic welfare of the local fishing community, thereby generating tensions between regulatory objectives and social justice considerations.Practical Implications: The study underscores the necessity of embedding principles of justice, participation, and social benefit in both the formulation and implementation of public policies, particularly those directly affecting vulnerable communities, in order to ensure that development initiatives function as instruments of equitable social transformation

Good faith is a value that becomes a benchmark in determining whether a contract is feasible or not to be implemented. Good faith is a filter based on morality and propriety for the existence of a contract, after the contract is declared to have been valid under the terms of the legal contract as stipulated in Article 1320 Civil Code. Standard contracts are contracts that tend to be unilateral and tend to violate the principle of freedom of contract. Effectiveness of Reducing Greenhouse Gases (CO2, CH4, and N2O) in Motorized Vehicle to Train Modes
Greenhouse gases, which contribute to the greenhouse effect, are present in the atmosphere, with the increasing number of vehicles directly impacting the emission of greenhouse gases such as CO2, CH4, and N2O. Transportation activities significantly influence the concentration of greenhouse gases in the air. This study seeks to assess the potential reduction in greenhouse gas emissions (CO2, CH4, and N2O) by transitioning from motorized vehicles to mass rail transportation and to forecast the resulting reduction in greenhouse gas emissions for the upcoming year. The study involved modelling train travel to estimate the greenhouse gas emissions associated with local train routes. Surveys were distributed to potential local train passengers in Operational Area VIII Surabaya, specifically at Gubeng Station. Surabaya, the second-largest city in Indonesia, serves as a metropolitan centre for government, trade, industry, business, education, and tourism. The 2030 projection estimated the CO2e value at 19,633,418 tonnes, reflecting a mere 12.65% increase from the baseline year. Greenhouse gas emissions modelling relied on manual data processing using the basic Tier-1 formula. The modelled greenhouse gas emissions for four local train routes in Daop VIII Surabaya displayed significant emissions, with the CO2e amounting to 297,183 kg for the Commuter Train, 852.15 kg for the Penataran Train, 936,964 kg for the KRD, and 827,561 kg for the Dhoho Railway
