PENGARUH DIUNDANGKANNYA UNDANG UNDANG NOMOR 2 TAHUN 1960 TENTANG PERJANJIAN BAGI HASIL TERHADAP PELAKSANAAN BAGI HASIL TANAH PERTANIAN DI DESA NANGGULAN KECAMATAN CAWAS KABUPATEN KLATEN
The enactment of Law number 2 year 1960 on Production Sharing Agreement does not affect the implementation of agricultural product sharing in Nanggulan Village, Kecamatan Cawas, KlatenDistricts. Indonesia whose majority of the population as farmers, but not all have their own farmland. So it is possible to establish a working relationship between the landowner and the farm workers. In order to protect vulnerable farm workers from being treated unfairly, the Government issued Law number 2 year 1960 on Production Sharing Agreement. In fact, the implementation of the agreement for the production of agricultural land in Nanggulan Village still uses the customary law, orally, the term of the agreement and the amount of the balance depending on the agreement of the landowner and farm workers.While the factors that led to the agricultural product sharing that still use customary law, is in addition to the lack of public knowledge of Law Number 2 year 1960, also the strength of the principle of trust, and please help the lives of local communities.Key words: Production Sharing Agreement, Farmlan

The legitimacy of marriage always refers to two laws, religious law and state law. The emphasis on religious law brings consequences to the ban on marriage that is done outside of religious law. Recording of marriage as a manifestation of state law carries the implication that the marriage recording agency only serves to record a marriage when marriage has been committed under religious law. Forerunners of the Study and Analysis of the Basics of the Typology of Buildings and Elements of Landscape Architecture of Modern Wellness Centers
The research is dedicated to exploring the impact of landscape architecture on the quality of healthcare in modern wellness centers. The goal of the study was to conduct a literature review on the history of landscape architecture in medical facilities, analyze the findings of a study carried out at a sanatorium in Samarkand, Uzbekistan, and develop recommendations for establishing a favorable landscape architecture environment in healthcare settings. The analysis methods employed both qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research results demonstrated that landscape architecture has a positive influence on the quality of healthcare, contributing to patient relaxation and recovery, as well as enhancing the effectiveness of medical personnel. The authors' conclusions underscore the significance of landscape architecture in healthcare facilities and suggest that the development of new landscape architecture projects could substantially enhance the quality of healthcare by providing more comfortable conditions for patients and medical staff
Pendugaan Daerah Tangkapan Ikan Pelagis Kecil di Perairan Pesisir Utara Jawa Tengah Berdasarkan Paremater Lingkungan Laut
The North Coast of Central Java is one of the potential areas for small pelagic fisheries. Estimation of fishing areas can be facilitated by utilizing geographic information technology (GIS) in determining potential fishing areas. This study aims to determine potential areas for small pelagic fishing based on sea surface temperature (SST), chlorophyll-a, and current variables. The study was conducted in the North Coast of Central Java using data throughout 2023. This study uses spatial modeling techniques. Sea surface temperature (SST) and chlorophyll-a were obtained from Aqua MODIS imagery, while current data was obtained from AVISO. Catch data is secondary data obtained from the Pekalongan Nusantara Fisheries Port. The results of the study showed that the average value of sea surface temperature ranged from 28.34-30.73⁰C, the value of chlorophyll-a concentration ranged from 0.33-0.76 mg/m³, and the current speed ranged from 0.14-0.28 m/s indicating that sea surface temperature (SST), chlorophyll-a, and currents affect the determination of small pelagic fish catch areas. The regression correlation analysis showed a positive regression correlation result for sea surface temperature and fish catches, conversely chlorophyll-a and current speed were negatively correlated with small pelagic fish catches. The potential areas for small pelagic fishing in the North Waters of Central Java in 2023 showed a varied distribution in each season. The area with the highest frequency of distribution of small pelagic fishing areas occurred in the transition season I, while the East season showed fewer fishing areas. Perairan Pantai Utara Jawa Tengah merupakan salah satu wilayah potensi perikanan tangkap ikan pelagis kecil. Pendugaan daerah penangkapan ikan dapat dipermudah dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi geografis (SIG) dalam menentukan daerah penangkapan ikan yang potensial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan daerah potensi penangkapan ikan pelagis kecil berdasarkan variabel suhu permukaan laut (SPL), klorofil-a, dan arus. Penelitian dilakukan di Perairan Pantai Utara Jawa Tengah menggunakan data sepanjang tahun 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pemodelan spasial. Suhu permukaan laut (SPL) dan klorofil-a diperoleh dari citra Aqua MODIS, sedangkan data arus diperoleh dari AVISO. Data hasil tangkapan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara Pekalongan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata suhu permukaan laut berkisar antara 28,34-30,73⁰C, nilai konsentrasi klorofil-a berkisar antara 0,33-0,76 mg/m³, dan kecepatan arus berkisar antara 0,14-0,28 m/s menunjukkan bahwa suhu permukaan laut (SPL), klorofil-a, dan arus berpengaruh terhadap penentuan daerah tangkapan ikan pelagis kecil. Analisis korelasi regresi menunjukkan hasil korelasi regresi positif terhadap suhu permukaan laut dan hasil tangkapan ikan, sebaliknya klorofil-a dan kecepatan arus berkorelasi negatif terhadap hasil tangkapan ikan pelagis kecil. Daerah potensi penangkapan ikan pelagis kecil di Perairan Utara Jawa Tengah pada tahun 2023 menunjukkan distribusi yang variatif di setiap musim. Daerah dengan frekuensi distribusi daerah penangkapan ikan pelagis kecil terbanyak terjadi pada musim peralihan I, sedangkan pada musim Timur menunjukkan daerah tangkapan yang lebih sedikit
Spatial Distribution and Gastropod Associations Based on Tawiri and Tanjung Tiram Mangrove Habitat in Ambon, Maluku, Indonesia
Ambon Island is an area that has the potential for a mangrove ecosystem. Ambon Island has a unique bay covered with mangroves. When viewed from the topography, Ambon Bay is divided into Outer Ambon Bay and Inner Ambon Bay, which are separated by a narrow and shallow threshold. Tawiri has five species of mangroves, and Tanjung Tiram has three species of mangroves. The density of mangroves as the main constituent of the ecosystem greatly influences the existence of associated biota, namely gastropods themselves. Gastropods have an important role in the food chain cycle in the mangrove ecosystem. This research was conducted in August–September 2023 in the Tawiri (Outer Ambon Bay) and Tanjung Tiram (Inner Ambon Bay) mangrove areas. Data collection for gastropods and mangrove ecosystems used quadrat transects, while for organic materials they used sediment cores. The association between gastropods and mangroves was analyzed using correspondence analysis (CA). The research results show that Tawiri has seven families and 10 species of gastropods. Tanjung Tiram has 3 families and 5 species of gastropods. Gastropod species at both study locations were divided into three different size classes for each location. Gastropods at each research location were found to be closely associated with mangroves because mangroves provide sufficient food sources for gastropod life. The results of this research can be useful for providing the latest data regarding the distribution of gastropods and mangroves in Tawiri and Tanjung Tiram
Pengaruh ENSO Dan IOD Terhadap Suhu Permukaan Laut di Perairan Pulau Enggano
Enggano Island, located in the Indonesia Ocean, about 178 km away south-west from Bengkulu city, experiences Sea Surface Temperature (SST) variability that may be influenced by global climate phenomena such as the El Niño Southern Oscillation (ENSO) and the Indian Ocean Dipole (IOD). This study aims to analyze the influence of ENSO and IOD on SST surrounding Enggano Island using monthly and annual data during the period 1993-2023. The research was carried out descriptively-analytically including temporal patterns of SPL, seasonal anomalies, and correlations between SPL and the NINO 3.4 index and Dipole Mode Index (DMI). The results showed a significant relationship between ENSO and SPL, where El Niño causes an increasing in SST, while La Niña decreases it with a moderate positive correlation (r = 0.5, p = 0.0042). IOD also affects SST with a weaker positive correlation (r = 0.352, p = 0.0523), where positive phases of IOD could increase SST at the region. Seasonally, the highest SST yearly occurred in March-May and the lowest in June-August. In addition, an increasing SST of 0.5°C can be found over the past 31 years, which may contribute to sea level rise with trend of 4.6-4.7 mm/year, higher than the global average. This research emphasizes the importance of understanding the complex interactions between ENSO, IOD and SPL, which impact oceanographic dynamics and coastal ecosystem management. Pulau Enggano yang terletak di Samudera Indonesia, sekitar 178 km arah barat daya dari kota Bengkulu, mengalami variabilitas Suhu Permukaan Laut (SPL) yang dapat dipengaruhi oleh fenomena iklim global seperti El Nino Southern Oscillation (ENSO) dan Indian Ocean Dipole (IOD). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ENSO dan IOD terhadap SPL di sekitar Pulau Enggano dengan menggunakan data bulanan dan tahunan selama periode 1993-2023. Penelitian dilakukan secara deskriptif-analitik meliputi pola temporal SPL, anomali musiman, dan korelasi antara SPL dengan indeks NINO 3.4 dan Dipole Mode Index (DMI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara ENSO dan SPL, dimana El Nino menyebabkan peningkatan SST, sedangkan La Nina menurunkannya dengan korelasi positif sedang (r = 0.5, p = 0.0042). IOD juga mempengaruhi SST dengan korelasi positif yang lebih lemah (r = 0.352, p = 0.0523), di mana fase positif IOD dapat meningkatkan SST di wilayah tersebut. Secara musiman, SST tertinggi tahunan terjadi pada bulan Maret-Mei dan terendah pada bulan Juni-Agustus. Selain itu, peningkatan SST sebesar 0,5°C dapat ditemukan selama 31 tahun terakhir, yang dapat berkontribusi pada kenaikan permukaan laut dengan tren 4,6-4,7 mm/tahun, lebih tinggi dari rata-rata global. Analisis Sentimen: Pengaruh Kampanye Media Sosial Pasangan Cagub Jawa Tengah dalam Mempengaruhi Pemilih Gen Z
Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kampanye media sosial pasangan calon gubernur Jawa Tengah terhadap pemilih Gen Z, menggunakan metode analisis sentimen. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi dan tingginya penggunaan media sosial di kalangan Gen Z, kampanye politik melalui platform digital menjadi salah satu strategi penting dalam menarik dukungan. Analisis sentimen dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi sentimen positif, negatif, dan netral yang muncul dari tanggapan pemilih terhadap konten kampanye yang disebarkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kampanye media sosial yang efektif dapat mempengaruhi persepsi dan keputusan pemilih Gen Z, dengan sentimen positif yang cenderung meningkatkan tingkat dukungan. Sebaliknya, sentimen negatif dapat mengurangi dukungan pemilih. Tulisan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi strategi kampanye digital dalam menarik perhatian pemilih muda, terutama Gen Z, yang lebih aktif dan kritis dalam menanggapi informasi politik di media sosial
Perbandingan Metode Sampling Secara Aktif dan Pasif pada Penentuan Jumlah Bakteri Udara di Lingkungan Kerja
Kualitas udara di dalam ruangan dipengaruhi oleh zat-zat pencemar seperti bahan kimia, pencemaran biologi, suhu ruangan yang terlalu panas atau dingin, kelembaban yang terlalu rendah atau tinggi. Zat pencemar biologi adalah mikroorganisme yaitu bakteri, jamur, dan spora yang berada dalam ruangan tersebut. Pengambilan sampel mikrobiologi di udara dapat dilakukan secara pasif dan aktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan penggunaan metode pengambilan sampel secara pasif dan aktif terhadap jumlah bakteri udara di tempat kerja, dengan menggunakan sieve impactor dengan indikator jumlah angka kuman. Metode penelitian adalah cross sectional dengan jumlah titik sampel sebanyak 41 titik. Data diolah dengan uji Mann-Whitney karena data terdistribusi tidak normal dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah bakteri yang didapatkan dengan metode pengambilan sampel secara pasif lebih banyak daripada jumlah bakteri secara aktif. Dari hasil uji Mann-Whitney didapatkan hasil ada perbedaan signifikan jumlah bakteri ruangan yang didapatkan dengan metode pengambilan sampel secara aktif dan secara pasif dengan hasil sig (2-tailed) =0,000 (p < 0,05). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah ada perbedaan penggunaan metode pengambilan sampel secara pasif dan aktif terhadap jumlah bakteri udara di tempat kerja.Kata kunci : bakteri udara, metode, pengambilan sampe
Peningkatan Pengetahuan tentang Makanan Jajanan Sehat dan Bergizi pada Siswa MI Al-Asror Gunungpati, Semarang
Angka kasus Kejadian Luar Biasa keracunan pangan pada golongan usia Sekolah Dasar di Indonesia masih cukup tinggi. Hal tersebut dikarenakan minimnya pengetahuan anak sekolah tentang makanan jajanan sehat dan bergizi. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilaksanakan pada hari Selasa, 3 September 2024 ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang makanan jajanan sehat dan bergizi pada 32 orang siswa kelas V di MI Al-Asror Gunungpati Kota Semarang. Program ini dibagi menjadi tiga tahap, yaitu tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pada tahap persiapan, tim pengabdi membuat perencanaan program. Pada tahap pelaksanaan, tim pengabdi memberikan soal pre-test dan dilanjutkan dengan kegiatan penyuluhan pada siswa. Hasil pre-test menunjukkan tingkat pengetahuan siswa tentang makanan jajanan sehat dan bergizi adalah sebanyak 12,5% masuk kategori baik; 34,4% kategori sedang; dan 53,1% kategori kurang. Metode penyuluhan yang digunakan adalah ceramah dan diskusi, dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran yang menarik. Pada tahap evaluasi, tim pengabdi memberikan soal post-test dan melakukan diskusi dengan semua pihak yang terlibat guna mengidentifikasi keunggulan dan kelemahan program. Hasil post-test menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan siswa MI Al-Asror tentang makanan jajanan sehat dan bergizi sehingga 93,8% masuk kategori baik; 6,2% kategori sedang; dan 0% kategori kurang
Regional Development Strategies in New Growth Center Around Barsela Special Economic Zone (SEZ), Southwest Aceh Regency
Aceh Province has significant regional disparities, especially in the Southwest (Barsela). However, this region is strategically located, prompting the government to develop a strategic area that is the Barsela Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Southwest Aceh Regency, which is located in Babahrot District, with Kuala Batee District as the closest hinterland. These two districts have the highest poverty rates in the regency, making the SEZ a potential catalyst for new growth center. This study aims to determine priority villages as new growth centers and regional development strategies using scalogram, gravity, network analysis, AHP-TOPSIS, and SWOT methods. Scalogram analysis shows that most villages around the Barsela SEZ have low regional development, with 54% in Hierarchy III, 29% in Hierarchy II, and 17% in Hierarchy I. Gravity analysis indicates low to moderate regional interactions, with NTIAD below 4,000,000 interaction units. Road network centrality is also generally low, with only four villages classified as high, based on Degree Centrality (0.31), Closeness Centrality (0.26), and Betweenness Centrality (0.43). Based on AHP-TOPSIS, Pante Rakyat Village is prioritized as a new growth center due to its high regional development, strong attractiveness, and good spatial centrality. The main development strategy is the Turnaround Strategy, which focuses on utilizing opportunities and addressing weaknesses. This research is expected to support spatial planning around the Barsela SEZ and contribute to Southwest Aceh Regency and Aceh Province government policies
