This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Sei Lumut Village, North Sumatra Province, with a focus on its impact on community welfare, obstacles faced in program implementation, and social inequality that arises among the community. In addition, this study also aims to identify strategies that can be used to optimize the effectiveness of the PKH program in reducing social inequality in the village. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies. The research findings show that the social inequality that is created is not only caused by miscommunication, but also by the lack of mechanisms that allow for adjustments to the socio-economic status of recipients of the Family Hope Program assistance. Irregular data updates exacerbate this gap, while unclear communication causes confusion among beneficiaries. This study contributes to understanding how better data management and communication can improve the effectiveness of PKH and reduce social inequality in the community. Therefore, aid management must improve the data management system and strengthen coordination between stakeholders, as well as improve socialization to aid recipients to be more effectiv
The Impact of Digital Media Use on Muslim Entrepreneurs\u27 Intention to Apply for Halal Certificate: Empirical Evidence from Indonesia
The Indonesian government is striving to encourage Muslim entrepreneurs to obtain halal certification for all products produced, imported, and sold within Indonesia. Digital media has emerged as a viable solution to enhance the convenience and practicality of Muslim entrepreneurs in applying for halal certification. This study aims to examine factors that influence Muslim entrepreneurs\u27 halal certification applications through digital media, using the DeLone and McLean and the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) models. This quantitative study analyses 350 Indonesian Muslim entrepreneurs using partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). Researchers obtain data using non-probability sampling approaches. The results of the study indicate that the constructs of performance expectancy (PE), effort expectancy (EE), social influence (SI), and service quality (SEQ) have a positive and significant effect on intention (INT). In addition, the facilitating condition (FC) has a positive influence on INT but is not significant. While the constructs of system quality (SYQ) and information quality (IQ) have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction (US), the correlation of the two constructs to INT is not significant. Therefore, it can be concluded that PE, EE, and SI are the key driving factors for Muslim entrepreneurs in using digital media to apply for halal certification. According to the results, developing user-friendly features and technology systems is highly recommended. Pre- and post-submission service quality must be improved. Therefore, halal process assistance officers (PPH) are proposed to support Indonesian Muslim entrepreneurs
ANALYSIS OF MACROECONOMIC EFFECT ON JAKARTA ISLAMIC INDEX
This study aims to analyze the impact of inflation, gold prices, and exchange rates on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) stock price index during 2013-2023. The background of this research is based on the importance of understanding macroeconomic factors that affect the movement of stock indices, especially the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). As one of Indonesia\u27s leading Sharia stock indices, JII is a reference for investors in determining investment decisions per Sharia principles. Using a descriptive-verificative method with a quantitative approach, the study utilized secondary data from 30 companies listed in the JII and analyzed it with Eviews9. The results indicate that, simultaneously, inflation, gold prices, and exchange rates significantly influence the JII stock price index by 93.35%, while the remaining 6.65% is affected by other factors outside the model. Partially, inflation and gold prices have a significant effect, whereas exchange rates do not significantly impact the JII stock price index. These findings confirm that macroeconomic variables play a crucial role in the movement of the Islamic stock index

Implementasi Kebijakan Penyaluran Bantuan Pemerintah Bagi Pelaku Usaha Mikro Di Kelurahan Pasirwangi Kecamatan Ujungberung Kota Bandung
The implementation of the Micro Business Productive Assistance (BPUM) policy in Pasirwangi Village, Ujungberung District, Bandung City faces various challenges that hinder its effectiveness. This study aims to analyze the main causes that impact the implementation of the policy, especially in terms of communication, resources, implementer disposition, and bureaucratic structure. Using a qualitative approach and case study method, data were collected through observation and interviews with government officials and BPUM recipients. The results of the study indicate that ineffective communication between the government and beneficiaries causes misinformation and procedural confusion. Limited human resources, especially the lack of competent enumerators, have an impact on the inefficiency of public services. In addition, the less than optimal implementer disposition, such as the low readiness and responsiveness of village officials, further weakens the implementation of the policy. An inconsistent bureaucratic structure, with frequent changes in procedures without adequate coordination, also hinders the distribution of assistance. To improve the effectiveness of BPUM, this study recommends standardization of operational procedures, improvement of coordination mechanisms, and utilization of digital technology in administration and policy transparency. Strengthening the capacity of the apparatus through continuous training and the establishment of a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation system is also an important step. It is hoped that this effort can increase policy efficiency, support the recovery of micro businesses, and improve community welfare in a sustainable manner

A company\u27s strategy to accelerate marketing reach and introduce new businesses to consumers can be implemented through a stock acquisition scheme, as demonstrated by TikTok\u27s acquisition of 75% of Tokopedia\u27s shares. The research method used is normative juridical, with a legal and regulatory approach related to acquisitions and anti-monopoly laws, as well as a case study approach to relevant regulations. The findings of this study indicate that the acquisition of TikTok Shop over Tokopedia, along with the trade policies implemented, has a strong potential to result in monopolistic practices based on the per se illegal approach

Improve of Multiobjective Model on the Classification Problem of Food Consumption Levels in Indonesia
Classification is the process of grouping objects based on similarities and differences. In this article, a multi-objective classification model is developed with three objective functions, namely the function that maximizes the values of accuracy, sensitivity and specificity. The developed model is applied to the problem of classifying meat, egg and fish consumption levels. The classification method used is K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) with three objective functions and the addition of the GridSearchCV module to the KNN calculation. Completion of the multiobjective model using the weighting method and Particle Swam Optimization (PSO). Based on the data, with objective function weights of 1, 2 and 3 respectively being 0.7, 0.15 and 0.15, the results obtained for Rural Areas Meat, Fish and Egg Attributes of the model performance are in good criteria. for Urban Areas Attributes of Meat, Fish and Eggs the model\u27s performance in the criteria is very good. Addition of the GridsearchCV module can facilitate the calculation of the KNN method classification because the model will provide the best k value without having to do repeated calculations
