Contextualization of the Tarbawi Hadith on Student Character Education in the Society 5.0 Era
This study investigates the contextualization of Hadits Tarbawi as a framework for character education among students in the era of Society 5.0, where the convergence of artificial intelligence, big data, and hyperconnectivity reshapes educational paradigms. The study aims to critically examine how prophetic values particularly honesty, responsibility, emotional regulation, and moral exemplarity can be meaningfully implemented in a digitized learning environment to form spiritually grounded and emotionally resilient individuals. Using a descriptive-qualitative approach and content analysis methodology, the research draws on classical Islamic texts, empirical studies, and interdisciplinary theories on technology and pedagogy. Findings show that the integration of Hadits Tarbawi with digital tools such as Brain Emotional Learning Controllers (BELC), AI-based emotion detection systems, and technology-rich learning environments significantly enhances students\u27 moral cognition and emotional intelligence. Moreover, spiritual practices such as habitual prayer, self-reflection, and prophetic storytelling remain indispensable in anchoring values amidst the noise of digital culture. The study concludes that a hybrid educational model combining Islamic prophetic pedagogy and adaptive digital strategies offers a viable and ethically sound solution to address moral degradation and identity crises among Muslim youth. Theoretically, the research contributes to the field of Islamic education by reaffirming the relevance of Hadits Tarbawi in modern pedagogy. Practically, it provides an innovative model for character education that leverages technological advancement without compromising spiritual depth. This hybrid model aligns with global trends in spiritual-tech integration, promoting an educational ethos that is human-centered, value-driven, and future-oriented

Integrating the Maqasid Shariah and Green Constitution Approaches in Addressing Illegal Investment: An Analysis of the Dynamics of National Legal Reform
This study examines the integration of Maqashid Shariah and the Green Constitution as a conceptual framework for reforming Indonesia’s legal system in response to the growing threat of illicit investment. Utilizing a normative-juridical approach and a descriptive qualitative method, the research is based on primary sources including statutory regulations and constitutional provisions, as well as secondary materials such as Islamic jurisprudence, academic journals, and legal documents. The findings demonstrate that reactive legal enforcement alone is insufficient to combat the complexity of investment-related fraud. The principle of ḥifẓ al-māl in Maqashid Shariah highlights the ethical imperative to protect wealth proactively, advocating for transparency, equity, and distributive justice in financial regulation. Simultaneously, the Green Constitution anchors environmental sustainability and social justice as constitutional obligations, emphasizing the role of law in safeguarding both present and future generations from systemic economic harm. Together, these two frameworks form a transdisciplinary legal model that transcends legal formalism by incorporating moral, spiritual, and ecological values into investment governance. The study concludes that national legal reform must adopt an integrative approach to ensure not only legal certainty, but also ethical legitimacy and sustainable public welfare. This conceptual synthesis contributes to the evolving global discourse on ethical finance and constitutional justice, offering practical recommendations for policymakers, academics, and regulatory institutions in developing fair and preventive investment laws
Rationalization of the Search for God in the Story of Prophet Moses AS: An Analysis of the Qur\u27anic Story
This study aims to analyze the story of the Prophet Moses (AS) in the Qur\u27an as an attempt to rationalize the search for God, emphasizing the story\u27s relevance to contemporary religious understanding. The research method employed is a qualitative study with a library approach, utilising thematic analysis of verses from the Qur\u27an that recount the spiritual journey of Prophet Moses (AS). Data were collected from primary sources in the form of the Qur\u27anic text and secondary literature in the form of classical and modern interpretations, then analyzed descriptively and analytically. The results of the study indicate that the story of the Prophet Moses (AS) not only presents a historical narrative, but also contains rational, spiritual, and ethical dimensions that emphasize the role of reason and experience in finding God. These findings confirm that the Qur\u27anic story can serve as a model for faith education that is both argumentative and reflective, with practical applications. The implication of this study is the need to develop the study of the Qur\u27anic story as a contextual method of religious learning, especially to strengthen moderate religious literacy in the modern era. The originality of this study lies in the focus of its analysis, which places the story of the Prophet Moses (AS) not merely as a prophetic history, but as a rationalization of the search for God that is actual and relevant for today\u27s readers

This research attempts to resolve the Rohingya conflict in three stages. The first since the Myanmar government discriminated against its people. Second after the Rohingya people tried to seek protection by fleeing to other countries. Third, when the Rohingya entered Indonesia and saw how the Indonesian government responded in efforts to mediate with Myanmar. The aim is to specifically look at the Indonesian government’s strategy by using cosmopolitan theory in viewing Indonesia’s existence in the international arena. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature study research design that utilizes both physical and non-physical information. This research uses cosmopolitan theory in looking at the phenomena that occur. The ethnic conflict in Myanmar is a historical conflict, which has never been resolved and has entered the humanitarian crisis stage. The humanitarian crisis experienced by the Rohingya ethnic group in Myanmar, which was triggered by systematic and prolonged discrimination, has led to a mass exodus to neighboring countries with dire conditions. Because of its application to other countries, all countries or international organizations are trying to find a way out of this problem
Neglected Financial Inclusion: A Study of the Financing Disparity of Ultra-Micro Enterprises in Indonesia
The ultra-micro business sector, dominated by street vendors, daily traders, and itinerant traders, faces limited access to financing from formal financial institutions (LKF), especially for needs below IDR 3,000,000. This study aims to analyze the obstacles faced by ultra-micro business actors in accessing formal financing. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with business actors and LKF representatives. The results of the study show that LKF has not optimally reached this segment due to regulatory and internal bureaucratic constraints. As a result, business actors turn to Informal moneylenders who offer high-interest loans, which actually increases the burden and worsens the inequality of financial access. This study emphasizes the importance of redesigning financial inclusion policies to be more adaptive, and fair in responding to the needs of ultra-micro business actors

Resepsi Al-Qur’an di Media Sosial (Studi atas Pengamalan QS. Yāsīn [36]: 82 di TikTok)
Social media has transformed the way society interacts with religious texts, including the Qur\u27an. This study aims to uncover an intriguing phenomenon regarding the reception and practice of QS. Yāsīn [36]: 82 among TikTok users, particularly in relation to its use as a means of attracting affection. The study employs a \u27living Qur\u27an\u27 approach using qualitative methods through TikTok content observation, in-depth interviews with five informants, and document analysis. The findings reveal a significant gap between the interpretations of classical and contemporary scholars and those of TikTok users. While traditional exegetes interpret this verse as an affirmation of God\u27s omnipotence in creation, some TikTok users view it as a formula to attract love, fulfill desires, or even as a tool for revenge. The transmission of such understanding occurs through spiritual networks rooted in Sufi teachings which then undergo a transformation in meaning and practice as they spread through social media
