Moral and Religious Values in the Animated Stories of the Prophets for Early Childhood on Youtube Channel
No full textEarly childhood (0-6 years) is in the golden age of development, where they are very responsive to the environment. At this stage, children are in preconventional moral reasoning and absorb information very easily. The inculcation of moral and religious values is very important at this age and can be done through a variety of media, including animated films. This study aims to explore and analyze animated content on YouTube, especially the stories of the Prophets, to assess its effectiveness in instilling moral and religious values in early childhood. This research uses an analytical descriptive methodology with a qualitative approach, through observation and documentation of content from the KABI-The Story of the Prophet\u27s Example YouTube channel. YouTube as a popular platform offers easy access to educational content that can support children\u27s development if accompanied by parental supervision. This channel presents inspirational stories that contain moral and religious values. The results of the study show that the animated content is effective in instilling Islamic religious and moral values in early childhood, helping them develop moral principles and religious understanding from an early age. This study emphasizes the importance of wise use of digital media to support early childhood education
Nature\u27s Classroom: Enhancing Student Literacy Skills through Immersive Learning Experiences
Get PDFNature school is an educational institution that implements a learning model by nature. This learning model combines exploration and theory to provide balanced skills. This study aims to analyze the efforts to improve student literacy and identify the obstacles faced in its implementation at Nature School (Sekolah Alam) of Bandung. This research specifically discusses the effectiveness of literacy activities in the learning model with nature. The research approach used is a qualitative approach with a case study type. The results show that literacy activities in the nature learning model help improve students reading and writing skills. Each level has different achievements, but with the same process, including reading literature to gain initial knowledge, exploration of the surrounding environment to broaden horizons, and application of the results of reading and exploration into writing. The obstacles in this process include differences in student abilities, where there are students who read quickly and slowly, as well as difficulties in communicating what has been read and vice versa.
Contribution: This study highlights the innovative integration of nature-based learning with literacy development, demonstrating that engaging students in their environment can significantly enhance their reading and writing skills

Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the role of inclusive and participatory leadership in increasing community engagement in village development. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this research examines the leadership style of village heads in Citengah Village and its impact on public participation. Data collection was conducted through interviews, observations, and document analysis, which were then processed using qualitative data reduction, presentation, and verification techniques. The findings indicate that community participation in decision-making and development implementation remains low due to ineffective government communication, limited public awareness, and bureaucratic constraints. The passive role of the community has resulted in weak ownership of development programs, reducing their effectiveness and sustainability. The research highlights that village heads who apply adaptive and participatory leadership can create a more conducive environment for active community involvement. Open dialogue, collaboration with the Village Consultative Body (BPD), and inclusive policy-making processes enhance transparency and accountability in village governance. Additionally, technology-based communication strategies, such as social media platforms and digital community forums, improve public access to information and allow broader participation. Strengthening digital literacy and community education on development policies also plays a crucial role in fostering awareness and engagement. This study concludes that enhancing the leadership capacity of village heads in communication, transparency, and digital integration is essential for building more democratic and participatory governance. Implementing these strategies is expected to lead to more effective, inclusive, and sustainable village development that aligns with the needs and aspirations of the community
Implementation of Islamic Communication Principles in Antiretroviral Adherence Counseling for Human Immunodeficiency Virus and Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome Patients
Get PDFThis study explores the role of Islamic communication principles in enhancing antiretroviral therapy (ART) adherence among HIV/AIDS patients at West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Hospital (NTB), Indonesia, focusing on culturally sensitive counselling techniques. Using a qualitative case study approach, the research involved in-depth interviews and observations with three HIV/AIDS counsellors (K1, K2, and K3) and three patients (P1, P2, and P3) with a history of ART discontinuation. Data were collected through interviews, observations of counselling sessions, and secondary documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings revealed that counsellors (K1, K2, and K3) employed ethical and empathetic communication principles, aligning with the six qaulan (Islamic communication principles): qaulan sadida (truthful speech), qaulan maysura (easy-to-understand speech), qaulan baligha (impactful speech), qaulan ma\u27rufa (kind speech), qaulan karima (respectful speech), and qaulan layyina (gentle speech). Although counsellors were not explicitly aware of these principles, their practices inherently reflected these values, fostering trust, reducing stigma, and improving patient adherence to ART. Patients (P1, P2, and P3) reported feeling respected, supported, and motivated during counselling, strengthening their commitment to lifelong treatment. This study highlights the importance of integrating Islamic communication principles into HIV/AIDS counselling to align with patients\u27 cultural and religious values, particularly in Muslim-majority settings. This approach enhances ART adherence, strengthens patient-counselor relationships, reduces stigma, and promotes better health outcomes. The findings contribute to culturally competent healthcare practices by advocating for patient-centred counselling strategies that incorporate religious and cultural values, ultimately improving adherence and quality of life for people living with HIV/AIDS
Nalar Epistemologi Kamaruddin Amin dalam Konstruksi Metode Kritik Sanad Hadis
Get PDFThis study aims to examine the methodology of hadith sanad criticism according to Kamaruddin Amin which can provide an answer to the question of the authenticity of Prophetic traditions based on historical studies. This study is a qualitative research based on literature review with descriptive and content analysis methods. The study presents Kamaruddin Amin\u27s study in analyzing the hadith of fasting by elaborating the methods of hadith sanad criticism of Muslim and Western scholars. The conclusion of this study is to show that the results of the methods of Muslim scholars, Juynboll, and the one applied by Kamaruddin Amin in examining the hadith of fasting are historically different. The point that distinguishes it from the other two methods is the equal placement of the sanad and matan in determining the origin of a hadith. The recommendation for future researchers is to apply Kamaruddin Amin\u27s method in reading the authenticity of other traditions
Dampak Penanganan Kekerasan Seksual dalam Rumah Tangga melalui Hukum Adat Merangin
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dampak penerapan hukum adat terhadap implementasi UU PKDRT 23/2004 yaitu penanganan KDRT di Kabupaten Merangin. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan studi kepustakaan dan lapangan. Teori kebijakan publik oleh Thomas Dye digunakan untuk menganalisis keterkaitan antara kebijakan publik dengan institusi pemerintah dan masyarakat Merangin yang mengakui hukum adat. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan penanganan KDRT melalui hukum adat cenderung merugikan korban karena ketiadaan perspektif perlindungan perempuan, sanksi adat berupa utang adat yang dibebankan kepada pelaku minim efek jera dan mempersulit pemulihan psikis korban. Penanganan KDRT oleh lembaga adat melalui pemberlakuan hukum
adat juga berdampak pada semakin meningkatnya potensi rendah pelaporan dan kemunduran kinerja implementasi UU PKDRT 23/2004 seperti ketiadaan fasilitas kesehatan yang memadai dan terjangkau untuk mempermudah korban mendapatkan bukti tindakan kekerasan seksual. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, penerapan hukum adat berdampak negatif terhadap korban kekerasan seksual dalam rumah tangga, penanganan KDRT yang berkeadilan gender dan kinerja implementasi UU PKDRT 23/2004
Faith in the Digital Age: Analyzing Religious Imagology through the Virtual Sorogan Tradition
Get PDFThis study examines a digital da\u27wah model promoting religious moderation through the yellow book chanting tradition broadcasted via live streaming on YouTube channels, including Al-Bahjah TV, Ngaji Gus Baha Official, and Ulil Abshar Abdalla. Employing a qualitative approach within a critical paradigm, the research analyzes the historical, social, cultural, economic, and political contexts of digital da\u27wah. The sorogan tradition is explored using descriptive-qualitative methods and virtual ethnography to capture online interactions. Data were collected through participant observation, interviews, focus group discussions, and documentary analysis. Findings reveal that these channels effectively strengthen religious knowledge among the younger generation through engaging content and innovative visual communication. The sorogan tradition fosters virtual social relationships at individual and group levels, contributing to a relevant da\u27wah ecosystem in the digital era
Tasawuf dalam Layar Wayang: Mengupas Makna Spiritual Dewa Ruci
Get PDFThis research project aims to analyze the concept of tasawwuf, as presented in the Dewa Ruci puppet story, as a representation of the spiritual journey towards insan kamil (perfect human being). This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical methodology. This research focuses on the concept of Sufism as its formal object, while the material object is the story of Wayang Dewa Ruci, particularly Bima\u27s journey to achieve spiritual enlightenment. This research examines the interconnection between the tenets of Sufism and the narrative structure of wayang stories within the context of Javanese spiritual beliefs. The results demonstrate that the Dewa Ruci narrative reflects the stages of Sufism, namely takhalli (self-purification), tahalli (cultivation of good qualities), and tajalli (inner enlightenment). These stages are also related to the concept of manunggaling kawula Gusti (unity of servant with God) in Javanese mysticism. This study concludes that Wayang Dewa Ruci not only conveys moral and cultural messages, but also contains Sufism teachings that are relevant in the context of kejawen spirituality. It is recommended that further study of Sufism in local culture be undertaken, and that educational and cultural institutions integrate spiritual values in education and artistic preservation
Peran Human Initiative Dalam Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Program Ketahanan Pangan

Maka diperlukan peran penyuluh pertanian agar bisa meningkatkan produktifitas hasil pertanian dan meningkatkan ketahanan pangan masyarakat. Seperti yang dilakukan oleh lembaga Human Initiative yaitu pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui program ketahanan pangan untuk masyarakat kelompok disabilitas Pratama Mandiri di Kota Cimahi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui program, pelaksanaan program, dan hasil dari program ketahanan pangan yang dilakukan oleh lembaga Human Initiative dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat kelompok disabilitas pratama mandiri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa program ketahanan pangan memiliki tiga fokus utama diantaranya manjemen organisasi, pelatihan, dan manajemen keuangan. Pelaksanaan program melalui tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pendampingan, lalu monitoring dan evaluasi.
