nternational Experience and Enlightenment of Border Areas＇ Development and Opening up——On China＇s Border Areas＇ Development and Opening up along the Belt and Roa
No full text我国拥有绵延的陆地边境线,边境地区正成为我国深化与毗邻国家经济合作、推进"一带一路"倡议向纵深方向发展的重点区域。针对世界范围内不同经济发展水平国家之间边境地区的开发开放,本文重点考察了美墨"南—北"型国家、欧盟"北—北"型国家、泰老柬缅"南—南"型国家、新马印"南—北"混合型国家之间边境地区的开发开放,刻画了区域经济一体化进程中边境地区开发开放的背景、主要措施与成效;比较了四类边境开发开放的差别,并得出了一定的经验与启示。结合"一带一路"倡议下我国与周边国家的开发开放合作,提出了四点建议,即加强双边国家政治互信,产业选择应契合双边资源禀赋,基础设施改善与贸易投资便利化并重,以及赋予地方一线政府更大发展自主权。Border areas are becoming the key areas for China＇s deepening cooperation with neighboring countries and countries along the Belt and Road.According to the development and opening up of border areas between countries at different levels of economic development worldwide,this paper focuses on the four types of border areas＇development and opening up which are the＂South-North＂（US-Mexico）,the＂North-North＂（EU）,the＂South-South＂（Thailand-Laos-Cambodia-Myanmar）and the mixed（Singapore-Malaysia-Indonesia）.After portraying the background,main policies and achievements of border development and opening up from the international experience,this paper puts forward four suggestions on China＇s border areas＇development and opening up along the Belt and Road,which are strengthening bilateral political mutual trust,fitting industrial choice with bilateral resource endowment,improving of infrastructure and trade and investment facilitation,and giving the local governments greater autonomies.国家自然科学基金“我国沿边地区开放模式的比较、演进机理与实证研究”(41561027)； 广西政府“广西与东南亚民族研究”人才小高地项目阶段性研究成

North America Research Libraries＇ Support for Campus Entrepreneurship and Its Enlightenment
No full text[目的／意义]调查北美研究图书馆对校园创业支持的总体情况和典型案例，为国内图书馆提供参考和借鉴。[方法／过程]首先构建图书馆支持创业的一般模型，然后采用网站调查法、文献分析法，对多所研究图书馆的创业支持情况进行考察，归纳创业支持的内容与形式等。[结果／结论]目前北美研究图书馆为校园创业提供的支持包括：创业素养教育与信息服务、创业／创客空间与设施、创业拓展活动、微观制度安排等；服务尚有较大提升余地；我国大学图书馆可根据支持模型结合自身实力构建信息平台，开展创业支持服务。
[ Purpose/significance ] The paper aims to probe into the overall situation and classic examples of North American Research Libraries＇ support for campus entrepreneurship, andprovide reference for domestic libraries. [ Meth- od/process] Firstly, ageneral model of library support for entrepreneurship is constructed. Then, the website investigation method and literature analysis method are used to investigate research libraries＇ support for campus entrepreneurship, and the contents and forms of the support are summarized. [ Result/conclusion ] At present, the North American research li- braries＇ support for campus entrepreneurship include： business literacy education and information services, entrepreneur- ial/ maker spaceand facilities, business activities, micro institutional arrangements. There is a big room for improvement of support services. 基于熵权法的我国公共图书馆发展水平评价及其趋势研究
No full text基于1990-2014年的统计数据,应用熵权法确定所选定的16项全国公共图书馆发展指标的权重,进而研究我国公共图书馆的发展水平及其变动趋势。研究结果表明,1990-2014年期间我国公共图书馆综合发展水平的年均增长速度远大于GDP的年均增长速度并呈指数型增长趋势

汉语方位词英译输出与民族文化传递之策略
