New urbanization and hollowing out of countryside: unity, paradox and way out
No full text作为生产力发展的客观趋势,当前我国城镇化建设方兴未艾,其强大的集聚功能吸引大量的农村生产要素流入城镇,农村出现不同程度的空心化现象。农村空心化有效促进了城镇化的发展,但其带来的农业人口流失、农业产业萎缩等也给当前我国新型城镇化建设带来了一系列困局与挑战,继而影响城乡关系的良性互动发展。面对空心化带来的城镇化发展瓶颈,应该转变城镇发展理念,提高城镇发展的综合和进行城乡治理制度创新,并以此为纽带,在夯实农村现实发展能力、克服农村空心化的同时,实现乡村振兴与提高新型城镇化的发展动力,最终实现城乡的良性循环发展。As the objective trend of productivity development, China's urbanization construction is in the ascendant at present. Its powerful agglomeration function attracts a large number of rural production factors to flow into cities and towns, and rural areas appear hollowing out in different degrees. The hollowing out of rural areas effectively promotes the development of urbanization. However, the loss of agricultural population and the shrinking of agricultural industry brought by hollowing out of rural areas also bring a series of difficulties and challenges to the new urbanization construction in China, which then affects the benign interactive development of urban-rural relations.
