    Analisis Proksimat dan Bilangan Yodium Sebagai Kajian Awal Aarang Tempurung Nipah Sebagai Bahan Intermediate Karbon Keras

    ABSTRAKKarbon keras sebagai anoda baterai ion sodium memiliki kapasitas penyimpanan ion sodium yang paling tinggi diantara karbon lunak dan grafit karena struktur ikatan karbonnya paling acak sehingga akan menyediakan ruang lebih luas untuk insersi ion sodium. Material karbon keras dapat diperoleh dari biomassa yang murah dan melimpah ketersediaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan sebagai studi pendahuluan untuk mengetahui potensi nipah sebagai bahan bahan intermediate karbon keras melalui analisis proksimat dan penentuan bilangan yodium. Tempurung nipah diarangkan pada suhu 300 oC selama 1 jam tanpa aktivasi kimia. Arang yang diperoleh dikarakterisasi kadar air, volatile matter, abu, dan fixed carbon sesuai metode ASTM D1762-84 dengan sedikit modifikasi serta penentuan bilangan yodium sesuai metode dalam SNI 06-3730-1995. Kandungan air dan zat anorganik yang cukup rendah ditunjukkan dengan kadar air dan kadar abu masing-masing 5,00% dan 9,97 %, kadar volatile matter dan fixed carbon sebesar 42,93% dan 42,11%, sedangkan bilangan yodium yang dimiliki sebesar 346,86 mg/g. ABSTRACTHard carbon as an anode of a sodium ion battery has the highest sodium ion storage capacity compared to soft carbon and graphite because it has the most random carbon bond structure providing large enough space for sodium ion insertion. Hard carbon materials can be obtained from biomass which is cheap and abundant in availability. This study aims as a preliminary study to determine the potential of nypa shell charcoal as an intermediate material for hard carbon through proximate analysis and determination of iodine numbers. Nypa shells carbonized at a temperature of 300 oC for 1 hour without chemical activation. The charcoal obtained is characterized by moisture, volatile matter, ash, and fixed carbon content according to the ASTM D1762-84 method with a slight modification while iodine number is determined according to the method in SNI 06-3730-1995. Low water content and inorganic substance content indicated by moisture and ash content of 5.00% and 9.97% respectively, volatile matter and fixed carbon are 42.93% and 42.11% while iodine number is 346.86 mg/g

    Evaluasi Pengaruh Variasi Molaritas dan Rasio Alkali Aktivator terhadap Kuat Tekan Beton Geopolimer

    ABSTRAKBertambahnya populasi penduduk berbanding lurus dengan kebutuhan infrastruktur, salah satunya meningkatnya kebutuhan beton yang berdampak buruk pada pencemaran lingkungan. Upaya untuk mengurangi pencemaran tersebut adalah pembuatan beton ramah lingkungan salah satunya adalah beton geopolimer. Bahan utama geopolimer adalah agregat dan binder yang terdiri dari fly ash dan alkali aktivator. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi alkali aktivator dalam binder yang digunakan dalam pembuatan geopolimer terhadap kuat tekan geopolimer. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder yang dikumpulkan dari berbagai jurnal pada penelitian lain yang telah dilakukan. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa ada dua faktor yang bervariasi dalam penggunaan alkali aktivator yaitu molaritas dan rasio antara NaOh/Na2SiO3. Semakin besar perbandingan NaOH terhadap Na2SiO3 dalam komposisi geopolimer menghasilkan kuat tekan yang lebih kecil. Sementara semakin tinggi molaritas NaOH akan menghasilkan kuat tekan yang semakin tinggi pula.Kata kunci: beton geopolimer, alkali aktivator, molaritas ABSTRACTThe increase in population is needed for infrastructure development, the one that affected by this is the increasing need for concrete. This matter has a negative impact on environmental pollution. Some efforts to reduce this pollution are to manufacture environmentally friendly concrete, one of which is geopolimer concrete. The main ingredients of geopolimers are aggregate and binder consisting of fly ash and alkaline activator. In this study, an analysis was carried out to determine the effect of variations in the alkaline activator in the binder used in the manufacture of geopolimers on the compressive strength of geopolimers. This study uses primary data and secondary data collected from various journals in other studies that have been conducted. From the results of the analysis performed, it shows that there are two factors that vary in the use of alkaline activators, namely molarity and the ratio between NaOh/Na2SiO3. The greater the ratio of NaOH to Na2SiO3 in the geopolimer composition, the lower the compressive strength.     Analisis Arsitektur Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan-Multilayer Perceptron untuk Efektivitas Estimasi Beban Energi Listrik PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Salatiga

    ABSTRAKPT PLN (Persero) UP3 Salatiga merupakan perusahaan penyedia energi listrik enam kabupaten di Jawa Tengah. Agar energi listrik yang mengalir ke pelanggan handal dan ekonomis, penyesuaian antara supply dan demand penting untuk dilakukan. Hal ini bisa dilakukan dengan perencanaan operasi sistem tenaga listrik dalam bentuk estimasi beban energi listrik. Pada penelitian ini, estimasi dilakukan dengan jaringan syaraf tiruan-multilayer perceptron. Sejumlah variasi jumlah layer dan node pada arsitektur perceptron diuji-cobakan untuk mendapatkan performa estimasi yang terbaik. Dari penelitian ini, diperoleh arsitektur terbaik yaitu TRAINGDA 4 hidden layer dengan 20 node hidden layer, dengan nilai MAPE sebesar 2.79% tahap training, serta nilai MAPE sebesar 3.24% tahap testing. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa metode jaringan syaraf tiruan-multilayer perceptron lebih akurat sebagai estimator beban energi listrik PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Salatiga.Kata kunci: estimasi, estimasi beban, energi listrik, multilayer perceptron ABSTRACTPT PLN (Persero) UP3 Salatiga is an electricity provider company for 6 districts in Central Java. To ensure reliable and economical electricity supply to customers, adjustment between supply and demand is important to be conducted. This can be achieved through planning of power system operation in the form of electricity load estimation. In this study, estimation was performed using artificial neural network-multilayer perceptron. Several variations of the number of layers and nodes in the perceptron architecture were tested to obtain the best estimation performance. From this study, the best architecture was obtained with TRAINGDA 4 hidden layers and 20 hidden layer nodes, resulting in MAPE value of 2.79% in the training phase and 3.24% in the testing phase. These results indicate that artificial neural network-multilayer perceptron method is more accurate as an estimator of electricity load for PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Salatiga.Keywords: estimation, load estimation, electrical energy, multilayer perceptro

    Perencanaan Sistem Penyediaan Air Bersih Di Terminal Antar Lintas Batas Negara (ALBN) Sungai Ambawang, Kabupaten Kubu Raya

    ABSTRAKTerminal ALBN Sungai Ambawang merupakan fasilitas umum yang masih belum memiliki sistem penyediaan air bersih yang memadai. Air hujan merupakan sumber air yang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam skala komunal. Pemanfaatan air hujan sebagai sumber air bersih dapat dilakukan dengan metode pemanenan air hujan dari atap bangunan. Hasil perencanaan menunjukan pemanfaatan air hujan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan air bersih di terminal ALBN Sungai Ambawang. Total kebutuhan air bersih di terminal ALBN Sungai Ambawang sebesar 2074,383 m3/tahun, Total supply air hujan yang dapat ditangkap oleh atap gedung ruang tunggu dan kantor dengan total luas atap 1062 m2 yaitu sebesar 2774,343 m3/tahun dan supply air hujan yang tersisa sebesar 699,960 m3/tahun. Kapasitas ground water tank di gedung ruang tunggu direncanakan sebesar 158 m3, sedangkan di gedung kantor direncanakan sebesar 60 m3. Karena kapasitas ground water tank eksisting (96,39 m3) jauh lebih besar dibandingkan dengan ground water tank direncanakan (60 m3), sehingga ground water tank eksisting dapat dimanfaatkan. Estimasi biaya pembuatan sistem penyediaan air bersih dari air hujan di terminal ALBN Sungai Ambawang adalah sebesar Rp 614.835.771,72.Kata kunci: Terminal, Air Hujan, Sistem Pemanenan Air HujanABSTRACTThe Sungai Ambawang ALBN terminal is a public facility that still does not have an adequate clean water supply system. Rainwater is a source of water that can be utilized on a communal scale. Utilization of rainwater as a source of clean water can be done by harvesting rainwater from the roof of the building. The results of the planning show that the use of rainwater can meet the needs of clean water at the Sungai Ambawang ALBN terminal. The total demand for clean water at the Sungai Ambawang ALBN terminal is 2074.383 m3/ year, the total supply of rainwater that can be captured by the roof of the waiting room and office building with a total roof area of 1062 m3 is 2774,343 m3/ year and supply the remaining rainwater is 699,960 m3/year. The ground water tank capacity in the waiting room building is planned to be 158 m3, while in the office building it is planned to be 60 m3. Because the capacity of the existing ground water tank (96.39 m3) is much larger than the planned ground water tank (60 m3), the existing ground water tank can be utilized. The estimated cost of making a clean water supply system from rainwater at the Sungai Ambawang ALBN terminal is IDR 614,835,771.72.Keywords: Terminal, Rainwater, Rainwater Harvesting Syste

    Poverty is a complex issue encompassing multi dimensions such as economic access, social factors, culture, politics and participation in society. Specifically, rural poverty poses a significant challenge to the advancement of development in rural areas. To address the issue, based on the Indramayu Village Development Acceleration (PPDI MBKM) initiative a community service activity was conducted to improve the local economy through the restoration and the management of land or public facilities, particularly the establishments of parks as potential business ventures for the surrounding communities. The activities aimed at creating opportunities for local vendors and entrepreneurs to sell their products and services around the parks. Hopefully, the efforts open diverse business opportunities and contribute to the overall improvement of the rural economy

      ABSTRAK Proses presensi siswa di SD Tulus Kartika Bandung dilakukan setiap hari secara manual dengan cara wali kelas menyebutkan nama siswa lalu ditulis pada selembar halaman kertas. Pada akhir jam pelajaran setiap wali kelas akan melakukan rekap data presensi untuk melaporkan kehadiran siswa. Karena kurangnya ketelitian dan banyaknya siswa, sering terjadi kesalahan dalam melakukan perhitungan data kehadiran siswa. Karena data masih berupa arsip, perhitungan dilakukan dengan merekap dan mecocokan data pada masing-masing arsip. Hal ini menyebabkan proses mengolah data menjadi lama dan sangat membutuhkan waktu. Sehubungan dengan permasalahan di SD Tulus Kartika Bandung tersebut maka kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarkat ini bertujuan untuk membuat website pencatatan dan perhitungan data kehadiran siswa berbasis website agar proses absensi dapat dilakukan dengan cepat, mudah, dan akurat. Dengan membangun sistem presensi ini guru dan staf pihak SD Tulus Kartika mudah melakukan proses absensi data kehadiran siswa. Data kehadiran siswa yang disimpan ke basis data akan meminimalisir hilangnya data kehadiran siswa tersebut. Sistem ini berbasis website maka dari itu bisa diakses melalui laptop ataupun smartphone yang dimiliki oleh para guru dan staf SD Tulus Kartika. Kata kunci: presensi berbasis website, presensi siswa, website ABSTRACT The student attendance process at SD Tulus Kartika Bandung is carried out manually every day, where the class guardians verbally state the names of the students, which are then written on a sheet of paper. At the end of each class, the class guardians perform an attendance data recap to report student attendance. Due to a lack of precision and a large number of students, errors often occur in calculating student attendance data. Since the data is still in the form of archives, the calculation is done by compiling and cross-referencing data in each archive. This results in a time-consuming and lengthy data processing process. In light of the challenges faced at SD Tulus Kartika Bandung, this Community Service activity aims to create a website for recording and calculating student attendance data, based on a website platform, to facilitate a quick, easy, and accurate attendance process. By establishing this attendance system, teachers and staff at SD Tulus Kartika can easily manage the student attendance process. Storing student attendance data in a database will minimize the risk of data loss.       ABSTRAK Ditemukan permasalahan guru-guru mitra di wilayah Kabupaten Musirawas Utara Sumatera Selatan yang mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka yaitu masih minimnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru dalam menyusun Alur Tujuan Pembelajaran (ATP), modul ajar berdiferensiasi yang sesuai kebutuhan murid, asesmen diagnosis dan minimnya pengalaman guru menggunakan aplikasi flif book. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, tim Abdimas berupaya memfasilitasi para guru melalui lokakarya yang dilaksanakan selama Januari s.d Februari 2023 di Aula Handayani Universitas PGRI Silampari. Bentuk lokakarya berupa penyampaian materi dengan melibatkan peserta dalam diskusi di Break Our Room untuk menghasilkan produk modul ajar kurikulum merdeka. Peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan ini sebanyak 30 peserta yang mewakili masing-masing sekolah di wilayah Kabupaten Musirawas Utara. Selanjutnya tim PKM menyiapkan instrumen pre-post-test untuk mengukur ketercapaian materi. Hasil kegiatan lokakarya guru tentang penyusunan modul ajar berdiferensiasi sesuai kurikulum merdeka menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata peserta paham konsep dalam penyusunan instrumen asesmen diagnosis menggunakan Flif Book sebesar 85%, rata-rata peserta paham konsep penyusunan modul ajar berdiferensiasi sebesar 80% , rata-rata peserta paham konsep merancang modul ajar yang telah dibuat dalam 1 elemen cp sebesar 80%, rata-rata peserta paham konsep merancang e-asesment yang berpusat pada karakteristik peserta didik menggunakan kartu soal berdiferensiasi sebesar 82%. Kata kunci: Kurikulum Merdeka, Modul Ajar Berdiferensiasi, Flif Book, Lokakarya. ABSTRACT The problems of partner teachers in the North Musirawas Regency of South Sumatra who implemented the independent curriculum found that there is still a lack of teacher knowledge and skills in preparing learning objectives flow (ATP), differentiated teaching modules that suit student needs, diagnostic assessments and the lack of experience of teachers using the flif book application. So the team is trying to facilitate teachers through workshops that will be held during January to February 2023 at the Handayani Hall, PGRI Silampari University. The form of the workshop is in the form of material delivery by involving participants in discussions in the Break Our Room to produce independent curriculum teaching module products. The number of participants participating in the training are 30 participants representing each school in the North Musirawas Regency area. Furthermore, the PKM team prepared a pre-post-test instrument to measure the achievement of the material. The results of teacher workshop activities on the preparation of differentiated teaching modules according to the independent curriculum showed that on average the participants understood the concept in compiling a diagnostic assessment instrument using the Flif Book by 85%, the average participant understood the concept of compiling differentiated teaching modules by 80%, the average participant understand the concept of designing teaching modules that have been made in 1 cp element by 80%, the average participant understands the concept of designing e-assessments centered on student characteristics using differentiated question cards by 82%. Keywords: Independent Curriculum, Differentiated Teaching Modules, Flif Books, WorkshopsÂ

    Pengaruh Bakteri Bacillus Megaterium sebagai Self-Healing Agent pada Kuat Tekan Beton Mutu Tinggi

    ABSTRAKSifat beton yang lemah terhadap tarik memungkinkan terjadinya retakan mikro dan dapat merambat menjadi retakan makro, apabila retakan tersebut tidak terdeteksi. Oleh karena itu, muncul inovasi yang disebut dengan Self-healing concrete (SHC), yaitu beton dapat menutupi retakan mikro secara mandiri tanpa adanya perlakuan dari manusia. Pada penelitian ini, digunakan bakteri Bacillus megaterium sebagai healing agent kemudian diterapkan pada beton mutu tinggi rencana 45 MPa berdasarkan pedoman ACI 211-4r.93, dengan kadar subtitusi semen oleh fly ash sebanyak 25% dan persentase bakteri sebesar 2% dari komposisi air yang digunakan. Hasilnya, diperoleh peningkatan nilai kuat tekan pada beton bakteri umur 28 hari sebesar 12,662% terhadap beton kontrol. Dimana nilai kuat tekan rata-rata 62,199 MPa pada beton bakteri dan 55,208 MPa untuk beton kontrol. Selain itu, beton bakteri mulai menunjukkan proses self-healing pada hari ke-21 pasca pengujian dan lebar ukuran retakan mikro yang dapat diperbaiki bakteri adalah berkisar 0,66-2,76 mm.Kata kunci: beton mutu tinggi, self-healing concrete, bacillus megaterium, kuat tekanABSTRACTThe weak tensile properties of concrete allow micro-cracks to occur and propagate into macro-cracks if they are not detected. Therefore, an innovation called Self-healing concrete (SHC) emerged, where concrete can cover micro-cracks independently without human treatment. In this study, Bacillus megaterium bacteria were used as a healing agent. Then they applied to high-strength concrete plan 45 MPa based on ACI guideline 211-4r.93, with a cement substitution content by fly ash of 25% and a percentage of bacteria of 2% of the composition of the water used. As a result, an increase in compressive strength value was obtained in bacterial concrete aged 28 days by 12.662% against control concrete. Where bacterial concrete was 7,524 MPa and control concrete was 7,399 MPa. In addition, bacterial concrete began to show a self-healing process on the 21st day after the compressive test, and the width of the size of micro-cracks that bacteria can repair is in the range of 0.66-2.76 mm.Keywords: high strength concrete, self-healing concrete, bacillus megaterium, compressive strengt
