A Set of Conceptual Guidelines for Reverse Engineering Using Ontology-Based Materialized Views
Data reuse and meta-data handling remain a tricky problem for both designers and managers,
especially when schemas reverse engineering is on demand and some data are stored in materialized views.
In this paper, we tackle this problem by using ontology-based meta-materialized views. Indeed, ontologies,
which are semantics-based, ensure the stability of the underlying schemas of the data repositories and the
ease of the overall access and processing of the data and meta-data. Our proposal is informed by a set of
conceptual guidelines and outlined through a case study example.

Distribution of The Boolean Functions of n Variables According to Their Algebraic Degrees
Knowledge on the enumeration and distribution of
Boolean functions according to their algebraic degrees is
important for the theory as well as for its applications. As of now,
this knowledge is not complete; for example, it is well-known that
half of all Boolean functions have a maximal algebraic degree. In
this paper, a formula for the number of all Boolean functions of n
variables and algebraic degree = k is derived. A direct
consequence from it is the assertion (formulated already by
Claude Carlet) that when n →∞, almost half of all Boolean functions
of n variables have an algebraic degree = n−1. The results
obtained by this formula were used in creating the sequence
A319511 in the OEIS. The discrete probability of a random Boolean
function having a certain algebraic degree is defined and the
corresponding distribution is computed, for 3 ≤ n ≤ 10. Four
applications are considered: at the design and analysis of efficient
algorithms for exact or probabilistic computing the algebraic
degree of Boolean functions; when checking 4 test files for
representativeness; when creating benchmark files of Boolean functions
The IQ of Artificial Intelligence
All it takes to identify the computer programs which are Artificial Intelligence
is to give them a test and award AI to those that pass the test. Let us say that
the scores they earn at the test is called IQ. We cannot pinpoint a minimum IQ
threshold that a program has to cover in order to be AI; however, we will choose
a certain value. Thus, our definition for AI will be any program whose IQ is above
the chosen value. While this idea has already been implemented in [3], here we
will revisit this construct in order to introduce certain improvements
Recent Developments of the Methodology of the Modified Method of Simplest Equation with Application
[Vitanov Nikolay K.; Витанов Николай К.]We discuss an extension of the modified method of simplest equation for obtaining exact analytical solutions of nonlinear partial differential equations. The extension includes the possibility for use of: (i) more than one simplest equation; (ii) relationship that contains as particular cases the relationship used by Hirota [1] and the relationship used in the previous version of the methodology; (iii) transformation of the solution that contains as particular case the possibility of use of the Painleve expansion; (iv) more than one balance equation. The discussed version of the methodology allows: obtaining multi-soliton solutions of nonlinear partial differential equations if such solutions do exist and obtaining particular solutions of nonintegrable nonlinear partial differential equations. Examples for the application of the methodology are discussed. 2010 Mathematics Subject Classification: 35E20

CNN Modeling of a Class of Integro-Differential Equations
[Slavova Angela; Славова Анжела]; [Zafirova Zoya; Зафирова Зоя]In this paper we study a class of integro-differential equations. First we present Cellular Nonlinear Networks (CNN) modeling of integro-differential equations. We map the equation under consideration into CNN architecture and study its dynamics. Applying harmonic balance method we obtain periodic solutions of the model. We provide numerical simulations which illustrate the obtained theoretical results. 2010 Mathematics Subject Classification: 92B20, 35B10, 35Q68, 35Q92
All serious theoretical research in the field of communication shows that, under the influence of global processes of globalization, information is increasingly visualized and iconized. Young people communicate using the wide range of opportunities provided by digital technology and the Internet.
We spend a lot of our time in the virtual space. Everything seems fraudulently easy - everyone in minutes can upload information that is rapidly becoming available worldwide. Even small children handle as computer technicians. At the same time, the majority of participants in this communication have a substantial deficiency in visual literacy. Even specialists often ignore the language of forms, colors and compositional organization of space, which requires serious preparation, training and continuous specialization. Worldwide there are no good examples, but unfortunately they are not yet available to the cultural community in our country. The report raises a number of questions and issues for discussion and tries to draw attention to possible ways of solution

The subject of the study was 45 textbooks, published from 1835 to 1875 were preserved in the old-fashioned collection of the centre community "Nadejda-1869". Their authors are 17 teachers who wrote, translated and published first Bulgarian textbooks in the XIX-th century. They are journalists writing the first newspapers and magazines. They lead the struggle for new Bulgarian education, church independence and political freedom. They reform the education and the place of the cell, they build the secular.
They are innovators, they introduce the study of new school subjects and languages according to the needs of the time. The text presents first textbooks in Bulgarian language, readings and grammar, arithmetics, geometry and physics. They are textbooks on history, geography, textbooks of natural history. Were preserved textbooks of logic, textbooks of moral and textbooks and dictionaries in French and German, sacred Orthodox catechisms. The article presents the history and development of the curriculum in Bulgarian schools in the ХIX c
